Cunning, resourceful, and just a bit paranoid, she hides behind many masks at once. Trusting of few, suspicious of most, and planning to kill just about everyone.

Sicari Velinian

The Broker

Civilian Information

Species: Turian
Age: 27
Gender: Female
Height: 5’10” (1.78m)
Weight 140lbs (63.5kg)
Class: Infiltrator
Biotic potency: N
Military Background

Years Spent in Active Combat: 12
Armaments: M-22 Eviscerator, M-11 Suppressor, prototype Venom Gauntlets
Armor: Light Onyx armor
Advance Specializations: Agent
Skillset:
Stealth – Expert – Silent even on a floor made of aluminum foil, Sicari has made a name for herself because of her quite ways.
Infiltration – Expert – Need information gathered with minimal bloodshed? Sicari’s your Turian. A background largely in one of the most notorious gangs on Omega leaves one with connections that can buy you into a political position on the Citadel if need be.
Deceit – Expert – One does not become a known information broker without knowing how to drop just enough false clues to pin the blame on that Elcor you saw in the marketplace on Illium two weeks ago.
Alchemy – Skilled – She can fabricate her own poisons if her work takes a turn for the worse, leading to an agonizing death over the course of an hour. Be careful, she doesn’t have an antidote since each venomous claw in her arms has a unique mix of different, deadly concoctions. Cyanide ranks among her favorites thus far.
Illusion – Basic – Smoke and mirrors, pointless some say. Throw in a few dumb holograms that can walk and replicate the sounds of gunfire, and those who claim to be immune to mind games are pissing themselves before the fight even starts.
Favored Powers: An extended cloak for finding her favorite hiding place in the room, her cloak is a vital part of her. If things get too shifty and someone need to be removed from play, a healthy dose of foot-long, venom-drenched needles tend to do the trick.
Psychological Analysis

Traits:
 • Flexibility: Garrus jokes aside, Sicari is something of a contortionist. She’s able to fit into some of the smallest vents that exist on Omega for extended periods of time, a useful skill in her line of work.
 • Realist: She doesn’t mess around. What just happened did, in fact, just happen, and life demands that one keeps pushing forward. So push she shall.
 • Eidetic Memory: She remembers literally everything from any time at any place. Careful what you do around her, this lets her hold a grudge for as long as she wants to hold it.

Flaws:
 • Narcotic Addiction: Humans entered the galaxy, and with them, their drugs. She doesn’t fully understand it, but her kryptonite is cocaine. She often quotes the Hierarchy in a loose manner, saying “I can still do my job, and I can still do it better than you damn well ever could.”
 • Alcoholic: Shove a good bottle of booze in front of her and she’ll reward you with either a few credits or, if you’re lucky and she’s already a little tipsy, a trip to the bedroom. Option B may result in blood loss among Asari and other soft-tissued races.
 • Compulsive Liar: Even among the very few she trusts, she blatantly lies. She’s one of the maybe one-thousand Turians that can successfully lie and get away with it, and she’s proud of it.

Pysch Profile: A hardass in every sense of the word, Sicari can be calm and collected one minute, and ready to rob a man of his glory the next. She has a very gray outlook on life, believing that somewhere, everything can be considered legal under the right circumstances, and Omega is the perfect example. But it’s far from a Utopia, and she’s out to change that.

Backstory: Born and raised to a militaristic mother and an enigma of a father in the middle of an FTL jump in the Attican Tranverse, Sicari Velinian was thought to be born as an ideal soldier. She constantly moved with her mother’s fleet, being taught and trained in the traditional ways. She was doing algebra by age ten, basic trigonometry at age thirteen, and learning physics since she could first speak. She came out a smart girl, and an even smarter adversary.
Fast-forward to age sixteen, Sicari’s mother was pronounced MIA after a patrol ship she was on was raided by a small band of pirates, and KIA after the bodies from the squadron were recovered, the mother’s corpse among them. Sicari promptly made the decision to avenge the only family she had and left the fleet after they stopped at the Citadel, burning all her bridges in the process. She booked passage to Omega on a small transport owned by the Blue Suns, and made friends with one of the officers on the ship. She was offered a job as a drug distributor and readily accepted, leading to her cocaine addiction in the later years. She moved through the ranks quickly, proving herself as an assent time and time again, and was on good terms with much of the gang.
At 21, Sicari was seriously injured in a border dispute with the Eclipse, where she was kicked off the balcony of a high-end apartment and landed on top of a passing Krogan, who decidedly shrugged off the Turian that was just forcibly evicted by a biotic blast from three stories up, and carried her to the nearest medi-gel dispenser. She spent several days unconscious, and around thirty seconds dead, in Mordin Solus’ clinic. Upon her full recovery, she left the Blue Suns, but is still under their protection, for a fee. Given their history, it’s at least a reduced fee, 40% off the usual amount.
Soon enough, Sicari fell back into her old habits and started crawling around in vents, listening in to conversations and writing down what she hears. Like any information broker, she remains hidden with several operatives distributing the secrets and collecting payment. If payment isn’t received, it’s taken. It’s a cut and dry business, and Velinian prefers to remain out of the limelight. “Let the Shadow Broker have the enemies,” She’d tell a loyal client, “I’m content as long as I’m breathing and getting paid.”

Denouement

Character Motivation: She wants a galaxy where democracy rules, so her business of trading secrets and scandals always remains profitable. There’s no better scapegoat that a politician, and she’s well aware of it.
Significant Relations: Mother (Deceased)
Opinions on Others:

Awesome Theme Song: Something from Nothing, Foo Fighters
Other: She still speaks to her mother, faithful that the spirits take care of her.

Chatty on a keyboard, doesn't work a day because he loves his jobs.

Tar Koran

The Engineer

Civilian Information

Species: Volus

Age: 45 earth years, followed by three earth months.

Gender: Male

Height: three feet and eleven inches.

Weight: Does my wight carry any significance? No.

Class: Engineer

Biotic potency: Yes, but finicky.

Military Background

Years Spent in Active Combat: 20

Armaments: Heavily modified Omni-tool, heavy pistol, recon mine

Armor: Tech and biotic based sealed suit.

Advance Specializations: Shield boost

Skillset:

Hacking - Advanced: In order to make up for his lack of physical prowess, Tar uses his Omni-tool to override and take control of what he needs. Sometimes he can look through a set of cameras, sometimes a drone becomes an extra body, and sometimes a finds a couple of credits laying around.

Conversationalist - Adept: Like most Volus, Tar works heavily through trade and negotiations. Though he does not speak physically, his holographic text and text-to-voice simulations help him get a winning deal with customers and other traders. With this, he also picks up a good deal of information, and his mute body can't let anything slip.

Combat Drones - Skilled: With a weak body and a cumbersome pressure suit, moving around to shoot people is difficult. Tar makes the most of his situation by deploying combat drones to help him and his allies when in a pinch.

Engineer - Expert: Tar knows his way through machines forwards, backwards, sideways, upside down and blindfolded. He knows how to take care of his robots, as well as vehicles and various maintenance things such as steam pipes and others.

Favored Powers: Sentry turrets: While is combat drones are flying about on the battle field, and Tar himself is working on getting eyes around the area, sentry drones are a must for such a small and almost immobile body.

Psychological Analysis

Traits:
Patient: Tar knows when to shut up and sit back, as well as know when to drive his stake into the ground. With a plethora of knowledge, he knows how to talk and bargain with people, and can also push the right buttons when needed. he thanks his lit eye holes so people can't tack his eye movements.

Multitasker: Working with so many things all at once is no problem to Tar, and can focus on many objectives all at once. He can also steer people off track so he can get what he needs from them without them even knowing it. Getting top of the line equipment is easy when people don't realize that they're handing you their credit chits.

Flaws:
Paranoid - After so many years working deadly and sometimes illegal operations, Tar has been endlessly working on creating contingencies for every possible outcome, good or bad. His replies may be slow and careful, especially when he is stepping into remotely new ground, as he is taking his time to find the best, quickest, and easiest way out of the situation. Sometimes, he will not reply at all when his mind is flooded by escape routes.

Selfish - While he does help others, be it in the battlefield or in a war room, Tar prioritizes himself above nearly all else. One may think that he's helping them from the good in his heart, but he wouldn't help them if there wasn't something that he could get in return. Higer risks means a bigger payout, and more interest and fees for anything going wrong.

Stubborn - he will not leave a job unfinished. This has cost him many a credit in the past. Replacing arms, armor, even Omni-tool components. This can also lead him to hold a grudge, not forgetting the people who wronged him until he returned the favor at the very least five-fold.

Vain: Once you wrong him, he will never forget it. He knows who to talk to to get what he wants, and will not stop until his verdict is carried out, which is more times than not, never forgiven.

Pysch Profile: Despite shiny red and white armor, he seems forgettable due to his lack of voice and sometimes physical presence, however, he can normally see you, even when you can't see him.

Backstory: Tar was born on the Volus homeworld Irune, to a Turian military-servant family. His Father served next to the Turians in planes, and so did his mother's father. They were all expecting him to join them in the air, which he did for a few years, before being shocked at his decision to fight on the ground. Volus didn't normally fight ground support, much less fight at all, but he took the risk and excelled in specific areas to make up for his small and weak body. Instead of actually fighting, Tar remained on the ground, but used his drones and sentries to fight his battles for him while he sabotaged his enemies while they were distracted. He fought this way for a number of years before leaving the military, having been discharged for abandoning his team in favor of completing the mission, and looked to Omega for future work.

Since his arrival on Omega, Tar worked more more dangerously, stealing any credit possible, making sure he always had an escape route, and dealing with people and always getting the better end. It has taken a toll on his mind, even just speaking to the queen of omega herself, but he is nonetheless prepared for faking his death and starting anew.

Denouement

Character Motivation: To escape the horrid rock and make better negotiations elsewhere, and with less dangerous people. Also money, that is important.

Significant Relations: He has not spoken to his family in years, and assumes that they believe he was killed soon after his discharge. He secretly wishes to return to them someday.
Opinions on Others:
Sicari Velinian- "A drug addict and an alcoholic, but someone who can work."

Laura Kaelin- "She's confident, I'll give her that. I can work with her, given that we don't clash. I can see that she'll do most of the talking."

Benjamin Langdon- "He's hired muscle that will dance with anything, but his record is good."

Jason Rivers- "Another actual soldier, interesting. To be honest, I'm curious as to how many other humans they've killed while on Omega. He seems to be a bit more... good, than the other soldier."

Sasesesa V'naala- "An Asari commando will be useful, supremely making up in the biotics department for everyone else, including myself. However, I don't think I want to get on the bad side of this Dynamo."

Raik Krieg- "Finally, a Krogan who deserves the correct mix of fear and respect from me. Normally it is just the former with distaste." (Please update as more characters are added.)

All those rumors about Krogan Battlemasters being deadly monsters that love nothing more than to be tossed into a fight and to turn their enemies into a fine red paste... they are all true.

Raik Krieg
"The Colossus"

Civilian Information

Species
Krogan
Age
315
Gender
Male
Height
7'8" (2.31648m)
Weight
440.925lbs (200kg)
Class
Vanguard (Battlemaster)
Biotic potency
Holy S#!+ yes!

Military Background

Years Spent in Active Combat
Has been battling to survive ever since he hatched
Armaments
Executioner Pistol, M-300 Claymore, Biotic Hammer
Armor
Heavy Battlemaster Armor
Advance Specializations
Krogan Battlemaster
Skillset
BioticsExpert
Anyone can empty a thermal clip into a guy, but where is the fun in that? The real thrill comes from ripping people apart at the molecular level with your mind! Krieg is a biotic juggernaut that pumps out dark energy almost as if he is a living element zero core.
Ammo ModificationExpert
Do you find that your gun doesn't have enough kick? Wouldn't you rather your pistol to I don't know... CAUSE YOUR FOES TO BURST INTO A GLORIOUS EXPLOSION OF HELLFIRE!! Or maybe FREEZE THEM SOILD SO YOU CAN SHATTER THEM INTO THOUSANDS OF SHARDS!! If either of those interested you then Krieg is your Krogan.
Close Quarter CombatExpert
Sure a well placed shot from a sniper rifle has its moments, but where is the fun? The thrill of jumping into thick of it, the joy of snapping the bones of others with a stomp of your boot or when you rip out their throat with your bare hands?
IntimidationSkilled
The subtle art of intel gathering... is not what this is. You need a quick answer about the combination to a vault you need to get into and you don't mind a few blood splatters or some teeth on the floor then Krieg can help you.
Krogan Strength
What else would you expect from a Krogan like Krieg other than him being a walking, talking mountain of kick-ass? One punch from him and it is most likely lights out... and a cracked skull.
Favored PowersBiotic Charge
What better way to enter a fight than launching yourself across the battlefield like a missile and running over your enemies like a freight train.

Psychological Analysis

Traits
Brave
Growing up on Tuchanka the timid and fearful are eaten alive, literally, so Krieg isn't afraid to charge head first into any challenge, be it a group of flamethrower wielding Vorcha or a Thresher Maw.
Determined
There is very little that can change a Krogan's mind once they set out to do something, Krieg is no exception. So if he plans on getting something he is going to tear his way through any and everything in his way to get it.
Loves His Job
It isn't really working if you love doing it, am I right? Krieg loves battle and all the chaos it brings, it brings the cutesiest little smile to his blood thirsty face whenever he snaps the spin of some whelp. You can find him laughing and even telling jokes in the most brutal of battles, it just adds to his charm.

Flaws
Cocky
How could there ever be someone anywhere near the level of kickassery that Krieg has obtained? There is no way he could ever be beat, especially by underestimating the abilities of someone else and assuming he would just win.
Blood Rage
It may sound great to have a Krogan on your team in the field, but you are always rolling the dice that if they get hurt enough they might fly into a blood rage. Sure they might tear apart the guy that hurt them, but chances
are they will rip you apart just as much.
It Didn't Work, Can I Break It Now?
Patience is a virtue, but unfortunately virtues aren't a Krogan's strong suit. It would be nothing short of a miracle to get Krieg to go along with any plan that doesn't involve him crushing skulls, but the second that plan starts to go south Krieg will jump to the only logical conclusion... SCREW IT, LET'S KILL THEM!!!

Pysch Profile
Krieg is as stable as you can expect a Krogan to be, which isn't very. He will jump at the slightest thing if he thinks it can lead him to a good fight, if he views someone as too weak to fight they might as well be dirt to him. He is bitter and resentful towards the universe, as many Krogan are seeing the raw hand they were dealt. He has a very "Too bad for you" attitude, not really caring unless things directly affect him. He doesn't seem to obsessed with assuring the survival of his race as many others are, but rather he has accepted the seeming eventual end of the Krogans and wants to get as much adventuring as he can in before his time is up.

Backstory
The heroic tale of Krieg starts like the other stories of the Krogan children that are taken in by their fathers rather than their mothers. The brutal teachings of his clan, Raik, were immediately pushed upon him from a early age and luckily for him the young Krogan caught on to them quickly. He thrived and grew, completing the rite of passage and officially earning his place among his clan at a early age. This was all aided with the fact of his strong biotic abilities, this eventually allowing him to become one of the few biotic Battlemasters that are among the Krogan. As the decades went on Krieg eventually found himself growing weary of his home world and sought after new battles and foes to defeat. Following his desire for adventure Krieg left Tuchanka and began making a name for himself as a gun for hire, having worked for multiple merc groups such as the Blood Pack and the like. He now finds himself on Omega, working as some hired muscle for some paranoid arms dealer.

Denouement

Character Motivation
Blood, credits, and wanting to kill something bigger than last time
Significant Relations
Father died in a battle with a warring tribe
Mother is alive off in one of the female tribes
Opinions on Others
Sicari Velinian
"Too sneaky, I prefer to see the knife coming at me."
Laura Kaelin
"Too much talking, not enough killing."
Benjamin Langdon
"A halfway tolerable human, the universe must be ending."
Jason Rivers
"He should talk less and punch more, he is a lot more fun when he is punching things."
Sasesesa V'naala
"A woman that knows how to blow people to bits? Truly someone after my own hearts."
Tar Koran
"Little ball needs to get his hands out of the bots and onto some guns."
Awesome Theme Song
Warrior-Disturbed
Other
He wants a pet Varren
