@Lugubrious I know there is a bit going on, and we can skip this, but should Ash have a proper conversation with Sanders about joining? She also has to come clean about her past sooner or later >.>
That can take place during the trip back as well. Stand by for my next post.
I sort of want to make another character, but I can't decide between these two:
A bandit loner sarcastic boy, (sort of a shitty personality, really playful though) an electricity user who uses coins to amplify his powers and his spells depend upon the coins. He'd join a guild eventually (dark or light? Who knows.) but for the start he'd just steal stuff he wants.
-or-
A cutesy vigilante girl, often mistaken as weak because of her sweet appearance and bubbly personality, but in battle is a total nutjob. She'd be based upon a gamer, so her spells would come from arcade games or old gameboy games.
@LugubriousFinished up my re-write, Like it a lot better, and shouldn't change up too much stuff. If you still wanted to mention all the stuff about Argus' body, then feel free to do so. Probably should've just told you about it in the OOC in the first place, really bloated the post.
@CherrywitchBoth seem fine to me, though fun could be had with the second, though ability wise, what do you mean? What you state doesn't really give an idea of what she could do.
@raijinslayer That's because I haven't thought it out completely. XD I was thinking that she was obsessed with older video games and is always playing them, so her spells mimic the games. (Ex. Spawning the ghosts from PAC-man as minions, or summoning a wall of bricks like in Tetris. She'd do it all from a gameboy and without it she can't cast any spells.) I was sort of iffy with the second character, honestly, because I wasn't sure if video games are even a thing in Fiore or if any of that would fit into that environment.
@CherrywitchYeah, the way you put it would defintely be a harder sell, but the abilities could certainly be had. I thought you were thinking something more along the lines of her having zVideogame powers only, not having the culture it came from. In that case, i guess the first would be easier to implement.
@hatakekuroI just realized that if Zev ever finds out about Ezekiels abilities and he isn't in a guild yet, he'd probably try to recruit. He can get a bunch of information about anything in the world just by looking at it, and if he binds himself to it, then it's near impossible to hide anything from him.

@hatakekuroDepends on what you mean by being of use. If you mean in a fight, then sorta-kinda-don't-be-surprised-if-he-gets-wrecked. He's never really been in a real fight, so his skills are sub-par, and due to the fact that most of his abilities have to include touching, it'll be a while before he can get really creative without having to take a hit.
In support and info-gathering, he's got some tricks that cna certainly help. Not quite sure really, since it's a broad ability with a lot of neat applications.

I don't know if I have to get it approved again or not, so...
"Heads I win, tails you lose!"
Name: Eli Longuefellow "The Lightning Serpent" Age: 19 Birthday: February 18 Magic: Electricity. Uses specialized coins to manipulate the power into specific spells. Coins, after being used, take two hours to recharge and be able to be used again.
Single Shot— Uses one coin. Sends a burst of electricity in a straight line at opponent. Can be used without coins, but effectiveness is halved.
Charged Shot— Uses one coin. Similar to single shot, but uses more energy. Attack is increased two-fold, but always requires coins. Takes a longer time to charge up the attack than Single Shot.
Multi-Shot— Uses three to five coins. Can send out a burst if electricity in a straight line from the direction one of the coins is aimed in.
Barrier— Uses two coins. Sets a coin from one end to another and a field of electricity spans between them.
Circle Formation— Uses eight coins. Creates a circle around target(s) and electrifies everyone inside the circle.
Lightning Serpent— Signature move. Uses all coins in his possession to form a sentient string of electrical currents that he controls. If even one of the coins is damaged, he will become severely hurt and the serpent with burst into little flickers of electricity. Until a coin is destroyed, the serpent will attack anyone or thing deemed an enemy, and will do it's very best to protect its coins by sending out counterattacks at any incoming spells.
Last Resort— Just as it sounds. When all coins are gone, Eli can burst into electricity. He can use this either to increase his speed and escape in a bolt of lightning, or use this electricity to attack the perimeter around him. After the spell is cast, he becomes completely weak because he has used the last of his magic, and will collapse on the floor with little sparks of electrical currents still going through him. He will be unable to move for at least half a day.
Magic Level: Without his coins, Eli barely makes level C. But with them, he is firmly in Level B. History: Eli, like many other children, was a captive at the Tower of Heaven. But not because he was captured. His mother and father were unbelievably poor, and the tower promised them safety and a new world where they could survive, even thrive. So, they sold Eli to the tower in exchange for their new lives. As soon as he could when this redhead, Erza Scarlet, busted people out of the tower, Eli raced out. When he returned to his parents, they thought he was insane and had cursed them for leaving, and so they tried to shock him to make him sane. But the electricity didn't listen to the power switch anymore. Eli claims to have forgotten the rest of the story, but when going back, the small hut his family had lived in was electrically burnt to a crisp. Today, Eli spends his time stealing whatever he needs or wants, and hiding away from people, as no one can be trusted. Personality: Eli has severe trust issues. He is highly sarcastic and rude to everyone, as well as vain, self-absorbed, and playful, only caring for himself because "no one else is going to take care of me." Eli believes he is the only one who he can trust, and that everyone else is just a pain in his ass. Guild and guild mark location:None. He is a street rat. Thief. Team Members: "HA! That'll be the day!" Three Strengths: 1. One of the best thieves around! He can swipe most anything and not get caught. If he is noticed, he always gets away with it. 2. He is very agile, with high reflexes. 3. Eli is very good at talking his way out of things, due to this strange charm he has on people. Three Weaknesses: 1. Not physically strong. Any attacks on him hit hard, which is why he has to avoid them or block them with lightning. 2. Eli is easily intimidated. One scary look and he's pleading for his life. 3. Without his coins, Eli is essentially defenseless. The coins help him concentrate the erratic electricity he contains, to make precise attacks rather than just small little sparks all over the place. Greatest Love: "Why, stealing, of course~" Motivation: "Hey, I'm just trying to survive, here, like anyone else." Appearance:
Additional Details:
Always wears jacket and gloves if he can.
Oh dear.
I have a character image similar to that one for two characters (long story) that are already in.
Like so:
Edit: And...er sorry to poke holes in your CS, but the history section does not work at all.
Read the first OOC post, it will tell you one reason why.
The other problem is how he "attained" his power. Most mages are either born with the ability to use magic, use an artifact that has been enchanted with magic, or aquire it through intense training. Also, unfortunately in this world this trope does not apply.
Besides that I don't understand why they would uh...shock him because they thought him insane...after they essentially sold him into slavery.
