I too like the suicide idea. Here is a potential plot for Lexi, Erin, Grant, and Jacen that I had shared with those involved but I'll share with the rest of you. I feel like your idea, especially if it came after this, could really be a unifying storyline that could lead to some more fun stuff as a group. I feel like each character / relationship of characters should get their plot line. Jacen and Lexi are kinda having their moments but I'd love to explore Ely's depression and other stories as well. Anyways, my idea:
Jacen will continue the cold war with Lexi for now, kinda being abrasive with her, and try to ignore Erin. She'll work her way back in with him and tell him it was just a kiss to get the drugs and cigs and that it didn't mean anything, and after some brooding he'll let her back in.
Grant will take her back to his place after that and they'll have sex, and Jacen will show up to apologize for being pissed at Grant and want to hang out. He'll hear the sound of sex through the door and see her car in the parking lot and put 1+1 together.
He calls it off then and is on his way to go get drunk or do something stupid and he runs into Lexi on the way and she confronts him, and that's where the "You want to know how I feel? That's what you want?! I still love you. It's fucked up but I do. Are you happy now?!" from my relations sheet will happen. They'll kiss or something and then end up in some kinda tentative relationship. Then the story can progress on from there and we can find some new stories to tell with the characters. Once he's securely with Lexi, Jacen will start to realize it was for the better that things got bombed with Erin and forgive Grant.
