I'm interested in joining this thread. But can you tell me more about the world? You said this was a fantasy setting - are Dwarves allowed?

I really don't want this rp to have more than 15-20 people at the same time. We should maybe wait for someone to die or idk. I don't wanna come everyday just to read 100 posts each day, just don't have the time and I bet even the GM can't write what the consequences of 100 people are per day.

More of, people from different times (And, in the apocalyptic side, possibly different universes) have been stolen from their world/s and put in this fantasy one. So, I doubt there'd be any PC dwarves. Although, I'm not the GM, so I could be wrong.

@Not Fishing hey there! i'd be happy to have you aboard. thus far every player character introduced has been human, but i could easily see a dwarf being pulled into this setting. everything living in the world – from the plants, to the people, to the monsters – are transplants from other worlds.

as for the size of this rp, there are currently nine players. nothing to sneeze at, maybe a little hectic, but still manageable i think. i decided to keep this rp open to newcomers because it's just a fact of this medium that people drop out after the first couple of rounds. but i can see how the size might be a little overwhelming when we're just starting out.

so, to try and keep things organized, i'm implementing a new rule: when writing a post that directly affects another character, whether talking to them, pointing a gun at them, or anything else, @mention the player at the bottom. that way we'll more easily know which character needs to respond to what.

something to keep in mind: @mentions WILL NOT NOTIFY people if they're edited into a post after it's already been submitted. so please try to remember submitting it with the post ^.^

i'm loving all your posts thus far! thanks for making such interesting characters, everyone~
