I have some experiance writing long stories. One of them was a small hit on fanfiction net but I quit for I did not enjoy writing it aymore ( it was a romance story and my heart got broken kinda really bad around the time I wrote it so yeah.......)

All I know is that GoT but with supernatural creatures and a modern setting sounds like a good basis to me.

Or something like that. Fun fact, Sir Bedivere is actually in Monty Python and Holy Grail, he's the knight that has the feathered helmet visor and often lifts it up, he's also the one with the blue and an tree.

I would think after, writing combat is... difficult. Especially to make it entertaining to a reader. But we can steal some of the plot from this RP here and set it up so the conflict is trying to prevent a second Nightwars?

@Kurai Assassin I don't think that's actually necessary though. Besides, Wraith gives all credit to Shikaru, and I haven't seen them around in ages.

I've started watching Trueblood while on vacation. I'm into the second season now. I just realized it is almost exactly the same world as blood compact. The sun guys, are the purge.
