Actually I've got an anti-tie credit feature in place. If one player does better than another, then the second person receives 1, and the first receives 2, and so forth. If the judge can't break a tie, however, both players receive the same amount, but the amount of score spots goes down to compensate. For instance:
Third place: one credit
Second place: two credits
First place: three credits
Third place: one credit
Tied second place: two credits
Tied second place: two credits
There can't be more than the prescribed amount of awards. Since there are nine people, there can only be three players ranking. If you really want to make a tie for last place, second place no longer exists, and first place credit score goes down one. I specifically created this feature to use on myself to make myself less indecisive, especially for last-place ties that don't matter so much. I made a tie once for first place, though.
So
@Write, either Abi or Kray gets the boot, or you rewrite the scores thusly: Abi = 1, Kray = 1, and either Prince or Crimmy = 2. It's probably pretty obvious which one is best.
Of course, if people think my anti-tie rule is pretty stupid, and that more people should get inconsequential awards, I might be persuaded to remove it.
I still don't understand what's going on. Can somebody explain?
We're doing missions at the moment; each team is off away from Beacon performing a certain task, for which another player serves as the 'antagonist', controlling the world, NPCs, and monsters.
