Demographics:
Although the majority population consists Humans, the Tion Cluster is a diverse region, and is home to many species both native and immigrant alike.

Tionese Republic Military:
Despite the Empire's spiteful attempts at revenge upon the Tionese People for the sector's role in the Clone Wars. The Then divided sectors were relatively untouched by the Empire, left to their own machinations, and even as far as creating several Planetary Security Forces without protest or punishment. Little would the Tionese know that this indeed sowed the seeds for their victory years later.

In the aftermath of the Revolution, The Planetary Security Forces and defecting elements of the 12th Sector Army were merged together to establish the new Tionese Military.

System Defense Forces:
After the Security Forces we disbanded and led to the creation of the new military. A new successor branch was needed to help maintain the uneasy peace of the Unified Tion Cluster. As such, the System Defense Forces were born. Army and Navy units that operate under the sole authority of the government of the system. The SDFs primary purpose is of course the policing and defense of their home system from threats both foreign and domestic.

Tionese Senate:
The Tionese Senate is quite similar to it's Old Republic counter part, but with some minor differences, and of a smaller scale. In the pass year since Endor and the Revolution over a hundred senators had been elected to serve in the new senate.

Notable Locations:
Lianna: Capital World of the Tionese Republic, serves as the Seat of Government, a Trading Hub and is home of the formerly Imperial Naval Academy, now the Melford Star Academy, where the next-generation of men and women train to serve in the newly-established Tionese Navy.
