Fair enough, Zombehs. @Mcmolly, are you still willing to continue solo until the teams unite ? I'm saying solo, since @Venku also hasn't been online for 12 days, so I think it's safe to assume he won't be posting any time soon.
Alright, everybody. Just gonna mention that you guys in 'Team A' can still do plenty of stuff until the 'current day' happens if you want/need to do anything in your mind.
Name: Jonathan of Gulderland. Nicknames:The Hunting-Prince Race: Pure Human Age: 24 Appearance: Jonathan is a man of noble descent, and it shows despite the rough lifestyle of a hunter. He has a preference for garishly colored clothing not at all fit for camouflage. Not that such is of any particular importance to him. He has black hair and green eyes. Standing at 1M 80, his toned muscles and healthy complexion suggest a life of plenty tempered in a strict regime of training. Biography: Born into the leading noble family of the little-known Kiruthian province of Gulderland, Jonathan has always regarded the relative indifference of his family towards the Sickened plaguing the land as a blemish on the family name. Despite insistence to the contrary, he dedicated himself to becoming a paragon of the noble cavalier's fighting style. When he came of age, he marched off towards the newest recorded infestation in defiance of his father's express orders to stand down.
Personality: A confident and motivated individual if anything, Jonathan regards himself as a champion of strength and justice in a world ravaged by evil monstrosities. His bravado can be somewhat juxtaposed with his naïvete. In his mind, the just are destined to win over evil. No matter how monstrous or frigthening said evil is. He can appear rather aloof, even indifferent to commoners and peasants, but he can be a loyal companion to those he deems an equal. Strengths: As the son of a nobleman, it is only natural that Jonathan was trained by the best martial instructors money could buy. His strict training has forged him into the ideal cavalier that every horse-riding warrior aspires to be... On paper. Of course, most of what he was taught was for against other humanoids, so it will not necessarily extend to the horrific monstrosities he's trying to crack down on. Weaknesses: Despite his extensive martial knowledge, Jonathan has quite neglected to learn martial applications of magic. His knowledge of magic can only be considered the bare minimuim to qualify as a hunter. He does know how to use magical items when their function is explained, but asking him to work such things out for himself is quite stretching the limits of his knowledge Weapons: Whiplance: At first glance, this lance appears to be the usual decorated instrument of efficient manslaugther. With a tip sharp enough to pierce infested flesh as readily as plate mail. WIth a simple flick of the wielders wrist however, its metal shaft splits apart into a chain of small, razor-sharp segments, each of which are jagged and sharp enough to strip the flesh from the average man's bones in but a single stroke. A smart warrior has a backup weapon of course, and for this purpose he carries a cavalry saber and pistol with him. Vitae Spells: Stark focus: A relatively simple spell manipulating te caster's senses. The spell acts only for a few moments, but in those moments, the affected caster perceives the world faster than a normal mind could be able to proccess. In this moment of sheer purpose, nothing can flinch them from whatever action they have commited themselves to, be it charging down a gibbering monstrosity or trying to bandage up a profusely bleeding wound. Exicus Runes: Turn Familiar Familiar details: Jonathan's familliar is his trusty warhorse, linda. She was chosen almost immediately after Jonathan learned about the necessity of a familiar. She is a beast bred for war. Trained to follow her rider's orders. The familiar bond between her and Jonathan only strengthened their ability to coördinate as rider and mount. Of course, she is wreathed in the best armor money can buy, much like her rider. Additional Notes: UNfortunately, despite the best efforts of the castle's chefs... he simply does not like spaghetti.
@Mcmolly Sounds good, but I won't be able to do it in one sitting, since it's already late and I won't have a lot of free time on my hands during the week.
@Mcmolly Yeah, sorry. Been a rough patch recently. The titanpad we used before, I've got a little something already there. It's gonna be a small conversation up until they reach the castle so I thought a collab would do nicely.
