Ironside quickly reforms her liquid metal skin after having been roasted by Flare's inferno. Turning to the party with a cocky smile the nanotech engineer stands firm inside Psy-Warp's protective barrier. "Don't worry guys, we've got this."

As the rockstar's blazing guitar smashed into its head and Ironside's armoured form speared through its chest, leaving behind only a gaping sparkling hole behind her, the first target fell to its knees. Just to make sure the thing stayer down the rest of the party closed around, with Flare and Void blasting it with energy while Vex scanned the remains.

Before they had a chance to recover from the strange encounter three more of the towering behemoths appeared between the buildings. Quickly spinning in the air Bumblebee took careful aim with her blasters and fired an overcharged bolt of lightning into the two closest mechs, hopefully enough to fry their circuitry enough to slow them down.

Upon hearing the cheering of his fans, Rocksmith looked over looked over at them as the Mechtrooper fell under the assault of the R.A.T.S. "Don't relax just yet" a roadie said, broadcasting to all the team members wearing comm links "We've spotted 3 more of those things heading your way!". With that said, the 3 other Mechtroopers came storming towards the team. "Rocksmith here" Rocksmith said through his comm link "Some fans have come looking for a concert. Make sure they're kept out of harm's way".
"Way ahead of you, boss" the roadie on the other end said.
Rocksmith looked over at the fans to see some of his roadies setting up a fan fence to keep them out of danger. "Gotta love the roadies" Rocksmith said before playing an inspiring solo on his guitar.

Deimos loved how much Ironside made a mess of the giant robot with her cool armoured form. And then, Ironside made a new one of herself, just as three more Mechtroopers arrived on scene. Considering how effective the first time was, Deimos decided to do it again with the clone, on the third Mechtrooper.
"Everyone! Don't attack that guy" she exclaimed, pointing to the third Mech before running forward and picking up the new clone of Ironside. "It's like having my own reloaders!" Deimos shouted, aiming the clone precisely and then launching her center mass at the third Mechtrooper.

Vex curses under his breath, the feedback from RETINA pouring in before the AI shut itself down. Triggering his comm, "Careful. Magical attacks won't work well against these," Vex relayed the information. Retina had brought up a rather interesting suggestion before it's shutdown, causing the man to look about the street. Spotting a nearby fire hydrant, an idea popped into his head. Though he didn't have any real method of applying electrical damage himself, he could potentially increase the effectiveness of his allies. Rushing over, he'd draw his blades and cleave through the hydrant in such a way that a torrent of water would begin pouring over the city streets that held the Mechtroopers.

Flare winced as the fiery attack succeeded in doing absolutely nothing except for making Ironside angry at him. The angry glare he received was more than enough rebuttal to prevent him from making another attack like that. It looked like Demios was prepared to throw one of the two Ironsides at another robot, no doubt demolishing it. That left two robots that were getting zapped by Bumblebee. Taking Void's advice he fired off a flurry of flaming bullets aimed at the robots joints.

Violet was pleased at the speed they managed to dismantle the first enemy and chuckling a bit at the look Ironside gave Flare in the meantime. When the next three came barreling at them seeing the water and electric bolts, not to mention the second Ironside, being sent in the direction of the robots it occurred to her that keeping them there was probably something the team would want. However, she would exercise her mind a bit in the process getting back into the swing of using larger amounts power at once. Violet focused creating a compact orb throwing it at knee level to the approaching machines before detonating it wanting to slow them and keep them in the water for longer as well as throw a blast out for fun.

The first one went down easily and a lot was learned quickly. Everyone was doing exceptionally well and he could hardly do more to help. But he would still try.
"Alright we know the ironside express took out one, lets hope they don't learn from others mistakes. We still need eyes in the sky, Psy can I get a platform please? Ironside, you seem fireproof enough, can you look for a core in the slag? If those are magic resistant I want Rocksmith and void to boost everyone at full effect. Heretic you will do best to followup on others attacks if they don't drop it, try to work with bumblebee in case they are electric resistant. Flare great job on the first, but we need a core so save the meltdown after we drop them to keep them from getting back up."

Looking at the molten metal, Brick gets an idea as he drops to a knee and slams his fist into the ground, creating a thin shockwave snaking from the molten mass to the middle mech before snapping up from below. If he was lucky, he would be able to pour the searing hot slag into the pit to add extra damage to the attack. Sadly, he was trying to help but his gyokinesis lends poorly to low collateral damage. so he tried to work with what was already getting damaged, such as the heavy footfalls of the mech.
"I'm taking on the one in the middle from below if anyone wants to hit it from above."

Heretic's spectrum narrowed as a multitude of additional Mech's sprinted into the plaza. The first one had reduced nicely into a pile of melted metal, the copper and steel still flowing as the creative actions of his teammates bombarded the stampeding troopers. A muffled statement could be heard from Vex, but with Heretic not possessing a commlink, he could only scavenge scrapes of the sentence.
"Careful. Magical... Won't work... Against...", that's all his ears could perceive through the sealed gas mask. "So magic won't work against them, eh?", Heretic asked rhetorically before speeding towards the liquified construction in the center of the plaza. If these automatons didn't like the taste of brimstone and ash, than the chrome flesh of their former comrade might be more of their cup of tea. Lathering his blade in the melted element lying idly on the plaza ground, Heretic jammed his oversized longsword into the joint of the nearest robot. "Is this real enough for ya'!?", Yuki shouted, the haste he had felt previously at the bank mission coming back to envelope him in it's twisted arms.

"Road crew" Rocksmith said "More fans have broken cover. Make sure they're-". Rocksmith was cut off as he was drenched in water by Vex destroying a water main. Rocksmith made to yell at Vex, but that was when he spotted reinforcements arriving. "Uh oh" Rocksmith said as he watched the new, heavily armed robot dogs take up firing positions to cover their masters. Rocksmith played the jump chord on his guitar and landed on the roof of a nearby building a few seconds later. From the relative safety of the rooftop, Rocksmith summoned his energy cell. The roadies had replaced the energy it contained with the sub-zero mist created by dry ice so that Rocksmith could cool his guitar that much faster. Rocksmith opened the cell and aimed the cooling mist at his close-to-overheating guitar.

Violet smiled at the impact against the robots, they certainly hadn't been expecting it and the force was enough to throw them off guard. It was going to take more than that as even more of the machines were approaching but a couple looked different and were a bit smaller but a hell of a lot faster. She then was more than a little upset They might be a solution to her getting to throw something without pissing anyone off but she wasn't holding her breath for that so she would wing it if she got the chance. It looked like one of the robots was about to go and trapped but despite the shield it would be possible to give it that last push.

Violet had a look at the closest other robot(3) and started to press and crush its leg/knee joint close to the nearly downed robot in an attempt to collapse it over the other wanting to play a much more dangerous game of dominos. It was going to be fun if it worked or maybe just a disappointment but she honestly didn't care because she wanted to anyways.

Reinforcements, great. Couldn't they at least be scantly dressed cheerleader robots? Brick got an idea as he added another layer of rock to his body.

"Everybody out of the water as quick as you can. I got this one trapped, Psy, try to rip it up by its waist like a tractor pull! If it rips off, throw it at the next one. Rocksmith, can you play 'Thunderstruck'? Ironsides, try to control one of those things from the inside and even the playing field. Heretic, if these things don't like magic, maybe you can get past that shield of theirs easier than the rest of us. Demios pair off with Heretic to see if you can pass the field. Vex, Void, see if you two cant work together to cut up a reinforcement to block more from coming in. Flare, can you give me a hot spot in the asphalt I can launch at them? Bumblebee, I'm not sure if another shock is a good idea with all this water, give everyone a chance to get up on the cars first. Until then, want to try using me as a wrecking ball this time?"

"I don't recognise these specific machines, but the technology's familiar," Bumblebee reported in response to Brick question about who they were fighting. "The guy keeps changing his name though. The first time I met him he was going by Tick-Tock, and after that he was Warsmith, Doctor Steam and the Clockwork King. I've no idea what he might be calling himself this time, but it's sure to be just as lame."

Watching the water flooding the street, flowing steadily down into the Underground station below the road to keep at a constant low level which wouldn't imped movement for the team too much while at the same time keeping the droids wet enough to take extra damage from her attacks, Bumblebee as just lining up for another electroshock burst when Brick came in over her commlink.

Quickly powering down her blasters she pulled them up rather than taking the shot. She hadn't considered whether the conductivity of the bolts would have them affect the rest of the team still standing in the same water as the robots, and suddenly the idea of her squad dancing the grim fandango due to her own miscalculation didn't seem all that smart. "Roger Quarterback, give me a moment to get upto speed and I'll swing round and pick you up. Be ready for sudden acceleration when I do though, wouldn't want to pull your arms off or anything," she quickly responded before rerouting her energy from the blasters to her engines.

Wheeling in the air Bumblebee shot off down the long straight road, using the clear space to prepare for a run-up before spinning round and taking careful ait for her flightpath. She needed to line herself up perfectly to fly over Brick's position and into one of the enemy targets while travelling at supersonic speeds. For once she wished she had something more than the abacus built into her glove to help with the planning, but in the end she decided the best thing to do would be to wing it.

Slamming her hand down on the control the aviatrix pushed everything she had into her pack's afterburners, and suddenly shot forwards, heading straight for Brick.

Deimos sighed, as more of the buggers arrived. She couldn't keep throwing people forever, and it was boring besides to keep throwing people forever, even though looking at their heavy metal chassis, that would be the only thing effective against them.
"You wouldn't happen to have any anti-Robot things, would you?" She asked the voice, the Queen of the Deimos. But, if she was listening, Deimos got only silence in reply, which was typical. One last time, she felt, or quite possibly two last times. Either way, she moved to grab one of the near-by Ironside clones, and threw it at one of the sturdiest Mechtrooper.

"Ey, Vex. Lemme pull the bastard to me, then you kick his ass. Got it?" He said as he charged the Mech-hound, raising his blade for a strike straight across its armor.
