She looked up as Maria spoke and smiled at the woman, who at first didn't notice her, which she didn't find all the surprising. Maria sounded very cheery and started pushing them "Oh but Maria, what's goin..." but she trailed off as her friend vanished. "wha...what just... Maria?" but Maria looked just as confused as she did. she asked if Andromeda had seen it too "ye..yeah I saw that, what happened?" but Maria didn't answer her question instead she said not to worry and created a portal, telling her to go through. she trusted her, she had to "o... ok" she took a deep breath and stepped through, closing her eyes as she did. when she opened them she was at the docks and the portal was gone.
she straightened her clothes and looked around, Maria had said Vikki could explain so that's who she'd go to.people were starting to leave so she beelined for Vikki "um Vikki? Sorry but Maria said something about Xuihcoatl and the dragons and said you could explain, I don't know what's going on but I want to help"

Ryuu

The otaku sighed.

The otaku's mind sighed.

The otaku's very soul sighed.

From staring at Hatsune Miku cutouts to staring at water nearby a dock, Ryuu knew he had it a bit too hard. As if glaring down punks was not enough to make his life feel weird, he got into some sort of shady business without even expecting the extent of shadiness. And... sure, he really had no purpose in life, but he did not enjoy getting pulled out of his unimportant lifestyle all of a sudden.

Water, water everywhere, nor a drop to drink.

Ryuu hung his head low as he began to consider rethinking his life.

But hell, if he caught himself in something, he might as well finish it so that he could go back to oogling over anime girls and all of that fun stuff.

Ryuu bolted up from the edge of the dock he had been sitting at. His yellow sunglasses somehow glinted even though no one in particular needed to see it. Pumping a fist by his chest, his eyes shut as he entered a state of remotivating himself for whatever the heck these strangers wanted with him.

They say they knew about me, but that's not what I need to focus on. I need to find out who I am, and how I can get back to staring at well-drawn thighs. Hot dog thighs. Delicious thighs.

The best kind of thighs-

Oh sh-t, I forgot about what I need to aim for right now.

Ryuu opened his eyes and cast his hand to his side in a slightly dramatic way, turning away from the damned water. He saw a nearby woman who seemed confused just like him. Good. She probably knew how to answer practically every single question he had in life.

Yes. His plan was flawless.

Her porcelain skin nearly caused him to slam into the ground face-first, but he barely found his stance and spoke.

"'Ey."

He took a short breath before asking the woman,

"Do you know the answer to the meaning of life?"

...

...

...

...

...

...

...I think I asked the right thing, he thought to himself. Yup. I mean, my answer to my question is 42, so maybe if she-

WHAT THE F-CK AM I DOING?!?!? AHGHGHGHGHGHAGHGHAHGHGH-

Quickly clearing his throat, Ryuu raised a hand to the woman as he grumbled, "Forget what I said." The man decided to cut to the chase and finally ask the question he needed to ask in the first place.

"I just got pushed through a portal by some stranger. What am I supposed to do now?"

His eyes were covered by his sunglasses, though his eyebrows were quite obviously furrowed.

~ Vikki ~

Vikki sighed a sigh that indicated she was a little relieved when Maria said her piece, the two she had randomly picked diligently left the bar to meet Prometheus, and everyone else began following her. They flocked slower than she would have liked, but at this point she was just thankful they weren't so oblivious that they didn't move from their seats.

Soon, the group reached the docks. Vikki was immediately greeted by a woman she could only describe as Medusa. Except Medusa never looked as confused as this woman did.

Vikki gave a hint of a grin when the woman said "I want to help."

"I'm glad somebody does," she replied half-sarcastically. Ignoring the suddenly present male who immediately asked the most confused looking person in sight what to do, she turned to the rest of the group, still technically responding to Andromeda and Ryuu.

"This is our boat," she said, gesturing towards a very unassuming fishing trawler. "It looks normal because it is. This way, we can enter Marcus' territory undetected if we stay below deck. Hope you like fish," she concluded, turning back to the confused Medusa. "We're going to infiltrate the mainland and rendezvous with Brako at the dragon nation. We have to get all of the reinforcements we can get if we can hope to defeat Marcus' forces. We may have to stand our ground right here and defend ourselves and the innocent people of Oasari, but with luck and tenacity we'll succeed."

She turned towards the boat as she nonchalantly added, "And then I'll get paid." She walked into the boat and motioned for the rest of the group to follow.

~ Mizuki ~

Meanwhile, Mizuki refused to admit that she had no idea where she was going, nor that she was happy to be separated from the large group of apparent insufferables. She admitted that nearly anyone would fall under her definition of "insufferables", but she didn't care, and quietly followed the one called Crash as he asked for directions.

Vicki's sarcasm made her feel a little better and she straightened and a tiny smile showed on her face, though the veil still mostly obscured her. then Ryuu spoke, it had been a long time since she'd last spoken to him and he obviously didn't remember her. she almost chuckled but thought better of it, her snakes didn't, they shook slightly in silent laughter as they watched him ask his very confusing question that she honestly didn't have a response too. "ummmm I ..." then he cleared his throat and said to ignore his question, this time she chuckled along with the snakes, that seemed way too happy in her opinion. she was glad his experience was similar to her's, "Maria did the same to me, but I have no idea what's going on, that's why ..." she gestured to Vikki "I asked her"

then Vikki spoke to the whole group, about getting on the boat, then turned back to Andro and the snakes pulled their attention from the otaku to the woman. Andromeda listened carefully "alright, well you've got my help, though I'm not sure just how much help I'll be" she muttered the last part "I'll get on the boat now" and she dipped in a little curtsy to both of them and with a slight swish of fabric turned and followed Vikki, being careful not to get in anyone's way.

It was strange, now that Joseph thought about it a little more deeply.

Here they were, about to stop a madman, and he was going along for the ride with people he barely knew, much less trusted. Joseph had been uncharacteristically silent, but right now he was evaluating whether he should follow this brash and outspoken woman. The brash and prideful usually died quickly in the heat of combat. And after all, it was a mercenary. There was no telling whether she might switch allegiances because someone offered her an extra shiny penny over what she was being paid now.

But then again, it was pretty late to try and reevaluate his life choices. There was always a risk involved, and he wasn't exactly the most tact of character.

Making his way to the harbor, he stood off to the side as Vikki explained the plan.

"Gee I like eating fish but this is taking it a bit too far..."

Joseph carefully made his way below deck, trying not to fall in any piles of fish.

Ryuu Yamauchi

When Ryuu turned around, he was greeted by-

Thighs.

Huh. That's interesting. A walking pair of thighs. They were creamy and soft-looking. Almost like hotdogs. Corndogs, even. They looked like they were glassed... or maybe those thighs were made of marble? Marble, creamy thighs...? No, that didn't make sense. Regardless of whatever the hell the thighs were made of, however, Ryuu could only fall in love with those thighs.

For a second.

Because he looked up and saw one hell of a woman. A fishy-looking one, at that.

Fishy or not, her thighs were-

Stop.

After halting himself from turning his mind into some sort of gravure magazine, the otaku listened intently. Apparently, he was a part of some sort of resistance group solely because his life sucked. And he would probably be paid less doing this rather than working at his anime store. Great stuff!

"...Hmph."

A familiar, deathly aura emitted from Ryuu as he followed the "leader" of the team. He planned on asking something to the woman who explained the plan, but... alas, the familiar misleading aura that tended to cover his intentions seemed to pop up when it was most unneeded. He opened his mouth once in a while, only to turn it into a clenched scowl whenever he missed his chance to talk without feeling awkward.

This continued endlessly.

Rain trailed after the group as it headed to the docks, preferring to be at the back of the group so she could continue her observations. In her mind things were going well so far, nobody had cottoned on that she was a werewolf yet and even if they had she hadn't received the typical fey reaction -throw magic at it until it was forced to retreat-, which she was pleased about. There was a stigma about werewolves around the area she lived in, tales of the monsters living in 'their' forests, monsters that had hunted them relentlessly in the past. Tales forged of lies... Rain ran a hand through her hair, pushing her thoughts aside as she noticed two more people approach Vicki.

A woman with living snakes instead of hair and a man wearing sunglasses, both of which looked rather confused about what was going on. Rain had to wonder why they were at the docks, they didn't look or smell like they worked here...she didn't wonder long however as the woman stated she wanted to help. Listening to multiple conversations behind her with her sharp hearing Rain moved over to the edge of the docks looking down into the water below before lifting her eyes to the horizon. She still wasn't used to seeing such a vast amount of water, let alone travelling across it, the sharpness of the air stung her nose a little as a light breeze rolled off of the waves, curling around her and gently playing with her hair as it passed.

Rain turned her head to the side as Vicki disappeared into the boat I wonder if that's all she worries about the werewolf couldn't help but think it must have been nice to have little else to worry about beside lining your own pockets. Unless her peaceful contemplation was disturbed she reluctantly boarded the boat, wrinkling her nose and seeking out a spot as far away from the crates of fish as she could get...she hated fish, the taste, the smell even the feel of it. The werewolf was really hoping this part of the journey wouldn't take too long as she settled in a far corner, leaning back against the cold metal wall, she pulled at the thin chain around her neck lifting the small vial attached to it out of her cleavage and into her waiting palm. Holding the vial between her fingers she inspected the black substance within it, moving her hand so it swished against the sides of the glass, proceeding to play with it absently as she drifted into her own thoughts yet again...silently hoping someone would save her from her memories.

Crash tilted his head slightly to the side as Maria turned to acknowledge him, a small grin worked its way onto his face as she reached up and ruffled his hair. He was rather surprised to receive such a warm welcome from her...though the hair ruffle brought on a small sense of nostalgia, there was only one person that used to ruffle his hair like that back in the day..."Thank you" He grinned, watching Maria's hand as she made a circular shape in the air in front of her. The shapeshifter couldn't recall seeing the headmistress do something like this before, as the image appeared in the hazy purple circle he was pretty much mesmerised by it...he was still easily amused.

Hearing Maria speak he turned and quickly blinked at her with his good eye, nodding his head to show he had acknowledged what she had said. As she begun to move away Crash lifted a hand touching his temple with his index and middle finger he gave the silver haired woman his best smile and saluted her. "Bye for now". Once Maria had moved away from him Crash turned his attention back to the magic haze in front of him, barely resisting the urge to touch it. He tried to forced himself to concentrate on remembering the path he was being shown...unfortunately he still wasn't good at remembering directions...and he doubted a quick text would help him this time.

As the haze begun to fade away, Crash thrust his hand forward grinning as the purple haze snaked through his fingers for a few moments before disappearing in a poof of smoke. Realising he was still grinning like an idiot, Crash retracted his hand and straightened up turning in the direction he had been shown, he cast one last look at the rest of the group making their way for the docks before leaning forward and dropping down to all fours. In a poof of purple smoke he shifted into a large red pelted wolf, shaking out his coat he looked back over his shoulder at the unimpressed looking woman behind him before barking once and shooting off down the road.

It took him about 15 minutes to finally track down Prometheus's home. With his head lowered and nose to the ground the Crash wolf made his way right up to the door, sniffing it curiously before tilting his head to the side. He couldn't pick up any familiar scents...yet again he hadn't actually met this 'Prometheus' before. With a small huff the Crash wolf reared up on its hind legs changing back into a human in another puff of purple smoke. "Well...here goes nothing" Crash murmured to himself, reaching up and either pressing the door bell or knocking on the door before lifting a hand to rest on the back of his neck, tentatively touching the bandanna resting around his neck.

people were piling onto the boat and she looked around. when she finally got into the boat she sat down. she sighed and carefully fixed her veil. then she noticed someone she didn't know. she flattened her dress and walked across to him. "hello" she smiled "so i guess we're going to war" she sighed again "I'm Andromeda, what's your name? were you an Athalia student, or did you come here from somewhere else?" a breeze tugged at his veil again and she pouted a little as she adjusted it, then smiled at him again, a small kinda shy smile. she hadn't talked to many of the people in the town since she got there. she shifted her bag. "have you ever been where we going?"

Prometheus

Prometheus glanced up at the monitors as proximity alarms started going off. He watched as a red wolf loped across his boundaries, not displaying normal behavior. He waited calmly as the wolf walked up to the door and sniffed it, then shifted into a man.

"Excuse me for a moment," He said, standing up and patting the top of Margaret's head as he passed her on the way to the door. "It seems we have a guest." He walked out of the room at the same time as, outside, a small camera flashed Crash's face and a screen next to the door lit up, showing his picture on one side and cycling through many familiar faces on the other. The screen stopped on another picture of Crash and words along the bottom flashed "Match found. Caleb Waterfront. Please provide DNA for authentication."

As a panel slid back revealing a hand shaped depression, Prometheus' voice called from inside. "Override Authentication, System standby." The doors slid open to reveal Prometheus in his labcoat, examining Crash.

"Welcome, Caleb. To what do I owe the pleasure of this visit?"

"Oh hey." Joseph turned to meet the girl who had greeted him. "I'm Joseph." The girl's veiled face left much to the imagination. Well, the snake hair probably did too. "No, I wasn't a student. Came from an island not too far from here. Just decided to join up with Maria's little resistance group. I do believe I met a student... Kelly was her name I believe. Fiery personality. If she's not being hostile she's being moody. But I am going on a tangent. No, I haven't been where we're going. I've heard rumors, and that is all my knowledge on the area. It'll actually be my first time out of that city we were just in."

"Nice to meet you Joseph" the snakes seemed only mildly interested in the man, they paid attention to him but not avid attention. Andromeda herself listened carefully as he spoke"i'm not sure if i know Kelley, it's been a long time since we were students so i might not remember her, the personality seems familiar but there were a lot of those at Athalia" she chuckled a little, ruffling the snakes lightly, they hissed only out of habit, they didn't really care. "i've only heard about the dragons once or twice, and i don't really know what's going on, i was just kind of shoved into the action, well through a portal and told to join the action" she chuckled nervously "so i don't really know what to expect, or if my particular power will be of any use where we're going" she shifted the bag, it was a little heavy, full of art supplies which would be completely useless in a war zone unless she wanted to hit someone over the head with it, she almost laughed at the thought but realized she was talking to someone and she really didn't want to give him the idea that she was crazy.

~ Vikki ~

To Vikki's relief, the group got into the boat without too much trouble. Taking mental notes about some of the new arrivals, Vikki walked up to the bridge and gave the boat's captain the ok to go. The fishing trawler was soon out of port and Oasari gradually receded in its wake. The group had a two-day voyage ahead of them, thanks largely to the Oasarian vessel's fast engines. The ship, called the was outfitted with many amenities not normally found in a typical, outside-world fishing trawler that would make the journey bearable for the group (so long as they avoided the fish-ridden cargo hold that they boarded into). As soon as they were underway, Vikki retired to an isolated cupola at the top of the ship for monitoring the horizon, keeping watch.

2x-17(x+12) for serpent, 6x-22(23x+42) for floating eye.

Artav sipped her tea, spreading its flavors throughout her tongue.

6x-22(23x+42) is better.

Artav slid her pen on the paper, writing down vital ingredients of her spell on her next book. Every little piece of mathematics and geometry in the stack of papers play a vital role in shaping Artav'i's masterpieces, and one mistake might have a detrimental effect on the tome. A spellwriter like her should be vigilant of any error in her work, lest have days, months or even years' worth of writing go to waste.

Some rooting ther-- oops, mistake--

...

Someone knocked on the door. Artav, disturbed yet intrigued, decided to walk over and check whoever was that. She was eager to get a willing apprentice for herself, possibly reigniting her tradition of having her personal group of disciples soon. She was less eager, however, if it was one of those imbeciles who'll try to get her on their side, all because of some petty family feud.

There in her eyes a man with rather messy hair, his odd goatee included, about to shy away. Artav, with a disgruntled expression that seemed to be her regular face ever since Athalia fell, stared at him, as if she was staring directly on his very soul.

...

"Are you applying as an apprentice, or are you here just to waste my time?"

Jonathan

He jumped as the woman in question opened the door. He turned back around to send the white haired woman an awkward grin.

"Are you applying as an apprentice, or are you here just to waste my time?"

"Ahhh..." Jonathan began, a confused expression on his face. "I suppose both?" He answered her, though it sounded more like a question than an answer. It would be nice to be her apprentice. Much nicer than being his brother's lacky. "Actually, no. As far as you consider it, I might just be wasting your time. In fact, I'm probably wasting both of our times. But trust me, I'm not here to... doing anything bad. Mind... if I just talk?" He asked. However, realizing what her answer might be, he added, "You can continue working while we talk. I'll even help if you need me to. I'm fairly good at being a lacky/dog. Just... let me stay here for a bit at the very least so my brother thinks I'm doing something productive."

And there it was. He didn't care what her answer was to his questions but he desperately wanted to be away from his brother much longer than he had been. This way, he wouldn't come after him if he thought he was doing something productive, right? When he called, he'd tell him he was working on it. Oh, please... Let this girl let the poor Jonathan in!

"Well I'm sure Kelly will make herself known. Then again we have a pretty lively group so..." Athalia... It was only mentioned once or twice to him. He briefly wondered what the school was like before it was burnt to a crisp. "Well these dragons are supposed to be our trump card, so I'd expect them to be pretty powerful." What he assumed was her hair hissed. He didn't want to say anything about her hairdo in case if it was something she was self conscious about. Were all those things alive? Did they all need separate nourishment, or would they get it from her body since they were, at least in his theory, extensions of her body? But he quickly averted his eyes, hoping Andromeda didn't notice and think he was some sort of creeper. He quickly went tried to start another conversation just in case. "What's in the bag? Seems a bit heavy."

"well I'm looking forward to meeting her" Andromeda laughed a little "yeah we can be pretty lively, most of us have a bone to pick with Marcus so that's part of it" she smiled lightly again. the Athalians had been pretty powerful before the school burned down, disorganized though, which was probably their downfall. she pushed the thought from her mind and smiled at Joseph again, "yeah, they're supposed to be, we had a dragon on staff at Athalia and he was pretty powerful, if all the dragons are like him, they should be able to help us beat Marcus, no problem" she saw him looking at the snakes then looking away quickly and she blushed a little and smiled wider. he quickly changed the topic. she shook her bag lightly "art supplies mainly, I wasn't given any time to get rid of it or get anything useful before I was brought here" she reached in and pulled out her sketch book "I draw a lot so I generally keep one or two of these on me" she chuckled "not a mysterious or useful as you thought, huh?"

"Oh, go mate a chicken."

Artav slammed the door shut.

...

Actually, forget it. Just this once.

Artav opened the door.

"...alright. Get in. Don't drag me in your useless family crossfire.", she said disdainfully. "It's either you get a consultation, you get to be my apprentice, you do what you promise to say, or you get out. Nothing else." Artav hoped to have the Cross be at least of some use to her, and she wouldn't let him out if he didn't prove it enough. Of course, maybe he would likely exchange his services for siding with Marcus, of whom she owed some debt to because he indirectly helped her get back to the world by killing Anedine and might be plausible, but might not be likely because of her contempt with the Crosses overall. Of course, she also had some gratitude for Maria for some protection when things went pandemonium in the same moments.

The Boat

They cruised along, making their way towards their destination. Some of those on board chatted and others stayed to themselves but none of them saw what would soon come. Marcus was smiling to himself in his study, staring down at the small purple haze before him. Inside the circle was a boat. While they were still in Oasari waters, Marcus could still send little obstacles their way, and he did.

The water was oddly calm as one of the crewman took a break to eat his fish tuna sandwich. He was staring into the water, picturing his wife and their child at their home back in Oasari. He'd just finished a call with them before his lunch break and a smile was held onto his face. It was his little girl's 7th birthday and she'd just opened the present he'd gotten her. A Narmin brand electric ridable pony. His wife had held the phone up so he could hear the abundance of neighs and cries of joy. He didn't even see the water shake before it was too late.

A large round object lunged out of the water. It split into two, revealing two sets of large fangs that bit into the man and pulled him into the water. But it set a tone for the rest of the ship as everything was put onto high alert. The beast, a sea snake large enough to constrict a large bus, slinked back into the ocean and swam a bit away, stopping just a few feet out from the boat and raised it's head out of the water to watch those on the boat. It's yellow eyes stared at those on the ship and it's green and black scales glittered in the sun's rays. It was almost as if it was surveying them, deciding what to do next.

Marcus frowned when he didn't see his sister on the boat. Where had she gotten off to? No matter, he'd take care of this little boat in no time!

Crash was caught completely by surprise as something suddenly flashed his face, his reaction was to throw his hands up and paw at the air as he took a few steps back and shook his head. He blinked his good eye a few times to try and dislodge the black splodges that were intent on obscuring what little vision he had left. "Cheap trick further blinding a half blind man" He told the space where he thought the camera flash had come from.

His vision only took a few minutes to recover from the cheap shot luckily meaning he was able to catch sight of the rather nifty display happening on the screen next to the door. He pulled a face as he looked at the picture that had just been taken...he wasn't exactly model material but this one in particular left much to be desired. His eye was scrunched shut and one side of his mouth looked as if it had been pulled down to his chin as his hands flew up to protect his face. "All I can say to that, is I really hope it doesn't show up on any social media...my fan base would definitely shrink" He chuckled to himself...talking to himself was becoming a thing nowadays...he really needed to make more friends.

A look of surprise crossed his face as the machine finally found a 'match' in its database, a sharp stab of longing punctured his gut as he looked over the other picture. That had been taken back in Athalia, the innocent grin and two shining red eyes...Happier times... He felt himself twitch a little as he read the words flashing at the bottom of the screen, 'Caleb' wasn't a name he associated with at all. "DNA? It better not involve needles..." The shapeshifter grumbled, eyeing the panel suspiciously he withdrew his hands to his chest almost defensively.

Hearing an unfamiliar voice call out from within the house, Crash dropped his hands and waited patiently to see what would happen. Though he jumped a little as the doors slid open, he looked very impressed by it all. He couldn't recall seeing anything so high tech except for in the Mundane's movies back in the other realm. He looked Prometheus over quickly before offering the man a small smile, unsure what to make of the metal man stood before him until he politely addressed him.

Feeling himself physically flinch at the use of his real name, Crash's smile tightened for a moment before he forced himself to relax and offer Prometheus his hand. "You must be Prometheus...the names Crash. I was sent here by Vicki, something about a 'trip' to Europe? There's a woman somewhere behind me as well that was also sent this way" He introduced himself and explained his arrival all in one breath, only pausing for a moment to retract his hand if it hadn't been shook and to point out the tech doors. "Nice bit of kit you've got here, I don't think I've seen anything like it" He mentioned...in his defence he hadn't seen anything like it before, travelling around the world and constantly being on the move meant you didn't often end up in places with top line tech.

As soon as the word was given that they could leave the lower decks Rain was one of the first to do so, silently grateful for the chance to get away from the crates of fish secured below. Travelling in the bowels of a ship was no way to travel, she had been one step away from leaving regardless of orders...which in a way reminded her how much of an alpha she was already.

As soon as she was able to she escaped the confines of the ships narrow hallways and made her way above deck, skirting around the large fishing equipment she came to a rest at the nose of the ship. Water occasionally sprayed her as the boat carved a path through the gentle waves below causing the cool wind to whip up and past her. The werewolf took a deep breath of the salty sea air in an attempt to clear her senses of the overbearing smell of fish, it worked a little though she doubted she'd truly escape the smell until they were off of this boat and she'd scrubbed herself with something or...rolled in some mud.

Rain leant forward and rested her forearms against the bar in front of her, watching the horizon and searching for any signs of land or other ships. Now wasn't the time to relax or reminisce, there must be work that needed doing before they docked...

As Rain thought over what she could possibly do whilst stuck on a boat, something caused her ears to twitch, a strange occurrence bought on by two things, either she'd heard something of interest or her 'spidey' sense was tingling. Before she had much of a chance to investigate something happened behind her, spinning on the spot Rain's jaw dropped as she watched one of the crewman disappear over the side. The werewolf shot to the side of the boat, feeling her canines elongate as she took in the appearance of the large beast a few feet out from the boat. Knowing the beast had her at a disadvantage being it was creature of the sea and she didn't even know how to swim...she turned to whom she assumed was in charge of the crewman and ordered him to get every non combatant below deck and get Vicki's task force -It seemed a viable name for the often- up onto the deck. Rain ran her thumbs over the tips of her claws watching the sea snake with calm blue eyes, adamant the beast wouldn't take another life as long as she drew breath.

~ Vikki ~

Vikki was perched in her cupola, variously surveying the horizon and going through each of the members of the team in her head. It was an eclectic mix of individuals for sure, and some seemed more effective than others. The bounty hunter could tell a lot about how a person fought just by how they acted in normal conversation, but the only real determining factor was actual combat. Time would soon tell how well suited to fight Marcus' forces the ragtag team of supernaturals really was, but Vikki predicted that the arrivals of both the Europe trio and the skylark would be very welcome indeed.

It was then that Vikki was very quickly out of her cupola, sprinting down stairs two at a time to alert the others of what she had just seen. As she ran, she tried to piece it together in her head. The sea between the mainland and Oasari usually never posed a threat to sailors, but one had just been pulled into the water by something very large and very dangerous. Either the aquatic wildlife had changed drastically in the few months it had been since she'd been on this ocean, or Marcus was already one step ahead of them.

"Everybody on deck now!" she yelled as she ran through the hold most of the team was in. "We've got a crewman in the water, and if we don't bag this thing ASAP we'll be joining him! Move!" She continuing to shepherd the rest of the team to the top as she ran into them while running through hallways, eventually making it up to the top herself. Looking out over the port side of the boat, she spotted the creature staring at her and the blue-haired woman already on the deck. Figuring that the woman and the others would have long-range abilities that could hopefully do some damage, she nonetheless gripped her dual katanas, ready to counter should the beast try to take another human.

~ Mizuki ~

Mizuki sighed heavily when the man she was following transformed into a wolf. "Of course, why would I assume following you would be easy?" she said annoyed, and set off after him. Through a combination of luck, speed and flying above the buildings occasionally to relocate the running canine, she made it to where she needed to go. By the time she got to the door, the wolf turned man was already talking to the one called Prometheus.

"Yes, and somehow I made it," Mizuki said, tagging on to Crash's comment about the additional visitor. She mused inwardly that her already annoyed mood was giving a great first impression, but then also there was rarely a time that she wasn't annoyed.
