Also, if you want to go full on Tom Clancy, I figure since my character is essentially big game hunting, and he has aura to make his wrist/shoulder not get torn off, having one of those goofy and overcompensatory handguns that chamber in .45-70 govt would be appropriate. The rifle, working from the same principle and assuming that alongside mechs, ear protection has come a long way, something goofy in 20mm might be appropriate for the rifle. Hunters are super strong, and aura sure can take a pounding when not getting hit by the floor. I just thought you should know to adjust for what such a person would be capable of, and tell me if such silly and over-the-top choices would be possible or appropriate for Grimm-hunting and aura-breaking.

Weapon:
Nora's Revenge is a black/gray colored sword. It is a mix of ranged and melee offense. This weapon is extremely durable and cannot be broken easily (like most weapon's but Nora is unnecessarily stronger. The weapon itself can throw wave's of lethal dust towards any target, though it quickly drain's most of the dust stored within her weapon. The weapon is also reliant on blood. Her sister, the late user of this weapon was crazy enough to sacrifice blood into her own weapon, causing the slashes of lethal dust to become extremely stronger. The amounts of blood required is almost 4 medium-sized bottle caps, in all Osen becomes extremely tired after sacrificing her blood and to sacrifice blood, there is a cartridge smaller than the one that hold's dust at the end of the hilt; Osen then stabs herself at the point part at the end of the hilt and the blade begin to suck in the blood.

Semblance:
Fear Me! Is a semblance that creates a dark field around the user and induces fear. Those affected by the area become morbid, drowsy, and scared. The user becomes weak and very fatigue; Osen usually uses this ability whenever the target is close and since the time limit for the field is short she has to use every millisecond within the field to damage her opponent. Osen's attacks become slugish as well making it hard for her to strike within the field, though when it cancels the affected opponent is still left in shock and fear for only a few more seconds. Osen's fatigue and weakness wears off, the time limit is shorter for the opponent who is affected. ( The time limit's for the affects to wear off for the target affected is in total...5 seconds and for the fatigue to wear off is 3 seconds. The fatigue loss almost feels 'instant'.

Corruption:
Osens scream is deathly to those around her. In order to use her semblance she sacrifice's part of herself for the time being, losing her humanity; Osen is actually feared by many people. Osen herself has been tangled up with some gang though rumor's state that she had killed them all...though this rumor wasn't actually true it was just a fateful encounter where she was scared, using her scream, and then eventually running away. Due to this certain event she is called a Banshee. Anyways Osen turns into an emotionless slate that is only ordered to kill.

Lemme run through an idea first, before I get to work.

The Corruption is going to be 'Pack Leader' or whatever, essentially the ability to control lesser (read: stupid) Grimm and have some mental influence over anything else. A mind control/telepathy power, essentially, to act as communications for team wombo combos and damage control for when other Shade-of-Black members go into a bipolar rampage.

Thoughts?

Having tactical gear, grenades, etc. is acceptable, but (and EVERYONE should pay attention to this) if you plan to use any items in the RP, THEY MUST BE DOCUMENTED ON YOUR CHARACTER TEMPLATE. Anyone may feel free to revise their templates to include things that they may want but have not mentioned. If anyone is making a revision this way, post and let us know and I'll re-review your templates.

If any of the players are seen using items/powers/etc. seemingly pulled from hammerspace, we'll be having a talk with you.

Also, let's keep the military commando stuff to Zugz. We don't want everyone running around chucking grenades.

Also, I'm hesitant about time-stopping abilities. Slowing is fine, but if you have any sort of time-stop it should be at MAX in the range of a three-second period. Not only that but it should tire your character to near-exhaustion. If you're cool with those restrictions, the ability is good.

Hm...would fear inducement be better? Since you're wary of my character's semblance maybe she can create a field that creates this atmosphere that induces fear into who ever is in it. That can explain the 'deathly' scream. XP

Oh! Osen's weapon be used dry, with dust, and with blood. Though she only uses it dry if she isn't in such dangerous conditions. The amount of blood used for the weapon...I can't really say... do you mind giving me some idea's?

If you're cool with the time-stop being restricted then it's fine. I talked to Vrad, shouldn't be a problem.

As for the weapon, I would just say that if you're feeding it blood, you will become steadily exhausted. Assuming blood-infusion makes your weapon substantially stronger, I would say your character should get exhausted within like three posts of sustained blood draw.

Something like that, I just wanted a better idea of what kind of toll a constant blood drain would have on your character.

EDIT: We'll take that into account about your grammar. Everything you've written is fine thus far, so I don't foresee an issue.

Would it be alright for me to apply with him helping me to understand things that are mentioned that I might not get? I get it if you'd rather have me leave, it's fine if you do.

I'll have a makeshift app up soon in any case.

Yes, you are all students. You will not be elites, per say, but you will have an edge because of your Grimm DNA. It's safe to assume some exemplary students are stronger than you in some senses. The experimentation is secret; as Vrad said, "you are expected to play school." The RP will have a dark tone but there will be downtime with silliness and SoL if desired.

The RP will be as "grounded in realism" as the show. So, yes, as you'd put it, it will be primarily "lolanime." Feel free to ask us specifically if you're about to do something so ridiculous you have to be concerned with the world's realism.
