D Dorms - D12. || Being guided around. || Slightly annoyed.
We really need to get that lock fixed right away... Anise thought when Dusty managed to break into their room, what the hell was the point of a key if anyone could just force their through anyway? Well if she was right about Jarvan, he had some blacksmithing experience under his belt so maybe he can figure out how to fix their lock, or forge a new one altogether. She'll have to ask him later, but maybe this was just hopeful thinking, locks had to be fairly complex needing specialized knowledge. Now the room itself wasn't in much better condition, yet she wasn't disappointed at all since she's already accepted the fact that the Spire couldn't give a rat's ass about D-Dorms. Idly Anise had to wonder what happened to the third locker, they'll need to replace that, also maybe figure out their lighting situation, and maybe new mattresses wouldn't hurt either. That said she very well knew all that would take gold, and if there's something she didn't have that would be gold. She'll have to save up overtime, and hey maybe the next generation of students after them can have a slightly nicer room.
When Eggs, who's nickname still perplexed Anise, slapped her back it wasn't the act itself that got to her rather it was how the boy awkwardly assumed he insulted her somehow. She didn't respond much to it, but inwardly she was a tad ticked off. The rest of the explanation of how the dorms worked was straight forward, although again she was annoyed when Dusty for some reason thought saying "piss" around her was taboo. In his case he was simply being polite which was all and good, still it didn't fail to rub Anise the wrong way.
Anise nodded to Jarven. "Yes, if there's anything else we need to know then please tell us, otherwise I am confident that I can find my way around as is."
