@DreamingYou're half approved. While I get the intent of what your abilities say, I think it's best you send me over PM a breakdown in simple terms of what each ability is, does, and how it does it. That way I have a reference if your character ever gets into any fights with anyone else and there's ever a dispute. I'd rather no debates turn into nasty arguments, as they so often do in RPs like this. You can post in the roleplay at NYC, but you can't get into any fights or use your abilities until your fully approved.
