History: Rita's Life was Usually Full of Conflict and Survival like it was for most Ghouls, Her parents died when they were trying to Protect little Rita from being Killed by the CCG and like some Peaceful Ghouls these days She only wanted to stop everyone from fighting against eachother, She often Hanged around the Cafe of Anteiku Who kept her on her feet until she started to Hold on her own and wonder the Streets of The 20th Ward.

History: Though her mother died when she was 3 whilst giving birth to her younger sister Ayumi, she had a happy childhood. When her sister was old enough they began playing pranks on her father and elder brother Daichi. When she was 15 her brother was killed by the CCG making her father extremely protective of his two remaining children. Sick of being treat like a child Kamiko ran away from home on her 16th birthday. She has not seen her family since.

Personality: William is strong willed and does not give up easy even in his darkest times. He has also been known to always go out of his way to help those in need, and can also be kind to people who are good. He is also not afraid of death he figured this out at a really young age. With that William is not afraid to stand his own and can sometimes be reckless with his actions in battle.

History: William has had an odd life to say the least, and he didn't join the CCG because of revenge on ghouls no. He joined the CCG to finally become stronger than he was growing up. William never had the strength to do anything when he was young, but now that he is in the CCG he feels like he can do almost anything.

Personality: Passive. Friendly. Brave. Innocent.
History: Kylan never knew he was a ghoul. He was born to a vicious pair of Binge-eating Ghouls. who spent their time happily eating their neighbours. However he was passed up and given to his grandmother as a baby, since his Parent's felt like he was a waste of time.

However the CCG came along the next day and killed them both. and exposed the Truth to the rest of Kylan's family. However, the Grandmother who had taken a liking towards him tried to change him, by making sure he'll never know he's a ghoul. But of course. Secrets can't stay hidden forever and was his secret was exposed when he went to a restaurant with his friend and ate human food.

After this the CCG was hot on his trail. and met a nearby Ghoul who managed to hide him and teach him how to survive. but however he was killed by a CCG Officer the next day.

Kylan then learnt that if he wanted to survive as a ghoul. he would have to stay hidden. so he stayed hidden and spent his life hiding.

Haruna - She has an Ukaku type. It takes the form of a bow. When she pulls the string, the RC-Cells condense into an arrow form and she can use these to shoot.

Haru - He has an Ukaku Type like his sister. His takes the form of a sniper rifle. The bullets are packed with RC-Cells and that's why it's more effective the Q bullets.

Both carry the standard gun with Q bullets and RC suppressant gas. They also carry around multiple (3-4) mass produced quinque knives for extra protection.

Which Ward do you live in?: They live in the 20th ward but can be reassigned to another ward anytime.

Personality:
Haruna - She has a very bubbly personality. She is cheerful and kind to anyone. One wouldn't suspect that she has killed many ghouls. She gets embarrassed easily, especially around her brother, but can get back up pretty quickly. She is also shy at the first meeting. She is actually pretty sadistic when it comes to questioning ghouls. She doesn't hold any personal grudges to ghouls, she's just doing her job.

Haru - He is a very mischievous person, often doing pranks and stuff. He likes joking around and playing as he is a little childish but can be serious at times. He can be very manipulative, often swaying other people with his words instead of physical pain unlike his sister's methods. He and Haruna get along very well and they are practically inseparable. He has no personal hatred to ghouls, just doing his job.

What they both have in common is that they don't attack a ghoul if they're not attacked. Specializing in assassination, they don't exactly like close combat fighting. So even if they encounter a ghoul, they would either let them pass by. If they interact with one, it's alright as well.

History: The twins have been born to a martial arts family. They were trained since they were young but they excelled in long range arts. They had a very high pain tolerance since they were trained by being whipped since they were kids. They entered school and soon the CCG Academy and trained to become good CCG as per the request of their father. It has been two years since they joined the CCG Academy and they are currently Second Class Investigators with their personalized quinques.

Other: Both of them specialize in assassination more than anything. And for example, they encounter a ghoul while they're not on duty, they won't fight. They don't carry their quinques in side suspicious briefcases. Haruna carries hers around like a traditional bow and Haru carries his in a long cloth-like case.

Personality: Jacque is a detached and dispassionate man with somewhat sociopathic tendencies; His upbringing has left him with a rather skewed sense of morals, and he displays little regard for the lives of others in the field, often chalking up the casualties as either sloppy mistakes or occupational hazards. Jacque is a very business minded sort of fellow, ruthlessly efficient in his work to the point that he might be seen as perfectionist if not for the fact that the amount of work he puts in was directly correlated to how much he get's paid for his work. Money is just about the only thing that he shows any sort of interest in, and -provided he can get away with it- he's even willing to look the other way when it comes to ghouls if offered enough cash.

History: Jacque's life has been a bit of a rough and tumble one: A nasty divorce between his parents in his early youth somehow landed Jacque in the care of his father, a rather well off man who ran a rather successful private contracting company that spanned several continents. Being that his father was a busy man who really only wanted Jacque to spite his ex-wife, Jacque's father would often leave Jacque in the care of some of his employees rather than shell out the extra cash for a proper babysitter. Those that actually had children of their own took to Jacque swimmingly and treated him just as they would any other kid. Those without children offered him the only thing they could, and being that they were mercenaries, that 'something' was usually either combat, weapons, or language training. This continued until Jacque hit the age of eighteen and decided to actually get paid to put the things he'd learned to use by working for his father's company. After a nearly a decade of work he would be sent to Japan with a few coworkers and very specific orders to keep his trap shut about the work he was going to be doing. As it turns out, the CCG was in the market for disposable soldiers, and he and his merry band of mercs fit the bill perfectly. After a few missions left his coworkers either dead, indisposed, or considering desertion, Jacque would eventually be signed on as a long term asset due to the fact that he continued to barrel through whatever happened to be in his path so long as there was a dollar at the other end. This and his willingness to keep his mouth shut about the work his does convinced higher ups to permit him rank 2 ghoul investigator privileges for the duration of his contract. He's been in Japan for two years now, and doesn't seem to keen on leaving so long as the money keeps rolling in.
