I never wanted to leave school :/!

But again, my school was smallllll and I had been there for all my 14 years of education (pre school and school)
So xD the change of scenery gave me a shock.

More of the fact I'm not allowed to dye my hair
I want to dye the bottom half of my hair purple but if I do it'll be an instant detention alongside detention every lunch break until I dye it a natural colour and all my hair's that colour (so you can't have ginger hair with black tips for example)
Same goes for wearing the wrong jacket. Detention
And for wearing grey bottoms that aren't the school shorts which, honestly, make me feel uncomfortable and exposed.

All while they do nothing about the abundance of kids skipping class and leaving school grounds without permission

Sounds exactly like my school when I was in high school. We weren't even allowed to wear nail polish and there were guidelines to what sort of hair style we can wear.

@SouffleGirl123 That's exactly the reason I begged mom to put me back in public school.

I was in a charter school for most of middle school and I could do NOTHING.

The skirts there were HORRIBLE.

And khakis, all day, everyday. NO MERCH. I COULDN'T WEAR MERCH!

Well we get scolded for wearing skinny jeans xD because they were beige for the last year and let me tell you-- all of us girls looked pretty much naked with the skinny jeans and the color.

When it was a black-blue color, most of the time we would go unnoticed but when they do notice-- Some comments about butts and legs is definitely made xD

As I said.. Small school.. Everyone was basically our moms xD

Nail polish was also not allowed.

We could wear our hair down if we don't have bangs, long hair, or crazy puffy hair. If we have any of these, we would have to have the sides held back with something.

If we aren't the teachers' favorites, anything less than a ponytail was a no-no.

Black shoes.

If the tshirt wasn't a certain length, there would definitely be some comments.

And yup xD pretty much same.

Thought I deserved the pampering.
Any lower classmen would be ordered to go back to natural hair color especially if it's a crazy color.

@Neno 1445 We have a full on uniform. The thing that really annoys me, as well as the hair dye thing, is they have all these strict rules about this stuff and they force us to wear tiny shorts. Like exposingly tiny. It's the only time I wear short shorts and only because I'm content with the 'never having a detention' thing

Dye your hair 1/3 neon pink, 1/3 neon yellow and 1/3 neon green. Lol. But well, you've graduated so it doesn't really matter. But they'll look at you like you're a crazy girl in the university. XD

Well for us because we are culturally and traditionally not to lean toward anything "exposing" (Of course outside school it's something else.. Eff you westernization.)

So anything more covered and stuff than standard is encouraged in school.

So I can't say much about that. But I can say that it's outrageous, uncomfortable, and a little unethical. I think there should be options.
