She didn't really want to share her magic, but she didn't feel the need to express that again. Shrugging a little bit she seemed to think it over. "Well it doesn't change the fact that I don't know how to just make more. It just kind of happened because I had more magic than I could handle at once." She glanced at the cuffs that were on her. Perhaps letting him put them on was not the greatest of ideas. Boy this personality thing was getting old. She'd like to stay one for a while at least.

Damian sighed and shook his head. "We may have to eventually learn to live without you, but why are you rushing to bring that day to come? I mean, this guild has a reputation for knowing things and I have no doubt that by now they know who works in their hotel and when as well as any one who's been in for interviews and who's been hired. It's far too risky an operation."

Using his magic, a thin blade snakes the glass of alcohol out of his guild master's grip and around to his own, and he took a swig before continuing. "As for confronting their Guild Master, he got ample warning that I'd be paying a personal visit to their hotel when he didn't come clean. It should hardly be surprising to him when I actually do show up."




Jack looked to Jackie and raised an eyebrow. "Change your name? Well, that decision ultimately falls to you, and calling you Jackie works fine for me, but if you were to do so, why? A name defines who you are. Past, present, and future, your name helps to decide who you are. At this juncture, I could understand if you wanted to. A new name to signify a new take on life, a second chance." He looks back at the fight in the arena before turning to Jackie again.

"That said, keeping your name means you're willing to accept that you had a past like yours but that won't change who you want to be now." He again turns back to the arena then smiles. "For the record, you look a lot like an Anna or Annabeth."

NOLAN and DALTON
If Nolan could read minds he would've slapped Fleo upside the head and told her that she was over thinking everything. She was just as capable as him to do whatever she wanted if she put her mind to it. Also what is up with her thoughts of heroes and why the hell does she think he was one? To put it simply he is downright ruthless and does whatever needs to be done, even if it means he has to kill someone in order to survive. He wasn't ever going to be a shining hero of Phoenix Wing like Damian or Penny, that he knew very well. They were the ideal mages for mages of Phoenix Wing to strive for, but Nolan? Their ideal made him want to gag himself with a rusty, dull sword. He only hoped that he wouldn't have a falling out with Phoenix Wing. They were two completely different things, like oil and water. His only regret would be that he would never be able to see his friends again, even if they were few in numbers.

Tough Love was really getting some tough love during the games. They couldn't seem to come away with a win at all and this Tough Love mage was getting his butt kicked by some flashy mage from Dragon Fang. For whatever reason it felt like Nolan's nerves were on edge with electricity circuiting through him just by look at Zephyr. It was like his God Slaying Magic was acting up for no reason. He glared at Zephyr wondering what kind of power he is hiding that's putting him on edge. His pupils turned white, an indication he activated his Shaman Magic. "W-what the hell? Why does this guy have something like that?" When Nolan sees peoples' souls they appear in various different forms and sizes. The sizes indicated the strength of a person while the forms reflected the owner's key attributes. Zephyr's soul certainly showed that he was a powerful mage though that was the least of Nolan's concern. What got him so riled up the fact that he had a second soul within him and it was forcibly repressed though it held such great power and even then it's size was immense.

Dalton scratched his head wondering why the hell Nolan was so shocked at this fight. It was a pretty easy fight for Zephyr and probably was going to end soon. Maybe he was just being spastic for no reason? "Uh, Earthland to Nolan. What's got ya so on edge? Relax!"

"That man took over a god." Nolan's pupils reverted back to normal and he realized that his left hand was shaking not from fear, but from the desire to kill a god. He grabbed his arm and forced it still. "Just being near a god makes my heart race."

"Heh, well it is the first Grand Magic Games in a hundred years so even they want in on the action! I threw fashion out the window today. The fights and games were just so much more interesting than their threads, well except for Indigo." He chuckled, scratching his cheek slightly. "But seriously, the sales for the magazine with content of the Games themselves has raked in more subscribers and dinero than in the past three months! The Games are a hit!"

The combination provided the necessary environment for the lacrima to grow" he said thoughtfully, clearly having thought on it for a while "and I wish to study the fruits closer, see if I can determine the magic in them" he said

Jamie gave an almost sly smile, and said "ah, but one of my forms is on their payroll, even if it hasn't been in for a long time" Jamie said, "I did do jobs myself, after all, and you get a lot of contacts after a period of time. As for rushing it, I won't die this week. They wouldn't risk killing a guild master, killing anyone for that matter, during the games" Jamie said, giving a shrug "if we go in with a group they'll know. If I go in alone, which logically is right, but don't come out or give any sign of being alright through a lacrima, then you can bring in as many people as you want. But it's always best to go simple first, and then bring in the Calvary if necessary. Not bring in the Calvary and potentially ruin any chance of finding mithera. Your still young, take the chance to learn from someone older, to learn from their mistakes. Ten minutes. That's all I want." ten minutes should be ample time, and if it wasn't thenJamie didn't deserve to be guild master.

The almost callous way that Prince spoke angered Penny. You didn't speak like that when talking about someone's death! "I said I'll find a way and I will" she said, "there's a few options, still" she hoped there was. Her eyes roamed over the crowd as if she could pull the answers from there

Trinity studied Penny, wondering what ideas she had. She knew what to do, for this kind of situation? Maybe some wizard connections Trinity herself wouldn't have because she's a foreigner. She was eager to hear Penny's ideas, but there was something else bugging her first. The minstrel turned to Prince, frowning sternly. "How much do you know, Prince?" She looked a little angry.

"My magazine doesn't release until the end of the month. We're a weapons and smithing magazine, so I've got to find some kind of weapon or armor to focus on. Which isn't always an option..." The young lady smiled softly, tucking her notes away. "It's good to hear your magazine is already hopping with anticipation. Must have a good marketer?"

Rolling her eyes she shook her head. "Well even if you know what magic caused the fruit I'm not overloaded with magic. So it won't do much." Even if she was combative Ariel didn't seem to have much of a filter for her thoughts. Even though she said she didn't have a whole lot of magic there were a few that were vying for dominance right now.

"Mommy!" Elyse shouted happily at the sight of her mother, running over to Rose and hugging her.

"She wasn't that bad. Krystal helped out and kept her entertained for a bit." Lucus said

"Pretty lady made sparklies!" Elyse said excitedly.

"Yeah, she did. And no, you don't know Krystal, she wasn't in the original Riders. In fact, she's a relative unknown. No reputation and far as we know, we're her first guild, surprisingly." Lucus said.

"You know, you really should start eating more." Joshua said as he got a sundae that was pretty much drowned in hot fudge and chocolate toppings. Leading her back over to their booth, he glanced up to check on the games briefly before turning back to her."You rarely eat much while we're out on jobs and I'm lucky to see you eat more then a simple salad at the guild. If you keep this up, you won't be able to stay awake on day and it might be the one day you can't afford to fall asleep. Food gives you energy and nutrients your body needs. You should try to enjoy it more."



Jack took Master Jack's answer calmly, simply nodding in reply. True, the decision was hers. But it felt like such a big one, she didn't want to rush into it blindly. And he was right, her name tied to her past crimes and letting it go would cause people to view her in different lights. Such a fact made such a decision all the harder. Before she could dwell on it for long though, Master Jack brought up that she looked like an Anna or Annabeth, earning him a confused glance.
"How can a person look like a name? I don't think a name determines an appearance... do certain appearances match certain names better or is it just your personal opinion?" She asked

Rose smiled picking elyse up hugging her back before listening to him " You act like I don't remember who use to be among the top of the group lucus, and let me guess, she takes forever to get ready and absolutely loves to shop and look at herself in a mirror since she worries about her looks every day... she would probably annoy me, I Hate vanity, just be who you are no need to be someone everyone wants you to be, if they care they will accept you for who you are inside" said Rose remembering who was part of rider's blade as she gave elyse a kiss on the forehead " So Elyse, do you like spending time with daddy?"she asked glad to hear that Elyse didn't cause too much trouble for Lucus and his group.



"I grew up this way, we were a poor farming village most of the food in the temple, we gave to travelers who wished to journey up Mt. Hoboke. Plus like I said the cold reminds me of my roots and all I been through, plus eating alot at once like most do make me feel tired, final point, the surgars and ice crystals in these treats give me energy plus i learned to store some surgars for when i need them" Amaya explained having to stop and think a few times while she shrugged "I have always been a small girl and mother taught me that my thin small stature helps in battle because I can moved quick without much resistance of my weight and more agile. and flexible then my brothern Zero and maybe that jade dragon slayer." She said looking up at the ceiling before finishing her cone in two bites before wiping her mouth with a napkin.

Magni stormed further into the forest, he was confused at what he had just experienced, and he gets irritated when he doesn't understand a situation at hand. So, he unleashed his pent up anger and frustration to the only things around him, the poor trees. The Antimage slashed at every tree that was in his path, creating deep gashes within the wood, few more strikes would make the tree fall quite easily. Magni continued to do this, he continued until he felt somewhat calm, so that was after 30-50 trees. He planted his warglavies into the ground, and sat on the forest floor once again, deja vu. The Antimage started to control his breath, it was at least one thing that he could control. After that fiasco, he wondered if Frenzy Plant would allow him to continue to stay inside, almost murdering someone in the guild had to mean something to the soldiers. Magni sighed as he laid his head down onto ground.

He just needed to clear his head from all this nonsense, he managed to slip back into his old routine so quickly, because it felt so natural to him to just... be alone and murder. Ugh, he needs to find a hobby fast. The Antimage placed his hands onto the mask's eye-sockets, he was getting a headache from all of this thinking, and to be honest, the mind games played inside of his head just felt so out of place. So, he just sighed again. Magni looked around, and it seemed that he was alone for the moment, he couldn't detect anything in his vicinity. Checking again once more, he was slightly pleased to be alone once more, that means he can finally take off this mask.

Magni glanced around the treeline once more, for some reason, he just couldn't shake the feeling that something was watching him, but that was most likely his constant paranoia that he felt whenever he felt alone. The Antimage took hold of his mask, and took a large breath of air, taking this thing off completely was actually quite painful. He slowly started to raise the metal thing showing the bottom-half of his face, a slight twinge of pain coursing through his eyes. He exhaled for the painful part, and suddenly yanked the thing off, making him wince in pain as it was basically a shock to the brain whenever he took off the death trap. The Antimage blinked a few times, it was strange seeing things without something feeling compressed on his face. And, his face was actually fairly normal. Obviously, the tattoos from his body seemed to also stem off towards his face, and he was a fairly handsome looking person from first glance, however, there was something that would gather the attention of any person that would cross his path, the entire reason that he could see so well. He blinked once more, the stone wiping against the inside of his eyelids.



Eve was excited, it seemed that being direct was much easier than subtly trying to get attention, she wondered why she didn't do that in the first place! Just as fancy girl was about to respond to Eve, Nero had suddenly arrived to join into the starting conversation. However, it didn't seem like it lasted long as the fancy girl strayed away from the two. Again, she didn't really know how to feel, as sadness was void from her body, but she was happy that Nero was with her! And he seemed to be more smug than usual, that was impressive.

It didn't take long for Nero to explain why he was so smug, he did like to talk, that was for sure. Her gaze soon focused upon the little object that Nero held in his hand, it looked like it was supposed to be hanging from someone's key-chain. However, the bones seemed to garner her attention further, she still had some necromancer tendencies within her. Learning about how Nero achieved the little speaker did seem to lessen its appeal, Eve glanced over to the person that he had taken it from, the old lady, but she actually looked healthier? Dang, Nero can do some insane stuff. Eve's gaze soon focused on the trinket once again, well, she guessed if he got it with someones permission rather than stealing it, couldn't be that bad... Right? She smiled at Nero, she couldn't trust Nero with the face he was making. The Necromancer nodded towards Nero, and lifted her chin trying to expose her throat to the Genie.

"I'm sure you will my dear." Prince chuckled in response to Penny's determination, a bit happy to see her so quite stubborn on the matter before his teal gaze flicked to Trinity as she gave such a angry expression while asking how much he knew. The abnormally tall feline hummed and tapped his chin with a index finger before moving it over his lips in a 'shh' fashion.

"I know most of the story that involves your worry. But the kitten made me promise to keep his condition a secret. Though there is little point to it now." he hummed in response as he finished cleaning himself off with a towel he had somehow obtained.

zephyr vs Harry final

Zephyr was seriously hating this ground crap by now. So as Harry rose into the sky further and further and began to chuck boulders down at him. Harry's silhouette was blacked out by the sun, which hurt to look at but Harry was covering a bit of it so it was like a half blind scenario. Seeing the boulder fly down. Zephyr started to dodge them before switching his takeover to his engine one. To which he burst away from the ground pillar, Zephyr then did a u-turn and pushing himself as hard as possible flew at the pillar while dodging the boulder and before contact switch to his Ravager suit and rammed full speed into the pillar and sent it tilting towards the ground. Yet because this kid had rock magic, Zephyr decide to grab the pillar and yank it out from beneath the kids feet. This way he wouldn't be able to alter the pillar to protect himself.

harry was had never been on the pillar. As the pillar was yanked, a rock form fell off it, and the boulders stopped falling. Harry grinned to himself, and he came up beneath Zephyr, smashing into him, the rock armor protecting Harry, but probably doing some injury to the take over mage.

The Pillar shook violently and began to crack, falling apart, but Harry didn't care. It had merely been a distraction, to catch Zephyr off guard. The Pillar fell all around them, and Harry pulled away from Zephyr, falling to the ground with a loud crack, standing and looking up

Zephyr looked at the rock that feel and sighed to himself as Harry then crashed into him from below. While his armor protected him from most of the damage, this crap still hurt a bit. And so when Zephyr stood among the debris he looked at Harry with a slightly annoyed expression at all this hiding and crap. "Well I think you earned it. The first person to experience my God Takeover!" Zephyr said with a golden aura covering him and when it faded showed him not in any armor but a whole new appearance. He looked almost different and if it weren't for his face you would think he was different. His hair had taken a white color and his left eye showed the god has most control with its different color. Zephyr then placed his hands on the ground and covered the entire floor and debris in a dark sheet. Both of them would feel as though they were standing on nothing at all.

Zephyr would vanish into the ground and then appear behind Harry holding his hand behind the kids back a dark orb would appear from his hand before firing off in a torrent of shadow energy.

When Zephyr disappeared, after producing his god take over, Harry at once crouched, laying a hand to the ground, trying to sense where Zephyr would appear. As he appeared behind Harry, Harry spun about, unaware that zephyr was preparing an attack. Instead of getting hit in the back, Harry was hit in the stomach, and he was flown backwards, his rock armor smashed. The young boy landed hard, smashing his head against the ground.

the last Harry saw was the sky, before blackness overtook him.

As Zephyrs hit connected and threw Harry backwards, he would see Harry hit the ground and after a few seconds not get up. Zephyr would rubbed the back of his head before reverting back to his normal attire and walked over to Harry and helped him up. "Well not sure if you can hear me dude, but you did an awesome job! I was trying not to have to use my new takeover but you really pushed me to that point." Zephyr told him before looking at Harry's team. "You guys raised one hell of a mage!" Zephyr said grinning at them.

Tidius decided that he didn't like this personality of Ariels. It was clear that this one just seemed to want to combative and not at all helpful."I have lacrima here. I can overload you if I wish like before but am worried that might be more harmful then beneficial"

Penny sighed heavily, but didn't say anything, wondering how things were going with Mithera. Surely if they had managed to rescue her, they would have been told? Everyone in the guild had a communication Lacrima, after all. This waiting around and...being in charge thing was not for Penny. She wanted to be in the thick of things, not standing around waiting.

What was the Master thinking, leaving her in charge?

She looked back to Prince, Trinity and karn. "I imagine it's the same as what Edolas Karn had. Sasha said that Edo-Karn was coughing and that too."

Damian chuckled. "Hate to say this, but you do realize when someone doesn't show up for work in awhile, they loose their job, right?" He took another sip of his drink, watching the Dragon Fang mage win the fight and nodding to himself. That had been an easy to see win for Dragon Fang, even if the Tough Love mage had put up a fight. The God Takeover though...Wonder what Nolan thinks of that.




Jack chuckled at Jackie's question and took a moment to cheer loudly with the rest of his guild when Zephyr won before answering her. "It's an expression to say that a certain name seems to fit you well, not that you literally look like a name." He smiled good naturedly and puts the young woman into a one armed hug. "In the end, what you decide to do doesn't matter to the guild, you're still a part of our family."

Hikage Okumora

Hikage let out a litle giggle and nodded. "Who knows maybe I should have you help me plan this out, you seem to have the ideas for such a project already." Hikage said watching the fight as Mikey checked his items out, saying Zephyr would find a way. "This must be one of your closer friends in the guild huh? I'm sorry for dragging you away then." Hikage said with a saddened expression before her eyes widened at what the kid did next. A god takeover?? You didn't even have to be at the arena to feel the power that echoed from the god. Just like that, the fight was over with Zephyr winning. "Im sorry Michael, you should go congratulate your friend. I never meant to take you away for that long." Hikage apologized before ruffling his hair and taking her own bags in hand before walking towards the door. She would then halt and walk back towards Mikey as she slid her hand into her pocket and pulled out a business card. "If you ever need to talk to someone you can just call me up." She said before walking out of the store.

"Yeah, she's a bit like that. But at the same time, she gives it her all during training and doesn't want us to hold back. Sure, she'll get angry when we ruin her outfit or her hair, but then she tries all the harder. And her magic is no laughing matter, though I think i'll let her reveal it on the stage." Lucus said with a laugh

"Sparklie lady fight?" Elyse asked



"Alright, alright, relax." Joshua said, chuckling to himself, glancing up at the screen."Seems like Dragon Fang won their match. They're definitely a strong guild. I hope I go against one of their members. That would be interesting, depending on their magic"

Turning back to Amaya, she watched her for a bit before speaking again
"You ever feel like going back to Mount Hakobe?"



Jack's face turned a light shade of pink as Master Jack put her in a one-armed hug. She wasn't used to the action and still found the comforting sensation it gave foreign and unusual. Not that she found it bad, it was just... not something she was used to. There had been no such comforts had been virtually nonexistent in her life until recently.

Rose listened to lucus and elyse " i use to be that way before i just quit caring about being someone else, and yes when your with a guild like the wing or like the blade you use magic to do jobs for your guild as a member



Amaya looked out the window before she listened to joshua's purposal before shaking her no " Even if I wanted to there is no one there waiting for me, my use-to-be parents, my village, my mother...there is only bad memories and ghostly reminders of my use to be life, hermlock is dead, he finally is at peace and with the other brothern that never made it out... It wouldn't be right for me to return, i know those of my village who remain attached to this world wont be happy to see me... Mother isn't there so i must not return till I find her." she said watching the fight " part of me itches to fight but my other part doesnt want to, i will fight if i am called upon"

Zephyr Hardt

Once his fight was over, he didn't rejoin his team at their stands. Instead he went to the infirmary where he checked up on his sister who was out cold in one of the beds. He pulled up a chair and sat down next to her with a smile on his face. "You missed it sis, I showed the world something crazy! Its not everyday you get to see someone do a god takeover." He spoke before frowning a bit. "I still say that lady was too rough, I want to get payback for you but.... I would have to rely heavily on Loki and I can only last three minutes with him. Shit.... Why can't I get stronger by myself? I can only rely on the powers of spirits and objects. I also seem to hurt other without realizing it, some friend I am." Zephyr mumbled as his sisters hand twitched a bit. Zephyr simply smiled to himself and held his sisters hand. "Well you need to hurry up and recover for tomorrow. Its going to be another big day at the games."

Shaking her head a bit Ariel wasn't really sure if she wanted Tidius to do that. It would lead to what he wanted. Probably not. But she didn't get the chance to say much because a burst of magic hit her. It wasn't unfamiliar, but much stronger than usual. It only lasted for a few minutes but by the end Ariel looked about ready to collapse again. "You're right. Maybe that would be a bad idea." rubbing her head she looked up and tried to shake the feeling.

"I need a different magic. This one absorbs more too easily." She glanced over to the fruit from earlier. "That one should be easier to deal with." She said pointing to the pink fruit.

Jamie just smiled and said "That's why you make contacts and keep them. Every single job I've done, I've kept in contact with the people I've met. They are useful resources and necessary to keep some things running smoothly. And my job with this hotel is to banish a wayward spirit every seven years. It never seems to want to go away" Jamie mused thoughtfully before shrugging and rising again.

Michael gave a shrug, and a shy smile "I like building things, and have just finished doing my room up in the guildhall" he said, collecting his items, He gave a quick shake of his head at her saddened expression, "No, it's okay, as long as he knows I watched" He said, looking to the Lacrima again, holding his breath as Zephyr did his god take over. He tensed, watching and waiting for some sign that Loki was going to over power Zephyr but it didn't come. He let out is breath, relieved.

"It's okay. Thank you for helping me" Michael was terrified that if she left, he'd just fall apart again. He didn't want to be alone again, but couldn't see a way out of it. "I will, thanks" He said softly, taking the card and holding it, as Hikage walked out, not sure what to do now.

Tidius heaved a sigh, and looked to a lacrima screen, as another battle ended, frowning slightly. Ariel shouldn't have been able to feel it, with the nulification cuffs on, but apparently she did. What magic was this? He looked back to Ariel, and sighed as she asked for a fruit, going over and getting it. If it would make her easier to deal with, he'd give it to her, handing her the fruit, he stepped back.

Lazarus

He nodded uncomfortably. He knew for a fact she wasn't ok. He didn't want to pressure her too much though. He looked on as the fight ended with a dragon fang win. He didn't look at her when she spoke. "You know you never have to lie to me right?" he calmly rolled out. He chuckled though. "I told you. Easy dragon fang win." He grinned to make her feel normal as possible.

Shujin

He lowered his head with a grin as his team mate won the points for the guild. "Marvelous magic from both sides." He was disappointed that he couldn't bring home the points in his battle and it showed. His battle did frustrate him. Right now he was a stronger mage than Sasha... but whilst they were fighting he could feel her emotions and passion in her attacks. She would surpass his ability by a mile... and soon. He vowed he would defeat her before that day came.

While she wasn't against the Charm magic's personality, it tended to have a rather strong hold. Which in this case is why she chose it. It had a higher chance of drowning out the others andmaking her stable for a while. Taking the fruit she ate it with a slight aversion. It had an extremely sweet taste and smelled flowery.

Shortly after eating the fruit Ariel's appearance switched to pink. Relaxing a bit she smiled and rubbed her eyes. "Wow. Sorry for being so negative. So many new personalities they're hard to deal with. This one is nice though." Even with the cuffs on this magic exuded its positive aura. It had an attracting effect which made her passively plesent to be around.
