"Eh?...and who the fuck are you? The name's Lyn, now get lost loser."
~Lynn Haywood~
"Okay, admire all you want. I am pretty, but if you wanna date, then pfft. I'm way out of your league." Physical Appearance:
Age: 18 Height: 5'8" Weight: Roughly 157 lbs.
Standing at a solid five foot eight, Lynn is what some might call physically impressive. She has dark blue eyes, and bright blue colored hair. She has a pale complexion and is most of the time considered fairly attractive, and thanks to her routine of jogging in the mornings and working out in the afternoon, she's got some fairly visible muscles on her, though her slender frame hides it fairly well.
Most of the time, she wears a purple coat, trimmed with fur over some loose fitting t-shirt with some comfortable jeans and some boots. Often, she can also be seen wearing her headphones around either her neck, or jamming out to some rock music. Her hair is usually tied back in a short ponytail with some sort of fancy looking red tie.
"Uh...what? You blind? Because I'm pretty sure my chest ain't exactly small...and don't you dare say it is, or you're gonna wake up in a cave without any repels." Sex: Female
"Other kids say I'm a little punk. Those kids, end up crying home to their mommies." Personality: Saying that Lynn is...troublesome is an understatement. Loud, somewhat antagonistic, she's not exactly one to keep her mouth shut about her opinions of others or talk things through in a civilized manner. She's the type to fight first, and ask questions...never. She doesn't think talking solves problems, and often resorts to settling things through other means. Thankfully, it's rare for her to actually lose her temper over something, as she prefers to maintain some level of levelheadedness.
She has a tendency not to rely on other people much, and can be fairly difficult to befriend. That said, if one does manages to befriend her, a loyal one they will have. Loyalty and keeping your word sums up just about how much a human is worth to her, and is the easiest way to get on her good side.
That said, despite her generally snarky and jerkass attitude, she's a fairly decent person. A bit of a troublemaker of course, and doesn't like playing by the rules, but she's not gonna cheat on any tests or a battle. That said, she also doesn't know the meaning of the words 'give up' or 'running', which means often times she can get in over her head if she can't solve a problem by confronting it head on. As stubborn as a mule, as they say.
"I was born, I beat up some losers, I lead a bunch of punks, I beat up some more fuckers who thought they were hot stuff. There, story of my life." Biography: Lynn is from Borough City, a large city in the Huji region. She was the youngest kid of the family, with her brother being a year older than she was, and a sister about three years. She had a relatively normal life growing up, though she got in with a real bad crowd at the fairly early age of 13. While her sister was studying to become a pokemon professor and her brother was wanting to become a ranger...she was hanging around an alley doing whatever it was delinquents do. Skipping school, causing mischief, getting into fights of the bad kind. She was a bit of the black sheep of the family, and caused her parents and siblings no end of trouble growing up.
When she was 16, she might as well been called the leader of the worst group of delinquents in the city. It was a nice little gig too, and one she honestly didn't want to give up. She had people to order about, and had no end of stuff to entertain herself with, being picking on some younger kids or other general mischief making such as breaking and entering, theft, and some other small crimes.
Well, it was a nice gig.
Eventually, as her friends grew up...so did their attitudes. Perhaps it was because she was actually one of the youngest members, but she couldn't understand. Maybe she just wasn't mature enough herself. Most of them quit the gang, and straightened out their lives. One went on to actually become a police officer. Another opened up a store. Same story with most of them. They became upstanding citizens, as one might say. Honestly? She felt betrayed. She spent most of her childhood with those guys. Getting into trouble, fighting...hell, it wasn't exactly a perfect lifestyle, she'd admit that much...but for the love of everything, it was fun! And they had to throw it away for a cushy normal life.
Traitors.
And that was exactly how she felt. Betrayed. And with parents she didn't exactly like so much, and with her siblings off doing their own thing...she had no reason to stay in Borough any more. So she took what money she had, and left home without a word on her 18th birthday. It's been a few months since then. Currently, she thinks getting a pokemon might be a good idea, and has since headed towards Redorchard.
"Hmph. I like pokemon as cool as me, and can make someone run scared." Favored type: Ice and Dark types
Favorite Pokémon: Bisharp
"Do I need a reason?"
Why are you joining the Pokémon League? Why not? Lynn's got nothing better to do, and she might as well do something semi-productive. She honestly just wants to...possibly find a decent group of pokemon and travel the world. Might as well make herself strong by challenging the league in the process, and catch some pretty strong and rare pokemon in the process..
Miscellaneous: Drinks and Smokes, and always seems to have cigarettes on her. Likes ice cream.
Pokémon Name Quill
Physical Appearance: She appears to be your typical Sneasel, standing at roughly 3'0", and weighing 62lbs. The red feather on her head is a bit larger than most other female Sneasel's, though. Sex: Female
Ability: Keen Eye - Accuracy can't be lowered, and Evasion boosts by foes are ignored. Basically, she's gonna hit ya no matter what.
Current Level: 7
Personality/Mood: Fairly calm, and often wears a confident smirk on its face. She's fairly playful, and often times likes to mess with other people, though most of her pranks are harmless. Just like her owner, she likes fighting and showing off just how good she is at something.

Physical Appearance: He doesn't appear too much different from your average Pancham, however, one thing to note is that instead of a leaf...he carries an acorn stem. Sex: Male
Ability: Iron Fist - Increases the effectiveness of punches.
Current Level: 5
Personality/Mood: Playful and Naive, Patches is somewhat on the gullible side of things. He tends to be fairly friendly, though often times he has a tendency to try and appear much more threatening then he really is in an attempt to appear cool.
Likes: Eating, being pet on the head, Quill (shhhhh)
Dislikes: Losing, being made fun of, being told he's not cool,
Some additional questions, to help develop your character and Pokémon…
1) You happen upon an injured Rattata in the middle of the path in front of you. You hear a sudden rustling from the large bushes on the path’s edge. Whatever is causing this noise has yet to reveal itself. What do you do?
"Don't even give the Rattata the time of day. It's not any of my business, and if it got beaten by some pokemon, then that's life. Still would tell sneasel to check out the rustling, and she'd eagerly agree. Probably a bad idea, but hey, might be free experience.
...might give the rat a potion."
2) An enormous Snorlax has wedged itself between the railings of a bridge over a raging river. It seems to be a long way’s journey to venture around the living water. Your destination is across the bridge. What do you do?
"Kick the snorlax's ass and catch it. Snorlax is a pretty rare pokemon, ain't it? Can't let this opportunity go to waste. Ain't no way I'm walking that far. That fatass of a pokemon should have picked somewhere else to sleep if it didn't wanna wake up."
Sneasel obviously would enjoy the challenge, and be all for fighting it.
3) You awaken in the middle of the night to find a Hoothoot rummaging through your pack and taking your food. Before you act, you notice two smaller, faint outlines on the horizon of the dying campfire light. The Hoothoot begins hopping towards her children with your food in tow. What do you do?
"...fuck. I'd leave the Hoothoot alone and maybe leave some food when I leave. If any of you chucklefucks say anything, I'ma feed you to the hoothoot.
Sneasel slept through the whole thing.
4) You are walking with your Pokémon through thick forest when you hear a faint humming from the canopy above you. Quickly, a hive of Beedrill cuts through the foliage and descends toward you and your Pokémon. What do you do?
"Hpmh. Obviously kick their ass. Those beedrill need to learn who's boss around here."
Sneasel agrees.
5) You’ve defeated a trainer handedly, and you both call your Pokémon back into their Pokéball. The trainer falls to their knees and begins to weep. The trainer is a younger individual who only had one, low-leveled bug Pokémon to face. What do you do?
"Tell the little brat that next time he should chose his battles wisely, and that if he was gonna cry over a single loss, he doesn't have what it takes to be a trainer.
Personality: Quite naïve and childish, she has a very simplistic view of the world. Although people around her have grown up and matured, she sees the world as being very black and white with everyone either being a good guy or a bad guy. Because of this, she has a tendency to put herself in danger for the sake of others and is unable to leave people behind. She is also very trusting and therefore easily manipulated by other people, since she believes that everybody is a good person deep down.
She is very energetic when it comes to her enthusiasm for people and Pokémon, always looking to make friends with everyone she meets. Sometimes this can be a little out of place, especially before battles.
When she is battling she can be surprisingly determined, refusing to accept a loss no matter what. This often leads her to find creative ways to take down her opponents that can take them by surprise. However, this can also lead to her Pokèmon getting hurt if she refuses to give up.
When she gets confronted by or argues with someone her reaction can be fairly childish, leading to her struggling to convince people of things but also being impossible to convince of anything that conflicts with her optimistic worldview.
Biography: Born and raised in Redorchard Town, it would be fair to say that she didn’t get out much. Her parents were pretty overprotective, and while they were happy for her to play outside and talk to Pokèmon, they never took her anywhere outside her small town. She loved to play in the fields, never coming inside until her parents came out to fetch her.
As a young kid, she was popular, having a lot of different friends in the town. When she got older and retained her immature attitude and slightly kid-like behaviour, she found it a lot more difficult to keep friends as they started to try and act more mature. Her best friend was a boy named Luke, who always used to tell her that he wanted to be a Pokèmon master. They always planned to start off their journey together, imagining battles and stories until the sun set.
The year before they planned to set off, though, Luke got pretty sick. Not like he was going to die, but he just wasn’t strong enough to go out on a journey. When she was visiting him on the day before they were supposed to go, he made her promise that she’d make the journey for both of them, laughing. “Just make sure you remember me when you’re a Pokèmon Master, okay, Abi?”
Favored type: Flying
Favorite Pokémon: Vanilluxe
Why are you joining the Pokémon League?
Abigail always wanted to be a Pokèmon trainer and travel around the world, meeting new people and finding new, delicious foods. Now, though, she is aiming to join the Pokèmon League so the she can fulfil the promise that she made to her friend Luke and become a Master for the both of them, to show him how strong she can really be.
Miscellaneous: One of her favourite things in the world is candy, and she seems to always have some on hand for herself. She will frequently offer some to whoever she meets when travelling.
Pokèmon
Pokèmon Name Deerling
Physical Appearance: Summer Form Deerling, with a smaller than normal flower tuft on its head.
Personality/Mood: Very serious, tends to be quite confrontational towards others and fairly sure of itself. This Pokèmon is likely to confront its trainer and refuse to listen to orders until building trust.
Likes: Sunbathing Smaller Pokèmon Forests and lakes Sweet food
Dislikes: Cold places Spicy food Loud noises
Starting Moves: Tackle Camouflage Growl
Ability: Sap Sipper
Miscellaneous: N/A --
Questions
1) Pick up the Rattata and try to find the nearest Pokemon Centre. Shout something angry at the thing in the bushes, then run away very quickly, possibly because Deerling has already realised that it is a bad idea to fight it and is halfway down the path by the time she’s finished shouting.
2) Try to bribe the Snorlax to wake up with candy. If that fails to wake it up, then try to climb over it and reach the other side. After being rescued from the river with a bad dose of the flu, decide never to try and climb over a Snorlax again. This decision lasts until she reaches the bridge again. Deerling firmly refuses to take part in this, and has started leaving to fetch a doctor every time she goes near the bridge.
3) Jump awake and scold the Hoothoot for getting food everywhere, then proceed to show it how to wrap up the food properly, before giving it as much as possible. When confronted by Deerling, she attempts to placate it with some candy. Her attempt fails, and she ends up with several hoof-prints on her face.
4) Try to talk and calm down the Beedrill. Deerling is willing to step up and try to defend his trainer. If that fails, proceed to running away in a panic. Refuse to drop any of her sweets despite the fact that they may be attracting them.
5)Try to make them feel better, but probably mess up and make it worse by being oblivious. “H-hey, come on! I’m sure if you try even harder you won’t be so weak next time!” This triggers an even harder crying fit, and she is left confused about what she did wrong. Deerling sighs and shakes its head.
Player Name: Mara Scelus Appearance: 16 years old, 5’4"
Sex: Female Personality: She’s very much a curious person, which can sometimes get her into trouble. She’s very much neutral when it comes to good and evil, seeing things as simply existing, and not making judgments as to whether or not a given person or thing is good or bad. Always a skeptic, she never stops questioning people and ideas. Consequently, it can be rather hard for her to trust someone and make a true friend.
While she does have a loner personality, she hates being alone. Her self confidence can be a bit low, and having someone else there to ensure she doesn’t mess things up too badly can be rather welcome. Her confidence and independence, thus a bit ironically, come from the assurance of other people.
In terms of conflict, Mara hates getting into screaming matches. She’d prefer to simply let things simmer until they finally ruin a relationship than to actually get into a big fight. If she does have a problem with someone, she’s also much more likely to say it bluntly than to sugarcoat it. As long as nothing gets too emotional, she’s fine — anything beyond that stresses her out and pushes her towards a meltdown, as she simply doesn’t know how to cope.
Biography: Mara’s mother was a fairly decent Pokemon trainer back in the day, but she hardly ever talked about it. Her parents wanted Mara to settle down into something suitable, something that didn’t require having to roam the region and run into strangers constantly. Because of this, they hired tutors and tried to turn their daughter into a genius. And while Mara was rather intelligent, she devoured the knowledge and then moved on, never seeming to truly care about one subject or another. By the time Mara turned fifteen, it was fairly evident to her parents that Mara would want to become a trainer — and so, they started to plan that they’d allow her to go when she was sixteen.
Her best friends growing up, Rob and Christine, had already left on their Pokemon journeys. The two of them went together, while a teary eyed Mara watched them leave. They promised to unite eventually, but Mara hasn’t heard from them since they left a few years prior. Sometimes, when she hears whispers about what happens when the power goes out, she becomes worried she’ll never see Rob or Christine again.
Favorite Type: Psychic
Favorite Pokemon: Gothitelle
Why are you joining the Pokemon league?: Mara is restless and desperate to learn more about the world in general. By setting out on a journey, she can discover more than she can possibly learn from her tutors. She also hopes that she’ll be able to gain some independence and resiliency, and maybe, meet up with Rob and Christine once more. While she would love to collect badges and battle, she more simply wants to learn and understand everything out there, and joining the league is a way to accomplish that.
Pokemon Name: Espurr Physical Appearance: A fairly average espurr, he stands at about a foot tall and weighs roughly 3.2 kg. Sometimes Mara imagines that he’s a slightly deeper shade of purple, but hardly anyone else agrees. He’s basically normal. Sex: Male Personality/Mood: He’s very defensive and aggressive, and loyal to a fault. He’d attack anything that he felt might threaten his trainer — including leaves. Given that he’s a rather cute espurr, people don’t tend to find him very threatening when he does that. Likes: Playing tug of war — sitting on Mara’s head — splashing in puddles Dislikes: Sudden noises and appearances — larger pokemon — strangers — sweets Starting Moves: Covet, Leer, Scratch Ability: Keen Eye Misc. : N/A
Questions 1. Pause, and investigate into whatever is going on. Quickly determine whether or not the rattata needs immediate attention. If not, investigate into what’s making that rustling noise — it could be something interesting! 2. Well, can’t have been the first person to run into this problem. The locals probably know some sort of trick to handle the situation — and if not, there could be tons of interesting things to see on that river path…. Could also experiment to wake it up as well, but the explorative benefits make the former option more appealing. 3. Take back enough of the food that I can survive, and let it take the rest. No harm has been done, so it really doesn’t matter anyways. 4.Panic for a brief moment, and then using my pokemon, create some sort of diversion in order to get away. There’s no need to fight and escaping is much easier to accomplish. Could always use the exercise from running as well. 5. Stare at them, eyes a bit wide, and offer some half-felt words of encouragement, the type found on motivational posters. Assure them they did rather well, and escape the situation as soon as possible. It seems awkward.
He may not look like it, but he's rather well-toned and muscular from all of the farm work he had done back home.
Height: 5'6"
Age: 16
Sex: Male
Personality: Yasha is just your happy go-lucky country bumpkin who is quite innocent with how the world works as he has lived all of his life far out in the sticks. He has no filter when it comes to pure honesty and cannot tell a lie even if his life depended on it. Yasha is almost incapable of feeling the emotion 'hate' towards any living being and believes that everyone is good deep down inside their soul. He loves everyone and everything as well as stupidly energetic so expect him to be giving out hugs whenever he sees a friend. He is a cuddle monster, you have been warned.
He is extremely enthusiastic when it comes to pokemon regardless of what kind they are. He'd hug a Quilfish, get poisoned, and then hug it again just so it wouldn't feel bad for hurting him. Yeah, he may be a little dense, but his heart of gold makes up for it.
Biography: When he was a baby, Yasha was left on the doorsteps of a temple in the sticks of Johto. No one knows who his parents were and the reason they left him there, only his name and birthplace due to a letter from his parents stating that they couldn't take care of him. With no where for the child to go, they took him in. They raised him and provided everything what a child would need to grow up though they couldn't exactly satisfy this child's questions. They couldn't tell him who his parents were, where they are, or why they left him there because they themselves didn't know, but it's not like Yasha was bothered by it much. He was happy where he was.
As he got older, he helped the temple's monks with the farm work regardless if it was raining or snowing. Yasha didn't mind, he liked tending to the farm. His favorite chores when he got to interact with all of the pokemon living on the temple's farm. He'd brush the ponytas and rapidashes fur, milk the milktanks, gather the tauros, and so on. It was all fun...though as he got older, the more he wanted to know about his past. It wasn't to find out who his parents were, but to seek out the place he was born and find out what it was like and what kind of people lived in it. It was to find a sense of identity.
Perhaps the monks saw his longing to know about his homeland and how he wanted to go to it, so they decided to tell him where he was from. From there on, his adventure begins within Dewmeadow.
Favored type: All of them
Favorite Pokémon: All of them

"Can I nap with it? No? Awwww man."
3) You awaken in the middle of the night to find a Hoothoot rummaging through your pack and taking your food. Before you act, you notice two smaller, faint outlines on the horizon of the dying campfire light. The Hoothoot begins hopping towards her children with your food in tow. What do you do?
"I'd leave her be. I'll scavenge for food on my own."
4) You are walking with your Pokémon through thick forest when you hear a faint humming from the canopy above you. Quickly, a hive of Beedrill cuts through the foliage and descends toward you and your Pokémon. What do you do?
"Run like all hell."

Personality: Positively shiny. Always positive and sure to try to be a saviour in need should the situation require it. He's relatively intelligent, but has yet to experience actual darkness should any such appear. He's a little shy around people, and may end up being the awkward one in a conversation, but his love for what he does is obvious. And he's of course quite obsessed with Pokémon shaped like felines.
Of course, he has no idea how much his own and his future Pokémon's personality will clash.
Starter Town: Dewmeadow
Biography: Rowan is just your average kid with strangely long blonde hair that grew up in Dewmeadow. Growing up with average parents that both work as gardeners for the meadow, he played with an average group of friends and eventually got old enough to grow interested in Pokémon. How could he not? They're everywhere! They're so fun! While he helped his parents with the garden, his friends were always running around with him seeking Pokémon and the like.
… And then there was that one time he came eye to eye with a Purrloin. She absolutely charmed him. Nevermind that she stole his entire lunch, THIS CREATURE IS ADORABLE! Sure, all other kinds of Pokémon are alright, BUT THIS THING! … Ever since that happened, Rowan has been BEGGING his parents and the nearby professor for one of those to be the Pokémon he was given. And, given his innocent desire and love for the creature (and those shining eyes which Rowan was begging with), why the heck not...?
Oh, if Rowan only knew what would happen when he finally got his Pokémon...
Favored type: CAT! … What, that's not a type? In that case, Dark! … Because they're all sneaky and cool and such! (Nevermind that the trainer is the opposite of dark.)
Favorite Pokémon: PURRLOIN! … And cat-Pokémon in general!
This doesn't mean Rowan won't catch other kinds of Pokémon. In case of necessity, he'll capture Pokémon that he finds cool enough to fulfil his requirements and can even become part of the team. But, he will prioritize animal Pokémon, and even beyond them he'll want cat-Pokémon. Haha.
Why are you joining the Pokémon League? … What, isn't everyone? It's just, like, natural for Rowan that at this age a young boy will attempt to become a Pokémon Master!
Miscellaneous: Because of his being raised by gardeners, Rowan knows everything there is to know about berries and regularly will be carrying a whole bunch of them in different types in his bag and will commonly be planting them and coming back when they should be about ready. Yepp.
Purrloin
Physical Appearance:
She's going to be wearing a red little scarf that Rowan put on her. He really likes red. Otherwise, typical Purrloin. 0.39 meters, 10 kilos.
Sex: Female
Personality/Mood: As any Purrloin, she shows a sweet, charming personality, but this is a ruse. She typically displays herself as a most graceful and loving creature, but if something annoys her or she becomes damaged in a fight then one heck of a violent temper might present itself. She can be very claw-happy in a bad mood. Also, she may act in a randomly clearly evil fashion that does not really qualify as sweet if she feels herself entitled to it. But, she'll always be right back in sweet cat mode when it suits her. Yupp.
Nature: Naughty (+Attack, -Special Defense)
Likes: Food, toys, technology, things extremely precious to other people, being treated like a god, posing for images, people stroking her ego, etc... Spicy things.
Dislikes: Losing. People stealing from her. Being looked down on. Bitter things.
Starting Moves: Scratch, Growl.
Ability: Unburden. Gives a speed boost if Purrloin loses a held item. Held item breaks if dropped.
Miscellaneous: May or may not have stolen her own Pokéball at times to prevent Rowan from being able to put her into it. Well, he's totally happy to have all his Pokémon out at times, but Purrloin might have stolen it whenever she doesn't want to be in a ball and he does. And, she needs no explanation for when she stole the ball. It just happens, she doesn't want to be in the ball, the ball has been stolen. Yupp. --

Sex: Male
Personality: Where does somebody get off claiming that he's already got enough talent to tackle the elite four when he hasn't even had a pokemon before? Tesh, apparently.
If it didn't already come across, Tesh is an arrogant asshole who deems himself more than a match for the most skilled trainers that the world has to offer. Truth be told, he's not all talk, but considering the fact that he has no actual experience as a pokemon trainer, one could infer that there's quite a bit of egotistical exaggeration behind these claims. Although he's quite familiar with pokemon battling, and has a substantial amount of potential trapped inside of his rock-hard noggin, Tesh's overconfidence and unwillingness to learn from his peers handicaps his growth severely at times.
With this in mind, one could infer that Tesh doesn't play nice with the other boys and girls. He's never been huge on conversation when it comes to anything other than pokemon, and often imposes his knowledge and opinions on people who spark up a conversation about pokemon physiology, habitats, or capabilities in combat. According to himself, Tesh is the go-to source on everyone pokemon! It's a little creepy, actually.
Despite his oppressive personality, Tesh rarely speaks unless spoken to, and ironically, he shows a great deal of respect to people who can best him at his own specialty, that being pokemon. Most of the time though, he retains his cool and composed frame of mind and addresses others with a polite tone of voice.
The only time Tesh is anything other than a stoic fuck-wit is when he's interacting with pokemon. He likes to think that he's someone that others can depend on, but considering that he's never very good at making friends to begin with, nobody's ever put this mentality to the test.
Starter Town: Redorchard
Biography: Redorchard town has Been Tesh's home ever since he was a child. He was eager to befriend the other kids when he was young, but always fell flat on his face due to his obsession with pokemon. He would talk non-stop about which pokemon were best suited for so-and-so, or where you could fine the rarest pokemon, or pokemon in their natural habitats and how they interacted! Being such a quick-spoken rugrat didn't bode well with his relationships, ensuring that a slurry of bullying was sure to follow. And so it did, forcing Tesh into the safety of his room for days on end.
Life wasn't so bad for Tesh though. His uncle had been a rather skilled pokemon trainer in his earlier days, and when saw his nephews resounding interest on the topic, and sheltered nature, he did his best to relay every last shred of information he'd picked up in his career as a trainer. Tesh never had a dull moment when he was at home with his uncle. The relationship that they shared built him into what he is today, a self-indulgent ass-hat who thinks he knows everything there is to know about pokemon.
Of course, at the first chance he got to set out as a trainer, Tesh sprung at the chance with a subtle vigor welling up from deep within his soul. His dream had always been to become the most skilled and renowned trainer in all the world, and he's sure that it won't take long for him to achieve his goal.
That'll show all those losers who's the best!
Favored type: Normal/Electric
Favorite Pokémon: Persian - The classiest and most refined Pokemon there is.
Why are you joining the Pokémon League? "To become the best Pokemon trainer in history, Clearly."
Miscellaneous: He's very uneasy around Dragon type pokemon.
Kaz
Physical Appearance: Slightly burlier than a normal Meowth/Persian, but otherwise, no different.
Sex: Male
Personality/Mood: Kaz is very uptight, and does not play well with other pokemon or trainers in general, making him a great candidate for pokemon battling, but a horrible pokemon for trainers who can't handle his picky tastes. He does not acknowledge other pokemon as worthy of his respect or attention unless they prove that they are a match for his 'righteous skill set', so to speak. Once you have his acknowledgment though, Kaz is a very friendly kitty.
Kaz is also the type to never give up, regardless of whether or not it will adversely affect him. Due to this, he is very prone to serious injury, but will not go down without a serious fight.
Likes: Fighting, Confidence, Victory, Peace and Quiet.
Dislikes: Loud noises, Cowards, Losing, Water.
Starting Moves: -Scratch -Growl
Ability: Technician
1) You happen upon an injured Rattata in the middle of the path in front of you. You hear a sudden rustling from the large bushes on the path’s edge. Whatever is causing this noise has yet to reveal itself. What do you do?
"Stand guard and keep the Rattata safe, of course. If it shows exceptional spirit, I might capture it and raise it as my own."
2) An enormous Snorlax has wedged itself between the railings of a bridge over a raging river. It seems to be a long way’s journey to venture around the living water. Your destination is across the bridge. What do you do?
"Challenge the beast myself and move it by force using my pokemon. If it won't wake up on my command, we'll wake it up."
3) You awaken in the middle of the night to find a Hoothoot rummaging through your pack and taking your food. Before you act, you notice two smaller, faint outlines on the horizon of the dying campfire light. The Hoothoot begins hopping towards her children with your food in tow. What do you do?
"I'd leave the Hoot-Hoot alone. It probably needs the food more than me or my pokemon."
4) You are walking with your Pokémon through thick forest when you hear a faint humming from the canopy above you. Quickly, a hive of Beedrill cuts through the foliage and descends toward you and your Pokémon. What do you do?
"We stand our ground! If they want a fight a losing battle, then by all means!"
5) You’ve defeated a trainer handedly, and you both call your Pokémon back into their Pokéball. The trainer falls to their knees and begins to weep. The trainer is a younger individual who only had one, low-leveled bug Pokémon to face. What do you do?
"I leave him to weep. I have no time to console weaklings."
Personality: Havoc is a product of his rearing. He is a noble spirit, naturally feeling that it is his duty to be a beacon of good will, hope and valour to those around him. He has a penchant for involving himself in issues when he believes there is a villain to thwart, whether or not it is his place or he has expressed authority. He is naturally altruistic and proactive in this manner. Havoc has no problem with acquaintances or allies, but struggles with the idea of friends. He considers himself a singular, independant and self-sufficient unit. Moreover, his role as a Yatagarasu is very important to him and his paramount priority at any time is to preserve the awe, mysticism and respect of what that name represents, which will be devalued if too many people can humanize him.
Havoc will try to put on a stoic persona around others, pretending that he isn't swayed by human desires and emotions. Whenever he can avoid talking he will.
Havoc is very self conscious. He will object to taking certain actions or utilising certain opportunities if there is a chance that it might make him look uncool. He's very particular about looking cool, especially around girls his age. Performing acts as a confident, capable vigilante is his most effective means of communicating to girls, which he has trouble doing simply as Havoc.
Biography:
Havoc is a ninja apprentice. His family tree is one of the remaining lineages of the Yatagarasu ninja tribe - potentially the last still in existence, at least the last that Havoc is aware of. The Yatagarasu were a collective village/society of people who protected the lands of Huji from the shadows however they could. While not the main guardians of Huji, the Yatagarasu would act as vigilantes, separate to state and country who acted only in the interest of helping others. To some they are a myth, to others they are a problem - to Havoc, it was his birthright.
As child he slumbered on the stories of his people told to him by his father. He adored the things he heard and wanted nothing more than to live out the fantasy of a travelling, mystery hero across the lands. In the advent of technology and pokemon the need and opportunity for the Yatagarasu waned and many of the lineages began to amalgamate into general society, putting away the mantle of the Yatagarasu Clan.
Like his father before him, Havoc trained after school in the ninja arts under the tutelage of his grandfather. Where Havoc continued his training into his early teens, his father put away the further training, choosing to enroll in the Huji police academy and utilise his strengths as part of the police force, seeing the separation from state and country as an archaic tradition in the current stable times of civillisation.
Havoc didn't see eye-to-eye with his father on this and frequently practised delinquency late at night, sneaking out of his house to practice patrolling the streets. He began to do little things here and there, defending old ladies from muggers, helping to find people lost in the woods, fixing punctured tires. After a while, Havoc wanted to move onto bigger leagues. He would borrow his dads police radio while doing his patrols and listen out for any signals or codes and try his best to beat the police to the incidents. Naturally, these actions raised the ire of the police when their investigations and callouts were being happened by an anonymous vigilante teen.
Havoc's dad figured out that it was Havoc and omitted from turning Havoc in so long as Havoc promised to stop taking justice into his own hands and stop being a vigilante. Havoc spoke with his grandfather, who explained that he gave Havoc his blessing to revive the ways of their clan once more. Havoc made up his mind, running away at the age of fifteen to pursue his own Ninja way as the next generation of the Yatagarasu, operating within the region of Huji under the alias "Yatagarasu-X".
Havoc's main goal is to apply the teaches and principles of the Yatagarasu in the modern era by being a pokemon trainer who uses his pokemon and experience for the good of man kind beyond the reproach of the law and government.
Favored type: Dark and Poison types
Favorite Pokémon: Greninja
Why are you joining the Pokémon League? Most of the world moves and progress by the power and use of pokemon. To be a relevant Yatagarasu in this age, Havoc must do the same.
Miscellaneous: Is constantly working on his entrance slogan & motto and his hero-pose.
Dislikes: Rook has a habit of biting into and tearing to shreds any free socks he can get his teeth on. His anti-infatuation with socks is most strange as at times he will even yank socks off people's feet, meaning he's aware on some level that they are clothing items and distinct from people's feet.

1) You happen upon an injured Rattata in the middle of the path in front of you. You hear a sudden rustling from the large bushes on the path’s edge. Whatever is causing this noise has yet to reveal itself. What do you do? Havoc would scoop up the injured rattata and look to reach higher ground away from the the rustling bush, making the assumption that whatever injured the rattata was making the rustling.
2) An enormous Snorlax has wedged itself between the railings of a bridge over a raging river. It seems to be a long way’s journey to venture around the living water. Your destination is across the bridge. What do you do?
Havoc would provoke the ire of the Snorlax, trying to take it and move it from its resting place as it created a hazard for the bridge irrespective of whether Havoc wanted to use it.
3) You awaken in the middle of the night to find a Hoothoot rummaging through your pack and taking your food. Before you act, you notice two smaller, faint outlines on the horizon of the dying campfire light. The Hoothoot begins hopping towards her children with your food in tow. What do you do?
Havoc would leave the hoothoot be seeing that it was seemingly putting together food to feed it's younglings. If possible, Havoc might even leave some more food there for the mother to share out.
4) You are walking with your Pokémon through thick forest when you hear a faint humming from the canopy above you. Quickly, a hive of Beedrill cuts through the foliage and descends toward you and your Pokémon. What do you do?
HAvoc will return as many of his pokemon into their pokeballs as possible and then run for as long and as quickly as he can.
5) You’ve defeated a trainer handedly, and you both call your Pokémon back into their Pokéball. The trainer falls to their knees and begins to weep. The trainer is a younger individual who only had one, low-leveled bug Pokémon to face. What do you do?
Havoc doesn't care too much about trainer battles, so he would take the time to explain to the younger trainer where he went wrong in the battle and reassure them that they can always get better and not to get so choked up about this single loss.
Physical Appearance (Picture encouraged. Include height and age.): Age:15, 5 feet 6 inches in height.
Sex: Female
Personality: Shy, quiet, stays mostly to herself. Is a loner, but cares a lot about Pokémon and gets along well with them
Starter Town : Gleampier Port
Biography: Her parents separated when she was little. Her father took her and her younger brother to live with him in Gleampier Port. Her brother is a very active youngster, but she never seemed to fit in with everyone else in the town. Arren spent most of her time in her house or under an oak tree, reading stories about Pokémon and their bonds with their trainers. Her father’s Pokémon were always there, keeping her company, and if anyone of them were injured, she would care for them. She only hears from her mother once a year on her birthday, and doesn’t hear anything from the friends that she had left behind. Her father is hardly around the house because of his job. So her only friends are the Pokémon around her. Her brother is busy running around the town, and they never really got very close. Arren once found an old journal that had belonged to her father, and it documented his journey with Pokémon. These became her new bedtime story. She loved them so much, it helped her understand her father more, and it eventually ended with how he had met her mother. Arren never asked him about the journal, but she knew that she wanted to be a trainer, and travel the world with Pokémon.
Favored type: Dark
Favorite Pokémon: Umbreon
Why are you joining the Pokémon League? Arren has always loved Pokémon. They were always the only friends that she has had. She wants to befriend all Pokémon, and wants to hopefully earn some respect and love from the mother who had left her.

Likes: Running around, jumping up and down, snuggling with Arren.
Dislikes: Intruders, strangers, anyone he believes is a threat.
Starting Moves (Check Bulbapedia; all starting Pokémon will be lv 5): Tackle, Howl Ability: Quick Feet
1. I would send out my Pokémon, to stand guard while I walk over to the injured Rattata. If something jumps out, I’ll have my Pokémon protect me and the Rattata so that we can get out of there and help the injured Pokémon. 2. I try to find ways to wake it up. I’d ask around, see if there was a pokeflute handy, if not, I would try usual methods to wake up Pokémon. If that doesn’t work, I would just go around. 3. I would just let her be. The HootHoot was clearly just trying to provide for her children. I’d hunt around for berries if I ran out of food. 4. I would try to run and avoid the Beedrill. If that doesn’t work, I would use my Pokémon to help and battle it until it leaves us alone. 5. I would go over and try to help him out. I would try and give him advice, hopefully helping him to become a better trainer.
Vuduin is seventeen but looks as though he's in his early twenties. His overall appearance is best described as handsome. He's not really muscular but he looks like he's kinda fit. He's not. His eyes are quite alluring and friendly with their light brown glow. He's around 5 feet and 11 inches tall, though he'll tell you he's six foot. Always smells nice, though its hard to place the scent it is somewhat like mint in its refreshing nature.
Sex(When?): Male
Personality: Vuduin is very confident in himself and is quite a charming individual. He hands out compliments like candy, but good candy that he spent his own hard-earned money on. He's a very friendly individual and loves being around people, especially if they're admiring him though he wouldn't tell you that. Vuduin is fairly laid back and doesn't get angry easily, he's also not much for conflict. A friendly competition to test your skills is one thing, a battle between enemies to destroy each other is another beast altogether. That being said Vuduin does enjoy winning, but can enjoy a good loss if it was justly earned, or taken by a pretty lady.
Starter Town: Dewmeadow
Biography: Vuduin was raised in Dewmeadow by two fairly average parents, except for the giant movie collection they had. So naturally he was raised more by those movies than he was his parents. Of course those he liked the most were the action movies. The hero battles against impossible odds and beats the villain, kissing the girl as the sun sets in the background. That was life. His childhood obsession with movies lead to him acting the part of a hero whenever he could, attempting to defeat villainy and woo the girl.
Unfortunately neither of these worked out very well. His attempts at wooing were always seen as a joke and in a way they were. Certainly he grew to view them that way, despite his never ending attempts. Likewise his attempts to defeat villainy led to misunderstandings and/or him getting into fights, being a movie nerd he tended to not win those fights, though none of them were very serious in nature. His life continued like this until his parents offered him the opportunity to become a Pokemon trainer. Like any sane person, Vuduin leapt at the chance and immediately set to getting prepared.
Favored type: Grass
Favorite Pokémon: Absol
Why are you joining the Pokémon League? To become a hero, which involves finding love, defeating villainy and having some fun along the way. After all, Pokemon trainers are the most heroic dudes on the planet.
Miscellaneous: Excessive amounts of movie watching has given Vuduin a great deal of trivia knowledge.
Xander
Physical Appearance: Standard Budew, has tiny boots on its feet to keep them warm and safe.
Sex: Male
Personality/Mood: Xander is a little pompous at times, which is adorable considering he can't do much more than waddle and make facial expressions and loves getting attention. As long as he's being paid attention to he's friendly, but he can be spiteful if he gets ignored for too long.
Likes: Food, snuggling, being pampered, warmth.
Dislikes: Being made fun of, being ignored, cold.
Starting Moves: Absorb, Growth
Ability: Poison Point
Miscellaneous: Nah --
1) You happen upon an injured Rattata in the middle of the path in front of you. You hear a sudden rustling from the large bushes on the path’s edge. Whatever is causing this noise has yet to reveal itself. What do you do?
I help the Rattata with whatever I have on hand and head towards the bush to check out what the noise is. If its an abusive trainer we're going to have words.
2) An enormous Snorlax has wedged itself between the railings of a bridge over a raging river. It seems to be a long way’s journey to venture around the living water. Your destination is across the bridge. What do you do?
Climb over it carefully but bravely, after all, a pretty girl might be watching. Xander thinks its great fun.
3) You awaken in the middle of the night to find a Hoothoot rummaging through your pack and taking your food. Before you act, you notice two smaller, faint outlines on the horizon of the dying campfire light. The Hoothoot begins hopping towards her children with your food in tow. What do you do?
Glare at it for a bit then pull my pack a little bit closer to me and go back to bed. Xander sits on the pack protectively, glaring at the darkness it case it wants to steal more of his food, only not attacking the Hoothoot for the food because he doesn't think he would win.
4) You are walking with your Pokémon through thick forest when you hear a faint humming from the canopy above you. Quickly, a hive of Beedrill cuts through the foliage and descends toward you and your Pokémon. What do you do?
Heroically outmaneuver them with dazzling speed and tactical ability. Xander enjoys the view from Vuduin's shoulder. (Run away... with style)
5) You’ve defeated a trainer handedly, and you both call your Pokémon back into their Pokéball. The trainer falls to their knees and begins to weep. The trainer is a younger individual who only had one, low-leveled bug Pokémon to face. What do you do?
"Ah come now, there is no need to cry. You did surprisingly well, even better than I was at your age. Let me give you a few tips alright? Then we'll battle again later when you're stronger!" Xander sits in the kid's lap and looks up expectantly.
Name: The Outsiders Team Colors: Wears Dark Green. Objective: To make a paycheck by stealing pokemon, and or conning trainers/people out of their money. Capability: They are very unlucky, and often failing at everything they do. But in battles they are quite talented, making it unlikely that the inexperienced have a chance to defeat them and even skilled trainers often have trouble. Their biggest enemy is often themselves. Special: Often petty criminals that got rejected from other crime organizations due to their constant missteps. They actually may even try to stop and get in the way of other criminals, because they believe that they are the best group, and totally aren't envious of the other groups being taken more seriously.

Biography: Bartholomew had been raised by his single father, as his mother died from birth, and her some of few last words was for her son to be named after her grandparents that passed a few years before, so the father did so, but his describing his father in one word would be bumbling. So he named after his grandfathers pet Buizel. By complete mistake, and he only learned of his mistake after he was already going daycare, where he was often made fun of for his name, which only gotten worse as it got older. Usually nicknamed “Barf.” by classmates which stuck with him through most of his school days.
However, since he didn't waste time making friends, he did excellent in school spending most his time studying and learning instead of going outside to play. Becoming a genius in many subjects, doing his best to keep his father happy, often taking more care of him, than the father did, often crying himself to sleep every night after he got home from his very long stressful job. Which at least paid well, and even when his father did finally sleep his absurdly loud snoring would keep Bartholomew up, so he would instead complex novels. Eventually becoming so intelligent and used to not socializing. He just slowly grew over time to only care about himself thinking he was far superior to his peers throughout high school as he received beatings from a different classmate on any given day. Dropping out believing he was smarter than the teachers, also thinking he was far smarter than most people looking for work. Why should he have to work for someone dumber than him? His interesting in criminal life had started from the books he read.
Suddenly the idea crossed his mind after a good night sleep he didn't often get. To join the criminal origination and rise up in the ranks, however every single one of them rejected him finding his personality obnoxious and he would often fail extremely simple things or listen to orders. Making matter worse his father found out he had been doing so and got angry at him and kicked him out of the house on that night. Which gave him an idea go on the run, and make himself a famous criminal all by himself, and after that long career of a few months wasn't doing him any favors, he moved into a far away to start a new life and worked as a libertarian for around a decade, living an average life but slowly resenting that he had to do something he found so tedious day in and day out, when he just have everything he wanted for free, if he had become a crime boss.
One fateful day, on his way to work which he was going to quit. He discovered a young girl being laughed at and bullied in public, laughing at her name, which struck a personal chord and used his pokemon to beat them senseless, which caused a very perky and appreciate girl to follow him around and talk a lot. He wasn't interested as he saw another person around the same age being harassed, and convinced by the girl that they should be stopped also beat the harassers senseless. The guy thanking them but surprised that he would attack undercover police officers, that he may off pissed off. The three left in a hurry, before he could tell them both to stop following him. Not even able to get to his work before running into another girl, that ran straight into him. Who ran away from home, he decided that he should keep on eye on the kid, somehow convincing her to follow him around. And a lightbulb went off in his head, his lifelong dream would suddenly be realized and the rest is history...
Favoured type: Dark Favourite Pokémon: Mightyena (because he had one as a pet as a child) Why are they a founder?: You could call him the leader of everything. Having discovered the three other members the exact same day, somehow able to convince joining would solve all their problems. From randomly observing them having troubles, and giving them a helping hand. Bringing them together for a unified cause. Make money from taking stuff from others. Tried to join every other organization but rejected each time. Has created his own, almost of spite and to prove that he could run a crime organization himself. Also creating the name on the spot. His job to use as many people as possible to grow and become powerful and finally the world regret laughing at him. (or his name.) Ever again!

Height: 5'2 Weight: 100 pounds Age: 16 Sex: Female Personality: Aggressive and headstrong. Very spoiled and opinionated will take what she pleases and she what she wants usually cursing. Stubborn and refusing to take no for an answer. Dislikes cowards or people who run away from a fight. Often targets females trainers, believing most girls are weak compared to her. Doesn't get along with most people. Is incredibly clumsy, often blaming anyone other then herself when she inevitably trips. Doesn't like being around crowds, most people finding them stupid, and very demanding on her pokemon. Interesting in boxing and other combat styles. Targets people when she's bored, which she gets that way pretty fast.
Biography: Her life didn't have any immediate hardships, she had parents that loved here, a bunch of cats and made friends in school just fine, though she was often too lazy to complete homework. Living an average, no real surprises life. The worst thing that happened in her life was her snobby grandparents didn't approve of her and refused to see their child, making excuses that they were too busy. But, the parents and teachers and students told her perhaps one too many times, that she was perfect the way she is. However around middle school, and her preteen years. She became deeply infatuated with the idea of fairy tales and fantasy, she would watch princess movies, and wonder why her life was so boring? Suddenly having the idea she was special and wanted to live the life of a princess.
Changing her personality to become very spoiled and deciding she would drive her parents crazy, and most of her friends as well. But when that didn't go her way, she quickly changed to her mind, hating that idea and resenting the people around her for reacting in such a harsh way. Deciding since they hated her acting like a princess she'd be the very opposite in spite, suddenly watching and learning how to fight. Becoming very aggressive and a bully that would often beat up boys her age. She only got worse in behavior years later, getting kicked out of school for starting so many fights. The parents didn't appreciate their daughter becoming this way, listening to her parents less and less every day punishing her very harshly one day hoping it would set her straight, instead it involving her running away home the very next day after a shouting match between her and her father running straight into an older gentleman who offered her to become a criminal so she could gain power. This notion excited her, and the job as given her plenty to do since she often got very bored.
Favoured type: Fighting types and ones that fight. Favourite Pokémon: Keldeo Why are they a founder?: Because she wants to be powerful, and was told she could get stronger as a part of this team, and has learned she just enjoys fighting other trainers and watching them cry as she takes their stuff. She wants to go against anything her parents wanted, because she highly dislikes them. Being a criminal is the best way to accomplish that in her mind.

Height: 5'11 Weight: 200 Pounds Age: 21 Sex: Male Personality: Loves pulling pranks and telling jokes, believes he is funny, and will often do his best to prove it. Often treating someone solely based on people who humor him, often leaving trainers/people that laugh at his awful jokes alone. Obsessed over bug pokemon and other things about nature, liking to spend most of his time outdoors. Likes to drink alcohol a little too much, and when he gets drunk he basically becomes incapable of being competent in anything he does. Is very superstitious, believing luck has control over most peoples life, often uses a flip of a lucky silver coin to make his decisions.
Biography: Myles was born and raised with a single mother, in a poor town, where he learned to fight his own battles very quickly, often mugged and attacked by random people when he went to walk around. Going to the forest, fascinated in watching bug pokemon. He didn't finish school because his teachers and him didn't seem to get along. Not really getting along with most people either, though he certainly tried to. As his mother and him would spend time together every night and watch comedies together, because his mother told him it was the most important thing in the world was to have a smile on your face before you fell asleep so you wouldn't have any bad dreams. Causing him to be interested in becoming someone like that, the problem was he always messed up when remembering the jokes, or the ones he made were awful. Which didn't help him getting ridiculed by people his age. So he changed his jokes, into pulling pranks on others. Which may not of been funny to them, but regardless of that fact it always made him laugh and smile. He did his best to support his mom, often taking wallets from people to help pay for the bills, saying he was doing work around the neighborhood.
However a bittersweet thing happened, what his mother described as a blessing came into his life. A new boyfriend who was wealthy and extremely supportive, suddenly greatly improved their living situation, allowing her and him to move in together, and allowing his mother to get back on her feet and able to make a modest living. Giving him the ability to start being a bug pokemon trainer. However the boyfriend absolutely hated Myles guts. And told him often that his mother would abandon him instantly just to have sex with him again. Disgusted but seeing his mother so happy. He didn't say anything, thinking doing so would break his mothers heart. Allowing in his mind this disgusting human being, live with his mother. Spending his frustration on spray painting walls or doing minor crimes as pranks. Somehow one day, seeing his mother's boyfriend kissing another girl. Confronting him and attempting to\fight him only to kick beat, he had his own blackmail to threaten him with, saying he will tell his mother about all the crime he had been doing behind her back. Myles didn't take the threat, heading back home to tell his mother. However it seemed his threat already happened, the mother didn't listen to a word he said, it was the angriest he had ever seen his mother, and the first time he remembered making her cry.
He left the house unable to stand it, pissed off at everything, ending up sleeping in the forest that night with his bug pokemon, finding Joltik that day, cuddling up beside him the morning he woke up. He headed back to home that morning to try once again to expose her boyfriend, refusing to give up still in a very bad mood, ends up upsetting an off duty police officer and then suddenly ran into people that helped him and asked him to join a criminal organization, and he gave one condition for them to help him get revenge. Let it be said, a few days later the boyfriend was never seen around again...
Favoured type: Bug Favourite Pokémon: Scizor Why are they a founder?: He believes it was his fate to start a life of crime, since he was often called such for his many practical jokes. After making his decision from a rigorous trail. (flipping a coin 50 times in a row and it always came up heads.) But mainly he joined because he was bored and had nothing else to do. Since he often failed at everything else he did.

Height: 5'10 Weight: 70 Pounds Age: 19 Sex: Female Personality: Very energetic, and bubbly. Obsessed with cute and all things fluffy. Very kind to most pokemon she meets. Wants to rebel against the system for the sake of it. Often too socially awkward around other human beings, she mostly just wants to feel like she belongs somewhere. She easily feels guilty over mistakes and doing anything wrong. (All too often giving back whatever she steals.) Often sings to herself when others aren't around or when she's nervous and sometimes to cheer herself or her pokemon up. Tries to get along with strangers and members of her team. Finding it easier playing with her pokemon.
Biography: She was very sick as a young child, often in the hospital for seizures she had at a young age. Having a weak immune system most of her life, she still got sick more than average individual. She was slightly different than a lot of the kids, never getting along with her other siblings as they found her annoying. The parents decided to home school her and they did so for most her childhood, since her father was an old college professor. She would often play with her pokemon in her room alone, an Eevee she got for Christmas. Not interesting in any other hobbies the parents tried getting her into as being a pokemon trainer was basically all she interested in. She sometimes went out to play outside with her Eevee and keep running into kids that found her singing to herself and acting bizarre, causing kids to often to pick her and her pokemon, which broke her heart often hiding somewhere to cry. Never telling her parent anytime she was teased, thinking it would just cause problems. Believing she could just handle them herself.
After being unable to use any form of words to defend herself and her parents often not allowing to just stay in her room all day. She went to her siblings, which all they did was tell her to stand up for herself and not be so weak, telling her war stories about things that happened to them, usually calling her spoiled by the parents receiving most of the attention. Which only gave her more self doubt. She often just listened to music and sang in her free time with her pokemon, admiring her mother's old music from when she was a singer. One day she decided to go face to face with every bully and fight them believing her pokemon were strong enough, unfortunately most were all in a group together and snatched her pokeballs from her refusing to give them back and circled around her, wondering what she did to deserve all of this, when suddenly a handsome man came along, like an angel and stopped all of them, kicking their butts and then some.
That was the first time, a single person stood up for her. Her appreciation was indescribable, following this individual and he even seemed to listen to her without calling her annoying. So after her rather interesting day, when she was told she could join and found an organization, to life lives of criminals, she couldn't be any less interested except when he said we'd all be together as one. The very idea, made her feel a strong sense of purpose and from that day forward, she's basically tricked herself into loving her new career, because she found somewhere in this world to belong.
Favoured type: Cute pokemon. Favourite Pokémon: Eevee Why are they a founder?: Because she wanted friends and somewhere to belong, and this is the first time she has felt purpose in her life. Telling herself this is what she wants to do. Has stayed active solely from her desire to feel needed. Admires her fellow member for helping her out during a bad time.

Derrik is a very curious person, especially regarding pokemon and is always eager to learn about them. Being a bit too eager that it tends to get him bit/scratched/clawed or other various types of injuries from getting too close to pokemon. His upbringing leaving him reckless; heading straight into things without thinking and is very passionate in his studies that he can't help but give information, even when no one asks for it. Yet, he believes in fairness and makes sure no trace of foulness or cheating takes place and goes out of his way to help those who have been wronged; whether by someone else or himself as he see's it as disgraceful.
Starter Town
Autrio region (australian themed) Foreigner recently arrived at Argentglade
Biography
Born into a poor family made up of his parents, two brothers and three sisters. A family known as traveling healers with no actual home for they lived in the wild where they researched and studied pokemon. Doing so to discover new ways to heal them of injuries and to learn the habits of pokemon that rarely if never interact or come across humans. This left the family constantly changing locations, though twice a month his parents travel into nearby town to help any sick pokemon as Derrik; the youngest of family to be watched and taught by his siblings.
His parents were often gone for weeks at a time or merely days and they did so without asking for payment as saving lives was enough. Derrik has learned much over the years of living in the wild, being taught the way of survival; more how to handle wild pokemon, which resulted in him getting injured countless time as the family gained experience by doing.
As he aged, so too did his boldness; taking care of the more ferocious and dangerous pokemon that his siblings were too scared to deal with. On one such incident, this recklessness of trying to tend to an female pyroar with an injured leg; had moved too close too fast and received a strong swipe that cost him his right eye.
This attack was, ironically an eye opener for though he lost an eye, this experience helped him to realize the scale of pokemon he has helped was miniscule. Knowing there were still countless pokemon out there to find, to study and how so inexperienced he was; at that moment, Derrick decided it was time to travel the world. It was his chance to not only study pokemon, but to befriend them for he had read in books of how people actually captured pokemon and traveled with them as companions, though at first the thought of making them fight irked him.
The more he read and learned of trainers and how they battled and trained together in order to grow stronger both in strength and bond. Nothing intrigued him more and while his parents discouraged at the thought of him leaving, gave him what little they could scrape together and wished him a safe journey.
Derrick wondered where the begin, when recalling his meeting with a trainer who spoke of his homeland. This encounter lasted a day; listening to the traveler speak of the Huji region regarding its town and mysterious, mythical monuments, but what caught his interest the most were the pokemon. He learned of many new exotic pokemon; all of various size and shape not found in the Autrio region and desired to discover and research these foreign creatures to further broaden his knowledge on their way of life both of the wild and with trainers.
After much thinking, recalling all that he was told and made his decision to set out to the Huji region. It was a brand new, unknown experience for him and though he had no idea what to expect; at least had a starting point with the traveling trainer mentioning a port town perfect for foreign trainers to start at.... (left blank for the moment)
Why are you joining the pokemon league? To gain a true experience as a trainer and to forge never ending bonds with new friends in pokemon and people alike

Garret has dyed-blonde, meticulously splendid, brushed hair with darker layers blanketed beneath lighter ones and what he considers to be the most stylish amount of shag. He wears small gauges in his ears, brushes his teeth religiously and rigorously, and always smells of that cologne he wears.
A sixteen year old boy, Garret can be described as obsessive about his appearance. His wardrobe would be remiss were it not ready for any occasion. A fancy yet tasteful suit for weddings. Layers and layers of linens. Jackets and hoodies. A delightfully comfy and easy to wear pair of shorts. He has it all, and doesn’t reject any specific type of clothing so much as he rejects wearing anything similar tomorrow.
Sex: Male
Personality: Garret has--on many and more occasions--experimented with various combinations of cologne and bug spray in attempts to concoct the perfect balance of attraction and repellency. He finds bug bites and bad smells equally insufferable.
What's the point in living if life can't be beautiful? Garret takes pride in caring for himself and even enjoys caring for the other residents of Argentglade, sometimes helping to cut and fashion their hair or craft clothing in assistance to his mother. He most appreciates art, landscape, music, and pokemon--finding the beauty in all of them. Well, all of them except bug pokemon, really.
While he sets upon the tasks before him with alacrity, he’s keen on enjoying life, Huji, and pokemon at a measured, quality-over-quantity pace.
Starter Town: Argentglade
Biography: Garret’s mother became the fashionista of Argentglade, renowned in that small place for her pristine haircuts and classy, affordable clothing. Garret grew up helping her sew and style, and manage Pokédollar income. Some things he learned on his own; he carved and hung a large, friendly sign for her that reads, “Mama Beleau’s”, and engineered several shelving and clothing line setups to arrange her clothing. Mama Beleau would sew every day, but she sent Garret to school and allowed him to be a relatively free young boy.
Garret’s older sister Anethyst--everyone calls her Anne--has already set out to train Pokémon. One day soon, Garret will receive his pokemon and follow in her foot steps...
Favored types: Water, Fire
Favorite Pokémon: Milotic
Why are you joining the Pokémon League? Garret loves the beauty of Argentglade but wants to travel the world and see and experience all it has to offer. He’s never thought of himself as becoming a Pokemon Master, but enjoys the idea of accompanying and challenging other trainers on their way.
Miscellaneous: Garret doesn’t do miscellaneous; everything has a place.

Some additional questions, to help develop your character and Pokémon…
1) You happen upon an injured Rattata in the middle of the path in front of you. You hear a sudden rustling from the large bushes on the path’s edge. Whatever is causing this noise has yet to reveal itself. What do you do? Garret may try to help the Rattata, but at arm’s length and without touching it if possible. Just the thing a good Spray Potion was made for. It’s probably dirty. He’d have Vulpix investigate the bush--hopefully it’s not another dirty Rattata.
2) An enormous Snorlax has wedged itself between the railings of a bridge over a raging river. It seems to be a long way’s journey to venture around the living water. Your destination is across the bridge. What do you do? Garret would admire the scene. Snorlax’s shiny coat shimmering against the majestic tide. The spectacular sound of the river’s flow. He’d set out a picnic nearby, hoping the pokémon would wake up later. If he really needed to cross in a hurry, he might requisition some help from nearby. If he didn’t, he wouldn’t mind taking the scenic route. Vulpix would enjoy the picnic but become restless.
3) You awaken in the middle of the night to find a Hoothoot rummaging through your pack and taking your food. Before you act, you notice two smaller, faint outlines on the horizon of the dying campfire light. The Hoothoot begins hopping towards her children with your food in tow. What do you do? Garret’s pack is well organized and zipped in all the right places. He’d wonder how the Hoothoot managed to make it through his packaging. Garret would forget about the Hoothoot, distracted as he unpacks his bag completely in order to brainstorm how he can pack it more securely. If he can’t improve his backpack he might purchase a new one next time he’s in town.
4) You are walking with your Pokémon through thick forest when you hear a faint humming from the canopy above you. Quickly, a hive of Beedrill cuts through the foliage and descends toward you and your Pokémon. What do you do? HOLY MILTANK!!!!! Garret springs into action, scooping up Vulpix and running for dear life. There are few things more terrible than a Beedrill, and a hive of Beedrill is one of them. Vulpix slips out of Garret’s arms; he wants to chase the Beedrill in return. Horrified, Garret returns Vulpix to his pokéball and continues to book it in the non-Beedrill direction.
5) You’ve defeated a trainer handedly, and you both call your Pokémon back into their Pokéball. The trainer falls to their knees and begins to weep. The trainer is a younger individual who only had one, low-leveled bug Pokémon to face. What do you do? Garret feels bad, but not too bad because, honestly, he’s above any trainer who thinks a bug Pokémon is a good idea. “Hey, it’s okay. You’ll catch more Pokémon and become stronger.” Garret might offer the other trainer some food or other token of consideration. “We’ll fight again someday--I look forward to it.”
Objective:The Red Hand value power above all. They seek it in it's many forms, no matter what stands in their way. Whether it means stomping a trainer for their Pokemon, if not killing it in the process. Joining competitions to show off how strong their Pokemon are, or joining others for knowledge of how to get better. Every member only respects power and aren't afraid of taking it if they have to.
Capability:They are considered dangerous even among themselves. Only so long a group this large can remain split on their issues, slowly causing a tear among everyone involved. Overconfident and reckless in their choices, they often resort to brute force both in and out of the battle. They will often overlook weak trainers preferring to prey on those they deem worthy of their strength. In their eyes, the trainer should be as capable as their Pokemon, causing both to be fair game in a fight.
Special: Most of the lower grunt's Pokemon are known for having moves that do damage now, no matter the consequences. Recoil, fainting, confusion, unable to move, death, who cares what happens to their Pokemon if it means a win? It's for these reasons they continue to have a bad reputation. These are the stories that everyone has heard of, which isn't completely true.
There are some members trying to prove they can help others, that strength is the power to help the weak. Others have taken to contributing towards science, seeking power through knowledge. Some of the nicest people also are in the group, willing to help others or just looking for a good fight. You might even hear The Red Hand contributing to and leading research on various subjects. So despite what you hear, you should keep this in mind. Not everyone in The Red Hand are bad people, the bad rep comes from a small percentage of the group.
Leader of The Red Hand
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 190 lbs.
Age: 32
Sex: Male
As the picture says, but a more modern wardrobe and shoes.
Personality: The Leader is a man of short patience who wears his emotions on his sleeve. He doesn't care about many things if it doesn't further his goal.
Biography: The Leader isn't shy when it comes to his history. If you asked him a question, he would answer it truthfully. From a small age, he always looked for the strongest thing around, seeking to add it to his team. He wasn't interested in completing his pokedex, instead preferring to grab anything that rose above the others. Over his time of travels and badge collecting, he amassed a collection of tough pokemon. Not satisfied, he kept pushing himself to look harder for something bigger. This led him to gazing onward to the legendaries, not all of them. Only the cream of the crop.
Favored Type: Rock
Favored Pokemon: Anything that has a lot of power
Why he started The Red Hand: One man can only do so much, and his personality drew other like minded people in. The arguments of what is power caused a split in the hierarchy. Despite this, he still keeps everyone united in their goal. Power, no matter how it can be achieved. As long as they remember who is in charge and the goal, all are welcome to join his group. He is the leader because he keeps everyone together and not fighting among each other, even if it means pointing the hate towards someone else.
Pokemon: ??????
Sub faction of The Red Hand
Height:5'4"
Weight:155lbs.
Age:29
Physical Appearance:
Personality: The Bloody Hand is as vile as they come. If there was a baby, he would try to not only take it's candy, but throw the thing off a bridge while he's at it. He has a nasty temper and is not afraid to get his hands dirty if needed. His lack of fear of consequences has given him a sense of aura radiating fear and despair.
Biography: The Bloody Hand grew up a poor kid in a bad neighborhood. Surrounded by bright eyed trainers and shinier Pokemon, he wanted more in life. He tried to be a trainer, but quickly realized it was not cutting it using trash like the starters and endless Pidgeys and Rattatas. So he found a new calling getting better Pokemon straight from the best source, other trainers. It started small, some useless Pokemon a trainer "misplaced" here and there. Table scraps, useless, weak, inferior Pokemon. A burning desire grew in him, how could trainers be satisfied with these things? He wanted the better things in life and he wanted them now.
A few years went by of this and he had a growing reputation of a thief trying to pilfer others pokemon. Naturally, he became discerning, releasing the useless ones on the spot to run off. Trash like this should go cower in the wilderness, he was doing those trainers a favor. Eventually, he grew tired of small time steals. He had a craving for power and he had a taste, it was too late to go back.
Favorite Type:Poison
Favorite Pokemon: Weezing
Why he joined The Red Hand: Power was promised if he was loyal and boy was The Leader right. The Bloody Hand is the reason why The Red Hand have the nasty reputation and he wouldn't have it any other way. He runs the information side, keeping eyes and ears alert for even the faintest whispers of more power for the group. Crime has never been easier for him since the other sides insist The Red Hand aren't all bad. This odd split has worked in his favor quite well, so he encourages this already spreading tear. Consequences are for someone elses future, right?
Ren is a 17 year-old female trainer whose heritage stems from an offshore island smack dab in the middle of nowhere. She stands at 5'2, and weighs only 51kg. She has an extremely light and underdeveloped build, making her seem much younger than what she really is, much to her annoyance.
Sex: Female
Personality:
Creepy.
That's the one word that best describes Ren. Creepy. There are plenty of other words which greatly describe Ren, too: cynical, logical, sadistic, competitive, ambitious, and cold being among them. Whereas many trainers are hot-headed and confident, Ren is quite the opposite. Calm. Thinking. Silent. Like a hunter stalking it's prey, the seventeen year-old has a tendency to form complex strategies in short amounts of time. Though of course, if the situation were too difficult to forge a plan, gut feeling is best.
Funnily enough, many people actually mistake Ren as a boy due to her blunt and upfront nature, plus somewhat scratchier voice. In many ways Ren is smarter than most intelligence-wise, however lacks in social skills and isn't well educated in society. Speaking of, she has some very opinionated views on such topics or things that may be controversial, and, although is open to change her opinions or views on the world, it'll take some incredible persuasion to do so.
She also hates normal, girly things, and loves things like occult studies and lore.
Starter Town: Argentglade, if possible.
Biography:
A tragic accident. A lone survivor. The tale is told many times, though rarely do these tales become reality.
At least, until now.
Ren Moyra was a victim of a tragic, mysterious event. One day, on her little island in which she grew, the floor opened up and simply... well, swallowed it whole! As strange as it sounds, that's the best way Ren can describe it: her home was eaten up by a darkness so incredible, there was nothing left of the area she called home. Even the sea needed to be evened out again, as a significant amount of water was swallowed up by the darkness.
Ren was hardly offshore when it happened. Going on an excursion with her grandfather to the mainland to do some trading at the marketplace, the two were stunned as their former home sunk into nothingness, never to be seen again.
Parents? Gone. Friends? Dead. Home? Obliterated.
There was nothing. She had nothing. Ren became nothing. Everything up to that point in her life had been for naught. All the fun times shared, and memories made, were wasted in an instant.
And all she could blame was the large, mysterious dragon which made it's way into the sky afterward. She didn't get a good look of this dragon, mind you. It's silhouette was all that could be seen in the midday sun. All she knew was that this was no ordinary Pokemon. This Pokemon was special. It was stronger than almost all others. Later, she found out that there was a classification for such Pokemon:
Legendary.
Following the event, Ren and her grandfather left for the mainland, and saved up enough to buy a small apartment with their limited funds. Considering Ren's grandfather could not work all that hard, Ren was forced to grow a backbone and work to make money while educating herself on... well, just about anything, really, though she took a shine to legends and mythology, namely legendary Pokemon. Her main drive in these studies was to find the creature whom destroyed her home, and find a way of drawing it out, perhaps with the help of another legendary Pokemon.
The study-work combo lasted right on through till Ren was sixteen, when she finally found what she was looking for. The creature which took everything from her. The monster which robbed her of everything and left behind nothing.
... It's name is Giratina.
Though her hatred remained, Ren couldn't help but be fascinated with this Pokemon in particular. A creepy obsession over it. She both loved it and absolutely despised it at the same time, something not many trainers can experience, at least not on her magnitude. Legendaries had always caught Ren's eye, but this... this was something special.
Shortly after her discovery, her grandfather passed away. Though her feelings for the man weren't especially great, she still loved him, and the experience shook her up. After all, he'd been with her all this time, so how could she not? However, she soon came to realise that if one were to bury their emotions, pain becomes a non-existent factor. No more suffering, and definitely no more crying. And so she buried. After both ceremonies were complete, Ren had a long, hard think about life and it's meaning. Not life in general, but her life and what it has amounted to. 'Jack shit,' was the crude way of putting it. Her life, up until this point, had been pretty much meaningless. She didn't know what she was doing, or why she was doing it. The only time she truly became aware of herself was when she studied, and she knew she couldn't study for a living...
... Though she could become a Pokemon trainer and study in the field, learning more of the world outside.
The thought would've intimidated her if her emotions still existed, though once they'd been drowned out, nothing would stop her from moving forward. And so, after selling the house and getting an ample supply of essentials, money and other such items (not that one could gt much with their cheap shack anyways), Ren began her journey to see Prof. Evergreen in Argentglade, where she hoped she could receive her first ever Pokemon.
Favored type: Dragon
Favorite Pokémon: The great legendary Pokemon lost in ancient times; the Pokemon which controls anti-matter, and fuels the Distortion Realm:
Giratina.
Why are you joining the Pokémon League?
"I'm challenging the league because I figured their information on Pokemon would be the most valuable to me, specifically those of Legendary or rare origin. I wish to know more about the unknown, and I wish to see these powerful, majestic beasts with my own two eyes...!
... And then use them to kill the monster which took everything from me... and bring back everything I lost."
Miscellaneous:
Pokémon Name: Shyn, the Shinx!
Physical Appearance: Shyn's hair is exceptionally long for a Shinx, probably due to the fact that anyone whose ever approached him wielding scissors was electrocuted..
Sex: Male
Personality/Mood: Shyn's an odd little feller; a perfect fit to the similarly strange Ren Moyra. He doesn't really say a whole lot and can be exceptionally lazy at times, unless in a battle, which is when he's most hyper. The little electric doggo-wolf-thing is something of a masochist, and likes seeing others get angry out of spite. Though a little lonely, the pup ups his spirits through practical jokes on others, and as a result doesn't make a whole lot of Pokefriends. In fact he's better around humans than his own kind, being the product of a spoiled family and lab-dog, which boosts his intelligence.
Likes: Reading (he can read picture books), eating, battling, taking pain, and having long, stylish hair.
Dislikes: Hair cuts, crap food, pretty much everything aside from battling.
Starting Moves: Tackle, Leer
Miscellaneous:
1) You happen upon an injured Rattata in the middle of the path in front of you. You hear a sudden rustling from the large bushes on the path’s edge. Whatever is causing this noise has yet to reveal itself. What do you do?
Answer: Though Ren usually has concern for most Pokemon which cross her path, Ratatta are not one of them. If it can be put someplace safe in the immediate area, like a burrow or hole, then Ren's willing to go through with it. However, she wouldn't risk nor bother trying to help it out if no such place were nearby...
... Maybe her bag, if need be.
2) An enormous Snorlax has wedged itself between the railings of a bridge over a raging river. It seems to be a long way’s journey to venture around the living water. Your destination is across the bridge. What do you do?
Answer: Catch it, obviously. Or defeat it in battle. She's not a fan of normal types, so she doesn't really care, so long as she gets passed. Whether it be a peaceful resolution or one of catastrophe isn't really her concern...
... Or just find another way to cross the water. Shouldn't be too hard.
3) You awaken in the middle of the night to find a Hoothoot rummaging through your pack and taking your food. Before you act, you notice two smaller, faint outlines on the horizon of the dying campfire light. The Hoothoot begins hopping towards her children with your food in tow. What do you do?
Answer: Depends how much food it took. Ren wouldn't starve herself for Pokemon - she's just not quite like that. She doesn't mind sharing, though, assuming she's in a good mood. She'd at least congratulate it on being so brave.
4) You are walking with your Pokémon through thick forest when you hear a faint humming from the canopy above you. Quickly, a hive of Beedrill cuts through the foliage and descends toward you and your Pokémon. What do you do?
Answer: Make a split-second judgement on how to handle it. If my Pokemon is strong enough to take these Beedrill, then yeah, they'll fight. And win. If not, we'll retreat and take another route through the forest.
5) You’ve defeated a trainer handedly, and you both call your Pokémon back into their Pokéball. The trainer falls to their knees and begins to weep. The trainer is a younger individual who only had one, low-leveled bug Pokémon to face. What do you do?
Answer: Laugh and steal his Pokemon!
Though chuckling at the cruel and sadistic thought, Ren is quite supportive of new trainers, and would offer the young man a hand. She would then proceed to explain how ineffective bug types are in comparison to dragon, though are by no means weak themselves, and can become rather powerful if handled properly. Suggest to the trainer to become a training apprentice of sorts? Though not to Ren. Unless they were interested in dragons...! And weren't so scared of her.
