Skills: Due to have a large amount of time on his hand he has devoted himself into learning. His greatest source of knowledge is in history and the occult. Besides decanting himself to study he has mastered the art of fencing and boxing. He has become quiet an accomplished marksman. He also has combat training with the British commandos. Viktors story begin in 1847 in England with the inventor Henry Drinkwater. Drinkwater the only son of an upper class British household he showed a natural talent in machine. Inspired by the automatons of the ancient and medieval times he figured that with the available technology of time he could create a mechanical marvel. Setting to work on his newest creation it took three years to build his creation jut in time for the The Great Exhibition in London. Amidst all of exhibits of machinery Drinkwater unveiled his mechanical man. Shown off before a fair size crowed at the event as the way to supplement human in dangerous scenario and hard labor. Even through not attracting a large crowed he did manage to leave an impression on those he met during the exhibition.
Feeling an opportunity to show what his creation can do Drinkwater approach the British military with the idea to create an army of mechanical men to fight. Being a conservative refused the idea for the robot solider. Soon Drinkwater had his chance to show what his mechanical marvel can do in the 1853 during the Crimean War. Arriving at Sevastopol Viktor joined the British army in the siege. Fighting in the battles of Balaclava and Great Redan he distinguish himself in combat wading into the thick of gun and cannon fire to rescue injured commonwealth soldiers. He gained some fame thanks to early wartime correspondent. Even with the success of Viktor the British military brass refused to put money into building an army.
Frustrated with the military stuck in their old ways he abandon his lobbying to the military and deiced to travel the world. He begin to start indulging in his other passion archaeology. But during the expedition in Alps following a legend about a lost roman city a massive avalanche impacted the party. Pulling a half dead Drinkwater back to civilization who unfortunately passed away in a small french village near the Alps. Making his way back to the England viktor discovered he was named the heir to Drinkwaters estate and the mechanical staff. He was also gifted an upgrade by Drinkwater that granted him full sentience. Now an individual be spent the next decades studying and learn eventual earning a Doctoral Degree in history from Cambridge university in 1911. Two years later with the start of the Great War he was approach by the British government with an offer citizenship for military serves during the war. Viktor accepted the offer and found himself on the western front. By the time he arrived to the front the characteristic trench warfare of the World War I. The first major battle Viktor was involve in was the Second Battle of Ypres due to his mechanical construction he could survive the chemical attack. Then a year later he fought in the Battle of the Somme. For the next two years after the Somme he sent up and down the line on the western front fighting in many of the offensives. The war ended for Viktor in 1918 with the armistice.
After the end of the First World War Viktor decided to take up archaeology. In his new line of work he traveled around to many different counties. His global escapades ended 1931 when Germany invaded Poland. Viktor manage to return home after the fall of France and was offered a place with the commando's. Viktor was involve in the St Nazaire Raid were he earn his Victorian Cross. Returning back from France after the raid he was offered a place within SIS. Accepting the offer and remained with SIS in till the end of the cold war. The majority of his wartime adventures were in Nazi occupied territory to stop their wounder weapons. His most famous adventure during the war was hims battling the Nazi version of himself to prevent him from destroying the capitals of the allied nations. Once the axis powers were defeated in 1945 Viktor continue his serves in the cold war his first operation in the cold war was in the soviet occupied Germany to bring a German rocket scientist to the west. The majority of his cold war service is still classified by the SIS. With the end of the cold war Viktor retire from the life as a spy to return to his old profession archaeology. But with the end of the cold war came a host of new problems with a new host of villains making themselves a place in the world with the breakup of the eastern bloc. Viktor had retired form world saving in till he was approach by the organization SUPER to join them. Accepting there offer Viktor took the entrance exam he received a B rank and join the European branch of SUPER. With the increase activity in Ginmura SUPER decided to transfer him there in order to help the people in the area.
