1. The usual stuff: No godmodding, metagaming, autohiting, powergaming, Mary Sues/Gary Stus, etc.
2. Original characters only. See the Character Creation Rules below for more info.
3. Be friendly in the OOC, your characters can despise each other in the IC but don't actually hate each in the OOC. I have a zero tolerance on fighting in the OOC.
4. Romance is cool, but keep it PG-13 with the romantic scenes.
5. This a casual level RP, minimum of one solid paragraph per IC post. More is always great. Roleplay in third person, that is a pet peeve of mine. Don't be afraid to collab with other players for posts.
6. Try not to just disappear, if you're going to be away then please notify me. One week without a word from you then you're removed from the RP.
7. Character death is a possibility.
8. Please don't control any named NPCs, those are for me to deal with. Unnamed ones are a different story, you can control those in your IC posts.
9. My word is law.
10. Have fun. Any questions or concerns can be directed towards me.

Curious about one thing, not sure about making a character yet, but how much extra knowledge about star wars do you need, outside of the movies and playing through a few Edge of the Empire campaigns, that's as far as my knowledge extends. Are you expecting your players to have book knowledge, or would it be pretty accessible. I know there's a good bit of extra info out there, with the series spanning books, comics, games, and television as well as the movies.

Well, at the bare minimum seeing all six of the movies is enough. It does help as a GM if you have more knowledge on the universe than just the movies. But we're not going to be bringing up obscure characters or factions in this really, what I have planned is pretty contained.

It's pretty accessible I'd say, and anything you don't know you can look up on Wookiepedia. You should do just fine with what you know.

Weapons - A blaster with attached grapple and two retractable vibroblades concealed in her forearms

Equipment - Inbuilt wrist holocommunicator and a personal stealth field generator.

Personal starship - Kuat Drive Yards XS-101 Prototype Stealth Scout Frigate: Phantom
Wraith stole the prototype frigate from the Kuat Drive Yards secret experimental development platform in orbit around the planet of Raxus-Prime. KDY had been developing the stealth ship without the knowledge of their Imperial masters and when a greedy, starship mad Hutt learned of the XS-101's existence, he hired Wraith to steal it for him. Wraith succeeded in taking the ship and KDY were unable to even report the theft to the Empire as that would mean admitting to its existence. Wraith did not hand the ship over to the Hutt, however. After flying it, she liked it so much that she decided to keep it, even if it meant surrendering the bounty and possibly making an enemy of the Hutt. The XS-101 was built with an experimental stealth drive based on the smaller personal stealth field generators. Not only could the Phantom mask itself from electronic detection but it could, for a limited duration, bend light around itself to become all but invisible. Wraith appropriately named her new ship The Phantom.

Skills - Wraith is a master infiltrator and has trained extensively in the Echani martial art. Her blaster marksmanship is practised and passable, but her true skill lies in disabling her opponents up close and personal. Her cybernetic modification make her faster and stronger, and give her excellent reflexes and tracking ability.

Flaws - Wraith is exceptionally proud and believes herself to be at, or at least close to, the peak of human development. As a result she has trouble believing that "lesser people" could truly threaten her, leading her to occasionally underestimate her opponents.

Personality - Wraith is obsessed with becoming the perfect human. The perfect hunter. The perfect weapon. Anything short of perfection is unacceptable, as a result she has little patience for those who may cause her hunts to be less than perfect.

Backstory - Wraith fell into bounty hunting almost naturally. When she first began her quest for perfection she realised that the best way to test herself was against the most dangerous prey of all: other intelligent lifeforms. Over her time as a hunter she has undergone multiple cybernetic augmentations, all in pursuit of perfection. Her arms and legs have been replaced with robotic limbs, she's had her eyes replaced to increase her visual ability and she has even had implants inserted into her brain to increase mental acuity and reaction time. Wraith has turned herself into a graceful melding of human and machine, all for the sake of becoming a better hunter.

Ah coolio, I do know a bit through osmosis from friends who've read the books, as well as learning how to play the tabletop rpg. I'll see tomorrow about getting a character thrown together. Thinking of being a kinda down to "Earth" kind of character, having a family and such back home, willing to take the dirty jobs, but seeing the whole thing as a job in the end. It'd be fun to see him getting in the way of the others while asking them how the home life's been, are the kids doing well :P.

Eh we'll see what happens, more often then not my characters change quite a bit from concept to and design.
