"The infirmary huh?" He laughed. "The number one upside of healing powers is the ability to heal myself." He tilted his head back and touched his nose. This is gonna suck. His fingertips glowed, as did his nose as he gritted his teeth and clenched his fist. The process only took a few seconds, but since he felt double the initial pain the whole time, it felt significantly longer. His nose finally twisted back into place, and the pain cut off abruptly. "Downside is that is that the process sucks. Either me or the "healee" has to feel some significant pain during the process."

He looked back at the violet-eyed girl and noticed that she was more worse for wear than he had noticed. "If you have some sort of injury going on, I could probably heal you up quick. I'd take the pain of course, not a huge deal." He smiled goofily. "I don't believe I've caught your name yet."

Illias watched the two in front of her in an attempt to follow the conversation. Some words they used didn't mean much of anything to her, since the language was still settling in her mind and she had taken an incomplete version of it to start with. She was so intent with the conversation, in fact, that it took her a minute to realize they were both looking at her as if expecting an answer.

"Ah, my apologies, my name is Illiasriel." She shook her head, rising to her feet unsteadily. "I am not injured so much as perhaps needing attention. If it is not too much trouble, could one of you lend me your shoulder and show me the way to the doctor?" She noted her word for healer translated into several different things, but the best fit seemed to be doctor. The girl, Kathy, had mentioned a nurse though, so perhaps that was the better match? Honestly, what she really needed was time. Time to acclimatize, time to eat and restore her atrophied muscles, and time to learn.

Ryuu Yamauchi

The girl on Eric's shoulder gave him a cute little smile, worry clearly entering her expression.

She was so tiny. So... smiley. So... fun-sized.

Ryuu adjusted his sunglasses, an aura of adoration emitting out of him at frightening amounts. As he approached Lucy, he loomed over her.

She was smol.

SMOL.

Ryuu barely managed to prevent himself from going full weeaboo, but then again, he was Japanese. Still, as he screamed internally, he could not help but find the tiny girl to be adorable. Something about her tiny form made her look a bit precious to him.

It had to be the smile.

He helped her up silently, his lips pressed hard against each other as he tensed up. She was light; just as she looked.

Aurelia Triniel

Aurelia ended up bumping into someone head-first.

She had scampered off with haste. As she collided against a blue-haired girl, the dark-haired fallen angel shrunk from the stranger, anxiety kicking in. She needed to get to the orientation...

Moving with her head hung low did have its bad sides, despite letting her cover her face. Her glasses ended up falling from their loose grip around her ears.

"...A-Ah..." The girl bowed to the woman, rubbing the area on her head she bumped into the stranger with. "I'm... sorry..."

Aurelia gulped as she looked for her glasses. They had a thin frame to them and sat next her feet. She lightly pushed it away as she looked for the light glasses.

- Oliver -

"There are plenty of things I could use a lovely spirit warrior for." Oliver chuckled as she said that. it wasn't exactly a lie, as a spirit he could go through walls, he could still interact with objects (if he tried hard enough), and he could move quickly and find people fast. "I suppose" he replied, with a smile.

"Let's just say... this years orientation will be... a big hit. However, I need to round up a few... helpers before then. Would you like to help me go grab Ryuu, Carmen, Lily, and Britnia? Lily will mostly be there for insurance purposes..." she said.
he both hated and loved her mischievous smile. what on earth could she need them for? it was an unorthodox combination, he thought. but it would give him something to do, that's for sure. he thought about where the most likely places to find them would be. "Sure, I can help, I have nothing better to do" he winked "any one I should start with? do you know where any of them are? or anywhere I should start?"

- Andromeda -

it honestly took her a second to realize Eric was holding a hand out to her. then she jumped a little and looked up at him. he had yet to say anything and just held his hand out. so she smiled and took it. his hand was warm against her's and she suppressed a shiver as she said "thank you"
she saw Ryuu pick up the little lady before she carefully got to her feet. she felt a little twinge in her ankle and picked it back off the floor slightly "oh... I think I might have twisted my ankle when I fell" she looked at the floor again "sorry..." a snake nipped at her as she thought 'I'm so stupid'
there was a tiny hiss in her ear and she looked back up "I'll be fine... I'm ... I'm really sorry for... crashing into you Ryuu" she turned to the man who had helped her up "I don't know if we've met, I'm Andromeda"

The shapeshifter tried to appear as calm as possible as Lily greeted him back, the fact she'd recognised him made him instantly want to hug her. He refrained from doing so...barely...besides he was older now, more mature, adults didn't randomly squeeze the life out of someone with a bear hug...at least he didn't think they did. "I wasn't far off" He replied, turning towards her as he shifted his weight from one foot to the other.

Tapping his toe against the ground, one of his hands slid up to rub the back of his neck. He smiled at Lily as she considerately gave him a way to escape her question. "I don't mind, I've been travelling mostly...spending time here and there. Learnt a few new tricks" He answered her, trying to keep the guilt from his face as she continued on. "It looks amazing!" He exclaimed a little louder than he meant, unable to contain the sudden rush of excitement that passed through him. Clearing his throat he murmured "Sorry" before looking out over the school hoping she wouldn't notice the flush of embarrassment in his cheeks "Its clear you all put a lot of time and energy into this place" He told her, unable to keep the smile from his face even if he was embarrassed. He was also particularly happy to hear Carmen was here as well! As well as Maria and Criston, after the fall of the first academy he'd scarcely believed he'd see any of them again.

"I am indeed a student as strange as that sounds" He answered her, before rubbing the back of his neck and giving her a sheepish grin. "Well...if you mean accidentally scaring another student and getting myself blasted out of a window as trouble...then yes, I'm afraid I have" He admitted. "I promise I haven't broken anything..." He assured her though he missed off the 'yet' part. "Are you here as a student as well?" He asked.

Rain tensed up as the girl bumped into her side, more so from shock than anything else. She turned her head and blinked down at the girl with a raised eyebrow, noting how the girl kept her head low as she retreated. 'Submission?' The werewolf thought, tilting her head to the side as the girls glasses slid from her face and dropped onto the floor with a light tap.

Her ears twitched as the girl spoke and bowed, she opened her mouth to say something but the words didn't form. She could tell the dark haired girl was anxious, it was present in her every move, seeming to cling to the air. 'How do I...' She wondered, she wasn't used to other people let alone anxious ones. The werewolf relaxed her frame after a moment and softened her expression so she didn't appear as intimidating 'That's not going to be enough is it? Okay, you can do this. Prove that you're not just a Neanderthal' with that in mind she opened her mouth again "Don't worry about it" She told her, he voice was naturally dropping her gaze to the floor, she crouched down in front of Aurelia and scooped up the girls glasses. "It's partially my fault, I wasn't looking where I was going" She added, holding out the glasses for Aurelia to take as she peered up into her face.

Providing the girl took the glasses out of her hand, the werewolf quickly stood back up, glancing at the other people in the hallway as she tried to think of something else to say. "You looked like you were in a hurry...I mean, where were you heading?...no that's not it...Makers breath" Rain covered her eyes with her hand and huffed, clearly annoyed with herself. 'That's not right...What am I even trying to say?' She thought to herself, angry with her lack of charisma. After a moment, she took her hand away from her face, holding it in front of her for hesitantly. She seemed torn between extending it towards the girl and simply pulling it back to her side. "I'm Rain...kind of new around here, if you hadn't already guessed" She introduced herself, still holding her hand awkwardly in front of her and silently thinking she probably should have just opened with that, instead of focusing on where the girl was heading.

"Quite the convenient ability you have there." Kathy agreed, though the downside of experiencing double the amount of pain didn't sound all too appealing. And she couldn't help but raise a brow at Edric's nonchalant attitude towards pain. She supposed it was a better deal than having to deal with the entire injury but... 'That seems rather sad somehow.' She couldn't quite find the words to explain why she felt this way. And seeing as it seemed to be a rather heavy topic to bring up after a first meeting, she kept her thoughts to herself.

Taking on a thoughtful expression she turned her attention back to Illiasriel and answered, "Of course. There should be a doctor available at the infirmary." Actually, she couldn't quite recall if the academy employed licensed doctors or if they just hired nurses with special abilities. "Or, at the very least someone qualified to handle most injuries." She quickly added.

Kathy kneeled down beside Illiasriel and prepared to take her arm to help her up. "Just put one arm over my shoulder and Edric can take the other..." She looked up at Edric with a smile. "If you're willing to help of course."

Actually, even without Edric's help Kathy knew that she could easily make Illiasriel temporarily lighter and just carry the girl over to the infirmary on her own. Looking around them, however, she could still see a decent crowd of students either making their way to the assembly hall or just chatting with fellow students outside. 'Though I think a lot of girls find it romantic to be carried by someone... I don't think I qualify as the right 'knight' for the job.' She mused. And personally, she would have felt rather embarrassed about being carried by a complete stranger. They couldn't really avoid standing out but she figured that being supported by two people on either side was probably a little more toned down than watching someone get a piggy back ride and at least a hundred times more subdued than seeing someone being carried in a bridal style.

"Well, I'd love to help" He smiled. "I've got a fair bit of time anyways." Although he didn't he say anything, he did it to ease his guilt too. He interrupted their conversation and had managed to make the whole situation about him. Despite his kindness, he was quite self-centered, and he knew it. The constantly healing anyone he could was his attempt to combat that in any way he could. He gave a lamentable sigh as he took Illiasriel's other arm. He sincerely wished that he could have healed her, but it appeared that her legs were a bit atrophied. That really wasn't an injury, not in the traditional sense anyways. He once tried to stretch his powers and cure someone of a sickness. He ended up bedridden for the better of a month, without curing the original sickness. He stuck to trauma from then on, something that he knew he couldn't screw up.

"So, it may not be my place to ask," he cleared his throat. ", but where you guys from? I've never really been outside of Elaniel before this and to be perfectly honest, I'm curious."

~ Carmen ~

Carmen chuckled at Ryuu scrambling to explain himself. Before she could insert a remark about how she was sure that she believed him, Andromeda piped in as well, assigning blame to herself.

"Now Ryuu," Carmen said, with a grin that was the combination of amused and devious, "Don't you know that you're not supposed to put yourself in a position where ttractive women can't fall on you? That's...well that's just step one of being a male, I'd imagine."

Carmen then turned her attention to the man and the miniature female. She thought for sure she'd seen them before...or at least the man. What was his name? Edgar? Aaron? Something like that...

She stood propped against the doorway, with one leg on the ground and one leg bent with the foot resting against the doorframe. Andromeda presently introduced herself to the man, and Carmen stayed silent as she inwardly thought, Oh good, now I'll know the man's name. The little girl might be harder, but I have a feeling the man might introduce her... Carmen was essentially just musing to herself, remaining a fly on the wall as the exchanges took place. She assumed, satisfyingly, that was enough to put the otaku on edge.

Aurelia
@FaithsRose
"Ah..."

Aurelia bowed as she let her frail hand take her glasses from Rain. The blue-haired woman seemed to be concerned about her, and for that, she was grateful, yet nervous. She was at a loss for words when she heard Rain scramble through questions, opening her mouth to answer before holding her words back when Rain came up with a new question. After gaping for the third time, she softly shut herself up and listened to the woman's seemingly final decision for a topic.

And it seemed basic enough for Aurelia to comply with. Taking a light breath, she told Rain,

"I... My name is Aurelia. Nice to meet you..."

Again, she bowed to look polite to Rain. The black-haired angel fell silent as her eyes darted to the ground and back up at the beautiful and nice person before her.

"I... was going to the auditorium," she answered Rain's first question when she was unable to come up with something interesting. And she fell silent once more, fiddling with her glasses as she stood with her head slightly hung low.

Ara (B)

“In that case, I highly recommend that you resume your journey there.”

Suddenly cutting into the conversation, Ara appeared from behind Aurelia. She hadn’t really been going anywhere in particular, and after following the flow of students going towards the stairwell she noticed the two women just idly standing in the middle of the hallway conversing with one another.

Ara was in quite a good mood that day. The weather was nice, the bustle of students were a nice change from the dusty shop she'd been stuck in for the last few years... And most of all, she was actually around to be able to enjoy all of it! She and A had gotten into quite the argument as they fought for the right to be the one to make the first impressions at Athalia. And while normally she would have passed right by the two women without a second thought, she was very much in the mood to get to know as many people as possible. The more people knew her, after all, the less they would be inclined to think that A was the one that was the real 'Ara'.

As if in an attempt to soften the sudden interruption, she gave them a quick ‘look how friendly I am?’ sort of smile before letting her facial muscles relax back into a neutral position. “Since you’re beginning to impede the traffic here.” She continued, nodding at the way other students were weaving around them in order to continue along their way. In reality the hallways were wide enough that the other students could still continue on their way without much hassle, but it was true that they had to slow down and walk around the now-crew-of-three.

“Ah, for the record I’m not really criticizing you. But if you wanted to create an obstacle here you’ve done a poor job of it.” She cocked her head to the side with an amused look as she studied their expressions. “And since I ended up eavesdropping on your introductions, I’ll make it fair and introduce myself as well.”

She cleared her throat once before actually getting into the introduction itself. “My name is Ara. Ara Glaisyer. And though I will not be offended if you don’t recognize me in the future, I would appreciate if you know that I am the only Ara Glaisyer. And if a strange and suspicious man attempts to introduce himself as such, please do not hesitate to slap him for identity theft.”

Lily raised a brow and chuckled at the rise in Crash's energy levels, they were practically bouncing up and down and all around inside of his body. She tilted her head as he replied to her question, telling her he had a few new tricks.

"Don't we all." She replied shortly, laughing softly at the memories. Lots of exploring powers and... curve balls. Mostly curve balls.

She shook her head when he apologized for shouting, a soft smile on her face. She was just happy to see someone that seemed happy despite all that had happened. It was nice. Not that everyone else was depressing, but Crash was so excitable, it was nice and rather adorable.

Again, she shook her head when he mentioned him being a student as strange. "It's not at all strange. Many of the old students returned for the college courses offered, though we can't promise the credits will transfer." She explained, chuckling at herself. She chuckled once again at his revelation to having already caused trouble. It wasn't like she hadn't expected it.

She froze up for a second as Crash asked her if she was a student as well but thawed just as quickly. "Ahh, no. I've actually replaced Kiwi. She went AWOL after the attack and Maria needed someone. What better person than an angel with a knack for healing others? Though, my healing isn't exhaustive... So, when it's over my power's pay grade, I usually stick to more old fashion medicines. I've ahh... been reading up on things." She explained, not inspiring much confidence in herself as a medical doctor. She needed to go to school for it. Though...

"But... it's really odd Crash. Sometimes, when people get seriously hurt and come in, it's almost like I know how to deal with it already... I've never been trained how to heal people the old fashioned way but for some reason, it comes second nature. I don't know if it's because of my heritage or what but I guess I can't... complain." She confided in him, shrugging her shoulders to show her confusion. She honestly didn't know why but she wasn't really going to question it.

"Have you seen anyone else yet?" She asked, brushing the debris from her butt as she stood up to walk with him, probably to the gym for orientation.

@FaithsRose

"Thanks!" Lucy told the tall man, grinning. "I'm Lucy. Who're you?" She asked, looking up at him expectantly, all the while ignoring the crap out of the two females.

Eric tensed up as the girl's hand met his and he swallowed hard, trying to fight the urge to snatch his hand away. When she said thank you, his face went beet red and he whipped his head to the side, snatching his body up right and nearly knocking Lucy off in the process.

"Hey, watch it Eric!" She shouted, before turning back to look at the tall man again. Eric nodded his head quietly in response to her. When the girl, Andromeda talked to him, telling him her name, he nearly froze again. He suddenly wished he knew exactly where the infirmary was.

"The... infirmary." He stammered, it was all he could manage to get out. He had a worried look on his face as he stared down at the foot Andro currently had lifted off of the floor.

@Driving Park@Animelover_princess@NarayanK

"Sure, I can help, I have nothing better to do" he winked "any one I should start with? do you know where any of them are? or anywhere I should start?" He replied.

Maria smiled ruefully, really wishing she could use her powers right about now, but she'd promised and she was nothing if not a woman of her word. "For once Oliver, I'm not entirely sure. I would start with Ryuu as he's usually the easiest to find. Just find the nearest cute girl and or commotion and you're sure to find him. If anyone is with them, have them help you look too, just don't let them know what we're up to." She explained. "I'll go look around for anyone else I can find." She told him, grinning as she walked closer to him, trying to signal him to leave out the door so she could follow him out. She wasn't fond of letting anyone stay in her office without her in it.

She was too private of a woman for that.

Crash's grin grew as Lily laughed softly, he figured he wasn't the only one who'd changed...though he did notice how outwardly Lily hadn't really changed that much if at all. "That's a relief to hear then" He added in "I can't speak for everyone...but I don't mind that. I'm not here just for the credits"

The shapeshifter noticed Lily freeze up by didn't comment on it, he did however shiver quite visibly as she mentioned Kiwi. He would be lying if he said he didn't feel a little safer knowing that Kiwi wasn't at the academy. "Old fashion medicines huh?" He commented despite her feelings on the matter, Crash seemed genuinely impressed. "Have you been studying medicine alongside your job here?" He asked curiously, briefly looking out over the garden around them as he waited for her answer.

He turned back to look at her as she spoke, "Maybe it's because it's who you are. I don't think it's entirely your heritage...I think its you. You're a healer through and through, its in your heart and your soul" He lifted his hand to his neck though he didn't look confused or embarrassed. "That's what I think...anyway" He grinned at her. And like the flip of a switch the serious edge left his face and he was back to his awkward self. "Besides, isn't there a famous quote...erm...something like there's knowledge in knowing who you are and doing what you're meant to" He added as a red tint settled in his cheeks and nervous energy joined the chaotic mixture within him.

The angel's next question threw him off guard however, there was a noticeable delay in his answer as he reached up to touch his forehead. "I-I haven't come across anyone I recognise..." He didn't quite get the 'yet' out but it almost hung in the air. "Walk with me?" Crash asked, moving off a few steps to see if Lily would walk with him, if she did he slowly headed towards the hallways, if not he simply stayed where he was.

Either way the smile on his face seemed to falter and a frown took its place, he seemed to be battling something on the inside. Luckily in true Crash fashion it was a mighty quick battle and before an awkward silence could descend he asked "Just out of curiosity..." He left a pause as he rubbed the back of his neck "W-who else is here exactly?" A small smile crept onto his face and he tried to appear as relaxed as possible but he found himself rather nervous about her response.

Rain didn't notice that the girl in front of her had been trying to speak, whilst she gabbled through questions. She should have...given where she was from but it appeared that in her desperation to make an impression, she simply forgot to pay attention.

As Aurelia politely answered her question, Rain quietly sighed in relief and retracted her hand when Aurelia bowed again. '...maybe they bow instead of shake hands now...' The werewolf thought to herself as she watched the black haired girl look back down at the floor "Nice to meet you as well...Aurelia"

'Hand shaking I can just about handle...bowing is a whole other thing' she thought with a bristle of arrogance. She didn't bow to anyone.

Rain looked taken aback as Aurelia looked up at her and answered her original question. She smiled gratefully at the shy girl, feeling a little more confident. Though as an awkward silence fell between them, Rain felt the pressure return. 'Crap...I'm talking to a human that doesn't like to talk...of all the' She thought lifting a hand up to sweep a long tendril of hair behind her ear. 'Okay think...what would be an interesting thing to say that doesn't involve blood or hunting'

Luckily for her she didn't have to think of anything. The werewolf looked past Aurelia at the newcomer as she came to stand with them lifting an eyebrow at the smile Ara gave them, her eyes flickered across Ara's face questioning the sincerity of it. 'Traffic? What an odd word' She thought turning to look at the students weaving around them "We should probably move" She agreed glancing at Aurelia before back at Ara wondering if this was a good time to introduce herself again. She had the feeling, words would come easier if the other woman accompanied them.

Ara quite clearly didn't have trouble finding words, if anything they flowed naturally off of her tongue. Though the werewolf was unable to pick up much for her body language shy of what knowingly displayed. 'This is going to take some getting used to' She thought as she tried to process everything that Ara said. "Make an impression and no-one will forget you" She said matter of factly, of course she wasn't aware of Ara's situation. "There's a strange man introducing himself...as you...and you want us to slap him?" She frowned at Ara clearly confused by the concept. 'A slap? They slap people here? No blood, no glory...just a tickle to the cheek and on your way' "That...is a new one on me" She decided after a while though she looked a little unsatisfied by her words and for a moment looked as if she was going to say something else...but then decided against it.

"Well since we're doing a poor job at being an obstacle, would you like to walk together to the auditorium?" She asked Aurelia before turning to Ara "If you're heading that way?"

"Elaniel..." Illiasriel thought to herself, allowing the other two to half carry her, "A kingdom? I'll have to add geography to the list of things to study."

Out loud, she spoke to the two helping her to wherever there was a healer. "Thank you both for your kindness. I am unsure how I would have fared had you not come along." She purposefully avoided answering the boy's question, wary of their possible reactions. It was possible that Intheris had become hated since she was locked away, even probable, considering her father. Most likely, it was forgotten like her, and mentioning it would only lead to confusion. She was once more reminded that in this time, she was knew even less than a child would, and would have to spend much of the coming months learning all she could.

- Oliver -

Oliver smiled as he was shooed out of Maria's office and he waved and headed off to the nearest room he knew he could lock, which happened to be a storage closet, and slipped inside, rather precariously. he shut the door behind him and flicked the lock into place. he rolled towards the back and settled down in his chair, closing his eyes and willing his soul to separate from his body, and it did.
if anyone had been watching they would have seen a pale blue glow rise from the man's skin, taking the form of himself, hovering in air above his body. he glanced down at his body and checked to make sure it was comfortable and the door was locked before he flew through the wall and started looking. he'd decided to take Maria's advice and look for Ryuu first, he knew where the man's classroom was so he'd start near there and work his way out.

he found him quickly, as well as a bunch of other people, some he recognized and some he didn't. he floated down to land beside them.

- Andromeda -

Andro's eyes dropped to the floor when Carmen called her attractive, and she blushed a little.

When Eric mentioned the infirmary, she smiled because he hadn't actually answered her question. "is that your name?" she said teasingly, before she blushed again and said "uh, the... the infirmary's that way" she pointed "I know the way, I can get myself there" she still wanted to know his name, but she was also aware that her ankle hurt and she really should get it checked out, just to make sure it was just a sprain or something. she glanced around "uh, I should ... I should go..." as she started to turn, she saw the ghostly form of the computer teacher land on the ground near them.

Kathy smiled as Edric took Illisriel's other arm. "Thank you." She had thought about using her ability to make the girl lighter, but then recalled that Edric could not benefit from the change. 'It wouldn't really be fair of me, especially after I recruited his help.' She thought. And even so... Illisriel felt oddly light* as they helped her up.

"Any time.". As the trio made their way to the infirmary, she waited for Illiasriel to answer Edric first but... Well, when the girl did not say anything else, she assumed it was safe for her to answer instead. "You'll have a lot to see around here then. Although you'll have to be careful not to do anything too crazy out in town; you never know when you might bump into a teacher by accident." Speaking of teachers, she made a mental note to check the list of faculty members at the academy. She wondered how many of her old teachers had remained, and which ones had ended up retiring after the school's destruction.

"As for me... I'm actually not from around here at all," She began, "I came from the 'outside world'. Maybe you'd recognize it better as the 'mortal realm' or 'the rest of Earth outside of Lavanya'? I haven't been back since I started attending Athalia though."

Ryuu Yamauchi

"I'm..."

The god of life reborn in the body of a loser.

"...Ryuu," the otaku said, daring not to take his eyes off of the small girl. Something about her kindled a warm feeling in him. Her tininess was adorable just because she looked like... some sort of pocket creature. A pocket person.

As Otacon would put it, It's like one of my Japanese animes!

He dared not to say that out loud, though. There was literally a normal-sized man who had an obvious connection to the tiny girl. Making sure that she did not fall off, Ryuu silently took a breath and turned to Andromeda.

Her ankle was hurt.

AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-

Seeing that she seemed a bit hurt, Ryuu asked, "Hey, do you need someone to take you there? I can-" But right before he finished, he turned and found the spookiest shit ever floating to their direction.

The math teacher screamed briefly as he pointed at Oliver. "Y-You!"

Ryuu had met Oliver quite a lot of times ever since he became a faculty member, but that did not mean he was able to quickly get accustomed to spooky ghosty teachers. He did not meet those in a certain battle that much either, so that didn't help.

Aurelia

Ara surprised Aurelia.

And by surprise, it was the kind of surprise that would make Aurelia jump and unknowingly back away from the person.

At Ara's entrance, Aurelia shrunk and listened to the woman introduce herself. She seemed to have a lot of confidence in herself, and judging by how she considered Aurelia to be an obstacle, Ara did not care much about the dark-haired girl's presence. That was somewhat good for the timid girl, but she still found her air of pride to be hard to approach.

The fact that she encouraged them to slap another person named "Ara" did not help...

Aurelia eventually stood slightly behind Rain and nodded when the blue-haired woman offered to walk with her. Having someone to be with (even in silence) would perhaps be safe for the time being in the case that there were more people like Ara.

She did not exactly dislike the confident girl, but her personality seemed like a heavy load that Aurelia could not handle properly at the moment.

"Have you been studying medicine alongside your job here?"

"Yeah. It's slow considering I have to learn from books. But I'm hoping that we can find a doctor around here willing to give me the time of day to teach me." Lily explained, shrugging. Either way, she was going to do what she could.

"Maybe it's because it's who you are. I don't think it's entirely your heritage...I think its you. You're a healer through and through, its in your heart and your soul"

Lily sighed, a ragged sigh that shuttered with unease. For some reason she couldn't shake the feeling that that wasn't it. Then again, she was becoming more and more paranoid these days. It was like in the movies when everything started getting really happy and nice, you just sort of expect something really terrible around the corner. Maybe she was just over thinking it.

"Besides, isn't there a famous quote...erm...something like there's knowledge in knowing who you are and doing what you're meant to"

At his words, Lily smile weakly and nodded, not really able to convince herself regardless. "Thanks, Crash." She replied simply, not sure what else to add.

When he asked if she would walk with him, she smiled brightly and nodded. "Of course." She spoke before shuffling over to his side. She chuckled when he asked if she knew who was there. "I do, and I don't. I have a rough idea of those around and when they get close enough and I know them, I can tell right away. I know Carmen's around... I uh... I keep tabs on her. Andro, Ryuu and some boy I'm fairly unfamiliar with and... I think... that's Oliver? It's a little strange but he's there. He's probably out of his body..." She explained, staring blankly ahead as she paid attention to the auras around them. "Other than that, it's all relatively faint. I could extend my reach but that would leave me weak and I need to conserve energy in case students like you cause trouble." She added, lightly pushing his shoulder. "Why? Is there... someone you're looking for?" She asked him, raising a brow.

"is that your name?"

Eric's face went beet red again, and he swallowed hard. He was royally screwing this up as usual. He should be used to it by now, but no. It was still tough. When she turned to leave, he reached out his hand to her but stopped when he saw the floating teacher. He blinked and realizing who it was, promptly stopped, his hand still hovering over An's shoulder.

"Ahh... M-My name's Eric... I... I feel like... I feel like I should take you to t-the infir-mary. Yo-You might fall again." He spoke, sputtering the last bit of it out so quickly she might not have even understand him. And then, as if he felt rude for ignoring the teacher, Eric looked up at Oliver and nodded quickly.

Lucy, meanwhile, was staring at Ryuu and then at Oliver, her small doodled eyes clear and grey. She tilted her head slightly, still seated on Eric and held out her arms to Ryuu. "Could I hang out with him?" She asked turning to look at Eric.

Eric, feeling nervous as hell, simply nodded, not putting much thought into the fact the Ryuu had no idea that in roughly an hour, Lucy would almost literally dissolve.

"Yay! Ryuu, Ryuu, Ryuu!" She shouted, grinning at him. "Can I sit on your shoulder?" She asked, sitting crosslegged on Eric's.

Lots of peeps, but mostly, @NarayanK and @Animelover_princess

While Oliver went to find Ryuu, Maria made it her task to find Britnia. Lily would always be easy to find since she hardly ever left the library or the infirmary. Britnia would be harder. ...Much harder since Maria had no idea where the fairy child was and she had a limited amount of time before orientation started.

"Ohhhh, Briiiitnia?" Maria called out in a sing-song voice, hoping someone had a clue as to where she was. This whole no magic thing was a pain in the ass.

”The ‘Outside World’, Eh? I’ve never been but my father went a few years ago when he was looking for-” Edric cleared his throat. ”Ah, anyways, he came and complained for a solid month about the president of, ‘America’ I think it was. I didn’t really pay attention, but he did bring back a bottle of Dr. Pepper.” He smiled fondly, remembering both the drink and his father’s ramblings. Then, as he thought about his father’s trip to search for his mother, he began to remember the pink-haired woman. The one who looked exactly like his mother. He turned to the redhead, Katherine and spoke.

”Excuse me, but you’ve been here awhile, have you not?” He didn’t wait for answer as he dug he free hand through his pocket. He made sure not to shake the girl he was partially carrying. He was surprised that he managed to fish the old, leather wallet from his pocket without slowing their seemingly never-ending procession towards the infirmary. He deftly flicked open his wallet with his free hand and withdrew the only picture of his mother that he owned. It was a simple portrait of his family. His mother caught mid-laugh, facial feature masked by a glare of light when the picture was being taken. Jason Karst, Edric’s father stood inches from her and held a newborn Edric, he was also laughing. Edric was in the picture, though he was wrapped in so many blankets that he was unrecognizable. He awkwardly bent his arm to show Katherine the picture without moving his head away from their path. ”Does the pink-haired woman look like anyone you know? I, uh, saw someone around here who looked like the woman in the picture and was wondering if you knew her.”

Ara (B)

"Make an impression and no-one will forget you"

"Indeed. And I do hope to make strong impressions. Ideally good ones, but I'm actually not too picky." Ara chirped on, seeming to be enjoying the small talk. She looked down at her clothes for a moment thinking, 'And hopefully my attire helps with that. Otherwise I'll feel silly dressing like this in a kimono.' She looked back up at Rain when the girl repeated her words. Nodding she confirmed, "You catch on fast. Realistically you can do anything you want with him. Boil him, kick him... Anything short of killing him, since that would trouble me as well."

She nodded a second time to indicate that she would join them, but turned to see what Aurelia had to say. Which was... Nothing. Sadly. That didn't tell her much about the girl except that perhaps she had (un)fortunately succeeded in making a bad impression on her. But since she didn't say anything to discourage Ara from joining them, she decided to keep herself invited amongst them on their way to the auditorium.

"Did I say something to offend you?" She asked Aurelia once they started to walk. She just used a calm but curious voice, like she was asking something mundane like, 'what did you have for lunch?'. "To be honest I've only been with two rather thick-skinned guys for a while now so I'm not sure what it's like to talk to fellow girls anymore."

"But enough about me. I've probably hijacked enough of the conversation. Tell me something about yourselves!" She glanced between the two of them, or as much as she could with Aurelia hiding behind Rain. "Something like... Oh, what do you like to do for fun?"

Katherine Argall

Kathy caught the way Eric abruptly changed the topic and raised a brow in question, but she didn't press any further. Especially since it had been so obvious that he didn't want to elaborate further.

"Hm? Well-" She cut herself off as Eric began to rummage about, searching for something. 'Pink hair?' She thought, already thinking about someone that she knew, the only person she knew with pink hair really. Then looking at the photo, she gasped in surprise. She couldn't be absolutely certain with the glare in the way, but the woman seemed far too similar to the person she had been thinking of for her to mistake her.

She smiled and laughed, clearly unaware of Edric's situation. "Ah, what a coincidence. I was thinking about her right when you mentioned the pink hair." Kathy was very excited to see Lily now. She had been hoping she could see a familiar face around, and to think that Lily had gotten married! At least, that's what the picture seemed to suggest. "That's Lily isn't it? Wow... Time really just flew by."

It made her wonder if any of her other friends had gone through such significant changes in their lives. She hoped that she would see them again, and if Lily had been willing to return even after starting a family it seemed like a fairly realistic hope to have. Although... 'If that was enough time for Lily to find someone... Then...' She frowned, not liking where her thoughts were taking her.

Luckily for her, the perfect distraction came along. "Here we are." Stopping in front of the door to the infirmary, she carefully raised her free hand and knocked. Despite her polite gesture, Kathy didn't actually wait for a response. Instaed, she looked to Illiasriel and reassured her, "Someone should be able to help you here." With her free hand again, she opened the door and nodded to Edric. "Let's go inside."

- Oliver -

he quite enjoyed the reactions his spirit form got, it was intimidating to most, and anyone raised in even barely normal society probably watched horror movies and were afraid of ghosts at some point in their life. this meant that almost everyone's first reaction to Oliver like this was 'Ah! Ghost!' which he loved. anyone who knew him then responded with 'oh it's just Oliver' or 'cut that shit out' but he did it anyway.
he had interrupted Ryuu in the middle of a sentence, a sentence directed at everyone favorite gorgon, who just nodded in greeting to her spiritual teacher. hearing grown men scream always made Oliver's day. "Y-You!" the otaku teacher cried.
"Hi there" Oliver responded, with a smile "I need to talk to you" he turned slightly "it's nice to see you Andromeda" she nodded slightly and smiled a little, but seemed to be talking to another boy in the little area who nodded at the ghostly teacher, Oliver responded in kind. Oliver also nodded to Carmen. "you got a sec, Ryuu?"

- Andromeda -

"Hey, do you need someone to take you there? I can-"
Andro had already started to protest when he cut off with a scream at seeing Oliver. she smiled a little and turned to Eric responding to his previous statement "Ahh... M-My name's Eric... I... I feel like... I feel like I should take you to t-the infir-mary. Yo-You might fall again."
"it's nice to meet you Eric" she replied, smiling "and i don't think i-" she was cut off as she tried putting weight on her ankle again and almost fell over. she barely caught herself "ok... maybe i do need help" she chuckled sheepishly. she turned slightly at Oliver's comment and smiled and nodded but looked back at Eric "i mean... i don't want to be a bother... i'm sure you have more important things to do... but if you didn't..." she had of course noticed that the little woman on his shoulder cared none for her but that wasn't surprising to her and so she made no comment when the girl asked to stay with Ryuu. Andromeda gave Eric another shy smile, she wished she had warn her veil simply because then she could have seen him better, but it also would have likely torn or fallen off when she fell onto Ryuu so it was probably better that she'd decided on the sunglasses.
