Exhausted and desperate, Trach continued to pour out the explosive bubbles. If he was to die, he wouldn't go alone. Before his next display of power, the young hero Sunshine attacked him with great ferocity. Trach raised his massive claw, delaying the intense flames. They roared around his body, the heat wearing down and melting Trachs claw and most essential weapon. He groaned in pain, dazed as he spewed out a stream of highly pressurized but normal bubbles at the boy.

Before having even a single thought, the air and pressure around his body increased immensely. Trach groaned in pain, cracks forming all across his body, a bright blue glue seeping out of each glow "I-impossible" In a blur, the heroes Flash Forward and the Violet Reaper were in attack mode. The combined attacks of the two heroes and final blow dealt by Violet Reaper shattered the chitinious shell around Trach. From it emerged a jelly-like Trach, watching as his last desperate attempt of destruction was thwarted by an assailant in the sky. The weak being moved its frail hand towards the blue gem sticking out of Trachs heart. Time would appear to stand still, it's slimy hands moving towards his and possibly their utter destruction. But by a random, bizarre and almost manga like series of events, a steel elevator slammed down onto Trach, shattering the gem and sending bits and pieces of his pink flesh flying across the street and raining down on the heroes. It was their strange but true sign of victory.

Hanzo sighed of relief, the sirens now ending in City S with its safety assured. With it a huge burden of stress was lifted from his shoulders. With the appearance of Dragon Knight in City K, things seemed to be going much better. Now, their eyes were on City T.

Savant

He could see the media vans nearby. They were getting the hero-battle on the midday news and were likely live streaming to the rest of the population. Savant had only taken notice after Dread Lock had joined them again, right before he leaped to the next building.

How did he do it..? He was remembering the sight of another hero with speed capabilities, he would jump from building to building after monsters to avoid traffic. Ah... Yes, with the right foot first… He landed on the left and sprinted forward with approximately a seventy-eight degree angle to his back… While using his ability, Savant had to mimic the motions as he remembered them. He could, of course, improvise but there was no guarantee of success if he did.

He landed on the next building as Guardian made a small crater in the street below them. The sound filled his ears but did not affect his thought process, he simply logged the action and continued, as fast as he could, toward the penguin. There was another there by the time he’d arrived. What happened next was a surprise. He hadn’t considered the small creature’s mass - it must’ve weighed several tonnes. That is to say that the alien must’ve been incredibly strong just to move. This would explain its speed while attacking that Savant had heard about earlier.

Savant stumbled and caught himself as the building and the surroundings began to rumble violently. Time seemed to slow. The Guardian… superior strength… not useful here… Ventus… no, too difficult… real powers always are… Steel Devil..? Lightning reflexes and her hand to hand prowess… yes… His thoughts raced as his body acted, absent of his mind. It leaped, lightly touching, several chunks of building that ultimately fell to the Earth below, in order to propel itself to a safe area. He struck an offensive martial arts pose as the ninja arrived and began attacking the penguin… Perhaps it’s a duck or something like that…

Savant decided to allow Guardian, behind him - but not by much, to attack first. It would be logical to allow the strongest present to have the first blow in order to maximize their effectiveness. He stayed put in Steel Devil's offensive pose, though he wouldn't stay for long - just a few milliseconds.

The alien looked down at the chain that had wrapped about him, tilting it's head in confusion. Where did it even come from? It wondered. And then electricity filled it's body, overpowering it with the most horrific agony that it had ever felt. The alien shrieked, the sound so high-pitched that it was near deafening, "BAD PLAY! BAD PLAY!" The alien squirmed about, trying to block each hero's attack, all the while screeching in pain with each landed hit.

DreadLock watched the two men launch themselves toward the direction of where the duck had been, and slowly started flittering after them, cautious as the creature had been eerily silent for a while.

She was thankful that the creature was out in the open, and two were already attacking the creature. DreadLock had to cover her ears, physically cringing at the sound. The woman approached the creature, cautiously keeping her distance. She formed as much hair as she could into 5 large tendril-lances, then launching them toward the creature. 3 of these hit the creature, rocketing through it's body and sending blue blood spraying everywhere. The remaining two simply stuck up in the ground, before DreadLock simply recoiled them back to herself.

The alien coiled up momentarily, before it stretched out and transformed into a much larger creature, but comedically enough with it's own face still retained it's duck-like qualities:

It's sudden transformation shattered the chain that was previously about it's waist. The creature launched itself from the building, landing at ground level, sending out an earth-shattering shockwave about 30ft around it. This decimated everything in the immediate area, sending every hero in that area flying.

The alien now stands in the middle of the crater that it had created, continuously shrieking "BAD PLAY! BAD PLAY!"

DreadLock watched the alien's transformation, a look of complete horror on her face. She was sure that they'd have had it by now. Even though she was floating about in the air, the shockwave sent her flying as well - at least this time she didn't land in the garbage.

DreadLock flitted her hair-wings hard, eventually steadying herself in the air. "Okay, what we need is a plan," she announced, "come to me, I have an idea!"

What if someone distracted it, while everybody else attacked in one large all-out attack? She would tell this plan to everybody who approached her.

Shindo looked relieved as the shell broke from all of their attacks and some jelly-like figure, who he assumed was the alien himself, emerged from it. He assumed it was done, until the jelly alien began reaching for the blue gem sticking out from its heart. Alarm bells started to ring just when they settled down. He positioned himself for another speedy attempt though he did not know if he would reach it in time. However, his eyes widened when an... elevator smashed into the alien before it could reach the crystal. The alien's guts splattered everywhere. By that time, Shindo placed himself where the guts did not fall as to not dirty his pants which he would still use later on for classes.

Speaking of which, he still had eight minutes before time. It was more than enough time for him to converse with the other heroes and then get back. Though he wasn't sure what the other heroes would actually say to an eighteen year old, B-Rank hero. However, he went out in the open once more. He would at least leave once they were sure that they wouldn't have to do anything else. And before the media would get there, they were always a hassle to handle considering they had so many questions. Also especially when you were restricted for time, which he was.

"I don't know about you guys, but I think we're done... right?" He asked with a shrug. As most heroes would know, the guy wasn't much for heroics beyond what is needed. So it was obvious that he wasn't going to any other cities to help. Then again, he did guess that the other heroes were already handling the other aliens. "I have classes in eight minutes too so..."

Erika's eyes widened as she heard what seems to be an animalistic roar come from above. And soon after, a dragon landed near the alien and started attacking it with an explosion of flames. It took Erika a moment to process that it was one of those S-Class heroes she always seemed to keep hearing from the news. While the others were impressive in their own regards thanks to their powers, this one took the cake for physical appearance. After all, it's pretty hard to forget a dragon.

Ayu raised her left arm as the heroes made their moves to attack in close range. She was sure that the two bursts of plasma energy balls would have hit the alien by the time the heroes moved in for the attack so no one, but the alien, would be harmed. Or at least, Erika assumed that was the case. She shivered at the thought that she, a mere vigilante who is only planning to take the hero exam later on, was trying to help face a Demon-level threat.

"Want me to charge in to help?" Razor's voice snapped her out of her thoughts as he placed her back down, now deeming it safer than before since a lot of others distracted the alien. He was balling his hands into fists and it was obvious that he was itching for a fight.

"I'd rather not have you charge in for now." Erika said, attempting to analyze what the most apt solution is. It was either Ayu continued to attack with her rifle or perhaps the anti-material cannon or have Razor get up close and personal. From what she was seeing, it was also quite dangerous for close-range since that dragon hero would only seem them as collateral damage. "Ayu, keep up the attack. Razor, wait for an opening."

"Roger." Ayu aimed her rifle once more. The other heroes were close to the alien but she managed to see an opening so as to not hit them as well. She shot two more plasma balls towards the alien.

Razor only grinned in response. His arms shifted and morphed into razor blades, ripping away the long sleeves of the butler uniform. "You're fixing that later." Razor only chuckled before scratching the two blades together as he prepared for the fight.

Evan drained every ounce of energy into his flames, it was just a matter of seconds before Solar Drive runs out and he wanted to make the most out of it. The size of the flamethrower and its power were slowly diminishing as a result. He took a direct hit by the Alien's last attack and was knocked away across the other side of the street. A mailbox put a sudden stop to his momentum and left behind a large dent into it upon impact, yet remained it welded to the concrete. It was a good thing he was still in Solar Drive, otherwise it would've done more harm to his back without the physical boost. Thankfully, the damage he caused was just enough to weaken the Alien before his sendoff and allowed the others to finish it off.

Solar Drive faded away shortly after he collided with the mailbox and covered Evan with scattered first degree burns on his body, the large sized ones were mainly on his arms and feet. This normally happens whenever he releases Solar Drive, so it was to be expected. He was already used to the burning pain and had very little reaction to it. Exhausted, he watched the Alien being finished off by an elevator, just where did hell did that come from? Either way, with the Alien dead he decided not to question it and just accepted the outcome.

Finally, this time it's over. Need to get water... He thought.

There was a full bottle of water which rolled next to his legs, it most likely came from the gas station. For some reason it was sticky, like if soda was spilled onto it. Well, it didn't matter, he took the water and poured some of it on his burns feeling a little bit of relief.

Ventus can be really scary when he is angry...

"Bottom floor, please," said a dazed Mrs. Pickles as he climbed to his feet. "Did I win?" Mrs. Pickles looked back at the pile of crab meat which was topped by the elevator. "Nailed it. You're welcome," said Mrs. Pickles to himself with a mixture of sarcasm and exhaustion. He promptly threw up, and then removed his soda covered cape from his back and used it to stop a gash on his forearm from bleeding. He reached down and scooped up a four liter bottle of 7-Up, drank about a quarter of it, and then tossed it aside. "I'm not cleaning this up," said Mrs. Pickles as he hobbled towards the nearest bar... that was, until he saw a dumbstruck seven year old staring at him.

"Ch-Chuck?"

"Clarence?"

Chuck, Clarence's younger brother, ran towards Mrs. Pickles and embraced him in a hug.

"You didn't tell me you were a hero! And why are you covered in all this sticky stuff...? What's that metal thing?"

"Elevator... soda. It's a long story... look, Chuck..." Clarence got down on one knee to talk to Chuck, but his leg slid out from underneath of him as it landed in a puddle of his discarded 7-Up. Clarence got back up and spat some soda out of the side of his mouth. "Chuck, uh... I kind of became a hero. I was dru...uh... alright, it doesn't matter. But you have to promise not to tell anyone. Not Dave, not Cynthia, not even Carl. Got it?"

Chuck nodded, "but won't they find out anyways?" he asked. Clarence shook his head. "Nah, I'm just a C Ranked hero. In fact I'm the third lowest-" (interesting fact: according to the One Punch Man Wiki, there are 390 C Ranked heroes. Mrs. Pickles is #388 so... yeah.) "-C ranked hero. Virtually anonymous."

"What's that mean?"

"I'm basically not even there."

"So what's your hero name?"

"... Mrs. Pickles. After our old cat..."

Chuck giggled, but was then distracted by the scene in the background. "Hey, isn't that Ventus?" He reached into his pocket and pulled out a Hero trading card, with a hologram picture of Ventus, a brief description of him, and his hero name scrawled onto the top in big, flashing letters. He looked at the other heroes, and quickly ruffled through his book bag, and pulled out a binder filled with about three dozen hero trading cards and looking at the heroes. "Hmm... I don't know who that is... oh! I have her broomstick! The pumpkin witch's broomstick card. And Sunshine. I have three copies of him. Did you know they printed cards for his costumes too? I heard Mike at school has all of them. And the Violet Reaper! Mike has a golden version of that one! Haha! He'd be so jealous!" Chuck gasped. "And Fast Forward! No way! I have his card too! That was my first one!"

Mrs. Pickles discarded the remnants of his tattered cape on the floor, leaving most of the P visible. A group of reporters was slowly approaching them, and Clarence didn't want to be there too long. Clarence also saw a few of his sibling inside of the crowd and cursed internally. "I'll tell you what. Go over, get an autograph or two while you wait for everyone else, and I'll go clean up. And remember... not a word of this to anyone! Shhh!"

"But Clarence! What's your power?"

Mrs. Pickles smirked, "having the greatest little siblings in the world."

"No, seriously, what is it."

"Alright, I don't actually have one but... you let me worry about that. I've got to go. Looking for a job, now that the gas station is gone. Tell everyone I'm okay."

Chuck nodded and ran towards @Polaris North Shindo, @Melkor Ventus and @Animal Sunshine to get their autographs on his cards. Clarence painfully relocated his shoulders and slumped into a bar just as it reopened. "Clarence! It's not Saturday yet! Drinking early?"

"Drinking early but not enough. I want to be passed out and pissing myself by the end of the night..." Clarence reached into his pocket... and realized his wallet must have fallen out of his pocket in the elevator. He cursed and shook his head. "Sorry, I'm strapped for cash. I'm going to have to head home."

"Alright," said the bartender, "stay safe." Within the next thirty minutes, Clarence visited his house, the hidden whiskey cabinet, the bathroom, and, eventually, the middle of an empty sidewalk in S-City... or so he thought.

"PLAY!"

A drunken Clarence pushed himself up. What was this? Huh?

"Roger."

Huh?

"You're fixing that later."

Mrs. Pickles looked up, and saw the giant monster that was attacking K City. Erika, Ayu, and Razor were also present. Mrs. Pickles examined an empty bottle in his hands, perplexed, and then drunkenly hobbled towards the monster.

"SHUT UP!" he shouted, "I'm trying to sleep!"

He then turned around and began looking for a crowded bar in the empty city.

Niflheim Sokolov

The Violet Reaper
Location: City S, crash site
Interactions: No one...

With an easy few side steps, Niflheim avoided the flying chunks of alien crabmeat, clicking her tongue in disgust. As she began to pick her way back to her possessions lost somewhere in the battle, a flock of reporters began to swarm towards her.

"Reaper! Violet Reaper, you were incredible!"
"Do you think you went up in ranks?"
"Violet Reaper, do you think you can answer some questions?!"

Despite the yelling, Niflheim barely seemed phased nor did she really react to the barrage of voices attacking her eardrums. With an eloquent and quick double spin of her weapon, Hell's Mirror slid into its rightful place upon her back along with the shuttering of cameras. She replaced her long over-skirt and turned away peacefully.

"Wait, Violet Reaper!"
"It will only take a second—!"

But the violet haired hero had bolted off with her great speed, propelling herself off walls and turning parallel to the floor for just a split second to make a turn into the wide alleys of the town. She hated reporters... or anyone, really...

The broom slowly floated to the ground, allowing its bubbly rider to pounce off it and onto her feet, the heels of her red shoes clicking as they met the ground. A separate group of reporters raced over, snapping photos and calling out to her. The blonde blushed lovingly as she posed for the multiple cameras, flipping her curly hair. "You like me, you really like me!" The witch giggled, covering her coral painted lips in her feminine way as she changed to another pose. Broomy watched from the sidelines, only giving another sweat drop at the inflating ego.

Vivilyn waved to the cameras and fans that came over ecstatically, smiling widely as she did.

The crab-alien’s innards splattered most everything around. Ventus didn’t have time to realize what was happening before he was drenched in guts and bits of organs. Dammit… He gently expanded the air around him and the guts were separated from his clothing with disgusting wet sounds.

That was when the reporters and the media decided that it was safe enough for them to approach. Ventus had mixed feelings about the media. He had to keep his fans happy because that’s what you did when you were Class S, but he did really have to get back to class. Geoff lowered himself to levitate just a few inches above the ground so the reporters could ask questions and get autographs.

The first was a young boy, maybe eight years of age. “Ventus!” The kid was adorable and resembled that hero, Mr. P - or that’s what Ventus called him since he didn’t know the hero’s name. “Can you sign your card!?” The boy produced a small rectangular piece of treated paper with Geoff’s likeness printed on it. It was foiled too. Geoff always thought that signing these things would detract from the coolness of it - he had a collectible card for pete’s sake.

He took the card and pulled a silver marker he used exclusively for signing. He scrawled “Ventus”, flourishing it across a relatively empty portion of the picture, diagonally.

“Hey, do you know my brother?” Ventus had put a weak barrier around himself and the boy, about 9 meters in diameter, so the press couldn’t rush in and crush the kid. They were pressed against it shouting questions. The kid didn’t seem to question it, but he also may not have noticed. “Or… uh… Mrs. Pickles…”

“Ah, the man with the blue cape?” The boy nodded. “No, I haven’t met him. But, you let him know that he really did a fantastic job.”

“Yeah, but he doesn’t have a power like you…” The kid seemed disappointed in his older sibling.

“That’s nonsense…” Ventus knew what sort of power Mr. P - Mrs. Pickles, rather, had. “He has superior luck. He managed to keep the monster’s attention while the rest of us attacked it, all the while the monster never landed a hit. Without him the shelter would have been attacked.” He gestured to the dome building only a block and a half away. “Now you make sure that knows that I appreciated the help. I’m going to talk to the Hero Association about him and put in a good word. We need more heroes like him. He’s not in it for the fame, just to help those he can.” With that and a huge smile on his face, as he admired the card, Ventus lifted the boy up and out of the reporters circle, using air pressure, setting him down near the other heroes to get more autographs.

The reporters swarmed Ventus and disregarded his personal space. He answered a few of their questions and assured the reporter who’d asked him for his take on the other cities that he was completely confident in Guardian and Dragon Knight’s ability to save their respective cities. He then took to the sky with the reporters still shouting questions at him. He didn’t know if he should make his way to City K and help or if he should hurry back to class. But, what he did know was that he would put in a good word for Mrs. Pickles.

S H I N D O "F L A S H F O R W A R D" T S U B A S A

City S --> City B - Kitami High School

Receiving no reply from the tired heroes, Shindo thought about booking it out of there and head back to class which was about to start in seven minutes. Besides, the reporters were getting closer and he'd rather not deal with them when he needed to get to class. He looked towards Sunshine who had burned up because of his use of his power. Shindo knew a lot about Sunshine since in the rare times he actually talked to the media, they would pepper him with questions on how he's thinking of passing the Rank 1 Hero in the Class B. He holds him in high regard though as he's been under him in ranking for quite some time now.

He turned around and was about to get out of there when he heard a voice, "Hey Flash Forward!" Shindo stopped and then turned to look at the boy. He would be a fool to ignore such a person. "Can you sign this!? It's my very first collectible card!" He then showed the card with Shindo's first half-assed hero costume that was composed of a black mask and a black jacket. Oh man, that was quite nostalgic though. That was when he didn't have much of a budget yet.

"Sure kiddo." Shindo replied. Though the boy can't see his mouth because of the half-mask, he was definitely smiling. Okay, he didn't like attention that much. But kids like this really makes him smile. He took out a moss green colored marker and then signed the blank part of the card. The sign was 'FF' with an intricate background as to assure no one can forge it with their own hand. "And there." He said once he was done and then gave the card back.

"Thanks!" Shindo was about to turn around to run back to school when the boy asked another question, "I asked Ventus this but do you know my brother Mrs. Pickles?" The hooded hero looked back at the kid.

"Kind of. Never talked to him but did work with him earlier." Shindo admitted before rubbing the back of his head which was just the cloth of the hood of his jacket. "I think he's a pretty cool guy, even if I didn't see him most of the battle. Tell him he did a good job." While he wasn't sure of what the guy did exactly, he guessed that he had something to do with the defeat of the alien. He made a mental note to apologize to him for thinking he was just an ordinary citizen.

The reporters had been busy with the other higher ranking heroes, but now they seemed to have finally noticed him there. "Crap." He muttered under his breath before looking at Chuck one last time, "What's your name kid?"

"Chuck." The kid replied and Shindo nodded.

"Well Chuck, see you next time. Gotta dash." Shindo said with a nod before he turned into a literal blur and a second later, he had disappeared leaving the media quite disappointed. Again, he never liked the media for one reason or another. But his main reason would have been that he didn't want to get any more famous than he was. He still needed to find her. Yumi.

He took out his phone and then dialled his friend from school, Eric. He was one of the few people who knew about him being a hero. He explained what had happened and Eric assured him that he had opened the window since their class was on the first floor. His school bag was also there so the only thing he needed to do was change out of his hero costume. Good. Shindo headed back for his locker and then changed quickly into his school uniform.

He looked at the time. Two minutes. He sped off and he got into the garden where he got the call. He continued on until he finally spotted the open window to his classroom. He considerably slowed down and then vaulted over the window to get inside. He quickly shoved his hero outfit inside his bag when the other students noticed him. But they had gotten used to him getting back at such small time frames so they didn't really question it. They just ruled him off as this weird guy who probably fell asleep somewhere. Eric patted Shindo's back and gave him a goofy grin.

"You're really cutting it close this time FF." Eric muttered, just enough for Shindo to hear. He gave him a glare but before he could speak, the teacher came in. They all sat down and then the class started. Though Shindo was pretty distracted, thinking what was happening in the other cities. Hopefully City K's and City T's heroes were doing a good job in defeating their own respective aliens. It would be bad if they moved to other cities because the heroes didn't defeat them in time. It would be bad if he was called in the middle of a class since he'd have to make up an excuse to get out of class. It would just be swell if he revealed his hero identity and use that as an excuse, but he'd rather not. They either wouldn't believe him or it would become a hassle to deal with. He was keeping his identity secret for a reason after all.

He kept spinning his pencil as he absentmindedly attempted to actually pick something up from the lesson the teacher was teaching.

Grey Ghost

City: K

Jakob woke up startled as the loud sound of battle sirens began to ring in his holding cell. He rolled over and put his head under his pillow. He didn't want any of it today. With just a thought the sounds of the sirens were muted from his ears. "They already lock me up in this 8x8 room, those lazy fucks can't just walk here and get me?" Jakob thought, before taking the pillow off and resuming his normal sleep. Maybe he got another minute in, but it felt just like a second before his Father barged in his room.

"Come on you! We got a job to do you know. We both know what will happen if you start skipping distress calls..."

Jakob sighed and reluctantly got off his bed. He dropped himself in his wheel chair and followed his father to his arming pod. The metal egg shape object opened up as they arrived. It let of whizzes and steam as it prepared to install Jakob's legs and armor. He crawled in and prepared himself for the procedure. With a just a few button presses in the pod, the machine began to sync his armor with his body. Turning Jakob into the Grey Ghost.

~Thirty Minutes Later~

"That's some bullshit pop! You woke me up to handle a alien walking turtle!?" Jakob scolded through the Comm-link. It came out somewhat distorted due to the noise the helicopter propellers were producing above Ghost's Head.

"Whats wrong with you? You should be happy! You're out here to save people! Just remember we didn't create you to sit around all day."

"Because I asked to be born right? Ghost out." Ghost cut of the transmission within his helmet and turned back to see someone new. He usually had Bob here that gave him his weapons and briefing, but this wasn't him. This one looked younger, missing the giant physique and thick beard Bob had. He must be the new guy! I guess he would have to go through the initiation process as well. "Hey new guy, thanks for the help! Could you hand me the parachute right there?" While the new guy reached down and grabbed the parachute, Jakob slipped and fell back, right off the helicopter. The new guy reached out to try to catch him, but he was too slow, Jakob was plummeting down to City K. Jakob released a cry of fear and began screaming for his life as he fell to his death.

As the helicopter became nothing, but a black dot, Jakob stopped the act and began to laugh uncontrollably. The look on that guy's face was absolutely priceless. He couldn't imagine what was running through the new guy's mind, but it was probably funny as hell! This laughter continued all the way until he belly flopped into a parked truck. In his laughter he forgot to plan his landing. Laying in his new formed crater, people began to run past him. With a grunt he got off the broken truck and on to his feet. He was then welcomed by his armor's system.

>Damage received to chest plate. Estimating damage... Armor integrity at 87%
>Dipshit located... 237 meters North West
>Mission: Eliminate the Dipshit
>Priority: Save Civilians at all costs

Jakob let off a chuckle at his work. Hacking into his system and changing the text from "Target" to "Dipshit" was almost too easy. Good think it didn't mess with anything else. Due to where all the screaming was coming from, it seems the system was still working. With a stretch of his arms and back, he began to walk and meet the opponent. It only took a few minutes to arrive and see a Giant Dragon attacking something. That wasn't a turtle like in the pictures.

Evan 'Sunshine' Smiles

City S

When Evan slowly stood up on his feet, he noticed the remaining heroes had either stayed to answer questions by the reporters or took their leave. Some of which did both, but Evan didn't feel like dealing with any of the reporters at the moment. He needed to take care of his burns.

It's probably time to upgrade my costume. Never liked having enhancements on them, but if I want to survive in A rank, I'm going to need them. Probably should use tougher material and add some fire resistance, so I don't get burnt up like this so easily. Maybe add some solar panels to absorb more energy! So many possibilities!

In the past, whenever he came up with a great idea for his costume, he immediately scraps it because of how picky he can be. Evan can be stubborn when it comes to designing his own costumes or clothes in general. He likes it to have a certain theme or look a certain way. Recently, he has been starting to embrace the idea of change in order to succeed as a hero. He's been in B-Rank for awhile now and it's time to move on.

While Evan was distracted with thinking to himself as he walked, he felt someone tugging on the bottom portion of his costume. He looked down and saw a boy wishing to receive his autograph. There was no way he could deny such a request, it always made him feel warm inside. After the two introduced themselves and had a friendly chat, he gladly signed Chuck's cards with his hero name.

"Ay! There you go Chuck!~ You can always find me at my shop in City A! Stop on by when you get the chance! I'll be seeing yah!~"

Due to his involvement with the boy, some of the reporters were already making their way towards Evan. He tried to look for an escape route, but every one of them managed to walk up to him and barraged him with their questions, to which he answered one by one. It would be impolite if he left their questions unanswered, he just couldn't bear the guilt. More of their kind kept coming, but he managed to break through them and blast himself away to the nearest rooftop. "S-Sorry that I can't answer all of you! I must go! Maybe next time!" He called out to them before high tailing it out of there. Reporters are odd creatures.

Aya Oda

Well it seemed excited as it caused debris to fall to the ground, which more so made her stare at the rocks fell towards her. "No.... you need to come down first..." She sighed and threw her fist up in the air shattering one of the building's chunks from flattening her. Yet the duck thing was now seemingly preoccupied with whoever was fucking around with it. This caused her stay where she was at as she watched someone zip along the sky. Someone wanted to mess this duck up, and then the duck slammed into the ground on its own near her, but it was much bigger, and getting farther away from not moving? Aya was a tad confused until a building halted her travel as she slammed into it with enough force to send her through the wall.

A chuckle would echo from the hole along with a mischievous presence as Aya walked out of the hole with her clothing a bit cut up and dirtied. "Still look adorable but... MUCH BETTER!" Yet it kept shouting bad play, so she grinned and rushed forward at the creature her skin turning grey as she closed the distance to the duck and instead of launching an attack she would try to sweep in low and grab the creature by it legs and lift it into the air and proceed to run with it and slam it into a building as well. Of course if that didn't work, well that's why she hardened her skin. To absorb most of the damage it might try to unleash.

Shots fired towards Gastro's vital areas, quickly raising his right giant arm and blocking the bullets. Not only were the bullets fast and a hindrance but they stung badly. All was going well for Gastro, he had recently gotten a promotion into the elite class. Bought himself a nice timeshare with a few mates to enjoy vacations on his day off. All he had to do was one last mission, a mission that was supposed to be easy. Supposed to be. That was before a massive dragon crash landed in front of Gastro, the size of the dragon easily four times the size of Gastro. A bead of sweat rolled down his head "...you gotta be fucking kidding me" Distracted by the giant dragon's blast of air, multiple marbles got passed Gastro's defense. The ones that hit his arms and legs did little damage but the ones hitting his stomach seemed to do the most damage, knocking the wind out of Gastro.

Within a few seconds, an unknown assailant was before Gastro, swinging their blade down towards them. He raised his arm, a foolish reaction as the blade swung down and made it into his flesh. He grunted in pain, raising his arm with the blade in it and hopefully the girl. He quickly swung his arm down with a powerful force in hopes to crush her. As he was about to follow up, two bullets smacked him in the face. One hitting his cheek and doing little damage but the other hitting the inside of his nose and forcing him to flail about. He roared in pain, taking a few steps back and spewing out the same hot liquid from before.

Hood Ninja & Combo

Location: T-City. What I'm Doing: Engaging E.T. the extraterrestrial menace.
@FallenTrinity @Emuxe @Phobos @Melkor @Oblivion666

The joint attack seemed effective from his vantage, but it did not put the creature down as he expected. To his surprise the creature not only managed to survive the group attack but it underwent a sort of "evolution". The awe came with the breaking of his kusarigama chain combo followed by the tremors the creature had produced.

He braced himself leading up to the inevitable clash by planting himself firmly into a three-point stance, softening the blow on his end somewhat. The shocks came, kicking the shinobi off his feet, sending Hood Ninja recoiling hard against asphalt and into an unoccupied alleyway space, eventually landing ontop a cluster of unused garbage.

Hood Ninja was not out of the fight, a little dazed and battered in some places, but still in one piece for the most part. A hand went to the side of his torso, a broken rib or two, he began to apply chakra to that portion of himself, he began to mold his chakra around the displaced bone. He couldn't heal himself up immediately, but he could use breathing techniques and chakra to sedate and keep his injuries from getting any worse.

He'd recover much faster using chakra to mold where he was vulnerable. The ninja managed to rise to his feet at the sound of familiar barking, combo wasn't very far. His dog managed to route him, unharmed from the prior shakeup, he extended a hand out to pet Combo and then stood by as he observed the field, someone was taking on the monster single-handed, against his better judgement Besuoro and Combo sprung into action to assist the lone fighter, with blade and tags drawn.

He synched attacks with Combo and the other hero who had lead the charge into battle, attempting to distract and unbalance the duck, and when he found an opening he used it to tag the menace with explosive paper bombs dipped in oil, he then released an aptly-timed fire jutsu from his mouth to ignite the tags.

Dreadlock, Guardian, Savant, Hooded Ninja & Aya

City T

As they approached, he caught wind of Dreadlock's words and nodded to himself before glancing ahead to Savant.

"Savant come with me for a moment, I want to hear what Dreadlock's come up with.

He leapt onto a building nearby, far enough to stay safe but close enough to keep watch over Aya and the Ninja. As he observed the fight ensuing below, he held within his grasp Bjorn, ready to strike at a moments notice but that did not keep him from not listening. One thing that Allister excelled at was situational awareness and currently he was aware that the situation was still fairly under control. He glanced over to Dreadlock with hard eyes before looking back down to the battle below. His eyes did not hold any negativity, he was in his zone, concentrating on both what she had to say, what he was planning, and what was happening below, all the while wondering if everyone had gotten out of City T safely.

"So Dreadlock you have an idea? Let's hear it." He turned his direction back towards the fight below.

'Wonder how Angel Grace is doing.

SafeZone: Citizen EVAC Dome

Chaos was the only word that could describe the dome's inner sanctuary at the moment. Many were crying or screaming in pain from broken bones, cuts, missing limbs or worse...The lost of a loved one...or ones. Nurses had started to run low on medical supplies due to the amount of injuries and blood loss. Thankfully the Sisters of Grace had arrived, carrying duffle bags and bags of supplies. After the amount of times that these cities have been attacked, they had felt the need to prepare for future events. Luckily they had as a nurse stood there for a moment and cried out of joy.

"There there, child. Do not cry. Much work must be done." The old nun that joked with Allister, Sister Agatha, comforted the young nurse as she turned to the other sisters and nodded a silent command to begin helping the other medical staff. No more than fifteen minutes later, Angel Grace had made her appearance, to which each nun politely bowed. Not only did the Dome receive more medical supplies and food, they now were protected by an Angel, Angel Grace.

Earlier Elsewhere

Clink shik shik clank shik clank shik

Angel Grace flew overhead of about 400 men in armor of silver, blue and gold. In front, Father Michael, known more commonly as Paladin, an A rank hero, adorn his signature armor. Behind him, in the middle and the back of the 400 man column, two men were assigned the honor of carrying the banner of their order, Dues Vult. Father Michael's eyes were hardened and held a gaze of steel as he looked ahead. It was the same look that Allister carried into battle.

"Paladin" Grace called down to the leader who looked up.

"I am going to make my way to the Dome to check on everyone. I trust that you can handle this?" Paladin answered with an audible yes before watching her fly off.

"Paladin, sir." Deacon Wallace spoke up next to him. Father glanced over.

"What's our orders sir?" Father sighed.

"The nuns of Mother Grace are tending to the wounded and weak...We will do something similar..." The deacon gave a light nod.

"While they treat them...We will defend them..." And that simple comment held the command that each soldier heard and so they marched onward, ready to face whatever was to come.

Savant

Savant reacted rather quickly to Guardian's request for him to follow. He had been about to engage in the attack, but knew that he should differ to the more experienced hero's knowledge. He followed as the much larger man relocated himself near Dreadlock who'd proclaimed to have a plan just moments before. Savant recalled the speed with which the hero-ninja had reacted and moved. He memorized it and copied it. His movements became deliberate and swift. He found himself covering several meters in negligible time.

He'd arrived at Dreadlock's side slightly before Guardian, he attributed this to his relative size compared to Guardian's. "Yes, what did you have in mind?" Savant naturally respected most every hero, especially those who were accomplished like Dreadlock. While she was lower in the rankings than he, it by no means meant that he thought of himself as a better hero. More often than not, Savant held himself in lower reguard than most heroes. He was naturally rather curious as to what she had to offer the situation.

Mrs. Pickles looked up. "Hey, a dragon. Wow. Not as cool as a crab monster. Actually, about the same. Eh, I don't know." Mrs. Pickles lurched forwards, almost lost his balance, and then supported himself with a building. Then he saw Grey Ghost.

"Wait? A robot? What's going on?" Mrs. Pickles saw Collider and Bomber running around near Gastro's feet, and the monster roaring out in pain. "Is the monster hurt? Is the dragon fighting it? Uh, better help out..."

He walked towards Erika and made an attempt to gently push her out of the way, but he made a mistake and just kind of messed up her hair a bit. "Step aside, citizen! I've got this under control," Mrs. Pickles said with as his alcohol scented breath filled the air, and then he chuckled as if he'd just made some kind of excellent joke. Mrs. Pickles turned around. "You get back up," said Mrs. Pickles in slurred speech to Grey Ghost, "like I need it though, am I right? Just killed that crab monster thing. Wowee! Now that's a story..." Mrs. Pickles burped and aimed his gun at the dragon.

Now, if Mrs. Pickles had been sober, he probably couldn't of made the shot. But when he was drunk? Well, he didn't even have half of a chance. In fact, the shots that Mrs. Pickles fired were so off, that all of them went straight towards Gastro's head. After firing the volley of shots, Mrs. Pickles began to laugh and then collapsed- not from being drunk, but from loss of blood in the arm that had been cut open.

Niflheim Sokolov

The Violet Reaper
Location: City T, battle
Interactions: Not interacting directly

"Strange..." mumbled the violet haired woman as her eyes floated around the destruction. Niflheim wasn't sure if she would have come immediately to this fight, after all she still was low on energy after that last battle, but this alien was dangerously close to her family's restaurant. Niflheim knew that they had evacuated, and that her ex-hero uncle despite his age would have no problem protecting her parents and little brother, but she still had a cold feeling. Theyre fine. I should concentrate on this... Stay strong, little Myshka, big sister will check on you soon. She forced her thoughts into the atmosphere, as if her little brother would be able to hear it and be calmed wherever he was.

Violet Reaper's ear twitched as the keen sense picked up the sound of a battle being waged nearby. The hero slid over quietly, already planning to sneak up on the alien from behind. She had seen a giant crab alien, along with other strange creatures she had fought in her past. Niflheim wasn't expecting to be very shocked.

From where she hid in an alley, Hell's Mirror clutched tightly in her purple gloved hands, Violet Reaper felt her jaw drop. A... duck? A muscular, duck? The girl was absolutely speechless. Now she had seen everything.

Vivilyn Trainer

The Pumpkin Witch
Location: City K, wandering
Interactions: ...*le sigh*...

"Gotta run~! See you my lovelies!" With a wink and a blow of a kiss towards the reporters and fans, Pumpkin Witch took to the skies on her broom and headed towards City K.

Of course, she wasn't planning to actually fight. That was way too much work! She would stay by if things got really bad, but for the most part Vivilyn just wanted to hang around. She dismounted Broomy and gave a stretch of her arms, glancing about curiously. What a bland place... The witch started off to roam around the streets curiously, humming in delight as she gazed in store windows. Her humming trailed off when she heard the battle so nearby, placing a hand on her hip and cocking her head to the side as if she had forgotten there was even a fight going on. "Ehh... seems boring. Whaddya think Broomy?" The broom, exhausted from practically having to force its master to do anything all day, didn't respond except for a tired slouch.

Grey Ghost

City: K

"Get help? I got it!"

Ghost quickly turned around and began to speed walk right out. Maybe it was his lucky day after all. Imagine if he actually had to fight that thing. Shit he probably would have to fight that dragon just to get to him. It was fine though, there was like 20 Hero's for that one turtle. Overkill? Yeah, but it just meant Jakob could go back to bed. As Ghost began to take his leave, he heard a soft thud. He turned back to see the man passed out on the floor. "But of course! Silly me thinking it was that easy!"

Jakob reluctantly made his way back to Pickles and began to treat him. Removing some gauze from his carrier to clog the bleeding. It must suck though, he looked like he tried so hard, but still failed. Honestly it looked like he was shooting the dragon, which was another Hero or at least that's what his armor told him. Well maybe he did shoot at the Turtle... Ghost leaned the man on a wall and stood up with his pistol in hand. He targeting HUD appeared in front of his eyes and began to calculated all the factors for two bullets to go into the eyes of the Turtle. After just a few seconds both Shots fired, Ghost didn't care for the shots and began to treat Pickles again. This time he hit him with a straight shot of adrenaline and sugar, hopefully reviving him so he was able to continue his fight. Or at least let Ghost not feel bad for leaving him here.

A Mad Scientist's Dream

City Z
City Z, a mostly abandoned city that houses those who are impoverished or are just looking for a nice apartment for a cheap price. Due to the numerous of nasty rumors involving the city, most residents abandoned their homes and moved elsewhere. Since the fall of the City, a large crowd of shady people have infiltrated the City. Some to further their own greed while others. One very much like the mad scientist Gumbo, a man who creates many types of composite beings.

The scientists laughed in glee, tapping away on a keyboard without restraint. He continued his child like laugh, a giant glass tube filled with a light green liquid "Yes...YES!!..no....HA YESSS!!!" Various machines began to rumble and whirl, the liquid in the giant tube spiraling and forming a mini whirlpool. The roars of multiple animals could be heard before their inevitable silence. The tube began to glow, the spiral liquid growing more violent as each second passed. Cracks formed all along the tube, Gumbo's eyes quickly widening. Without further delay, Gumbo ran for the hills and dove behind his most fortified desk. The tube shattered to pieces, a monstrous roar coming from the smoke. A massive beast emerged from the smoke, smashing through the wall with its mighty claws. It roared once more before leaping out through the hole and infiltrating the City. Yet no sirens went off or no warnings. Everyone's eyes were too busy planted on the alien invasion. In the meantime, the monstrous beast hunted in City Z, looking for prey.
