"Padron me for my words sir, but it seems like your son isn't in total agreement with your words. I'm not a child and refuse to be treated as such, I didn't fracture my ankle on my own now did I? I hate being babied." Her words were hissed through her teeth, her body rigid with anger. "Whatever happened I'd prefer to be told, not coddled with sympathetic words." She uncovered her legs and moved to the edge of her bed, her casted ankle slowing her movements somewhat. Carefully lowering it so it hung in the air, Sylvia crossed her arms and waited for the others to speak. She wouldn't get up for she knew she'd be in for a lecture but she wasn't going to sit still either.

She was getting the answers she wanted, she respected adults bit those that treated her as a child were soon to feel her words. @Briza

Aleksandr didn't smile as Sylvia spoke harshly to his father. He was tempted, however. He always had some strange angst towards his father and getting under my father's nerves was a bit difficult. However, this whole morning seemed to be one person after another getting on to his father's case for conflicting reasons.

All Father Seraphim wanted to do was help. His smile shifted a bit, but continued on his face. His own mother would have slapped him foolishly for speaking so lowly to an authoritative figure. But, alas, this was a different time and a different country. His very own son lacked discipline, and after a certain age, there was only so much guidance a parent could offer--a concept that Aleksandr understood and took full advantage.

To Aleksandr’s dismay, Father Seraphim was not about to lose his temper with someone he barely knew. Especially since she needed help, “We brought you here only to have your parents visit. Unfortunately, your father broke your ankle as both of your parents tried to kidnap you. Thank God, the hospital guards stopped them. They are now under the custody of the police. As both my son and I were worried about you, we stayed at the hospital over night to make sure you were properly cared for.”

Aleksandr drew in a breath, averting his eyes from Sylvia as his father persistently spoke gently to her. His eyes wandered the room, scanning the different machinery, trying to get his mind off of the monotonous routine of holiness his father exuded from himself. His eyes quit looking around the room and focused back on Sylvia. She had uncovered her legs, revealing that she was only wearing a hospital gown, which was quite a revealing scene. That was probably the most action his father had gotten in a decade. His father, of course, did not seem unnerved by Sylvia’s exposure—if he even noticed. His mind focused on himself, realizing he may have been the only one to notice her unconscious decision to show off her body. What a horribly, terribly sad life I live, he thought to himself. @Arista

Sylvia sighed and crossed her good leg and tugged the blanket over her legs. Her shoulders rolled and her fingers twitched at her side, gray-blue eyes focused on the two males before her.

"I thank you for that, buthe I wonder why you're still here. I don't wish to be rude, but I'm awake and fine, well granted I can't really walk for a few weeks but I'll survice. I do have a few issues like the project we have to do and that I can't leave my store alone with my...rather odd work-staff. I'll manage however." The sound of footsteps nearing her room door had Sylvia's head tilting and her eyes blinking as Nurse Gina reentered the room.

"Ah, you're awake and up dear, that's good. Now, unfortunately I couldn't get in contact with the number provided but I'll try again in a little bit. Nor my question is this, where will you stay until your healed?" Sylvia blinked and absently fiddled with the blanket wrapped around her legs.

She had to think, her brows furrowed and a frown tugged her lips down. Nurse Gina moved closer her and held up a cuff and after a moment, Sylvia raised her arm and offer it to her. The feeling of it compressing had her wincing before relaxing, a soft sigh escaping her lips.

Where should I stay? She thought with a slight tilt of her head. @Briza

Father Seraphim nodded softly a bit as Sylvia spoke. His smile fading to a more serious face. It would seem odd to have two unknown men to randomly stay for a young woman. He closed his eyes and let out a sigh escape from his nose. It was part of the profession--something Aleksandr had not quite learned yet. With all the news coming out, priests (mostly Roman Catholic) were definitely untrusted. Him being a widower would not help the situation, and only God knew if Aleksandr would.

Nurse Gina walked into the room.

"Ah, you're awake and up dear, that's good. Now, unfortunately I couldn't get in contact with the number provided, but I'll try again in a little bit. Now my question is this, where will you stay until your healed?" She spoke sincerely to Sylvia who sighed on the bed.

"She can stay with us," Aleksandr unfolded his arms, "We go to the same Univerisity, Darcy," he paused thinking over what he said, "I mean, she has some other friend from work who also goes to Darcy. He might know her a bit better," he eyed Nurse Gina for any social queues before looking at Sylvia. It was ultimately her decision.

Father Seraphim turned his head to look at Aleksandr. This was the second time in the past twenty-four hours he actually did something remotely universally responsible. Of course, it was for the same reason and person--Sylvia. Out of the things to start getting under Father Seraphim's skin was his son's interest in Sylvia. It was not that he did not like Sylvia, he just did not trust Aleksandr and Sylvia together. He loved his son, and knew there were redeeming qualities in him. However, at times, they were hard to see. It were in these times, he felt like a failure of not just a father but a Christian.

Father Seraphim looked back to Sylvia, "There are some lovely women that go to our parish, Sts. Peter and Paul, who would love the company and would not mind looking after you," he interjected, "They're also wonderful cooks," he smiled jokingly, looking cautiously around the room.

Aleksandr forced a closed lip smile and nodded his head slowly to agree with his father. His father was technically right. The old women at the parish did know how to slave over the stove like a good traditionalist, "Don't cut yourself so short, father, it's not like you don't make the best Prosphora at Church," his voice was a little darker then complimentary.

Father Seraphim closed his eyes as he was not expecting any sort of compliment to come from Aleksandr's mouth. He opened his eyes, once again, and smiled at Aleksandr, "Thank you, Aleksy," he bowed his head slightly and only for a brief moment as he made his thanks and pardon to his son.

Both men turned their attention to Sylvia, simultaneously, cutting their conversation mutually awkward and short, as because if they were to continue words between each other it would have excluded everyone in the room. Aleksandr took a moment to look at the machinery, again, figuring the whole room attending to Sylvia may have been strange for her. He could smell her just fine from where he was standing, after all. @Arista

Eyebrow twitching in a sign of irritation, Sylvia allowed Nurse Gina to check her states before moving away and sitting back on the spiny chair. At the older man's words, her attention shifting to Aleksandr at his sharp words.

"He's not really a friend, we just happen to work at the same part-time job. I have workers that attend my bookstore but they are high-school students with busy schedules and lives. I thank you for you offer but I wouldn't wish to be a burden. As for the other offer, I'll pass, it's not that I'm ungrateful for it, it's just I don't know them and it would cause tension. Just like if I were to stay with you two, I let your son yesterday and while he's in a fee of my classes, I can tell he doesn't make an attempt to really get to know people."

She shrugged and after a moment sighed and rolled bee shoulders. Her temper and exhaustion was making this more than a little tasking, she focused her gaze on both and tilted her head back to stare at the ceiling. "I'm not sure what to do...I don't have any relatives I'm close to and I'd prefer not to stay here for longer than I must." A sigh left her lips as she thought things through, her ankle giving a faint twinge had a wince stiffening her body before relaxing. She glanced at both once more and noting the tension between them, shrugged her shoulders and glanced at Nurse Gina.

The woman was staring at the clipboard in her hands, her brown-gray hair tied in a bun. Her fingers scanned the wodds written and a frown bad pulled her brows down. Sylvia blinked and gritt her teeth, she turned and offered a nod. "I'd like to take you up on your offer if I may, however if I become a burden I'll ask you to drop me off at my home and continue on with your life." She offered after a few moments, hee fingers reaching up to tug at her long strands of hair. Her nose wrinkled when she noticed that it felt thin, crispy between her fingers. She rolled her eyes and let it go, turning to the nurse when she rises to her feet and moved to the wheelchair she'd used earlier. A mixture of annoyance and anger locked at the insides of her stomach as Nurse Gina wheeled it over, a smile on her lips.

She hated the damn wheelchair. @Briza

Father Seraphim was not about to defend Aleksandr. It appeared his son's behavior hadn't changed since high school; he was still cold towards people. He had received a few comments in concern to Aleksandr's reserved behavior at Sts. Peter and Paul. If it weren't for Aleksandr understanding the Church services to a T, the Church would probably be very unhappy with their new Reader and rightly so. Father Seraphim had already grown tired of begging his son to be a bit friendlier, and in some instances, perhaps he had given up too soon. It was unfortunate that his behavior still transcribed amongst peers his own age, "We're glad to have you, and likewise, if we become a burden, do let us know," he smiled for a bit, wrapping his prayer rope around his wrist and tucking it under his cassock.

Aleksandr said nothing and made no bodily motion that he received her words. He failed to understand why being an introvert was such a crime. He could think of far worse things than being an introvert. If that was her only complaint, then they were going to get along perfectly. He'd stay out of her business, and she would probably stay out of his. As for his father, the nosy one, he could not quite say.

It was beginning to rain, again, and the grayness of the sky was a bit depressing looking outside the window. Father Seraphim quickly spoke up in regards to the conditions of the weather, "I'll go get the car, Aleksy, you stay here with Sylv and Nurse Gina," with that he turned and swiftly walked through the hospital.

Aleksandr watched his father walk down the hospital corridor and make a turn out of sight. He said nothing, as nothing really was to be said. @Arista

Sylvia sighed and when the chair came close enough, she hoisted herself up and into with little effort. Blinking when she began to move, she glanced over her shoulder and found Nurse FGina pushing her forward, her clipboar tucked under her arm. Sighing and leaning her head against the thin backing, she allowed her eyes to close as exhaustion hit her.

"I'll hand Aleksandr your medicine and you can be off. I'll also give a list of things you can do and things you can't, they are to be followed alright?" Her tone left no room for argument, not that Sylvia planned on saying anything. She just wanted to sleep, and maybe check on her bookstore, and take a shower. Her nose wrinkled at the thought, she felt grimy and annoyed. The sudden sound of voices jerked her with a start and she glared at those she passed, she hated hospitals and wished never to enter one again. @Briza

Aleksandr smiled softly. The nurse actually called him by his real name instead of the pet name his father always used. He looked up in the direction that his father had gone and then back at Sylvia, who was now in the wheelchair. He wanted to ask her what it was like to break a bone. He, personally, had never broken a bone before, fortunately or unfortunately.

He decided to mind his own fucking business and took hold of the wheelchair's handles, "Alright, Mademoiselle. I believe your chariot awaits you outside,” he said slightly sarcastically, but in all, he was trying to be jovial considering the situation. It was an effort on his part. Whether it translated clearly was another issue in itself. He drew in a small breath and started pushing the wheelchair out of the room. Sylvia was lighter than he expected, not that he had expected her to be heavy. The push had just gone farther than he wanted.

He waited for Nurse Gina to hand him Sylvia’s medications and To-Do List. As he waited, he looked around the hospital corridor: the lights were bright, and the air was still stale and dry. His hands squeezed the handles of the wheelchair as he looked back down at Sylvia. She smelled lovely as ever, but her face said otherwise. @Arista

At the words from the male, a snort escaped her lips as Nurse Gina came to a stop at a station and moved behind it. Sylvia half-turned to Aleksandr and allowed a smirk to pull her lips up.

"Why thank you kind sir. I eagerly await it's arrival." She offered back and a mock-British accent overlaying her tone. A tap on her shoulder drew her attention and the small smirk fell from her lips as a bag was held before her.

"This is what you'll be needing until you're well enough to start therapy. A boot will take over your cast in two weeks and until then you are not to put any pressure on that ankle at all. The break was clean but that doesn't mean it won't need surgery to place it back if you happen to disobey me. Your medication are inside as well as the To-Do list, now Aleksandr her fever is gone but it'd check to make sure. Now, Sylvia do you have any questions?" Sylvia blinked and watched as the nurse handed the bag to her 'helper'. Her head tilted to the side as she thought of anything, she nodded and voiced her question.

"It can't get wet, right? I'd like to take a shower and I remember from my books that getting a cast wet will only make it harder for rent injury to heal." She received a smile and nod for her statement, Nurse Gina nodded before pointing to her ankle.

"Correct, wrapping a bag around it should do fine. However if by chance it does get wet, if either Aleksandr or his father would change the wrappings it should eliminate the need to come back here. Now I'll expect you back in two weeks, good day now." With that and a pat to her head, Nurse Gina turned and made her way down the corridor in the other direction.

"If you'd be gracious, good sir. Please lead me to this chariot you mentioned." Her tone was soft and lacked it's usual bite, her hands clasping in her lap. @Briza

There was a slight flutter in Aleksandr's heart when Sylvia smirked and began speaking in a mock-British accent. He wasn't expecting her to play along with him. He wasn't particularly in the business for making friends, and he felt a foreign nervousness in him. However, he quickly swallowed the fear when Nurse Gina handed him Sylvia's medication and list. His mind wandered back to Sylvia's smile as Nurse Gina and Sylvia began discussing her bathing restrictions. He was replaying the situation, trying to make understanding of the nervousness.

"If you'd be gracious, good sir. Please lead me to this chariot you mentioned," Gina softly spoke while clasping her hands in her lap.

Aleksandr snapped out of his daze, forcing himself to pick up his personality more. It was an uncomfortable feat, but he really liked the reaction Sylvia had given him, "As you wish, Mademoiselle. Please, do hold on tightly--this may be a bumpy ride," he began swiftly pushing the wheelchair down the corridor in an attempt to get out of the hospital as quickly as possible.

When he got to the exit of the hospital, he paused to catch his breath. A small smile was on his lips when the sliding glass doors opened. He valiantly walked her through the exit towards his father's gray Toyota, stationed on the street near the doors. Seeing Sylvia and Aleksandr, Father Seraphim hopped out of the car to help with getting Sylvia into the Toyota. His expression seemed a bit concerned seeing a smile on Aleksandr's face, but he tried to hide his concern, stroking his beard. He didn't want to seem unhospitable to the poor girl, "I think, it might be best for... Sylv, to sit in the front seat as it is more comfortable than the backseat," his eyes looked directly at Aleksandr--a hidden message communicating between the two.

"Sure," Aleksandr retorted quickly, looking back at his father with false apologetic eyes. Father Seraphim opened the passenger door of the car, seemingly more relaxed. Aleksandr pushed the wheelchair up to the passenger seat, "Alright, you're going to have to help me here. I don't want to hurt you," he held out his hand to Sylvia. @Arista

Sylvia shuddered athe the coold breeze that came as the doors opened and she was pushed towards a gray Toyota. She wondered briefly where her clothes were but shrugged the thought away as she spotted Aleksandr's father standing by the car. Her fingers curled in her lap and the faint smile she had thinned somewhat upon seeing the older male. It wasn't that she disliked him, it was that older males made her nervous and edgy.

"If anything happens, I know you'll be there to help me." She offered softly, repeating her earlier action and half-turning to face the other. The smirk that graced her features was a soft one, her eyes blinking as a wave of exhaustion weaved through her body.

"I think, it might be best for... Sylv, to sit in the front seat as it is more comfortable than the backseat" Those words had Sylvia's attention once more, her features relaxing as the idea of being in a car filled her mind.

"Sure" She heard Aleksandr offer before his father opened the passenger door and she's pushed toward it. Her eyes focus on the male before her when she's before the door and amother gust of wind whips around them. "Alright, you're going to have to help me here. I don't want to hurt you." The hand that was offered had Sylvia's own hand lifting before she could fully grasp the situation. Fingers twitching and back straightening in preparation to stand, she placed her hand in Aleksandr's and gave a nod. @Briza

Aleksandr lifted Sylvia out of the wheelchair without much of a struggle--again, she proved lighter than he had expected. He quickly and gently placed her in the passenger seat of the car. He let a small sigh, feeling a bit jittery after having held onto her. He closed the door for her and didn't dare look back at her as he turned to fold the wheelchair so it would fit in the boot of the car. He took several moments, studying the wheelchair. He tinkered with it a bit before figuring out to properly fold it.

Father Seraphim went around the car and unlocked the boot before opening it up. Both men exchanged gazes silently as Aleksandr leaned over and fitted the wheelchair into the boot. He stood back up, facing his father, who had his hand on the boot's door, "I'm warning you," he spoke gently to Aleksandr, but there was a seriousness in his voice. Aleksandr said nothing, trying to avoid acknowledgement of his father's words. He walked back around the car and shoved himself inside the backseat. It was a bit cramped, but he had been in far more uncomfortable positions. Father Seraphim shook his head softly and shut the boot.

As Father Seraphim stepped inside the car, he looked at Sylvia, "I think it would be best if we went to your place to pick up some of your necessities before heading to our home," he paused, glancing at Aleksandr who was glaring at him from the backseat, and then shifting his eyes back to Sylvia, "Unfortunately, Aleksy and I are new to the city. Do you know the way to your house from the hospital?" He figured she did, but it was polite to ask. With his hands on the steering wheel, he carefully drove the car from the entry way of the hospital, glancing in the rearview mirror at Aleksandr's grim face. His head shook softly, again, to dismiss his son's sour behavior. @Arista

Sylvia watched the scenery pass them as they slowly exited the hospitals parking lot. Her fingers twitched as they made it onto the main road, a frown tugged hee lips down as she thought.

"Go straight and at the upcoming light make a right. Three lights more and you'll make a left, my home will be a two-story building with a bookstore on the main floor." Her eyes had closed during her explanation, her head lolling towards the window as a soft sigh escaped her lips. She knew one of them would have to enter her home, she just wanted to go along to grab a few things that she didn't feel like describing to them. Lifting her head and blinking when trees and buildings whizzed by, she allowed a small smile to tug her lips upwards.

She was free, no longer would her parents interfere in her life. She frowned and half-turned to face Aleksandr, her lips twitching before settling in a smirk.

"By chance, would my old clothes be within the bag? I'd rather notlose my keys, phone or wallet if I can help it." She stated with a shrug of her shoulders, her ankle giving a twinge of sharp pain as she waited for answer. The frown the other had had her own lips falling into a matching frown. @Briza

When Sylvia turned, Aleksandr was startled, not expecting her to turn around to face him. He quickly looked out the window, feeling embarrassed and flustered. His fingers twitched against each other. He had thought of all the scenarios happening before deciding to glare at his father, and in all the scenarios, none of them involved Sylvia turning around. He leaned his head back on the headrest. His eyes quickly glanced at the seat in front of him and then continued to stare out the window at the dull grayness falling from the sky. His mind wandered back to when they were in the hospital, both smiling. The foreign nervousness came back. He relaxed his shoulders, shrinking further into the cramped seat completely unsure of what to make of the situation.

"By chance, would my old clothes be within the bag? I'd rather not lose my keys, phone or wallet if I can help it."

Father Seraphim paused his contemplating for a moment, "Yes, the nurses at the hospital did hand over your clothes. They are in the back of the car in a brown paper bag," he turned the blinker on in the Toyota, and the car took a right hand turn, "In three lights I should make a left..." he repeated. His eyes glanced at the rearview mirror, Aleksandr was focusing at the window as opposed to glaring at him. A settled smile fell over the priest's face.

As they approached the third light, the Toyota shifted lanes and Father Seraphim turned the left hand signal on before turning the wheel and car. He stopped the car by the two story building and the bookstore. He let out a small sigh. He turned to face Aleksandr, "Aleksy," he paused, waiting for Aleksandr to turn his attention from the windowsill, "Could you help Sylv get her things together?"

Aleksandr looked cautiously at his dad, still slightly embarrassed by what had happened between Sylvia and him not moments ago, "Yes, Papa," he muttered, trying to open the car door, until he realized it was locked, "The door's locked."

"Oh, Lord have mercy! Unlocking the doors would be most helpful!" Father Seraphim made a small chuckle, unlocking the doors. Aleksandr opened the car door and got out of the vehicle to open up the boot. He pulled out the wheelchair and unfolded it. He pressed his weight on it to make sure it was sturdy before wheeling it next to the passenger door. He opened the passenger door. He didn't mind getting rained on, but Sylvia probably would--especially how she was dressed. They were going to have to do this quickly.

"Alright," he said nervously to Sylvia, trying to make a small smile on his face "I'm going to need your help, again," he held out his hand, feeling jittery tingles in his hand jumping with a strange excitement. @Arista

Sylvia averted her attention to the window, her lips falling into a small smile. At the mention of her clothes she relaxed her shoulders, her head falling against the headrest as rain began to fall against the roof of the Toyota. Her brows furrowed when her minds-eye repeated Aleksandr's reaction to her focus turning to him as her question was aimed at his father. At the familiar sight of her home/store Sylvia straightened in her seat and felt excitement blossoming in her chest.

"Could you help Sylv get her things together?" Were the words that snapped her attention back to the two occupants of the car. She blinked before realizing that she'd be able to grab the things she want. When the sound of a door opening drew hee attention a few moments later, Sylvia shifted in her seat. Cool air filled the car and caressed her skin, she shivered and glanced up when a shadow loomed over her seated form.

"Alright," Sylvia listened as Aleksandr began to speak, her head tilting slightly. "I'm going to need your help, again." The same hand was offered as before, a small almost nervous smile on his lips.

"Why, thank you for your assistance good sir
" She offered as she reached for his hand, her lips forming a small smirk as before. She was going to bask in this sopened until they reached the front door. She knew once they caught sight of her, chaos would ensue and she wasn't in the mood.

She noticed as her hand touched Aleksandr's how warm it was. Either she was cold and she hadn't noticed or he ran a higher temperature than normal. @Briza

"Why, thank you for your assistance, good sir," Sylvia reached her hand out, touching Aleksandr's. A real smile twitched on his face as she spoke and formed a small smirk on her lips. He grabbed her with ease and placed her in the wheelchair. He quickly closed the car door and pushed the wheelchair towards the bookstore as fast as possible.

Father Seraphim shook his head softly, watching the two interact. He didn't doubt that Sylvia was a nice, young lady; it was just he did not trust Aleksandr. Aleksandr wasn't particularly terrible, but he wasn't good, either. Memories of Theodora and him came to his mind. The happiness they both shared was something he could never erase from his mind, and when little Aleksy came along, the three had such cherished memories that he sinfully longed for every day. Perhaps, he should let Aleksandr enjoy this small amount of happiness for its brief moment. Of course, that's what he told himself every time, and look where it got them...

Father Seraphim closed his eyes to think better. No, no, he had to be stricter on Aleksandr. The last thing the three of them needed was an accident. Father Seraphim opened his eyes and watched as Aleksandr opened the door of the bookstore to wheel Sylvia inside of it. The priest crossed himself discretely, wishing he had at least told them to be quick about it. Perhaps, he was being paranoid, but then again, he thought discerningly about Aleksandr in the hospital--out of all the places for the young man to start touching himself. Men can be such terrible monsters to women, he thought to himself, staring out the passenger door window to look at the bookstore. His head shook back and forth slightly. What would Theodora do? The thoughts escaped him. @Arista

The moment the bell rang as they entered the bookstore, Sylvia's body went rigid and her breath stilled in her lungs.

"Boss!"

"Sylv!"

"Madam!"

The shouts rang through the air and had Sylvia wincing before a yelp escaped her as strong arms wrapped around her shoulders and lifted her up. She allowed herself to be squeezed gently and spun before her good knee came up and dug into her employers side.

"Your going to make me throw up. Put me down Wilson." She was back in her seata moment later, her hands absently smoothing out her hospital gown. Wilson sheepishly rubbed his neck and bowed his head in apology, Sylvia sighed softly and offered a small smile. Wilson was a tall eighteen-year-old with shoulder-length crisis hair and bright hazel eyes. Eater came into her view and Sylvia offered a tired wave towards the bubbly 5'3 blonde. Rebecca was the last to enter her field of viosn, her dyed violet hair tied into a bun. All three drew closer but paused when they saw who was pushing her wheelchair as well as the cast.

"Okay, so I know I have a lot explaining to do but let me grab a few things before I get into that." They backed up and nodded, Sylvia offered a smile and turned her head to glance up at Aleksandr. She pointed towards the left and the door that was hidden by a small bookshelf, her hand falling to her lap once more. @Briza

When the two got inside the bookstore, Aleksandr ran his hand through his thick hair, feeling the rain water. Aleksandr took a step back from the wheelchair when Sylvia was bombarded by her comrades or... friends. He looked quickly around the bookstore to distract himself, eyeing the books, as each person made their exclamation to Sylvia. Aleksandr was a bit of a lone wolf, and he tended to prefer it that way. However, he kind of liked Sylvia, but seeing her with her friends was a bit painful--all he had was his father. He supposed it was a good support group for her. He was a bit jealous, though, and the truth was, this living arrangement was only temporary. He shouldn't get used to it. She would be out of his life before he knew it, which was probably for the best, anyways.

"Okay, so I know I have a lot explaining to do but let me grab a few things before I get into that."

Aleksandr looked down at Sylvia. She pointed to the left. He turned his head and saw a door hidden by a small bookshelf. He glanced at the three, making a hesitant, closed lip smile--his best attempt to seem somewhat friendly--and turned the wheelchair before pushing it towards the hidden door. He said nothing as he did it. @Arista

When the door drew closer, Sylvia reached forward and pushed it open. The silent and dark hall that met her sent a chill down her spine before she remembered that she had nothing to fear anymore. Rolling her shoulders as they came to the staircase that led to her home, she raised her hand and pointed toward it.

"That leads up to the second half of my home, the door ahead of us leads outside and the one on the left in a laundry room. I don't know...how we should..." Her vision faded as her words trialed off, she'd make the mistake of leaning slightly forward to gesture to the doors. She gripped thesidebars for support and swallowed the bile that had risen in her throat, her world swaying as she tried to focus on her surroundings.

The shot she gave me...it must be working now... She thought sluggishly as her eyes blinked into focus. She leaned back in her chair and we ally pointed towards the stairs once more. "We can grab my things and head off...my head hurts...." She softly hissed though her teeth as another wave of exhaustion and nausea hit her. She leaned her head back again the plastic backing of her chair, her eyes closing as she unintentionally seeked the warmth from Aleksandr she'd felt earlier. @Briza

Aleksandr touched Sylvia's shoulder, "I can--," he paused, realizing something wasn't right. “Are… you okay?” he glanced at the three persons behind him and then back at Sylvia. Her eyes were shut tightly. He turned the wheelchair around and moved it from the stairs and door. Squatting down in front of her, he tilted his head to the side a bit and in a soft and curious tone he spoke her name, “Sylv?” He made the motion with his hand to grasp hers, but he refrained and put his hand back in front of him.

Teeth sank into her plush skin, piercing through it like dough. His mouth swung her body around like a rag doll, snarling and drooling saliva and blood from his half closed mouth. His nose crinkled while crunching into the bones like twigs, feeling them snap between his jaws. The victim’s shrieks were magnificent, but suddenly died. The monster quit twisting his large head and torso around and flopped the body onto the filthy, blood stricken, concrete ground. His large shadow towered over the corpse before tearing into its limbs, ripping them off and chewing them whole. While tilting his head upwards, he swallowed. His claws shredded the insides of the dead victim, and his nose dug into the guts of the unrecognizable corpse. His teeth were gnawing as drool continued salivating from his hungry mouth. He wanted more. He wanted all of it.

Aleksandr shook his head and turned to the three, “I don’t think she’s okay, guys,” his eyes piercing at them. @Arista
