"So for all you know you have complete control over your power and are wasting my time. Go stand along the wall. Who among you would like to go next?"Zeus asked scanning the group. The Fates boy seemed to have nothing to develop. Which didn't really surprise him. He would have to figure out something to do with him so that he could focus on the others.

Sophia stood, the frost around her chair growing. She walked calmly to the front of the room. She walked towards Zeus, keeping her head high. When she reached the front, she faced the audience, and pretended they were just her royal subjects.
"My name is Sophia. I am the daughter of the North Wind. Some of my powers I have control over, but others..." She opened her hands and the stage began to freeze over like an ice rink. "... I have no control over." She finished. She hesitated. "My other powers... They only work at night." She said elusively.

"You have told me nothing. You might think you are better then the others but your title doesn't impress me. You will tell me what I want to know or you will go stand along the wall. I will not allow you godlings to waste my time."Zeus told Sophia arrogantly. He was not going to accept half answers. He wanted to know what he had to work with. "Either show me exactly what you can do or get out of the way so someone who can follow instructions and try."

Sophia grew upset. She had told him that her powers simply wouldn't work during the day. She slowly shuffled over the the wall where she gave him a resentful look. The air was truly frosty.

Katherin frowned at that limited display. Really? That was all they got. That told them nothing about the girls range of control or even very much about what she could do. She shook her head. This was a ridiculous of time if that was how things were going to go. She slowly made her way towards where she heard Zeus. "Hello my name is Katherin. And I have power over ice...well sort of."she still facing Zeus she started to make an ellabrate patern. Ice cubes began falling form the ceiling.

Sitting at the back of the auditorium Krow openly yawned out of boredom for this whole assembly. He'd much rather be outside relaxing in the sunlight. He already knew his capabilities but didn't bother to waste his time showing off or simply standing to the side. He enjoyed watching the newbies make fools of themselves.

"One more children. Let's see what you can do."Zeus encouraged. He wanted to know what he had to work with. He could have had them fight but some of them might not have been trained to use their powers in that way. Like the girl that caused hail to rain down. That wasn't very effective.

Krow seemingly scanned Zeus in a scrutinizing manner. 'He certainly seems to stand out, or maybe that's just because he's standing on a stage... yea that might be it.' Zeus is Ares father and Krows grandfather. Zeus never liked Ares for his obsession with war and death, calling him one of the most hated of gods. Krow doesn't believe Zeus is too fond of him, frankly he doesn't really like him either. Krow despises all forms of authority, this includes Zeus as well as his own father.

He can feel Zeus' eyes on him, feeling as though they're burning straight through to his soul. Krow saw this as a challenge to see what he's capable of, one his ego wouldn't dare to refuse. Seeing as nobody else was volunteering, he stood from his chair. Attempting to hold back a smug grin, Krow made his way to where Zeus stood, feeling his eyes on him as if judging every step he made.

'What's this guys problem?'

He stood not far from Zeus and glanced at the audience, then back at Zeus who was radiating a frightening aura towards him.

"M-my name is Krow Redwing." mentally scolding himself for stuttering he attempted to straighten his posture. 'This guy's making me lose my nerve.'

"My primary power is the element of fire." Not really knowing what else to say he proceeded to demonstrate his ability with utmost confidence. He raised his hands and began to form fire out of thin air. With a large enough flame he formed it into the shape of a little phoenix that appeared to come to life and flutter around. He couldn't hold back a smug grin this time. He looked up at Zeus and folded his arms.

"Pretty cool huh?"

"That will do for now. Tomorrow we will work with control. Tour next class will be Life Skills which will teach you how to survive in the human world and in the heavens."Zeus explained before he disappeared.

Coatlicue appeared where Zeus had been. She smiled at the teens gathered in the room. "Normally we would met in another room which will appear on your maps. But today we are doing a field trip of sorts. You were all asked to pick an animal to represent you. Now you must find, capture, and tame that animal."

Krow had a wide grin of excitement on his face. 'Oh my god, YES! I'm going to tame a Komodo Dragon, yes... field trip.... first day... I might actually love it here' He could practically feel his eyes tearing up from the excitement. He knows it's going to be so easy considering he can speak with reptiles in general.

Katherin frowned. She wasn't sure how she would accomplish this assignment. She hadn't really given it much thought when the application asked for an animal. She knew many gods and goddesses had animals that represented them. But she hadn't really applied that to herself. How was she suppose to catch a snow leopard? She would have to go to the human world. Which she had never done before. Where did snow leopards live? Some place cold she knew that much.

Charles raised an eyebrow "a field trip to get our chosen animals... interesting... so I'm going to need to get a rabbit.. shouldn't be to hard...." he says to himself with his devlish smile "their pretty common in the human world."

Oni looked towards the new teacher and would grin some at that thought. "Is that so... perrrfect" she says she was going to have fun with this. She chose a dangerous creature the dragon.. because they are the same as her creatures of magic. She knows she'll have to steal an egg from a nest. it'll be only way to properly tame a dragon, question is where would be the closet dragon nest. Though it'll take a while to hatch and raise, but she didn't care.. a dragon would be perfect for many, many reasons.

"Find, capture and tame the animal. James shook with anticipation. He had always cared for the farm land at home, and the animals too, but this was an entirely different ball game. He had to catch a Squirrel. The fast little critters, with mischievous attitudes. He saw this a fun challenge.
