It's fine @Henwen he's approved. Unfortunately we can't delete posts once we've made them, I'm hoping they eventually fix that.
Once @Yojimbo posts his character we are ready to begin.

Apologies again, I'm been at it for a couple hours now with different roleplays and trying to type up my character sheet for this one. If you'd like, begin without me and I'll pick up and play catch up.

Personality: Gaelic is very outspoken about anything and everything, noted by most of being a "loud-mouth country-bumpkin." He cares deeply about those under his care as the astro-navigator of this expedition, but won't hesitate to lay one out if he has to (male or female). Due to his southern upbringing, Gaelic is respectful to everyone that deserves respect and those appointed above him; even if they are younger than he is. Always one to use the "Southern Gentleman's" mannerisms, he sometimes wins the hearts of the ladies but catches the backside of their man's wrath. Though he will try to talk the man down, he isn't afraid of throwing down if it calls for it at the time.

Background: Gaelic originally hailed from the deep south regions of Louisiana, learning early on to survive off the land without outside influences. His mother was an Irish immigrant and his father was a full-blood Cajun, which might explain his high tolerance for whiskey and his fighting spirit. While raising their son in the bayous of Terrebone parish, Gaelic grew up with the understanding of placing the needs of others before him. And his father, being a prior service veteran, explained to him the best way was to serve his country in any way he could. Some would say this was an early-stage brainwashing technique, but Gaelic knew what he wanted to do when he grew up.

After graduating from his high school some years later, Gaelic took a keen interest in the commissioning programs the local colleges were offering. Due to his high aptitude scores, all the branches except the Marine Corps approached him with offers to join up with them. Curious as to why the Marines were paying no attention, he took it upon himself and visited the recruiting office. When he asked why the recruiter wasn't trying to take him in their branch, they laughed and said: "If you want to be one of us, you have to come to us." This air of arrogance and pride in being the best sealed Gaelic's fate for the future. Going through college on a Naval ROTC scholarship for the Marines, Gaelic graduated with a degree and was commissioned as a second lieutenant. Upon arrival at his occupation's schoolhouse: Naval Aviator, he took the road deemed the most difficult and tried for the fighter pilots course. The training was tough and more of a struggle than he originally imagined, but he eventually graduated and just in time for the next war brewing.

Years came and went, Gaelic rose through the ranks with a pretty prestigious record to his name. He had fought in many of the battles his country had thrown at him and his squadron, but when the world collapsed; he found himself on the losing side as did everyone else. Here he was approached with being an assistant navigator for secretive mission to find hope for the world. Seeing there was no other choice, Gaelic took the mission and so his story continues....

From what i've gathered we are currently underwater at the moment, so to me that says she'd be up with the pilot of this vessle or something like that...

Your good except for a few things. Is Strider a nickname or given name? Also what do you mean by unregistered in nationality?

@Mistress Dizzy You can start anywhere on the ship sorry everyone but I don't know a thing about digital or actual art otherwise I would have a drawing of the ship for you.

The Star Breaker consists of three decks and a three level engine room (very large and advance piece of equipment). On the highest deck is the command bridge which also contains navigation, communication, and the officer's cabinet (a board room with various charts and diagrams some mundane paper, all the way to interactive simulators). Second level contains the mess hall, crew quarters, officer quarters, the security chief's office, and the armoury. Final deck is the cargo bay, the science lab's, and a small hangar. (containing 2 aircraft and one designed for space, a armored ATV, and a mobile science lab; all designed for exploration not combat)

Each floor has escape pods except for the engine room, an elevator, and three staircases one for fire or other emergency.

If anyone wants something specific please ask me and it should be a cinch to add it.

Can we have like ceiling/floor turrets? I like those.

I'd like a room with physical access to the ECM/ECCM package. Tweaking the interface over time, upgrading, etc. It wouldn't have to be large. Just like a maintenance area with space for additions to the system for anything we may need in the future. I'd also like my personal recon hoverbike stored in the hanger. Specifically designed for stealth and speed.

The room I can green light but can you describe the bike you had in mind? Like a tron cycle or like a hovering skateboard? @Krosse

In the main rooms but not in every hallway and bathroom. @LHG100 sorry first time I read that post I thought you said can we have a ceiling and floor. Sorry about that. Anyway the vital areas and the wider hallways can have them.

*raises hand* A large tank that they were going to use for live specimens... but is now being used for Achieng's sleeping quarters?

Love it @Mistress Dizzy though I can see a member of the science team coming in early and freaking out forgetting the alien lives there. Anyway clear and let's say there are four more empty tubes.
