As for what's going on, guys I think everything is fixed at the moment. Just make sure to talk to the players if you are wanting your character to do a rather ballsy move and that it might interfere with the rules next time. Simple as that.

@Tachi You have more speed then I do. Everyone in this fight bar luigi is faster then me. I deal with that because I've chosen a character who isn't made for speed. You didn't chose a character that can dodge force push. It's part of any rp you face people with different powers. In dnd the fighter doesn't complain he's weak to spells. You have advantages over vader or mag and they have advantages over you

As far as I see it, with these nigh crippling powers, one needs to grow, learn, and adapt. Take Luigi, for example. Luigi is a mechanic in a world without any real sort of mechanized anything, save for D.Va's mech, and some of the character's weapons. He's utility at best, but how I see it, he doesn't need powers to defeat most. He is cunning, ruthless, brave, and loyal. A mortal man opposing gods, in a sense. Even with some of these characters that can defeat him, if he survives, he adapts, and learns.
Take Darth Vader, for example. Luigi has no defense against force powers, but he can easily tell that Vader is robotic, given even a semi short encounter. This, in and of itself, is a massive hole in Vader's defenses. Given enough time, and some cunning, Luigi could bring down Vader with many options with that which is in this rp. Luigi, fighting a powerful sith. You can win, you just need to be smart, and expect to loose a few times to do so.
It's everybody's sin, you gotta loose to know, how to win.

@Tachi Ok. I see what you are worried about now. It's that your character, and possibly others, have zero defense against some of the power that other characters have. This is true, but this is also the way the multiverse type rp's are. Your "x and y" scenario, *IS* the way it is. When you create your character, you have to know who it could stand against and who it is weak to or even completely helpless against.

I took a look at your character, and certainly she is not OP, but there are things you can do with her. Like, if you come up against Darth Vader, and he's going to force choke her, you might be able to say she gets a stunning rift off her axe before he can do it. It's 50:50, either way in that case. Personally, I'd avoid Vader.

I say this not to be mean, but to better prepare you for what to expect as normal in this rp.

Yeah, no. That's not the reason I'm annoyed at your character having instant, irresistible for a large portion of the cast, uninterruptible powers which are essentially instant wins against multiple characters.

But as Lmpkio said, this argument is over.

Much like with Leman Russ, who was also impervious to magic, Gilgamesh would probably kill Magnus. Magic is Magnus' thing, and even casting enhancement magic on himself to improve his speed and strength, he'd still be too unskilled to hold out in physical combat against a melee expert. The only catch is that Gil would have to have a weapon that could do significant damage. Mag's daemon form is much more durable than his mortal form ever was.

Unless Gil's got nukes stashed in that vault of his, I'm not sure random projectiles are going to do much good.

Her actions don't make sense if she was grabbed because Roukanken while very long, would not be able to hit like it did. Either she dodged the grab and cut or she wouldn't be able to cut, and my post was made with her dodging.

This totally looks like you said he grabbed her throat. That's the only reason I went with it.

Actually, wait a minute. you edited your post right after you posted it. You DID say Magnus grabbed her originally.

That's what I meant by "grabbing for her throat".

As fast as she is it's physically impossible for her to do what she did if she'd been grabbed. She stabbed with Hakurouken to stun him then went to follow up with Roukanken for an arm-severing attack.

Either way, Youmu is free and Magnus' arm got chopped. The end result is the same. I really loathe to have to edit again when it doesn't even matter.

.... That's not true at all.

My edit was to make some wording more ambiguous because I realized I made it sound like Youmu's attacks had already connected. I edited it so it didn't sound like that. I never changed anything about her dodging.

@VitaVitaAR ... Alright fine. It doesn't even matter, but if it's such a big deal to you, then fine. But I am putting zero effort into this inconvenient edit.
