The siren was starting to give Rei a pounding headache, so he was more than happy to follow his new...friends to somewhere far away from the irritating noise. This time, he chose to keep his mouth shut and let Troy to do the talking instead, seeing that this young boy - whose name was Bo - seemed to be a decent person so far. Besides, it was already taking all of his mental power to hold on to his sanity before he lost it to his emotions...

Though the thought of three men hiding in a freaking bathroom together doesn't sound remotely amusing.

Kazu reached the gates as he let out a big sigh "Why do I have to be so late?" Kazu mumbled as he recalls the fact he slept in despite the constant yelling from his older sister, Nanami. "Oh yeah I slept in, I forgot." he said as he then pressed the button on the intercom. "Hello? How may I assist you?" said the voice of an older woman "Yes, my name is Kazunori Takemura, I applied to receive a power?" He said "Let me take a look here." the woman said as she was heard typeing away on a computer. "Kazunori Takemura, age 20, Power Applied for... Abnormality? So you're the weirdo who applied for the unwanted ability?" the woman said "Yes much like the power I applied for my actions are quite...abnormal if you may." Kazu replied "Very well let me unlock the gate." she said as the intercom shut off and a buzzing was heard as the gate slowly swung open. "Let's just hope I'm not the most recent to arrive here" He thought to himself as he began to walk through the gate towards the building - The P.R.L. - A lab designed for the use of researching abilities that are not of a normal human, from animal morphing to control over ones own blood...to being able to accomplish feats that a normal human could not achieve alone. That's what this place is, a place where one goes to become, unique, the place where Kazu is entering to become...Abnormal. The power he applied for - Abnormality - Like the woman said it was an unwanted power, but that was slightly wrong. It wasn't unwanted it was merely unattainable by the people who applied for it before him. The ability allows you to acheive abnormal feats such as being able to lift a car or tank, or run faster than that of the fastest creature or vehicle. With this ability came a great side effect, the user's body must be toned well enough or they face a pain worse then any muscle cramp you get after going to the gym. Broken bones, paralyzed limbs...death. If the user was not fit for the ability then these pains are the 3 things you will be facing as you use the ability.

"No I have yet to receive these powers, my father is a pigheaded government official who allowed me access to this project after this I'm planning on getting as far away from my life as possible after this!"

He explained to Troy as they neared the washrooms he opened the door and entered taking a seat on the countertop of the sinks.

"I am intrigued though to gain these powers my life would be a lot more interesting"

He continued saying to Troy and to Rei who had an odd look on his face as though he was thinking something was odd, Bo just simply disregarded this and looked around the bathroom.

Following along with Rei and Bo, Troy mentioned something quite intriguing when he spoke about his father being a government official. Which meant that Bo could possibly have connections that would lead Troy to immunity from the law since his record was a bit extensive but from the sound of it, Bo must have a strained relationship with his old man which pretty much would throw the idea out the window.

Hearing him out, Troy gave a nod What powers you gettin'? he asked since he would not have the pleasure to see at that moment. They entered into the washroom and Troy did feel a little weird being alone in the bathroom waiting with two other guys....and them being teenagers and he being black, its obviously a no win situation for Troy if they were caught in there unless the two boys could convince whoever finds them otherwise.

Leaning against the wall, Troy looked at Bo first what you plan to do with you powers? turning his head over to Rei I heard some of what was said when I passed yall at the speaker...you tryin to have blood control or somethin? he asked Rei boldly while folding his arms.

Bo pondered the question for a second trying to remember what he had wanted he remembered a few seconds later as he thought of the days before when he had played a certain roleplaying game, and he was able to effect death which intrigued him.

"Blood control you say, well I am aiming for something of sort almost the same kind yet it is a little more than blood, I am going to get a power called Necromancy or Necrokinesis as some call it will allow me to have power over souls and the dead I could do so much with it!"

He thirsted to get the power because it was so cool sounding to him to be able to raise the dead and absorbs the souls of ghost and other humans, able to control how things work and maybe even how long things live.

It all interested him yet he wanted to know what the others wanted to have as powers.

"What about you Troy, what kind of power do you want?"

Bo asked Troy.

Kazu walked down the pure white hallway as he kept his hands in his pockets and his hood up with only his face from the nose down revealed. He soon ended up at a crossroads, a hall straight on, to the left, and to the right were before him. "Hmmm guess I can give my analystics a shot." He said. Analystics is a talent he expanded upon in his years through high school up till graduation. He would calculate possibilities one after another he relied on 2 of his 5 senses, sight and hearing. Kazu always kept an ear out to make sure he hears everything and is always looking around him but in a fashion so no one knew he was looking. Kazu's eyes began to shift from side to side as he began to mumble numbers and problems to himself. "It would be a 33% chance that I would run into someone on each of these halls." He thought to himself as he moved the hood back a bit to uncover his ears "Sounds coming from the hall to my right and the hall straight ahead but no sound coming from the left. More people are heard in the hall to the right, a total of three people are heard." He added in his thoughts "Guess I'll take the right hall then." He said as he fixed his hood to cover his face more and began to head down the right hall.

Volta smiles a bit more, shaking Nathan's hand. "A pleasure to meet you. I'm glad you saw me, I was worried I'd be wondering around here all day. Where are the rooms?"

Hearing Bo out with the answers he gave, Troy could only think, what the hell what possess this kid to use such a dangerous power? Controlling the dead? Troy felt a sudden chill go up his spine thinking about that ability as the death of his closest friends/ family came to mind and how it left him a traumatic reminder of what he lost. So...he can't handle death very well. Could Bo possibly want to cause trouble with the power? Who knows but its probably better not to have this kid against him if he achieve this ability.

Troy then answered calmly about what power he wanted. I'm applying for shadow manipulation....sounds like thats the power that fits me most. even though because of his build, he could've gone for super strength or something dealing with brute force but he had his reasons wanting shadow manipulation. but controlling death huh? Thats some serious shit...

Nathan would say calmly "Just this way..Through the lobby and down the hall..They aren't great, But they aren't terrible. Haha." He would lead her calmly, his hands dug in his pockets as he quickly maneuvers past random people walking down the hall, reaching the door, he would say "Here it is." and offering another friendly smile

The bathroom, to Rei's relief, was situated far from the blasting siren, and even more grateful when the wailing stopped a short while later, plunging the building into dead silence.

He shrugged at Troy when he was asked about the power he - or rather, his father - applied for. Seemed like that bit of info wasn't in his native tongue like the rest in his form. Hemokinesis, or blood manipulation: an ability that only drew blood of his own and not the others, a double-edged sword with a fine line between sanity and death.

Hearing how the other two chatted about joining this godforsaken lab away from the world they were originally from made the Asian teen mulling over the idea to desire for powers, for augmentations beyond the natural scope of human bioprint. The eager willingness to exchange their insignificant life for an ability through this shady place, with no guarantee that they would get what they wanted so badly to be here for.

Bo signed up for Necromancy, to be able to raise the dead; Troy, to gain control over shadows. If anyone heard their little conversation in the most inappropriate place possible, Rei felt amused thinking about how they seemed like a trio of the dark---

When his inner thought was put on pause at picking up the sound of someone approaching for the second time in a day.

He rolled his eyes. Maybe he should apply the power to become a human magnet...

Jacque continued to stare down Zarr as the white coat clad individual hovered in the air quietly. For a moment Jacque started to get annoyed at the lack of response to his question and was about to tell Zarr to piss off, however a shifting directly behind him stopped the man before the words could come out. He reluctantly took his eyes off of Zarr to see what it was to find Eva using him more or less as a meat shield. Jacque momentarily wondered if it was out of fear or distain that she chose to do so, then simply decided it wasn't really any of his business. His goal right now was to find his living quarters to put away his things, then report to his assigned examination room so he could run the gauntlet that would allow him to get what he'd come for. Jacque's face took on a rather deadpan expression as he calmly stepped around Eva and continued down the hall, not particularly caring at this point whether or not he was followed. Worst come to worst, he could simply shut himself in his quarters until both parties lost interest in him.

"I have lived under too much fear now and I can not take it anymore
I want to be stronger then I am now so I am not weak so I may torture the people who tortured me!"

He said darkly to Troy who seemed very disturbed but told Bo that he had applied for shadow manipulation, and Rei seemed to want blood manipulation or whatever else he had called it.

"We seem to be quite the dark triad,"

A smirk appeared on his face as he thought what kind of trouble the three of them could cause, with Troy they could infiltrate and hide and with Rei they could control living things like puppets and draw blood from their enemies, but with Bo they could also raise the dead maybe even if Troy or Rei were injured Bo could reverse the effects of the damage by application of soul energy to mend the wounds or even add more strength to his own repitoiore.

"We would make a good team!"

Bo mused to the two then realized someone was approaching because he could hear the slight padding of footsteps outside.

"Seems we have a visitor lets wait and see who it is, just act casual!"

He said to the two as he leaned against the wall and acted as casually as he could.

Troy never revealed why he wanted the power in the first place since he thought his ideas were a little dark....then again...he was proven otherwise after hearing what Bo just told them. Giving a "hmph" while still having his arms crossed. he looked at Rei to see what his thought were on Bo's reasoning for wanting Necromancy..but...Troy had no room to talk or ridicule anyone because it's damn near what he had in mind when it came to dealing with the crime organization that wiped out the only family he had. The way you take, you make yourself sound more like a villain than an avenger...but...we all have our reasons for wanting these abilities. Looking over at Rei wondering why he applied for the ability he wanted.

Now it was a intriguing how Bo went on about becoming a trio. A dark trio who, by the looks on Bo's face, could cause plenty of trouble and damage to anyone who would stand in their way. Troy could team up with these two youngsters and they could help him take out his enemies. But...what next? what would they get involved in with these powers? He could already tell Bo probably had mayhem in his mind but this team thing was not a sure guarantee. They needed to agree to this first and have rules...if any if they were to form up. With an amused smirk Team? don't you think you're getting a little ahead of yourself bruh? What would we do in this so-called "Dark Triad"? he asked.

At the mention of having a new visitor, Troy could hear the footsteps getting closer as he looked over towards the door wondering who this person could be. He wondered what reaction they would get being that it's an older black guy in the bathroom with two teenage boys. This was going to be interesting...

Seeing how Jacque continually set his sights at Zarr, Eva looked beyond his shoulder up towards the flying madman before retreating again. She didn't want anything to do with the scientists. Almost every single occassion had ended in some gory death or freak accidents. And on every occassion that happened-- Zarr was the only person standing and laughing at everything.

Jacque's expression from a form of curiosity staight up turned uninterested and simply damn annoyed that nothing had been said. That face when he should just no longer care anymore because it was getting him nowhere. Eva continued to stay behind him but he eventually had enough of this encounter.

He turned around and left the two behind. However as soon as Eva saw Zarr in plain sight was enough to make her turnaround and leave at Jacque's direction with an awry pace. Her brows pushed forward worriedly. "Hey, don't leave me with him!" She said promptly afterwards.

Kazu neared the bathroom door where he had heard the voices coming from. "Seem's like it's that bathroom up there. Now why would people chit chat in a bathroom?" He said as he shrugged his shoulders. "Oh who cares not like it matters it's so abnormal I could do it." He added as he reached the door. "Let's see what's behind door number 1." He thought to himself as he checked his hood to make sure his face was hidden. He reached for the handle as he slowly opened the door. After fully opening the door he finds two young men one about 19 and the other 16 as well as a tall black man at what looks like the age of 28 inside casually laid back looking towards the door as if they were expecting him. "Oooops looks like I've been caught! Guess I should have gone with ProbSolu #2 and moved quietly but oh well!" He said allowed knowing it's no use keeping it to himself. "So what do we have here? A party? A class reunion? Oh I know, a going away party!" he added trying to be as abnormal as he possibly can.

Zarr's lack of response was due to the mans question. I know it was simple and very easy question to answer but that would be easy for a normal person which Zarr is not. He floated there thinking to himself. Was he a doctor...? Is that what others see him as...? Or was he a doctor all along ...? Could doctors dissect people......I mean have friends...? Zarr kept asking himself completely forgetting the question that was asked of him not to long ago.

Although not feeling the presences of the two that stood before him he snapped out of his own little reality. "Oh...um friend...I could be a doctor if you wish me to." Zarr said slowly floating in their direction. He is a scientist but hell he's so crazy he believes he's half the things people call him. As he continue to follow the two his body spun in the air sometimes walking on the ceiling or walls...but never on the ground. "I'd like to know you better Mr. Friend!" Zarr stated carrying on with his randomness he stayed spinning apparently not being effected by dizziness.

Jacque kept right on walking Eva's protests, "Hey, I never said anything about leaving anyone with anyone. I just started walking. You just happened to not follow immediately." he stated in a matter of fact tone. Zarr's admission to not actually being a doctor managed to stop him, though it was only for about half a second before he continued on, "So you're not a doctor then? Noted. You know, you really shouldn't go about letting people assume you're a scientist or doctor. It's going to lead to some serious confusion. And while I appreciate your...er...amiable nature, my name is Jacque, not "Mr.Friend".". Surprisingly there was no animosity to be found in Jacque's tone. He was blunt, but it was more so due to his nature as a person rather than due to any hostility. Eventually Jacque came to a full stop in front of a door labeled as #004 -the room that had been assigned as his living quarters-, and entered it, leaving the door open for the time being as he'd yet to grow fully annoyed by the presence of his tag alongs.

Jacque took in his surroundings after fumbling for and switching on the light switch, finding himself both intrigued and underwhelmed all at once by the simplicity of the room. Everything, the wall, the plastic dresser, to the cot that served as his bed, even his bed sheet, was white. Not like the eggshell white of a new apartment room either, but a sterile almost blinding white, like fresh snow. There was a door on the far side of the room that likely led to a bathroom, presumably just as sterile in appearance as the rest of the room. "Nice to see that they're consistent.", Jacque casually pulled off his bag and tossed it onto the bed, figuring he could worry about putting away his clothing later.

Bo was confused and shocked by the man who walked in on them, Bo rather than attacking the intruder he walked up to the intruder and looked him over then stepped back looking at his face the man seemed to be rather intelligent looking and by the sounds of what he said he was intelligent.

"Who are you?"

He asked the man then closed the bathroom door behind him, Bo watched the man with keen eyes as he stood there.

He spoke up once again.

"You are obviously very smart, maybe you wondered what was happening in the bathroom because you heard voices but you were obviously curious and I can't blame you for that but I don't know also if I can trust you!"

He paused to look at the man with his eyes narrowed and a straight face, then continued but looked at his two new friends.

"He seems intelligent and very good at calculations he might be a good team mate that's what I see in a team we need brains not just all brawn and power,"

He turned to the man once again.

"But the question is can we trust you?!"

He asked the man pointedly.

"Who are you?" the 16 year old boy said as Kazu looked at him with a smile and removed his hood. "Kazunori Takemura! That's my name!" He said in reply. "You are obviously very smart, maybe you wondered what was happening in the bathroom because you heard voices but you were obviously curious and I can't blame you for that but I don't know also if I can trust you!" the boy said "I was merely looking for some social people, mainly those who are power applicants." Kazu said "But the question is can we trust you?!" the boy said "Yes you can in fact trust me! Even more so because I will tell you the power I applied for. The So Unattainable Power! Abnormality!" He replied.

Nathan would sigh as he spins around, allowing the girl to enter her room and get settled in, he would keep his door open as he steps in, offering politely "If you need anything, i'll be in here, Just knock or walk in, I don't really mind." He would smile again as he moves toward his bed, his name called out on the loud speaker "Will Test Subject 69213- *Cough* Nathan Grant, Please report to the Experimental Training Facility immediatly." Nathan would quickly get up, and head toward the ETF.
