Who Are You? - Has been completed and received its reward review, thus adding Islahiise, or Silvermist in the common tongue, to the Ebonfort Empire. Much thanks to @RomanAria for bringing the fairy village into the fold.
The only thing I have to add is that you have faerie dragons listed as a race but they are not going to be a PC race. They are not intelligent like humans or other dragons and will therefore fall under Creatures.
Ebonfort (Capital) is written up. Please review it, offer comments, concerns, questions, advice, whatever.
I'm also doing up the rest of the villages tonight, and am doing this in the Skype Group and Chatzy. Anyone who participates and assists will earn a GM Artifact.
Personality: A peaceful soul, one who takes time to consider the aspects of life, and the reasons for actions or views. Constantly trying to understand why others do the things they do he contemplates the meanings of life for others as well as himself. Diligent and focused he tends to focus his energy into meditation, and training of his body as to keep it pure and to remove the possibilities of thoughts that stray into the dark places of his mind, and rather likes to concentrate on the good things he can and has done.
Charitable is how many would describe him as he is always putting the needs of others before himself, but also curious as he is always looking to learn new things about places, others, and even his own place in the world. This train of thought often has him seeking out ancient religious sites, temples, and such as to wonder what the gods were and why they were gone so suddenly and if ever they will come back. He feels there is a deep connection between himself and something does not know or has not met yet which only increases his curious nature.
A heart full to the bursting he is always looking to share his love with others even when he has nothing more to give than a embrace. He respects all life, no matter how hateful someone is, or dangerous he will try find ways around killing if possible at all. He enjoys teaching others of peace and serenity and finds that martial arts is a excellent way to do so as it purifies the mind and soul with discipline and understanding as it teaches you to understand the meaning behind such a structured skill.
This is also how he copes with his unique predicament of living between two worlds. Find himself torn between being the son of a Human man and at the same time the Son of a powerful Dragoness. He ponders why he feels so alone and that he is neither, but simply stuck in the middle. He finds solace in his practice and further keeps counsel with himself through meditation to assure himself that he is truly purusing a path that he can take pride in, though not too much pride.

GM NOTE CONCERNING DEBT While Zenovia was visiting the Winter Solstice Festival, an Ebon Knight Spy snuck into her camp and stole her Warhorse. This warhorse is now housed in the Scream Watch stables. Other tribes found out about the theft, and she has lost respect of other Warlords and Shadewalkers. If she wishes to obtain her horse back, she will need to earn it back IC.

Resides in: Ebonfort (Currently renting a room in Azure Strand)
Occupation: Ebon Knight
Appearance: Chise is what you could consider pretty, though her harsh attitude and body language tend to override such observations. She will choose to cover the majority of her body if she can, being self-conscious and rather mistrusting of other peopleβs gazes. Though as a fighter this generally works in her favour as, unlike some of the more revealing fighters, she actually has at least something softening the blow of an attack. She is 5β10β with toned and well defined muscles. Though she is an Anuirean she chooses to dye her hair black for her own reasons.
Personality: Put simply, Chise is angry. She is short tempered in conversation and even shorter tempered in confrontation. A hard shell of ferocious attitude is all that passers-by and acquaintances will ever see. However in her own time out of view from the rest of the world she is a quiet individual and does whatever it takes to clear her head. She hardly ever raises her voice while alone or causes herself undue stress. When alone itβs eat, sleep, exercise. Violence and anger are reserved for the harsh outside world.
History: Chiseβs parents were both Anuirean and they raised her as such, teaching her swordplay and unarmed combat from an early age. Because of this she ended up becoming somewhat of a white knight for the other children who lived near her, protecting them from bullies and abusive adults. Coming from Azure Strand, her actions did not go unnoticed and she was very quickly perceived as being a future threat, having a natural inclination to confront crime.
When she turned 14 both of her parents were killed by thugs sent by a local crime boss and she was left an orphan. Naturally this then led to her being adopted by the Ebon Knights. This change of events and even further grooming in regards to combat is what turned her from a positive believer in justice to a bitter and violent individual. She lashes out because of what happened in her childhood and it has inevitably skewed her own perception of justice, not seeing the point in protecting certain individuals or arresting instead of executing certain criminals.
A further 14 years has passed and she is now a fully grown woman and Ebon Knight. She has tried her best to forget about what happened back in Azure Strand, but it is constantly in the back of her mind. After a particularly violent outburst against a thief she found herself carrying the anger over to her own private quarters, a place that is usually free from stress. Her mind once again turned to what happened to her parents and how her life was forced into what it is now. In a moment filled with impulse and anger she went completely AWOL and made for Azure Strand. She has dyed her hair black and left behind anything that marks her as an Ebon Knight. What she plans to do in Azure Strand cannot be traced back to her life as an Ebon Knight at all.
She plans to spill blood and will not hesitate to do so against the inhabitants of Azure Strand as she looks for everyone responsible for murdering her parents. From her time living there as a child she knows full well that everyone who lives in that town is a criminal in some way or another. And if thereβs anything that sheβs maintained over her life, itβs the belief that criminals deserve punishment equal to or greater than their actions.
Who knows, maybe her vigilante actions will actually make a difference in this virtually lawless hellhole.
Woo! Lii and her brother are officially grown-ups now! Yaaaaay!
Might as well sign Lii up for the Silent Rise events of the 14th, 33rd, and 54th as an active participant. And for the 25th and 45th as a healer on standby because I'm sure there will be many casualties.
Occupation:Is owned as a slave, her primary job is a mercenary assassin.
Appearance: Standing at 4.95 inches and weighing about 3.5 ounces, Nia is about average size for a female fairy. Sheβs quite muscular, for a fairy girl, anyway. Her dark brown hair is cut short in a very unflattering style. Dark blue eyes peer out from under often-furrowed brows; it seems that Niaβs resting face is a judgmental frown. Her wings are sheer and a very dark blue, with a black solid stripe at the outside edge. Her wings are rather torn and ragged, though they still work fine. Her master outfits her in tight, formfitting garments, to ensure that she looks good evenβno, especiallyβwhen doing immoral deeds for him. She also goes around barefoot after an unfortunate experience where she lost her shoe while on a job and it almost got her identity revealed.
Also of note is the fact that Nia glows rather brightly in a dark room, mostly the base of her wings and a spot over her heart. This is due to the fact that her mother had an addiction to phosphorescent mushrooms during the pregnancy.
Personality:In a word, Nia can be described as βArrogant.β Sheβs quite confident in her skills and maintains her superiority over her masterβs other slaves, which is hard when all the other slaves are human-sized. She doesnβt have much of a sense of morals; she really canβt, not with the bloody work sheβs been doing for the last thirty-three years. Sheβs quite emotionless, having long-ago shut down her emotional response, lest her mental stability go over the edge entirely.
History:
Nia, formerly known as Kalasse, was an only child, as far as she knew. Her parents were not the most caring in the world; it seemed like all they really cared about was their drug habits. Her name, βBrightnessβ, was rather a joke; she wasnβt the brightness in anyoneβs lives, more the forgotten shadow. Nia was pretty much raised by the older girls who lived in the same tree. This way of life went on until Nia was almost seven years old. Almost an adult. Then her parents decided they were going to leave behind everything they knew in a quest for a βless sophisticatedβ life. Also, entirely not because the people of Ilumire were starting to realize that the Elenyes were terribly addicted to drugs.
The family had heard of a place called Ebonfort. Where laws were rather less strict than in Ilumire. They traveled there, intending to go to the capital, only to be denied admittance. After all, they were by this point broke and disheveled and exhausted. When the family tried to leave, the Knight on guard duty stopped them, saying that noncitizens were often executed on the spot, and that it would be a toll to make sure he forgot about their existence.
The family could not pay a toll; they had no money and little food. So the knight took Kalasse as payment instead. And her parents let her go and didnβt even seem too bothered by the loss. Kalasse was promptly taken to the slave markets, where she was bought by a wealthy young tavernkeeper, whoβd just inherited the business from his father. Something about her sharp, alert eye and graceful movements had piqued his interest. Sheβd already been pretty decent with a dagger, having learned from the boys of Ilumire when sheβd not had anything better to do. Between this and her small size, and her ability of silent flight, her master had a good role for her.
She was to be his assassin. Killing those who opposed him, without bringing the Ebon Knights down on her head. On the side, she would do whatever her master wanted her to do to bring money in.
Over the course of the years she began to enjoy her work, starting to take pleasure from the suffering and sadness that she caused. Not that anyone was able to point it to her, of course. Her targets were always people who were ill in-favor, and the assassinations were done cleanly enough (often with poisoned daggers; with the poisons she used, a tiny nick on the arm or leg was enough to do a man in within a few hours) that no one ever really bothered searching. Mind-altering drugs were lovely things; often the poisoned individuals would not actually die of the poisoning, but of walking off the ramparts or drowning themselves in fountains, as they were prone to do.
The tavern keeper expected all of his slaves (who were all female) to be able (and willing) to serve all patrons in whatever ways they desired. Despite her size Nia was not exempt from this expectation; though obviously there were some acts that would be pretty much impossible, she was expected to be able to satisfy any guest that wanted her services. This was another skill that she learned to enjoy.
It has been almost thirty-four years since she was enslaved. Secretly, Nia is counting down the days to when the innkeeper dies of old age, in the hopes that maybe then sheβll be free. And then? Well, then sheβll likely try to find her parents. And pay them back for what they did to her.
Possessions: (All possessions were furnished by her owner) 1 | Peasant clothing | 4 sp (1 sp x 4 for size modifier) 1 | Assassinβs Garb | 4 gp (1 gp x 4 for size modifier) 2 | Dagger | 16 gp (2 x (2 gp x 4 for size modifier) 1 | Blanket | 2 gp | (5 sp x 4 for size modifier) 1 | Poison vial | 50 gp (Is a human-sized vial that her master keeps safe.)
Slave: No wages, but no living expenses; earns a tiny portion of her blood money/tips that she keeps squirreled away so that one day she can buy her freedom.
