I'm guessing we will always be in large groups in each new town or city but the routes we will be on our own or in smaller groups.

Back when black and white came out I would listen to this song from the anime while I battled with my shiny Meloetta (that I may or may not have pokegen'd in...)

That was an odd year for me. Haha.

When I started pokemon Silver back in the day I caught a Shiny Magikarp before the lake of Rage, and used it in my team which evolved to gyarados but to my horror, you could get a Shiny gyarados though plot so my shiny was everywhere and basically meaningless, and that Magikarp has been the only Shiny I ever got (outside of plot and event shinies)
