When the woman walked in, Silas found himself uncharacteristically flustered, feeling color blush in his cheeks. "Thank you for your time and advice, friend. I hope we have a mutually beneficial relationship in the future." He put his arms through the pack and hefted it onto his back. He needed to clear his head and ready himself. "Good-bye, Humphrey." He waved a hand in farewell, turning to leave.

As he passed by the comely lady, he felt himself smile slightly as he dipped his head in deference. "Milady.." he murmured towards her, his eyes never leaving hers. He felt stuck for a moment, cleared his throat, and exited the shop. He'd never felt fear in his life, but his nerves were at their end and he needed to distance himself from the swordswoman and her beauty.

Humphrey nodded and waved farewell, laughing as the young man nearly tripped over himself admiring Akkina.

Me and him had an argument and he then used a bit of magic to temporarily blind my eyes and he ran away with my dagger, it's not worth much though, it was on the edge of breaking anyway" Akkina looked down and smiled sadly, She then proceeded to stand in a empty space of the shop and stood guard, but closely watching the Amara lady suspiciously. She pulled down her hood and smirked about that pelt boy ' Was he in love with her, at first glance" She thought to herself and smirked even wider.

Ava was in flight, on her way back from a bounty collection. Her airship had suffered a good bit of damage during her last trip. She had to escape a group of air pirates. A loud beeping began annoying her. "Well, I guess it was gonna happen anyways." she muttered to herself, attempting to make a safe landing at a market close by. As she landed she stepped out of her ship, strapping her sword and rifle to her back. She then began walking towards what looked like a pub.

Akkina still stood guard at that space where she stood, Although her feet were aching, She finally got the courage to walk after Silas, after all he did show some sort of affection for her and She was going to find out what it was about .They were both strangers after all so it was very strange. She was definitely confused with it and wanted to know more.

Randy walked down the long, long road. He made it, the East Market, where he first began his business, it would be good to return. Walking further, he a found a bustling spot with an empty space he could set up with. He set down his massive backpack and unpacked everything. After he finished, he stood behind a huge stall with all manners of rag-tag cobbled-together weapons with a huge sign above saying "The Junker's Incredible Weapons Parlour." He then set clapped his hands together, took a deep breath and turned towards the middle of the road with all the people.

"Come one, come all!" He began to yell. "Come visit the Incredible Weapons Parlour! For all your self defence needs! Behold the power of a mighty switch-hatchet! An amazing weapon that switches from a sword to an axe on command! Blades don't do it? How about a gun? We have ALL of YOUR needs!" He continued, hopefully drawing the attention of potential buyers.

Silas had had enough of window shopping in the market and had ducked into a pub not too far from the pawnshop. While he wanted to talk to Akkina, the young man was woefully out of practice. He found a seat on a tall stool in front of the counter and rapped on it to get the bartender's attention. "Ah, one pint of mead please." Silas laid a few coins on the counter, which were quickly snatched by the man's large hand. Talking a long drink, Silas's swallows were loud. The drink finally quenched his thirst and washed down the grit that settled in one's throat after a long travel along the road. His thoughts strayed to Akkina once more and he smiled to himself. "She is very pretty, isn't she?..." Silas asked no one in particular, even as he tipped back the glass for another gulp. When he was almost finished with his drink, a strangely armed woman walked into the establishment, but Silas didn't care. As he ordered a refill, his thoughts were somewhere much different.

Akkina began to breath unevenly and began to panic again, luckily she was leaning on a wall, but still she could faint even from here and she didn't want to happen, She looked in front of her and saw a weapons vendor across from her, She began to breath erratically and let out a few tears, She was going to faint far from her friends and that is what worried her heavily.

"This is a newly-designed pistol I developed, the pistol itself is among the smallest BUT..." he explained as he pulled down his sleeve. "It comes with a pully system for easier concealment." He then looked at the woman, began to analyse her, then raised his forearm to slide the pistol back down. "But, I can see you're a woman of sophistication. A gun is nowhere near as fun as swordplay huh?" He joked. He then turned to his plethora weapons. "So, forgive my advertising, and let's see what we can do. What ARE you looking for?" Randy asked.

Silas had turned in his stool to watch the spectacle several men were making of themselves when he noticed Akkina pass the windows of the pub. Chugging the rest of his pint, Silas wiped his mouth with a handkerchief and waved to the barkeep as he left. Looking left and right, he spotted the woman across from a vendor with an enthusiastic owner proclaiming his wares. She looked like she was in pain! He rushed over to her, slowing as he got near and coming to a stop next to her. He put a gentle hand on her shoulder. "You're the guard from the pawnshop, aren't you? Are you okay?" He felt foolish asking the question, seeing her distress and tears.

Setting his staff to the side, he held her with his other hand as well, hoping to keep her on her feet. She looked to be a strong woman, yet here she was in a classic panic attack. She felt rather uncomfortable with the many people around and had to put an effort in keeping her sticky fingers to herself and away from anything valuable. Nonetheless, she kept control of her thoughts and her body and simply looked about on the shelves. As she turned, she continued to listen in on anyone within earshot, hoping to pick up some sort of useful information.

"I do apologize for taking so long to get to you! We don't often get that much action at once here, and customers with something to sell always take precedence."

"There's nothing to worry about young lady! Well, I can tell you that this place is the East Market! The best place to shop for anything you could possibly need! If you're talking more specifically, then this pawn shop is in the southeastern quarter. There are about 9 or 10 'quarters' in the marketplace—10 because we merged with North Market years ago. That part's called the 'old north quarter' simply because that quarter is where the North Market used to be... Unfortunately there's absolutely no order in the quarters, so the shops there are more or less completely random as far as an outside observer is concerned... and there's no map of the place. If you need to find something specific, just ask someone and they'll point you to a place or two they might know about."

"If you're not from around here, then you might be surprised to find a very wide variety of faces around here. Lots of different sentient species come through this market, but that's one of the things that makes this place so special. Thanks to that, there's almost nothing you can't find for sale here!"

"Ah, magic! I practiced a bit when I was younger. Never got very far—I was much better with a spear than a staff or a wand... What element are you special in? I could never handle my elemental magic so I had to settle for healing magic. Maybe that's why I never got very far...it's practical, but it's not exciting! It's much easier to learn magic when you're young, but I should see if I could pick that up again anyway. Could be helpful..."

Humphrey had trailed off again, rambling as he stroked his beard. He realized what he was doing and shook his head to snap himself out of it.

"Anyway, to answer your question, yes! In the northeastern quarter, there's a three-story building in the very north-eastern-est corner that specializes in magic training and guidance."

Humphrey noticed that Amara was a bit shy about the topic, and to try to help put her at ease, he added,
"You needn't worry too much about magic here in the East Market. Maybe it's taboo in some place, but it's celebrated here." He nodded his head as he said this. "And rightly so!" he added loudly.
