@Flamelord
I sense that we may be misunderstanding one another. Nobody's blaming you, we're merely attempting to work around what appears to be a problem. Your actions were acceptable, although the ability to insta-tp-nuke anyone makes me question whether the Goa'Uld are balanced, as this would effectively allow them to defeat any opponent instantly. But this can be discussed later.

I will make a post ensuring the plot continues.

@thewizardguy
Name: Threek the Stubborn
Appearance:
Personality: Stubborn, willful, and, much to the shock of other skaven, honorable.
Abilities
Skitter Leap: Threek can teleport up to nearly 120 feet away within vision, over and over again, letting him avoid harm, but over use causes exhaustion. Over ten uses in an 30 seconds tires him extremely. and 15 uses within 45 seconds causes him to collapse from exhaustion, nearly killing him.

Choke: With a wave of his staff, Threek fills the lungs of a target that must breath, with lethal gasses. While casting this, he must maintain the spell, meaning that if one were to attack him, he'd either have to endure the attack, or drop the spell. After 30 seconds, the gasses would kill the creature, almost regardless of physical capability, save for some exceptions, such as poison immunity, or a lack of needing to breath.

Scorch: With a snap of his fingers, Threek can unleash a ball of flame, not an explosion, onto a targeted location within eye sight. This fire will latch onto almost any material not magic resistant, and burn it to a crisp. Water does nullify this flame, as does stop drop and roll, or exceptional will power. None living matter that is normally resistant to fire will only heat up, possibly melting, depending on the material. The heat would reduce the average car to a molten pile of slag. He can cast several Scorch bubbles at once, to devastate a large area with fire. Threek is immune to his own Scorch flames.

Blast: A version of Scorch that is an explosion. The fire still sticks, but it explodes with the force of a rocket, able to scrap most tanks. Threek can only cast one of these at a time, and with a ten second cool down on the ability, and is not immune to this spell, as he is scorch.

Thirteenth Spell: The darkest power of the Grey Seers, the Thirteenth spell is a spell able to smite down scores of foes, by transforming them into skaven. Skaven are weaker than most other races, but far more agile, and able to squeal though tight places, like rats. Skaven can also climb up walls, using their claws if unburdened. Transformation can be undone with magic, or science. For beings that normally are part of a hive mind, or would lack a diving force of a will, they will be subservient to the grey seer, as if they were the hive mind. Only effects average humanoids, and monstrous creatures. Casting this spell forces him to hold still, and create a large energy bubble around him, making it obvious what he intends to do, cast a huge spell. This spell's effects does stop racial or genetic powers, if the foe affected is transformed. He can transform almost one hundred things at once, but can only cast the spell once every hour.

Note: Threek's powers come from a version of the warp, so he'd be akin to a Psyker. Just an fyi for people.

I'm no old fart...: Threek is exceptionally physically capable..for a skaven. He was able to get into close combat with humans, and handle them with some ease, his strength, and exceptional agility giving him an advantage against most foes, as his appearance would hint naught to his strength. He appears to be slightly hunch back, and feeble physically, until he takes off his shirt, to reveal his powerful physical build. Think a King Boomy situation.

Equipment
A wooden staff, used for combat. Can also be used to grapple, with the wooden shape affixed to the end.

Small combat saber, made from steel.

A dead cat, for a magic catalyst.

A steel helmet, as seen in his picture.

A bottle of Mushroom Brew, which he has developed the ability to drink due to sheer force of will, and due to drinking a lot, and I mean, a lot, of booze. Most people would be put under by the potency of this brew, but it only intoxicates Threek moderately.

Storm Banner: A magical Banner that magically bends projectiles away from him, given time, and it roots any creature able to fly, to the ground if they get with in eyesight. This effects vehicles. Breaking eye contact breaks this effect. Strong projectiles, or energy attacks, are not deflected.

Origin: Warhammer Fantasy.

Theme Song: Stand Alone: GodSmack.

He'll wait 7 days, and then spend 7 days murdering the planet. Hence the 'seven days and then seven days again' thing.

Define the 'rooting' ability, and how it functions. Does it affect hovering creatures, or hovercraft? Does it affect spacecraft in space? Are there limits to what creatures/vehicles can be forced to land?

@thewizardguy
It applies to most aircraft, and hover craft, but large enough things, such as space stations would be able to resist the rooting, along with larger space ships. Think bigger than a large building, bout 9 stories high. Bigger than that, can resist. Smaller, probs not.

Floating Cylinder City Sized Fortress Stats

Size: Giant City

Special properties: Can Fly and is propelled by magic

The only way in or out of the fortress and it's various chambers is through teleportation

Outer Defenses: Flamethrowers, arc throwers, machine gun nests, AA guns, artillery, cannons, archers, ect.

The cylinder will be covered from top to bottom with sharp spikes and electric fencing. There would be openings and battlements for the above defenses. At the top of the Cylinder will contain magic pots that pour hot tar down the fortress, making it harder to climb and cling to surfaces. The pots take up more space on the inside than they appear, storing enough tar to cover the entire fortress and replenish in a manner of hours. There would also be gems studded in between the spikes, which would be enchanted to function similarly to cameras, and can see through the tar.

Inner Defenses: Poison Gas trap rooms, Fire trap rooms, Liquid Nitrogen trap rooms, Swinging Sword trap rooms, Soul Trap rooms, Pit Spike trap rooms, Crushing Wall trap rooms, Hot Tar trap rooms, Sonic trap rooms, Flesh to Stone trap rooms, Arrow Slit and Murder hole trap rooms, etc.

The majority of the cylinder is solid and has every square inch covered in protection runes that prevent incorporeal creatures from passing through the walls and adding extra protection to the walls, made out of Titanium reinforced with the souls of the damned, added with a thin layering of lead to deter some forms of magic scrying and mundane sensors. Inside are various large rooms garrisoned by entire legions of Levaloch (Warmonger) Devils, one of the most literally mechanical of all devils. Circling around these rooms is a huge labyrinth complex, filled to the brim with dead ends and death traps. The labyrinth does not actually lead anywhere, meant to confuse and take as many enemies as possible before breaching the main garrisons. Includes various garrison rooms, armories, libraries, cathedrals, vehicle and aircraft hangar bays, and a central warp pad located just above the core that is the primarily teleporter used as both an entrance and exit for entire legions of devils.

Just beneath the primary warp pad lies the core, a giant room made out of micro sharpened Adamantium, enchanted with runes that prevent teleportation in or out of the room. The only way to get there is through a heavily guarded bridge, with archers and cannons from all directions firing onto it. The room itself has only one way in or out, a giant gate made from Adamantium. Inside the room is the power generator of the whole fortress, made up of millions of tortured souls. The room itself is cursed with an Anti-Life Shell spell, which repels any organic life forms from entering. Should they be able to get through the first barrier of force, their flesh will immediately start disintegrating. Inside is also a terminal used to control the power input. Should Horatio decide it is necessary, the terminal can be used to activate a 5 minute timed self destruct sequence.

I'll allow it, but take into account that your 'grounding' power may not always work. You haven't really explained how it works (telekinetically forces things to the ground, mind controls pilots, directly controls engines), so people may make their own assumptions.

@Wraithblade6
How'd my monster go from 10m to 100m in the space of one post? At this rate, in a couple posts, it'll be eating countries ^_^

...I did forget that didn't I? Well, it causes intense winds able to rip apart most aircraft, if exposed to it for to long. As I said, either forces them to land, or will cause them to crash. I'l ladd this to his cs.
