Don't smoke it either, but I have discovered that the smoke also gives me a headache. Thankfully I don't encounter it often.

Glad to hear I'm not alone, but it also messes with my intestines and I don't smoke it. Just know I get the runs for days.

You all have terrible reactions, what the hell? Are you sure it was pot? There was some pot substitute that was popular in my area for a little bit, but that stuff was awful.

Though, you probably shouldn't smoke it until you're 18 or some such. I don't know the medical behind it, where's Caits?

Pff, I'm 27 and see no need to smoke it. Also alergies and asthma is not uncommon in my family. For instance, my dad is allergic to tea tree oil.

But yes others with me confirmed what the scent was (I was not familiar with it) and my throat got quite scratchy and slightly inflaimed. I became much more susceptible to things after having a severe case of bronchitis.

Personally, even if taking it medically was an option, I'd seek alternatives. I despise the smell, and heartily dislike the idea of taking it recreationally. The only substances I need that mess with the chemicals in my brain to make me feel good are sugar and caffeine.

Pfffftttt, I don't even get it from those anymore, cursed Canadian energy drinks. I had three Volts in one hour, now I don't even get a sugar high.

Caffeine consistantly taken (particularly in higher amounts) can wear out your adrinal gland, reducing its overall effectiveness in time. That can lead to an overall reduction in energy levels. Which is part of the reason I've stopped drinking soda and most energy drinks. The exception is Xalo Limitless which is much better and does not cause me to crash later on.
