the more I think of it the more I see opportunites for a good plot later on. But she wouldn't be put into play untill much later in the rp I'm afraid.

There isn't really any set rules for becoming a magical girl. We have one in here that doesn't have a huge desire to kill demons.

Now if she had the ability to turn others into magical children except for herself. I can see that work, kind of... ugg this is super confusing.

The way this rp works is that you don't think about it too hard. And a 2000 year old person would have some kind of knowledge about demons, there is just no avoiding that. Now I'm thinking about it too hard...

I can see her playing a supporting role for awhile but not much else.

She's practically human... So while realistically she would have seen some Demons or seen the deed of Demons... As you laid out on the first post, the demons conceal themselves with illusions and there's great example of this happening in the IC already...

The only thing supernatural about her during most of those 2500 years is that she had a very sucky variant of immortality so she shouldn't be able to see through any illusion made by a demon worth their salt...

And, probably the most important and a character defining trait for her is the fact that the human brain wasn't designed for infinite amounts of memories and experiences... She forgets a LOT of things, to the point that she's actually forgotten the name she was given at her birth some 510 BC...

This is where the "I was living under a goddamn rock all this time" aspect comes in... The last couple of hundred years had her turning more intellectual and actually caring about information, she knows she's going to inevitably forget some of em but she's increasingly more scientifically inclined and thus more skeptical of odd phenomenon... As hypocritical as it sounds since she's supernatural herself...

This is why her first exposure to such things should be as grandiose as possible... Since that would definitely be a fair bit more interesting than having her slowly get used to things... Unfortunately that would mean someone from the current cast would have to be play "bringer of truth" to her since she'd most likely be in awe or shock, or both when it does happen...

Obviously you really want to be in this, and I appreciate your interest in this rp so much. So, I'll allow your character. But on the condition that it isn't one of my characters being the whole bringer of truth. And you get someone else to agree to that.

I get that we can't beat her, but I was assuming it would take SOME effort to push through a barrier that stops almost ever other demon flat out.

Also I was hoping for a little longer than the opening scene before you started to break her psyche by kidnapping someone she was protecting...

Well, if you check Nya's post, she actually approached Linda, and got close enough to take Linda's hand into her own. Sooo... I think thats cool

There is no actual text that states that she moved towards Linda, but it is implied. I agree that she should have taken notice of your energy shield though.

I brought silver's actions to he attention in the OOC after I posted.

Regardless, what's done is done, I'll deal with it. Who wants to volunteer to follow Naomi around the world, convincing her not to be a hermit?

We can handwave it maybe that since it's transparent it may have not made conversing too awkward... That is if a Lovecraftian horror and a demon lord even have a sense of what awkwardness is...

I think we need to talk about the demon's network soooo every demon knows the Lord of course but does every demon know every other intelligent demon? Reason i ask is because Hissy is like Suuuuuper old
