Yes, i don't want to wait too long to start the RP, and it seems next week makes things goody good for everyone as of now. Hopefully. Anyways, yes, you can play one or two supporting roles alongside your Tamer, you don't have to announce them here if you want, you could wait till the time has come to bring them in (as i'll be doing) but that's your decision.

I would also agree that Windicator's character is quite adorable, and i don't mind them being Genderfluid. I am a supporter of all gender's and sexualities, and this is, as it should be, a place of no hate towards anyone. (one of my closest friends is actually Genderfluid so i sorta have an understanding as to how that goes down, even if it is from the sidelines uvu)
Digimon are able to interact with objects; in the Real world they are as real as you and i.

We're lacking a plant based Digimon here actually, if you went with Mushmon it might be cool. Though i'm not sure why it would turn in to a Griffin in the end, lol. For advice, you can have Digimon levels switched around a bit, by one stage if you want. Example being: Tailmon as a Rookie and Angewomon as a Champion. If that could help you.
I can totally relate to narrowing choices being difficult, cause i'm literally about to change my Veemon to Flamon, along with the rest of the line, rip.

@Cynthx Typically, I'm not about swapping levels frivolously, but it sometimes makes sense, like Rookie level Gatomon, but I feel like Angewomon is always an Ultimate[Perfect], you know? I would think SkullBaluchimon could be a Mega for SkullGreymon, but then again, Gaiomon could work too. Thing is, I like Woodmon and Gryphonmon, and actually dislike Lotusmon's design as far as plant Mega Digimon go. Like, it just seems a bit slapped together, mixed with trying to be an obvious eye-lure. It just doesn't work for me. That and one of the only ways to get Gryphonmon is Jogressing Blossomon and Deluxmon, as is detailed on the Gryphomon card I have. Therefore, it's not unlikely that Blossomon can Digivolve to Gryphonmon. And while I do like Kabukimon (Maybe as an Armor Digivolve?) but there's a reason I want Blossomon specifically, and Gryphonmon as a result, but Kabukimon would force the issue a bit early.

Anyways, with all that out of the way, i'd like to change my Veemon line to a Flamon line, RIP. I need suggestions for the last evolution, as VictoryGreymon is the only one i have in mind.

For Ultimate(mega) I can only come up with Apollomon (the real evolution of Flaremon) and Aldamon (as I'm one for the "Transitional" evolution (In this case, Beast -> Beast man -> Demon man) Also, Dark Evolutions!

@tobiax I'll be completely honest, not too big on the card stuff. If you believe it works, sure, go for it :o

@Windicator I think Aldamon works more in this case, so that will be Flaremon -> Aldamon. nice. Also are you offering that Dark Evolution as one for me or for you, cause i was thinking that if i were to go for a Dark Evolution, i could possibly do something like BlueMeramon -> Apollomon (Whipsered)

I'm rather just throwing ideas for grabs for people, just like this Blimpmon I think it looks a lot like Guardromon and would fit as an evolution for such but they share the evolution stage.

I think I also drafted 2 possible Dark Evolution lines for myself for the possibility that I'll use one.

It just somehow popped to my head after just thinking the possibility of Dark evolution to have Death-X-Dorigure(Grey)mon (or just the Regular of that if deemed more fitting) that would end in Megidramon. If any one of you wants to have either of those I'm not too picky with the line there being room to change.
(Example: Skull Baluchimon -> Skull Satamon)

I am now down to mechanical pencils, a blue and red colored pencil (walmart brand), and a purple highlighter. To repeat, I can either shade with a highlighter or actually mix a red and blue to create purple. Lineart it is...I'll just throw in whatever color I can. Low quality is acceptable, right?

I absolutely feel your pain there. I graduated college a few months ago and was constantly feeling the strain of having to buy art supplies and project materials. Ugh.

Sure, I'm all for actually getting some short of prologue for the Digimon to actually do something aside from "Character and Digimon were doing X when Y" because I feel that's just somewhat lazy design to drop the start of the story (unlike here).

While everyone seems to offer to draw, I'm only really anything at drawing (Awful) sprites, usually just mixing them and correcting the textures afterwards.

Edit: Gotta get that name out there, maybe something like; Alex Anderson (does it sound corny?) might be sufficient (unless I go and change my mind in light of better name)

You made a good point that this will be a chance to bring character to our Digimon first, and having them infected right from the get-go would deprive that character of that chance. When we start getting into Digivolution, then the virus will come into effect.

I'm pretty much indifferent for the city this RP will be placed in but as you asked to throw out ideas I'll just tell you some places already used in Digimon (pretty much tokyo though). Digimon tamers featured Shinjuku, Data squad featured Yokohama, Adventure seasons featured Odaiba. just to get some out there.

Even Kyoto would be fun, and was referenced before in 02 about being a location where the lines between the two worlds sometimes get blurred.

It seems that the virus could have either infected them after they became child, the digivolution of digivice triggers or accelerating it it or just the package Data volume of the digimon exceed a critical point when digivolving to adult again, triggering it or maybe just accelerating it.

@Sheeny @Windicator How about something different then Tokyo. We could base it off of one of our hometowns :p My hometown is Loveland Ohio, a rather small place compared to Tokyo. Perks of using a place like that would make Digimon a bigger thing towards passerby. If you wish to keep your location details classified i understand, for those brave enough to share it be appreciated, could make for interesting RP

I live in Hämeenlinna Finland Europe, While Hämeenlinna is the same size as Tokyo it is less densely populated and as somewhat characteristic of Finland we have Forests and lakes around here. Also a satellite picture with the classic winter. There's a forest at Aulanko pretty close to downtown/center. I can go into further detail if it is appropriate. also the central park of Hämeenlinna.
