Ha, plenty of time for me to come up with something last minute.

GUTS IS OFF THE BOAT
@Lugubrious
@Krayzikk
I might have to leave for 2-3 days because something very important (but personal) just came up. I'll come back to the RP ASAP (you may control my character if needed)

Nobody minds my occasional comments right?

Nah, I don't mind.
Anyway, anyone seen the new Captain America: Civil War trailer? I'm both excited and worried. Excited because it looks like it's going to be good. Worried because, unlike the original book where you had countless heroes all fighting each other, the cinematic universe only has a handful of characters to use since they haven't introduced that many yet.

To be fair, the original Civil War was shit.
Actually, there might be more than you think. There have been a bunch of marvel shows starting and playing in the background while the avengers have been taking the spotlight. Daredevil and Iron Fist, just to name two.

I know, but we're not going to see anything like this or this even if you add the TV heroes (and I doubt Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, etc. are even going to get mentioned let alone get screen time in the new movie.)
EDIT: I guess what I'm trying to get at is it doesn't seem like there's enough characters yet to actually call it a "war," it seems more like it's just going to be a couple fights.

Civil War was an entire event. This is a movie with a limited runtime.
It may not be a war, but it could be more of a metaphorical title. Besides, less heroes means less characters to balance, making the movie less crowded and ensuring that more of them can undergo development. The current cast is already pretty big, after all.

I kind of liked it, I just wish they did more with the aftermath. Seriously, this was a world shattering event. The Pro-Reg side won. Heroes were now supposed to be government agents or they would be incarcerated. And yet, as soon as the event was over, things seemed to go immediately back to normal. By the time the Super Hero Registration Act was repealed at the end of Siege, I had practically forgotten about it.
