@LokiLeo789 I can only imagine it'll help that Zepp's probably going to figure out who the Red Hoods are and immediately try to fight them in short order. An alliance of convenience would be a good option to go with at that stage.

If nothing else, Zepp's going to gamble on the idea that Xerxes (or, rather, Rayne, but Zepp wouldn't know that, eh?) learned about the importance of legitimate alliances during his month in the Muron. Zepp's skill/powerset makes him pretty dangerous against groups.

Presently unsure of whether I should wait for the whole of the Xerxes/Rayne-Red Hoods Provisional Alliance to mount their attacks, or frum up a post before they could get the chance.
