@Jangel13I'm sure everyone will be mature enough to understand the more complex something is, the more likely it is to fail. We don't need RNG or hard line stats unless we want to make it into a table top. Subclasses most likely aren't going to be playing such a huge role to the point where we need numbers for it. Assuming we all trust each other and we're all mature enough to understand the chances of failure, there won't be neither a problem nor a need for stats that over complicate things.
We all have to have some faith in each other to understand no one is perfect and can get something right all the time (unless you manage to get milk and cornflakes to spontaneously combust at which point there's no excuse).
