You're taking offense because you insisted on a character for my RP and I said it wouldn't work for my RP and asked that we come to a compromise. My first suggestion was neko, and you ended up using my olive branch as a weapon against me in the conversation. At this point, I am just going to come out and say it. If you want your character to be in this RP, you have to follow my rules. I compromised with you and made her have a transformation. That's more than I would do for anyone else. There's not need to be so rude, using terms like, "Just barely acceptable" and "You forced me to change her" and "I'm not the stubborn one". The mere face that you have to say that means that you are. If you don't like changing your character, then don't participate. I'm not discriminating against you, I am just pointing out how things work. Go ahead and ask anyone else if they would have changed their RP's to fit your character. Maybe some of them will even say yes, but I have a right to say no, it's my RP, and I won't be insulted for not backing down on a point that I consider important.

Alright, I'll stop about that now. I have more to say, but it would be a late tackle at this point. The change is done. Should I provide more details about Grace?

No, it sounds like she is going to be a very interesting character, even just based off of her background. I never doubted that much. If you wish to post her personality, I'd be glad to read it, but it's not neccesary yet since I have yet to make up the character skeletons and that will be one of the points on there.

That's an interesting idea, but to keep your character from being too powerful, you would have to specify which attributes were affected. For example, if she was at peak human performance in ALL of her physical attributes, then she would be too powerful. But if it was, say, only her strength and endurance, or only her speed and agility, or only her five senses, then that would be acceptable. Those aren't the only limitations, they are examples. Any combination of physical traits would work, as long as there was a certain limit to them.

Well, I suppose I can say this much: Grace is a wily, agile woman, almost foxlike long before she found the amulet. Quick on her feet as well as quick with her tongue, she uses any means available to her to solve a problem. If we had a D&D Alignment system here, she'd be chaotic neutral. While she values her friends and doesn't like to see people be oppressed, she also tends to be hedonistic and selfish in many respects. When it comes to getting her way, Grace isn't afraid to sweet-talk people, manipulate them, or even use her beauty (within a website-appropriate context, of course!). She also served as a masseuse at the tavern, but she never sold her body, despite a few attempts to get her to do so, none of which moved her in the slightest.

In combat, she relies on her speed and agility, and isn't afraid to fight dirty. She favors using a dagger or two in a fight. Normally, she wears little more than her dancer's outfit, which is a loincloth and a top. She hates using footwear, but will reluctantly use sandals when she absolutely must, such as a formal occasion. As a fox, she dresses in the same manner, although her feet are too big to use sandals in that form. Is all of this okay with you? I don't mind tweaking a few details about her background.

Cool. Just note that she's not as easy to get into bed as the title "hedonist" makes her seem. Not only is this due to the site's restrictions, but she has something of a tough exterior to get past. Once she trusts a man and has even a small amount of attraction towards him, she might want to lie with him. Of course, none of that will be shown directly here. Implied at absolute most, and only if both characters agree to it. Bottom line: she won't be promiscuous with the males.

Probably areas related to melee combat, so strength, agility and speed. She was initially designed by a man in a village who needed a way to protect his settlement against a ravaging horde of raiders, though one person--even while given magical gifts--can't stand against that many swords and axes. While she was initially successful in driving the invaders away, their other looting operations eventually led way to better armor, weapons and tactics befit for a seasoned fighting force. Her creator and those that followed him eventually fell, though what caused her to sign up with this bandit gang is beyond me.

I don't know. I haven't mapped out her personality well. I somewhat envision her to be much more robotic and apathetic in nature, as her humanity was stripped from her during the augmentative procedure, so she views human life as not worth saving. If anything, she was a volunteer, and knew full-well of the consequences of choosing to allow the village leader to use her body as a base for his creation.

I guess that, during her final hours of humanity, she sought to save her people, but was probably guided primarily by a longing to see her husband and their children saved from the wrath of the raider horde.

My character will be mercifully devoid of magic. He'll probably know enough about it to regard anyone willingly letting it affect their person as having lose screws.

Geez louise, man. I hopped in, genuinely curious about the RP, and took noticed of the banter between Aristocles (woah, another Aristo!) and the GM. I have to say, GMs are allowed to permit/reject ideas that coincide/conflict with their RP in any way. That's how it's always been; GMs have final say over what flies in their settings. Don't be so pushy to get one character into one RP; there are many you choose from if it doesn't work in one setting.

But I guess, I'll need to put up a thread in the 'Character Sheets' to keep track of my characters XD. In my own honest opinions upon myself, perhaps others. -Because lets face it. People sometimes lose track of how their character should act.

'Uh.... I do however treat my characters rather poorly e_e... Poorly as in either act a certain way or just generally going off in some subconscious love relationship. ploting how that certain individual would be his / hers XD'

Such is life to deal with people you don't like. You don't have to be a jackass once the matter is settled. We all have our flaws yes it was a bit pushy but we all are on different levels.
