Like Tobias can predict that something bad will happen, Robert is there for injuries due to loss of focus, and Terry can make you lose your papers while blowing her breeze (though a ring would be a different matter)
So can you be more specific on her power? For instance we could go with her having the power to give things a 'will' of their own, so they try to get lost. Car keys, heirloom rings, wallet. Not that they walk away or anything. They just sort of "choose" to fall out of someones pocket if they get the chance.
Just an example. Other options are ofcourse still possible.
Other than that, she is good to go!

We can use them in the 'relations with others'-part of the CS's. Just put them in front of the names.

Good Question! Basically you can speak to them, observe them, or take an action with a certain intention.
You can never make another character talk or act. you can only do that to with your own character.

Basically this means you can write:
Bob (your character) said "hi" to Tom (other persons character)
Bob stretched out his hand to shake Tom's hand. (with the intention of shaking toms hand, but not actually describing that action because that would need Tom's player's permission)
Bob saw that Tom was very fat (if that's in the characters description)

But you can't write:
Tom (not your character) said: 'Hey bob, I think you're so cool. Here is all my money.'
Bob punched Tom in the face.
Bob saw that Tom was turning purple (when the player of Tom didn't state that)

While I'm not going to write out the entire etiquette, you could google on 'godmodding' for all things that you shouldn't do.
We're also on the skype btw. Which is probably a more easy way to talk.

It's hard for me to see Nina as a true friend with any of the PCs at the start of the game. That's not to say relationships couldn't develop and change through role play. Nina probably wouldn't appreciate Terry's sometimes hardheadedness and possibly pessimistic attitude.

But, if Terry wanted to make Nina the subject of some of her photography.... =)

I decided to go a different route, using an old superstition involving cats.

Take Your Breath Away
Nina can cause a person to suddenly become short of breath (similar to an asthma attack yet less severe) or fatigued for a short amount of time. If she rests upon a person's chest while they sleep in her cat form that person may have difficulty finding the energy/motivation to get up or be sluggish for a good part of the day.

@Kidd Sloane and Nina can indeed be hot tempered rivals.
But, they do have a chance to bond over dance, possibly movies and that they are both urban girls rather than country girls.

@AccursedBiscuit I think Nina and Eddie's relationship will start off as the stereotypical popular girl vs nerd. The fact that he doesn't like cats will not help their relationship any either.

@Obscurus Robert is a musician which always a plus. She might -might!- be persuaded to go along with one of his plans/adventures if it makes sense and he isn't drunk at the time he came up with it.

@Aewin Nina may see Cara as a bit of a rival, respecting her bluntness. Gotta love the accent though. Again, they could possibly have a nice moment or two watching a movie together.

@Major Ursa Nick is a lil' slacker punk as far as Nina can tell, but she doesn't actually hate him. They do not seem to have anything in common.

Considering her similar personality to Sloane, I don't know that Nina and Tobias will not be on the best of terms at the start of the game.

I think a cold acquaintance-relationship would probably be the case. As long as Nina doesn't get in Terry's face and Terry doesn't bother Nina.

I can see them having a hot/cold friendship; some days they get along and others they don't. I also noticed that Nina doesn't like deceit and Cara's quite the two-faced bitch so I'd imagine Nina wouldn't like that aspect of her, just like how Cara wouldn't like how much of a bully Nina is
