Nodah Listig
Nodah watched the succubus make her way out of the hall with a few words to the demon Desdemona. And then the pixie spoke. The high frequency and nature of his words grated on Nodah's ears, but he concealed his annoyance with a face of puzzlement. "Get the demon in trouble?" What did the pixie mean by that? But as he chattered on, understanding dawned upon Nodah. "Heavens, no." His expression morphed into one of mild hurt. "It is not as though we would have to divulge every detail of the morning to Yayo Fiji." His eyes flickered to Desdemona. "Though her involvement in anything to be frowned upon has not yet been confirmed. Innocent until proven guilty, yes?" The burden of doubt weighed heavily against the demon however. Few could have overlooked the bad blood that seemed to run between her and Nuna - or, for that matter, between her and the pixie, given the murderous look she was casting upon Zensei.
Nodah startled as he felt a push against his own magic. Zensei was trying - with half-admirable determination - to bring Daichi back to earth. "Let him go." Nodah heard the pixie demand amidst small gasps of exertion. How quickly these students grow their strings of attachment, he thought wearily. "Come now, Zensei," he reasoned, with slight reproach, injecting a bite of humour to keep his tone light though he was close to snarling at the little figure that was in turns loud and rude. "Whether we proceed to the medical wing or not, it would be more comfortable for Daichi to lie suspended, rather than on the ground. Surely a sensible creature such as yourself would agree with me there?" He did not know if the pixie was at all sensible; all evidence seemed to be pointing to the contrary - though to be fair Nodah was getting irritated and bias made for significant error in judgement. But he did hope it would put an end to the argument.
The matter was decided shortly however by the hulking figure that called for druids who sprang forth and swarmed around Daichi to tend to him. Nodah did not set his body down, instead choosing to raise him to a comfortable level for the students to work at. "Quite efficient," he murmured, taking note of Zephyr making off with Desdemona, as he turned towards the towering creature. "Though are you sure this is wise? We are only students, after all, still learning to master the power we wield." He looked appraisingly at the form before him. "I am Nodah Listig. We haven't met, if I'm not mistaken. I don't believe I would forget crossing such an...impressive figure."
