I can't justify being naked in DGO, because it probably has some sort of safeguard against in-game nudity though. So reality has that on DGO at least.

No, you can be naked in Deep Ground. That's why Silver Streaker gets reported all the time: You totally can be naked and can be reported for indecency. Repeat offenders are suspended.

Why would they even program something like that in the game though? Nudity and all. It's not like a VR game has to be completely faithful to reality, unless the school admins just want to have the possibility of spying on naked high schoolers having amateur virtual sex.

Not a choice of the school per say, Deep Ground is a it's own corporation after all. The school was built around Deep Ground, not the other way around; whatever the exe of Deep Ground wants to do, Purple Crown incorporates. That's not to say they accept it, hence why people can get reported for it.

And if kids want to have consensual sex without the complications of birth or have some reason to maintain their physical virginity, Deep Ground provides.

I did say if you can make it worth my while. Have you? Though yeah, we are rather full up at the moment. Differ to Windel if you want to reserve or squeeze a place. But ya know, I could put in a good word for ya if ya prove to be... Entertaining.
