@VitaVitaAR You still haven't said anything about Kaze's CS back on page 118 (I think) and he's waiting on you. If there's anything else he needs to add, I'll help him with it.

I can't find the bio you keep mentioning.

Maybe he should just re-post it? It's no-where in the signups.

Speaking of signups, I'll handle them a little bit later today.

It's in this thread, not sign ups.

Also, using flash bangs in a bar fight is fair, considering chances are your opponent is likely either a changeling who can paralyze you and eat your DNA or a traitorous bastard with a brick of c4 that has your name on it.

Hey Toad, you could have Morgan in the place that the Museum fight is currently happening (Which she might notice due to the fact that the museum is currently on fire)

Blech, sorry guys, I've been ill for the past 4 or 5 days and haven't had much energy to spare for RP. Post for the museum, at least, coming up soon.

Regarding the Bloodborne plotline, it's true that I've been kind of leading the charge there, but that's mainly because that's what I felt Subaru would do as the first officer on the scene. However, I currently do not have the spare time or, TBH, the motivation to GM the plotline, though, sorry =(

EDIT: OK, museum post is up, I'll reply for Subaru when I have a little more time.

Thankee. At this point I figure Cinder will give up once Dlanor comes around, which should be in the next few posts.

@Belwicket

1) A kick to the groin, female or not, isn't that quickly recovered from. Lotta nerve endings.

2) Thu'um, when used with all three words, have a significant cooldown. Whirlwind sprint would take 35 whole seconds, which is actually a rather long time in combat.

@Xenonia Armor. That would lessen the kick. (Not to mention I thought it was towards the chest.) And the Thu'ums, by all actuality, shouldn't need a cooldown except to keep people from just spamming them in the game. Now, since Shivani doesn't like using Thu'ums that much, using 2 in quick succession should be allowed.

Well, it is to the groin, which would, even with armor (perhaps ESPECIALLY with armor) have a certain painful effect, and I'm pretty sure that not liking using thu'ums doesn't exactly mesh with immediately resorting to them in combat. Also, where are you getting the "just to keep people from spamming them"?

Sorry this all sounds really hostile. I don't mean to be, I just sometimes get frustrated when I get confused.

Steel armor in Skyrim doesn't actually provide enough groin protection where a shot there wouldn't be felt.
Also Thu'ums presumably have a cooldown because you're exhausting a large amount of energy when you manipulate the state of reality.

Does have padding, though, which is a great way to keep it from being incapacitatingly painful.

I mean, when I said sonic speed, I mean SONIC SPEED. Hyperzine is basically ultra-meth, gives you speed like a train.

Whether or not the Thu'um should have a cooldown is irrelevant. The Thu'um has a cooldown. That is pure fact. Stating otherwise would involve defying the rules of the Skyrim setting, which would require reality warping powers.

Using the "character does not like it" reason as to why said power wouldn't be used is not an appropriate way to handle this, as the power is still present and not limited in any way. It reads as "I don't like it so I'm going to spam it."

Also, being kicked in the crotch is excruciatingly painful unless you are protected by something that will deflect the force of the blow entirely, like metal, or a solid cup like those used in sports. Leather is malleable and flexible, and as such the majority of the blunt force will penetrate it. Shivani is in for some serious pain.

Potentially. A kick to the groin from some psycho hopped up on space PCP will probably have more force than a normal person's kick to the groin.

Those look like leather pants.

Most sporting uniforms don't incorporate padding for a reason; they have a cup to create this protective bubble around your crotch. Even a light blow will make most people double over, and Shivani just got punted by a dude hopped up on all sorts of goodies from Chemistry.

I'd probably say Shivani can power through a kick to the groin like she could power through a blow to the kidneys. Yeah, it's painful, but it's not like she hasn't faced worse before. Multiple kicks would probably do some serious damage, though.
