He had a grin on his face. He has not heard the combination title of "The Sword and Shield of Seireitei" since he was promoted as a captain. Of course, in this sense, he was the sword, and his fellow captain would be the shield. "I'm glad you are willing to come with us, Eel-San." He said. After that, he noticed that his fellow captain was passing out instructions to his lieutenant. It seemed as if he is still quite lacking in terms of squad management. His lieutenant was going on a mission and he is going to take the third seat with him. So, who would be the acting captain while he is gone...? With a small sigh, he sent out another hell butterfly. "As myself and the third seat will be away, all squad members are to continue their training regiments. As there should not be any missions while I am away, all squad members are to attend regular meetings and all things shall carry on as usual. Captain's orders." The message would say.

After the message was sent out, he noticed that the lieutenant of the 9th squad had arrived. He returned the bow he received from the lieutenant. "Lieutenant Kimashi." He addressed the man. As soon as the bow was over, he noticed the body posture of the lieutenant when addressing his captain. He sighed and commented softly "What in the hell is with this generation's lieutenants... There is absolutely no respect for captains anymore..."

As the other captain finished speaking to his lieutenant, Kenshin responded to his question "I don't think we have to go get her... She is on her way..." He said. As soon as he finished, the third seat appeared in front of them.

With a sigh, he reached out, smacked the back of the third seat's head. "I don't care if you don't bow when you see me, but when you see other captains, you bow." He said to his third seat. "I'm sorry, Eel-San. I swear, this new generation of up and comers have no manners..."

With that said, he reached out two fingers and opened a senkaimon. "Eel-San, I assume you can still use Hakuda like no one's business, correct?" He said as he stepped into the Dangai. "Good, the place we're going, We can't get to through the senkaimon. I was told that we need to physically break through the Dangai and access a whole other portal..." He said, his two fists are glowing with his signature purple reiatsu. He assumed his third seat had followed them into the Dangai as well. "Now, Rei, you may want to stand back a bit... We're going to be hitting the walls real hard. Steady yourself..." He then turned and continued walking into the Dangai, the reiatsu platform underneath his feet were as solid as concrete...

Reila removed her hand from her father's face before entering the house. On the inside, the house was grandiose and far expansive than the already large exterior of it. It was so luxurious and vast on the inside in fact that one could mistake it for being a mansion of sorts. Most of the walls were made out of actual emerald and there was golden text on the ceiling of it, while the floor was composed of polished golden tiles with a crimson red javan tiger statue that was set in the center of it all. Though outsiders might see the text on the ceiling as simply being there for show, everyone raised in the Ryuga household knew of it's true purpose.

Reila made her way to one of the rooms without taking a moment to bask in the house's inner glory. It wasn't much of a surprise since she used to live there after all. Kicking open the door like an uncivilized brat, she walked into the room before quickly snagging something from out of it. "Just because I'm gone doesn't mean that you should be able to parade inside my room like an excited chimpanzee...but thanks for finding it father." Reila muttered lowly before disappearing from sight. She reappeared in front of the first division barracks shortly afterwards in hopes of greeting her captain on his way out from the meeting. Hopefully the man didn't shunpo away the second it ended for Reila's sake.

Shoske Saito

A gust of wind raced through the area, weaving its way through the three shinigamis' clothes and hair. Its power grew in magnitude, the source of it growing more obvious as the winds came from above. A light blue disc floated from above, swaying in the sky like a feather until it made its eventual descent to the Captains and Lieutenant. On it was a napping Shoske, his messy black hair covering his eyes as he softy snored and his heavily jeweled clothes acting as blankets.

"Uhm...Commander Saito"

Suddenly beside him was a pink haired, gloomy looking person who hardly gave off a presence of any type. The entire time, they looked down and averted their eyes away from the Captains and Lieutenant. It wasn't normal for them to meet so many high powered figures from the Gotei 13 "C-Commander Saito, the Captains and Lieutenant have arrived" They tugged at Shoske's clothes as they spoke. Shoske slowly opened his eyes, raising his head to look at the Captains as he rubbed his eyes. He looked around blankly for a moment, letting out a loud yawn as he got off the blue platform which soon faded.

"Right the Captains are finally. Sorry if you waited for too long, I had...important business matters I had to attend to. Now then, if I am correct I am supposed to send the lot of you to Hueco Mundo correct? Not that I agree with this decision but orders are orders. Well, wouldn't want you three to wait any longer so I'll just send you three off no-" Before he could finish, the gloomy person yelled despite his appearance.

"B-but sir, the Head Captain told you to go through the regulated pathway rather than yours!"

Shoske scratched the side of his head, seeming to be in deep thought for a second before shaking his head. He turned to the pink hair person, a mischievous smile on his face "Sir no" "C'mon Haru, but no one else is capable of guiding them besides you. Plus if you go, I'll teach you what you asked me about earlier" He said, with a wink and slight nudge to Haru.

"O...okay."

"That's the spirit!" Shoske said, patting Haru on the back. The back patting was short lived, Shoske turning his attention to a decently open area. "This will do" Shoske deeply inhaled, closing his eyes as his raised his two arms. Two white cloths shot out from his sleeves, spiraling in the air and moving in opposite directions. The ends of each cloth rolled into spikes and stabbed into the ground, continuing to weave until there were two white spires before them. A faint golden glow began to emit from both Shoske and the two white spires. "My right hand is the stone that bridges worlds. My left hand is the blade that binds reality. The black-haired shepherd is hung from a chair. Stratus clouds come, and I strike down the ibis. The glow began to focus on the tips of each spire, a golden reiatsu stream shooting out and connecting the two spires "Keikaigai" The space between the golden reiatsu quickly tore open, letting out a tear like sound as it briefly sucked in the wind around them.

Shoske let out a light yawn, covering his mouth with his hand "Welp, you four are good to go to Hueco Mundo. It'll be a decent walk to Forest of Menos but I couldn't risk making that area a hot spot for future endeavors. Haru here will both be your guide to the Squad out there, your guide through the Forest of Menos and your only link back to the Soul Society. So best take care of him" He ended with a chuckle, turning to Haru and nodding to him

"O-okay, if you three can follow me. It's gonna be rocky" Haru jumped up into the Garganta, quickly fading out of view the instant he entered. Once inside, the three will find themselves in a purple reishi box constructed by Haru. The box was shaking violently with Haru looking distressed as he held up held up his right arm trying to keep it together.

The meeting hadn't gone as smoothly as Jynmi expected. In fact, other than the head captain's decision of taking aside a few select individuals for the special assignment, there hadn't been a point to it all. Once the head captain had his say everyone just sort of divided up into their own little pairings and groups. The only real point shared with the rest involved the hollows and that wasn't news to anyone. It was agitating to say the least, but captain Imsar decided not to let it bother him, or at least he decided to try not to let it get the better of him. Rationalizing things usually helped. He'd known the head for some time now, and the man had never been one to do things without a reason. Of course, this knowledge didn't change how pointless what was going on seemed to him. Jynmi gritted his teeth, and paused before making his exit in an attempt to figure out who would be the best person to know what was going on. Usually members of the 6th or 12th divisions had a good idea of what was going on. Maybe, that would be the way to go about it?

As he stepped out into the bright day captain Malmshode's hands were clasped behind his back, as they tended to do whenever he was deep in thought. It was tempting to use shunpo and reach his division hq as quickly as possible, but currently he couldn't see the point. There wasn't much going on at the moment, and he did his best thing during a normal walk. "So, a walk it shall be" he said to nobody in particular. He got a few steps away from the barracks when the sight of his second in command caught his eyes.

"Oh!" He called, walking over towards to the young woman. "Ryuga, funny seeing you here. Is everything alright back at the hq?"

Reila pulled out a turquoise colored pocket-watch while waiting on the captain. The object itself wasn't special by any means but based on the tender facial expression she wore while tinking with it suggested otherwise. "I can't wait for the day when I make you run around like a beheaded snake." Reila's face darkened as each and every word left her lips. The old fashioned watch began to seemingly be crushed under the pressure of the lieutenant's hands, causing the watch to create a small but desperate scream for survival in the form of a cracking sound. This plea for Reila to halt was naturally ignored, since she was too fixated on picturing her target squealing in extremely violent ways to realize what she was actually doing.

"Oh!" He called, walking over towards to the young woman. Reila's face quickly returned to normal as her captain quickly approached. "Ryuga, funny seeing you here. Is everything alright back at the hq?" She stared blankly at him for a few seconds before nodding. "Wellllll everything is pretty much good except for some training problems. Right after you left, I began to train the rookies in combat but they don't seem to be catching onto it very well." Reila snuck her cracked pocket-watch back into her pockets as she continued. "Now I could've probably made them more familiar with our fighting techniques and workout regimen but I had paperwork, so I left it in some of the higher seated member's hands. I was going to go back the second I was done but I got word that some late entries were coming in and I figured that we could tackle it together!!! Besides, them having the opportunity to meet their captain on Day one would be quite the welcome." She noted while trying to hold in a smile.

3rd Seat Takahashi Kaede

Kaede was out delivering some papers for a different division. As soon as she handed them, she gave a quick smile and left, brisking walking back to the 9th Division. She sat down on the ground for a few minutes and sighed. It's hard with most of the captains and lieutenants going off on missions. Now she was stuck here, having to deal with all the training and stuff. And the printing, gosh. The other seated members were helping, thankfully, so she didn't have to deal with everything. Though it was nice to feel like the boss as she was temporarily in charge of the squad until the captain and Lieutenant Kimashi comes back.

After a moment's rest, someone called her out, yelling for her to go back in. "Oh dear," she sighed. She wished she could go with them on the mission. It's been a while since she had been assigned one. But at the same time, she didn't want to. They haven't even left Sereitei yet, but there's already a thick stack of paperwork waiting for them on their desks. She could only imagine how much it would pile up if they were absent for a few days. Disastrous. Kaede and the rest of them would probably help a little with those that didn't need the captain's signature or where needed soon, but it's the end of the school year in the Shinou Academy, and they'd have to get the newly grads accustomed in the division and start training them. And her yearly tradition too. She was finished with some of them, probably about half of them from the number of names she saw on the list. Oh so many things to do, she wouldn't be able to squeeze in some training for herself.

She broke out of her counting when someone called her again. "I'll be there in a moment," she called back. She shunpoed inside and stopped just right beside her fellow 5th Seat and facing him. The room silenced almost immediately. Glancing at the corner of her eye, she could see some trainees jump at her sudden appearance, which made her slightly smirk. She looked back at him."So what's in it for today?" He answered her. "It's zanjutsu." She faced the trainees and saw their asauchi out. "Oh, I see. Continue now," she waved her hand. "Paperwork and the newspaper," he said to her. She quickly understood and left.

Captain Imsar stopped in front of his lieutenant and clasped his hands behind his back as she spoke to him. Apparently there were problems with the training techniques, but too big of an issue; there was always a rookie having issue with some portion of the teachings. What would've been more worrying was if there wasn't any problem and everyone was mastering everything at impressive rate. Now that would have been cause for alarm, and he would've shunpoed right over to investigate. However, he was detecting that there was something going on Ryuga wasn't telling him. It was hard to explain why, but something in her face was causing red flags to appear behind his eyes.

"I see." He said, rubbing his chin. There was a little bit of stubble. When was his last shave? "You're probably right, Ryuga." He nodded at her. "I think an appearance on my part would do well. Sometimes it can be hard to work for someone you never seen." He nodded his head in the direction of the division ten headquarters. "Come on." He started walking at a casual pace. "It's been too long since I've taken a stroll through...." The captain paused. "Actually, it's been awhile since I"ve taken a stroll of any kind. Isn't that silly? We're here to give our lives protecting this place at a moment's notice and I haven't taken any time to just take the place in. A nice walk should remedy that, right?"

Without waiting for a response he started walking in the direction of the hq. "So tell me, Rygua, how are things going with you? Are you getting on okay? The position doesn't seem too much does it? There's always help around if you need it." He smiled reassuringly. "There's so many people I occasionally see lounging around so if something you need help with turns up I'd consider it a personal favor if you let me know so there won't be so many of our squad standing around looking bored."

Unlike most other Lieutenants, Rei's appearance onto the scene seemed to have cause discomfort to the others. She paid no mind to this, it wasn't her fault, she was only being herself and she hadn't even started insulting anyone yet! Unlike the so called Eel-san's Lieutenant. He coughed up a sarky remark to which Rei shot him a slight grimace while showing him her left hand's middle finger. "Keep your luck. You need it much more than me since you must be a pretty shitty Lieutenant if I'm going and not you, Asshole" His outward annoyance was almost funny enough to make her laugh, but she wasn't that rude. Actually, that was a lie, her Captain's hand struck the back of her head before she could even begin bellowing out her amusement.

She stayed silent as she rubbed the back of her head and looked at her Captain, confused. "Fucking Fine Then! It's just a pointless formality! Who gives a shit about who bows to who when there are enemies to take on. But if it's so important to you, fine." Turning while stiffening like a plank of wood, Rei rigidly bowed deeply to the Ninth Captain. 'Punish me for manners when his Lieutenant insults me for no reason. Hypocrisy, you gotta love it' Some things were better kept in her mind, and this was one of those many things. She didn't care for pleasing the other Captain and his Lieutenant, but she did care about upsetting her Captain, however she'd never admit that.

Raising, Rei crossed her arms in a closed off manner as she stood back while her Captain finally moved the mission into action. She listened and took heed of his words. 'Hakudo?' Rei probably should of paid attention in class when learning about the Captain's of the Gotei Thirteen, but she wasn't interested enough to do so. However, this new information peaked her interest. Loosening her arms, Rei followed behind silently with a raised eyebrow, intrigued with her Captain's words. They traveled into the Senkaimon her Captain opened and stepped into the Dangai. Unlike her Captain's, Rei's reiatsu platform was much smaller and very rough around the edges. It was enough for her to stand on, but she couldn't help but look in awe as the Kenpachi stood tall on his concrete power.

She stood back as per her Captain's orders without giving him any more than a nod in response. Got into a fighting stance, she focused on her balancing points and tried to keep herself steady while watching the two Captains got to work. 'They're going to break through the Dangai? That'll be cool to watch'

Listening to his lieutenant, Unagi nodded with a smile. "You are certainly welcome to all the alcohol in my personal stores. If you're the acting captain, you get the perks. That's only fair, isn't it? Oh, and make certain that tonight's article is printed on time, please."

He was about to comment on Kenshin's statement of the newer generation's lack of manners, but almost as if fate stepped in, lieutenant Kimashi and 3rd seat Suisho decided to goad one another on. Thankfully Kenshin was right on top of disciplining his soldier, so he got right on top of doing the same. "Now now first mate, it's rude to needlessly antagonize our comrades in arms, isn't it? You're more than welcome to express yourself to me in any manner you like, but I'd rather you not piss off the other divisions, yeah?"

Then he turned to Reiki and spoke to her, "He is staying behind because this is not official Gotei business, but of a personal nature to Ken-san. My lieutenant has no ties to Ken-san, but he is my oldest and dearest friend." The captain's eyes narrowed upon the third seat as small waves of his legendary reiatsu escaped in the form of small tentacles barely an inch out from his eyes. "And I am trusting him to police and protect all of Seireitei. That's a marvelous responsibility, wouldn't you agree?"

Without waiting for her response, Unagi turned instead to follow Kenshin. The Kenpachi opened up a senkaimon and explained that they would actually be traveling someplace not of Soul Society or the human world, but completely different. What's more, to do so they would be blowing a hole in the Dangai itself. Unagi wasn't sure what to think of that at first. He was one of the oldest active captains, yet he hadn't heard of such a thing. Then his natural urge to explore kicked in and he tossed rational thinking out the window in favor of pure excitement. Naturally I am still the best hakuda user in all of Soul Society," he replied, stepping through the senkaimon.

Whereas Rei's reiatsu platform was small and rough, and Kenshin's was solid but inexessive, the platform that formed for Unagi was both solid, and giant. It spread out several meters, and at first threatened the platforms his comrades had created, but it melded with them to form one single large surface for them all to stand upon.

Unagi took a stance, brushing his nose with a thumb and running a hand along his eyepatch, then readied himself. He held his hands outward with open palms. Once his friend gave the word, Unagi thrust forward with tremendous force, sending pure shockwaves of energy outward from his open palms as they collided with the wall.

Nero Kimashi 9th Squad Lieutenant

Nero smiled inwardly at the 3rd Seats reaction. It seemed that he had striked a cord within the girl. She was a fiery one, although she didn't seem to think before she attacked, something that Nero had seen many times before transfer into battle. As a 3rd seat, she still seemed to have a lot to learn, that fiery attitude would have to toned down a bit, although it seemed to be a big part of her persona. Eh, she would learn eventually.

"Oi oi, your a vocal one aren't you? Nero said chuckling at her colorful vocabulary, although he was no better. Before he could push her any farther, Captain Unagi cut him off and explained to the 3rd Seat the reasons for why Nero was staying. It was an entertaining sight, so much so that Nero struggled to keep his face placid.

Nero watched the Kenpachi open the senkaimon, bowing once more. "Aye, I understand Captain, enjoy you trip." he said simply before walking back slowly to make way for the opening of the senkaimon. It was a rare sight for Nero, a senkaimon. Being a protector of the Seireitei, there wasn't much reason for him to leave it. Nero sighed inwardly, he had a job to do. With the responsibility of policing the Seireitei weighing lightly on his shoulders, Nero smiled once again to his Captain and the Kenpachi, winking and the 3rd Seat before the senkaimon closed before of him.

"All the alcohol I could drink, bad idea Captain." Nero said grinning as he made his way back to the barracks, eager to impose is newfound authority and get a head start on his drinking.

Stepping through the senkaimon, Kenshin observed the platform his third seat made. Rough, but solid enough to stand on. He also caught the upset expression his third seat had on her. Sighing inwardly, he would need to have a talk about what is really bothering her with his third seat after they return from this mission. After all, he cares about all of his squad members deeply and can definitely say that Reiki has leadership potential if given the proper guidance... Looking back at the task at hand, the rough reiatsu platform his third seat created simply means that she needs more practice in reiatsu control and refinement. He can give her some separate lessons later. In any case, he chuckled when his fellow captain made his reiatsu platform. "Eel-san, ya know, you don't need to show off here..." He continued to chuckle softly.

Soon, the soft laughter stopped. Purple reiatsu was crackling up his forearm. He extended out his reiatsu platform and reached over to pull Rei onto it. He was not going to let her be a burden for the other captain, regardless of whether she would be or not. He made sure his third seat was a safe distance between himself and the other captain. Who know how big of a ripple they were going to cause by hitting the walls of Dangai with hakuda. Between the two of them, they had possibly the most potent combination of reiatsu in the Gotei 13. Physical strength was also out of the question, as there isn't very many that can claim they can best these two in feats of pure strength. Combining those factors, adding in the refined control and technique of captain-level hakuda usage, it is not hard to believe that they can break through Dangai. In fact, they need to, in order for this mission to get anywhere.

As soon as his question was answered, he noticed that his fellow captain has begun the assault on the walls. At the points of their impact, the liquid walls seems to solidify and crack. Seizing this opportunity, he extended his reiatsu platform and pulled his third seat onto it. "Now, Rei, stay away from the walls. If they pull you in, neither of us can save you..." He was determined to not have his third seat be a burden to the other captain on his mission, whether she would be one or not. His breathing slowed and steadied. Squatting into a martial arts position, his signature purple reiatsu crackled and jumped, coating his arm. This was his version of Shunko. In truth, since his kido mastery was so bad, there was no way he could ever master the true Shunko, even if he is masterful with hakuda. Thus, he had to devise a way to add even more destructive power behind his hakuda. Through his monstrous reiatsu and incredible physical strength, he figured if he coated his arms and legs with his own reiatsu, he can amplify the force behind his punches and kicks. He was right, and thus he had his own version of Shunko that anyone can learn...

With a sharp exhale, he exclaimed "Sokotsu!" and struck both of his reiatsu covered fists into one of the cracks that had formed when the other captain had struck the wall. The crack widened but the wall did not break. With a savage roar, he began a barrage of the single-fist variant of Sokotsu, otherwise known as Ikkotsu. To those watching, if there was anyone doing so, he would look like a raging beast, sparks of purple reiatsu flying from his back and dissipating into the air...

Moments after the barrage, the two captains had literally created an opening into the walls of Dangai. "Now, we need to step through. The wall should, theoretically, repair itself. We would have to break it again from the other side to come back out, I think..." He was not tired, but the hundreds of Ikkotsu he had released into the wall was taxing nonetheless. "We need to be on our guards here on out. I don't know what we will run into..." His reiatsu platform had extended into the abyss that lays before them...

Xie now slid in next to the captain her arm now reaching over to grab a hold of a part of him to help her. "Sorry if I'm being a bit difficult but this isn't always the easiest predicaments to deal with if you hadn't guessed." She now sighed and turned her fac so she could see him the black cloth around her eyes and covered by a layer of hair as she rested her hand back onto the hilt of her blade. "What do you think you help a girl out and lead her back to her side of the city, not that I don't know my way back I just find it less tiresome when I have a set of eyes to look out for me. The other way would get rather messy and overall just is uncomfortable for me." As her hand was held ever so gently she began to realize just what type of captain he was as he treated her like a delicate flower now causing her to faint blush something she couldn't control or realize was apparent on her face as she now began strolling forward again through soul society. "Come now I don't have all day and I still haven't talked to my captain or lieutenant in a while." She stopped hearing his tone wondering if he was the type of man who would always smile, her own face was displayed a disgruntled expression as she now slid her hand of and placed it right across his face feeling it.

"I don't mean any disrespect by these actions but I hate not knowing the face of the person I'm talking with," She stated firmly her palm now against it as she felt his entire face. First the ears, hair, forehead, and lips. "You are a stranger fellow aren't you," she stated after planting her hand back against her side. "And yes I have been, although I must admit my skills are not rivaling those of the captains or seconds even in most squads. I'm afraid I still have much to learn."

Juki had spent the majority of his day down in the lab working on things and so he decided it'd be about that time to call it a day and go outside. Juki made his way out of the lab and through the halls of the SRDI until he found himself outside, Juki took in a deep breath which really seemed like a novelty, yet some things didn't change...it was good to appreciate the simpler things in life such as a simple breath of air which was something that he really no longer needed. Juki then continued to walk till he was at the gates of the SRDI, exiting said gates before looking back over his right shoulder at the SRDI as he then muttered something to himself "I really need to do something about the look of this place...it looks so cold"

Juki then turned his head forward as he continued to walk on, making his way to somewhere quiet where he could relax. After a few minutes Juki arrived at a large grassy area, a few tree's were scattered about here and there along with a large pond...Juki enjoyed this place...it remained calm and quiet for the most part and it was here he could enjoy nature which seemed so welcoming of him. Juki raised his left arm to about neck height as he then extended his index finger and within seconds a small bird landed on his finger...it was the small moments like this that he lived for...

Albeit her annoyance at being proven wrong when she wasn't even trying to be correct, it was probably best that Rei quietened herself. Captain Unagi had made his point, maybe his Lieutenant wasn't actually shit at his job. Rei didn't personally feel that he was, she was just often very quick to react to insults without thinking, it was in her nature. She probably would of added another spiteful remark to the conversation after the Lieutenant spoke again in any other situation, however she didn't need another smack from her Captain, thus she didn't. He can get pretty stern when he was pissed of, which tends to equal harder smacks and punishments. As she followed the Captains, the ninth Lieutenant winked at her seemingly in a playful way, but Rei only narrowed her eyes back at him. What was he playing at? Were they cool or not? She couldn't take these mixed messages so she just ignored them.

Whilst inside the Dangai, thankfully her Captain pulled Rei onto an extension of his own reiatsu platform to stand on. Now that she started to think about it, she wouldn't have stood a chance trying to keep steady if she had to stay on her own. She could feel the power beneath coat her feet as she stood on the platform. It was astronomical. Rei wasn't at all embarrassed by her own show of reiatsu despite how laughable it looked in comparison to both of the Captains. These two were incredible strong souls, it would be foolish to be embarrassed as most would be. Rei was much too astonished by the capacity reiatsu these two must have been holding, and she had hardly seen anything yet. The extension of her Captain's platform pulled her further away from the two beings, giving her much needed distance. As the two began, the display of sheer force from the two struck stars into Rei's eyes. She grounded her position, finding it easier to stabilise her form now that she didn't have to worry about her platform. She was well aware that she couldn't rely on anyone to save her if anything did go wrong before her Captain voiced the fact. This was the way she liked it as she was forced to take care of herself and use any means necessary to not fail since her Captain was counting on her. It gave her a chance to see what she was actually capable of in truly dangerous situations.

The wall suffered the impact of both powers colliding into it's surface. This caused it to crack, as expected, meaning that her Captain's plan was working. All it needed was another blow from the Ninth Captain then they could progress. 'Incredible' Rei idly thought as she fought against the aftershocks. Her hair fluttered aggressively as she increased her own reiatsu in order to withstand the force hitting her body.

Darkness of her long slumber was a peaceful one to say the least, then again it always was after a upgrade like the one she got recently. The activity of her body connecting and adapting the new hardware was always a process her personality and intelligence were not really needed. So she could fully relax within the bay that she was in, the small bed that also connected to her body for readings and the like. No one would have ever thought of such technology back in the days, even in her days this tech was only just becoming a thing within the lab, super secret stuff but now here she was laying on it and waiting for her reboot to be done... Wow, what a odd term she used for herself huh?

It was only when she heard a noise of someone leaving that she opened her eyes slightly, noticing that Juki was taking a stroll she decided to speed up the process a little. Opening her eyes fully she stepped off the bed and stretched, though her artificial body did not need to be stretched like that she just still had old habits! Dashing off towards the entrance to the lab she started to follow after her captain, wondering what he was doing today... maybe a super secret experiment, or a new weapon or... he could be playing with the birds... She would wait, wondering when the bird would leave or her captain would blink, but if too much time passed she would move onto the grass and start walking up. "So, quitting? Going all hippy on us? That is fine, just remember who to give captain rank too alright" She snickered and made her way closer.

Now that they are truly alone, Kenshin turned to the group and said "Welcome. To Hell. This is where our mission will take place if you haven't guessed it. Yes, this is strictly forbidden by the Gotei 13 and Central 46. However, it needs to be done. I don't know if you had heard but eons past, Hell was conquered by a mad man and placed under the control of Gotei 13. Since, the powers of hell has gotten stronger and more reckless. Their newest king has decided to raise a coup and attempt to strike out at the Soul Society. It is likely that the Captain Commander has received whispers of this transgression. However, regardless of that fact, we're here to put them back in their place. Oh, and welcome to your first mission, Rei. I do hope you enjoy yourself." He finished with a grin.

Looking out in front of them, they would see a vast expanse of space filled with white floating blocks. Upon those blocks, there seems to be small moving dots. "Those dots, those are Sinners, or Togabito. Rei, I think they taught you about them briefly in the Academy. Essentially, they are souls of beings so evil they could not be sent to Soul Society after their death and thus are sent here to atone for their sins. These, these sinners have given up hope and have simply accepted their fate. Over there, those large masses, those are the Kushanda. The keepers of Hell. They patrol and punish the sinners by eating them..." As soon as he turned to look at one of the Kushanada, it would seem like it caught their presence and turned towards their group. "Uh oh, they found us. Rei, this would be a good time to draw your sword...." He turned to look at the other captain, giving a small nod as he drew his own sword. "No one will be harmed by our reiatsu here Eel-San. This is truly a place for the Sword and Shield of Soul Society to let loose..." He said, a crazed smile on his face. His left hand, crackling with his reiatsu reached out and touched the right shoulder of his third seat. "I'll lend you some of my reiatsu, that way, our reiatsu won't hurt you. Beside, you'll be a little stronger, if not wilder, with it..."

As he increased his reiatsu output to about 65%, it would seem as if the presence of such pure and massive reiatsu had attracted the mass of Kushanada that is around. "There seems to be a few more of them coming towards us. Lets...give them Hell." He said, sword in his right hand and a blood-thristy grin on his face...

Takeshi had spent the majority of his day at his desk, leaning back in his chair with his feet up on the desk snoring and dreaming about who knows what...yet this would obviously go badly...leaning back in your chair was never a good idea, more so if you were sleeping and so the bad happened, Takeshi's had leaned to far back in his chair whilst he slept and all that was heard from his office was a large crash, followed by another...and then "AH! WHAT THE FUCK!?" The 10th seat had been outside Takeshi's office at the time and hearing the sounds from inside decided to investigate, they knocked on the door a few times before opening it and peeking inside "Lieut-uh...uhm...I-I got to go!" the 10th seat quickly closed the door and began running down the halls laughing...

Takeshi had fallen off his chair, hit the unsteady book shelf behind him and now was sat on the floor covered in books...now he had to deal with his next problem...Takeshi quickly got up from the ground and leaped over his desk as he landed on both feet, he then slammed his right foot into the door, sending it flying off. Takeshi then stepped out into the hall and looked both ways until he saw the 10th seat running and laughing...Takeshi's eye then narrowed "You're dead meat..." Takeshi then bolted down the hall after him, unsheathing his Zanpakuto as he ran around the corner to chase the 10th seat who had just looked over his shoulder and seen Takeshi coming "Oh shit! OH SHIT!!!" The 10th seat continued to run till he found himself outside in the courtyard with nowhere to go "...wh-whe-DAMMIT!" The 10th seat then turned to see Takeshi standing behind him, his eye fixed on the 10th seat

Takeshi then slashed his Zanpakuto at the 10th seat a few times before stepping back and reaching out with his left hand as a yellow glowing orb formed in the palm of his left hand, he then motioned his left hand to make a yellow triangle "Bakudo #30...Shitotsu Sansen..." three yellow triangles then fired at the 10th seat, pinning him against the wall. Takeshi then sheathed his Zanpakuto and chuckled as he began to walk away. Takeshi had cut the 10th seats clothes off and left him pinned to the wall in the courtyard that was now filling with other members from the Squad "Have fun getting outta that one!" Takeshi then left the courtyard and the barracks soon after that, now standing outside the barracks entrance as he stretched and yawned before speaking to himself "Now what do I do?..."

Juki continued to look at the bird that then flew off when Kyoshi had arrived, Juki listened as she spoke and smiled a little before giving his reply "Oh? Well...I couldn't possibly leave Squad 12, not yet...there is so much more I have to do! Besides do you really think you can handle being Captain? it's stressful you know!" anyone that knew Juki well could tell he was lying...the job wasn't stressful for him and likely wouldn't be for the next person to take over as everything was kept well in order.

Juki then turned to look at Kyoshi then narrowed his eyes slightly as he raised his left forearm up, pulling his sleeve back to look at his watch...that he didn't have on...did he ever have a watch? he still rolled with it though "According to my watch you had a bit longer..did you speed things up again? You know that can be damaging right?" Juki may have seemed angry but in truth he wasn't...he just liked to be cautious and as far as things had gone she'd never damaged herself by speeding things up a bit, yet he had to take into account the possibility...

Mirja was bored. She was sure she was going somewhere, but couldn't remember where for the life in her. So instead she meandered, until being around one of the barracks, she wasn't entirely sure which one, but that was besides the point. It was one of the barracks. And from it, came exclamations of surprise, and then soemone laughing and running down the hall. Always one to enjoy a laugh when it was around, she peered over the wall to see the man, now panicked and scared, running from someone else into the courtyard, where he got pinned to the wall and declothed.

Watching him for a few seconds, Mirja's attention then turned to the man who did the pinning, and well, she was probably still undetected, since she had no Spiritual output, and - mostly because of her Shikai, and mostly for the laughs - she had worked on reducing her physical presence considerably. And so, looking in this situation, there was only one thing to do. But then she looked again and saw there was two things to do, as he muttered to himself about something to do.
"Could always let the guy go from the wall, or get strangled with your own spinal cord" She put in. It had the base outline of a threat, but was posed in a tone that made it sound like a suggestion that could be ignored if one desired.

"There is no need to apologise Xie, you have every right to act as you feel necessary. I understand greatly and I don't mind guiding you back, it'd be an honor to lead you" Youta smiled once more, seeming delighted to be asked for a helping hand. As Captain of Squad Four, he lived and breathed to help others so being asked was a blessing, one of many. "I hope I am able to make the journey much more pleasant for you than usual" Youta couldn't help but chuckle as Xie hurried him along. He didn't find any disrespect in the notion; she clearly needed to speak with her Captain and the Lieutenant at once. Doing as she asked, Youta quickened his pace as he guided the Shinigami through the pathways of the Seireitei. He spared a glance at her, hoping to tell by her facial expression if she was Ok with the current speed of pace. It was then that he noticed a faint pink colour dotted along her pale cheeks, however he chose not to say anything about it. Her face then turned into a disgruntled one, which caught Youta's attention and caused him to slow down.

Just as he was about to ask her what was wrong, a delicate hand was placed onto his face; feeling it. He stood still, vaguely having an idea as to why she was touching his face but kept quiet in order to wait and hear her explanation. He didn't have to wait long, thankfully. Smiling, he hummed a chuckle as she spoke her reason and closed his eyes to allow her to explore the depths of his face and hair. She must of been in such a difficult position; without her eyesight she wouldn't know who she was talking to or tell if they had any ulterior motives when they spoke to her. The Captain inwardly empathised with he Shinigami. The least he could do was to allow her to envision what he looked like, he wanted her to feel comfortable when speaking to him, naturally. Once the prodding was finished, Youta stood straight before resuming guiding Xie towards the Squad Two barracks. "You think so? I hope you don't mean that in a negative way hmhm" Humming a chuckle once more, Youta couldn't stop his amused smile at the comment. "Ahh, don't you worry about that. There is time to learn and many powerful people around that you can ask for guidance from. I'd also be willing to help aid your path, if need be" Just as Youta had finished speaking, they arrived at the Squad Two barracks.

"I believe we have reached your destination, it was a pleasure meeting you and speaking with you Xie. I wish you well" Offering a larger smile, despite knowing the woman wouldn't of been able to see it, Youta gently placed Xie's left hand on the gate of the barracks before softly pushing it open a little, hoping that Xie knew the path from this point into the barracks. "If you need any further help, don't hesitate to contact me"
