You wake to an empty void, everything around you is nothing but a black space. It is eerily quiet and you can't make out any shapes in this dark void, you feel a heavy presence bearing down you. The void seems that it is consuming you, drowning you of any light that resides within you. Is this a dream? A nightmare? Or something else entirely? However much you struggle, you can't seem to escape the void, everything seems hopeless, you feel as if your about to be consumed, until... A bright green light, faintly glows above you... As it appeared, it quickly began to glow brighter, brighter, and brighter still, until the dark void was no more, replaced by a field of flowers.

The light above you remains where it appeared, soon a voice echoes through, as if it was going through your mind. "Oh chosen warrior... I... Am the God of Light, Lucius... I have seen your potential... A spark that has yet to alight... A spark that may rid this world of that which threatens it... I beseech you... Journey through the gates... Journey to Edivid Village, The Town Between Worlds... There you will meet my Oracle... She will explain the threat to this and all other worlds... A threat that you... And many others may yet stop... Follow the Light, great warrior... I will watch over you... Til you reach your journey's end..." The voice faded away and just as soon as it came the light that was above you... Vanished. Was that really a dream? Or a true vision from the God of Light? A new destiny awaits you... Should you choose to follow this voice's instructions. May the Light guide you.

The fresh morning sun was peaking over the mountains. Light shined upon the peaceful village of Edivid, merchants began to open their shops, the black smoke of a blacksmith's workshop billowed into the air, travelers of all shapes, sizes, and professions began to fill the streets. It seemed like just another day in the Town Between Worlds. A young kitsune watched the town through a window in the tavern, she seemed to be looking for someone... Or maybe even a few people. A light knock and the sound of an opening door echoed through her book filled room, a simple looking maid stood at the doorway holding a plate with a cup of freshly brewed tea sitting on it. She walked calmly over to the kitsune, setting the plate on the table in front of the kitsune.

"It is a lovely morning, isn't it Master Khristina?" The maid finally spoke in a quiet tone. Khristina nodded her head in agreement. "It is, Loralei..." she said taking the cup of tea. "And soon... Things will become a lot more interesting." She said looking back out the window.

Claire

Oh gods oh gods...I hope I'm in the right place. I wonder if father and mother are right? That there are others besides them...well me now, who're chosen. This is so crazy, confusing, cool...but I don't know. What if they think I'm a freak? I don't even have...I just hope they don't think I'm weird. Wait...thinking this much is weird! Stop thinking too much Claire! Naggh! I'm doing it again!

Claire was now waiting outside of the town of Edivid Village. Sure, the genderless elf was sticking out like a sore thumb due to his/her fisherman's garb of sorts...though did wear a light blue mage cape of sorts around its neck. The small elf patiently waits outside of the village where this supposed Oracle waits for whoever else was called. Claire lets out a long sigh, not really paying much attention to her surrounding and as a result, made the elf really skittish about random things that occurred in its surroundings. Hoping that the others called are nearby, Claire starts to sit down on the ground to meditate and wishes that others will come soon to the village. After all...she/he already was nerve-wracked for being here early and looking strange...now Claire was slowly losing it due to thinking she/he may be the only one called!

---Ryuuga---

Opening his eyes, Ryuuga looked around to see that the sun was just rising behind the distant mountaintops. Yawning amd quite clearly not yet quite awake he mumbled to himself "The sun is only just rising, huh? I guess sleeping outside has several downsides..." Ryuuga, covered in dew from the wet grass, sat up and examined his surroundings. Having confirmed nothing was missing from his make-shift "camp" he got up. "Well, I guess it can't hurt to get up now. What did gramps always say? Something about worms?... Well, the geezer was crazy anyway, so who cares?" He mumbled to himself as he collected his belongings.

Only a moment later he remembered the dream, cold sweat rolling across his back. "Wait a minute... Nonononono nonono nonononono, that can't be, right? I mean, Lucius? GOD of light? Nonononono, impossible. Though... it was an odd dream....AAAGH, what am I supposed to do with this?"
After his little panic attack, Ryuuga took a moment to actually breathe.
He tried to recall what Lucius had said, something about an oracle in Edivid village... "Edivid village? Why does that sound so familiar... Crap! That's where I was going in the first place!"

Not entirely happy about suddenly being pulled into some large-scale conflict, Ryuuga set off to Edivid village. "Why me of all people? I just wanted to see the sights... This oracle better be quite a sight herself" He grumbled. I guess it's true, though. There really is no escaping fate."

Melfenius

Melfenius's boots kicked up small poofs of dust as she walked, the dull thud of each footstep a rhythm that had been going on for some time now. Edvidid village was by no means close and she'd been walking ever since she'd received the dream. Of course not needing to rest meant she got there rather quickly compared to a human walking the same distance. The dark green robe that was tattered and dusty from years of wear and tear, covered in patches of vaguely similar colors, obscured her body; merely making her appear extremely lanky. Of course the large shield in one hand as well as the sheathed hand-and-a-half sword she wielded in the other marked her as a warrior, usually these things managed to keep trouble away. Of course when one was looking for trouble, you generally found it. And now she'd been chosen by Lucius, The God of Light. Melfenius halted just outside the town. Journey to the village. Anywhere in particular in the village? A elf-creature that appeared to be something of a mage was sitting on the ground, likely meditating or something else that mages did.

Melfenius's bony shoulders moved up and down momentarily before she continued onward into the town. If others were called they'd be coming as well. The first place any stranger to a new town would go would be the tavern, whether it be for food and drink, a place to rest, or just to listen to gossip. So Melfenius strode through the town and entered the tavern, glancing over the occupants before taking a seat next to the door at a round peg-legged table. There was a moment of silence at her dark form before the chatter started up again. Likely it was about her being; such a small town and all but Melfenius didn't mind, she doubted she'd be staying her long. A server came to ask if she wanted anything but Melfenius waved them off. She was simply here to wait.

The wind blew fiercely over the village of Edivid as dark clouds heralded great change, certainly calamity and peril lurked on the shadows just beyond the horizon... Or maybe no. Most likely it was all just in the mind of the cloak wearing figure that wobbled her way inside the city, the distinctive noise of a rumbling stomach betraying Lef's lack of any decent meal in quite some time.

Even the best of the rangers would have a hard time trying to find something to eat when the whole countryside had been picked clean by a horde of ravenous adventurers. To further the case, Flan was never one known for owning much resources, or any resources at all. Blame it on the course of perpetual poverty adventurers all over the world seem to be graced with. Nevertheless, the fact was that, right now there was an elf collapsed just a step away from the door of the tavern, her sole salvation.

"Lotte, Malkai... I'm sorry, but I just can't go on anymore. Please, at least try to avenge me on your journey..." Sadly it seemed that Flan's journey would end before she could even meet her old friends once again. What a cruel fate for such a young and gorgeous heroine...

"Easy does it" The boy said to himself, an orange flame emitted from his hand, above it a grill suspended by small manifested chains, and on that, venison and leeks. Nemo's things littered the bell tower floor, small open bags of spices, the shining metal pieces of his disassembled pistol, his canteen, a few books some open and about and others stacked upon each other, his bed roll made of pelts, an oil lantern, a tarnished compass with an old map, a walking stick and various other items which you would expect a traveler to have. The morning sun was bright, the sky mostly clear with wispy stratus clouds far above. The fragrance of the food Nemo was grilling was delightful leeks lightly salted and venison with a dry rub, the scent of cooked, juicy meat had already diffused in that high tower. "Done!" he uttered excitedly, alas he gets to finally sink his teeth into this simple yet delicious meal, with cooking tongs he placed the leek, split down the middle and cooked to a near perfect consistency, on a wooden plate. And then he did the same to the venison, still sizzling, pleasing to the olfunctory. The boy started with the meat "A bit spicy" he said to himself a he chewed a piece of venison, he quickly chowed down on the venison and soon did the same to the leeks Crunch! they went each time the boy dug his teeth into them. "ahh, today is the day I get to meet the oracle. A person of this land whom I may converse with. I wonder whom it'll be and will there be others?" he thought to himself "Man I love this world, much more cheerful than home" he said aloud this time.

He began to pack his things, starting with his gun, clicks and clacks, the pieces fitting together perfectly, he twirled it on the trigger guard and grinned, pointing the weapon in the air, he had spent the last few nights charging it up with energy, he then put it in his bag, he had a swig of water from his canteen and used the rest to clean his wares, and strung the canteen up on the side of his bag, then he put away the books, then his cooking wares and spices, then he strung up his oil lantern like his canteen, some pots dangled as such as well, finally he rolled up his bedroll and tied it to the top of his travel pack. He took one good look at the compass and map before putting them in a side pocket of his bag. He propped his bag up next to his walking stick and he patted his sides, weapons check.

He walked to the ledge of the bell tower and overlooked the town scouting out areas of interest "lets see" his right eye's slit pupil constricted and his vision began to zoom in, he held his head steady and he began to scan the city markets, taverns, inns, guilds, temples... the town hall? Think, a church of Lucius would be the best place to start, ughh I should have started this search earlier" he soliloquied. His eye returned to normal and he rubbed it out of discomfort. He donned his travel pack and picked up his walking stick with his left hand, he walked to the side of the bell tower that was next to an alley and out of his right forearm he bore a black chain larger than the ones he used earlier, dark flames engulfed the area around the chain on his arm. He swung it at a post on the bell tower and it tightly coiled around it "Nice" he uttered as he began to quickly rappel down the side of the bell tower into the alley. All went smoothly as more chain manifested out of his forearm until it snapped while the boy attempted to slow his descent. The chain, no longer connected disintegrated and was absorbed by the boy. The boy fell a few feet causing discomfort to the joints in his legs "dammit, I'll feel that one later" he said irritably.

He decided to check the market first, he gloomily lugged his travel pack down the main street of the town. "Dammit" he cursed again "I hope that this isn't my luck all day" he said as he slowly approached the market. "hmm, maybe instead of searching fruitlessly all day I can just cause a scene and attract everybody's attention to me, I'd be bound to attract somebody who knows something, but... ughh, don't want to attract unnecessary attention... nah" he inquired in his mind as he entered the market. He stayed in the market for a painstaking five minutes before surrendering to instant gratification. he asked one merchant and one traveler about the God Lucius's Oracle to no avail. "I knew that this would be pointless" he uttered as he left the market in a different direction from where he came in. "man, this is pointless" The boy complained "I suppose that I will just wander around town until I find something interesting" the boy sighed, defeatism taking over.

Viranti

Viranti breathed a rough sigh at the fading of the light. He had risen to his feet defiantly while the darkness threatened to consume him and marveled apprehensively as the emerald luminescence grew, heralding the expanse of flowers that greeted his senses afterwards. “Shut up! Get out of my head!” he yelled, irritated at the unfamiliar and invasive voice. However, it appeared as though the voice’s owner, this God of Light Lucius, was unbothered by his objections, continuing to relay what sounded like the reason the young dragon was in this unfamiliar land. Before he could even say or ask anything more, both light and words dissipated, leaving Viranti to his first day as a free man.

Still adorned with the tattered rags he had worn in prison, a spacious beige shirt and trousers of cheap cloth and fibers, he made sure of the heavy and worn blade as well as the large traveler bag containing among other things a set of hunter’s attire he acquired from another prisoner, formerly of his people. He would have to make the change when he next had the chance. For right now, he was faced with what to do next. Liberated from the Tear, he would as soon run ecstatically or otherwise celebrate the occasion. Indeed he fantasized about the moment regularly. But this was not the backdrop he had envisioned, and his release seemed to have been for a purpose, the scope of which he had difficulty fathoming.

All throughout his trek through the fields, Viranti pondered how malevolent the darkness was and how familiar the light felt, like that of the one shining down on him from above the ravine. He fiddled with the metallic restraints on his left wrist and neck. He had since grown used to their feel, but there weren’t the happiest memories attached to them. The dragonute looked down at the flowers he was crushing underfoot, their moisture adding to the bizarre sensation they gave him. He picked one up, snapping the stem carelessly and observing the vibrant plant as he walked. He hadn’t seen anything exactly like it before, the petal arrangement and coloration like nothing he had seen. With nowhere else to put it, he fitted the stem of the white flower in between his left horn and ear. Throwing it away felt like a waste for some reason.

Upon seeing a settlement in the distance, he could only have assumed it to be the Edivid Village that Lucius had spoken of. Without a second thought, Viranti ran at a brisk and energetic pace as the sun rose higher, eager to find this “Oracle”. She may very well be his only means of understanding what was going on.

Lotte
Current Location: Edivid Village

Edivid Village. A humble little place filled with plucky people for a plucky adventure. Plucky. When Lotte had woken up from her dream she had assumed the God of Light had mistaken her for someone else. Because really, since when did Lucius, the God of Light ever bother to contact someone of the dark arts? Let alone, someone as unstable in it as Lotte?

But whatever. Adventure was adventure! No matter how many ways one sliced it, a journey had the same results. Usually. Yet it was to her great luck that Lotte’s would be impeded by an overdramatic lazy ass with probable fake boobs on that rack of hers. Having already been associated with Flan for numerous reasons, the dark mage had no regrets in her next action when stumbling upon the elf’s downed form in front of the tavern.

“…….heave ho!”

With the force to maybe crack a few bones or so, Lotte gleefully kicked at Flan’s sides to rile her up. Sure it might have attracted the eyes of the people nearby but whatever social norms governed this place, Lotte had disregarded a while ago. “Wake up Flan! I know you’re just pulling my horn here and you’re not really dead. Or you can keep pretending to be. Whatever. I need something to test this out on anyway.”

Going from zippity energy to a chuckling girl with a plan in mind, Lotte rummaged around her figure to find what she needed. And when she did, she whistled casually and lit the bomb’s fuse with a snap of her fingers. “There we go. Nice little something to help wake you up,” she said cheerily, placing the ticking bomb right next to Flan; specifically, where her boobs were.

Sert was out in the countryside searching for news. The trees around Sert were burned quite badly. And yet the grass underneath the trees was unharmed. "No sense." Sert used an odd phrase Sert heard others speak to describe the forest fire? The only reason Sert was out here was that the council of Vriksha thought it best someone investigate. Knowing Sert's name would come up Sert clanked out of the large council room without looking back.

Besides the smoke in the air the sky looked rather blue to Sert. What others would call normal. "No, Will not." Sert's Metal 'eyelids' slowly drew closed. Sert envisioned a lot of black. nothing. Then Sert felt like the black was an enemy like Sert was supposed to fight it. Enough, enough, enough.Sert's machine like form quivered from the effort of not striking out as Sert's 'mind' pictured Sert's metal fist through an imaginary face in the blackness.

Then a voice Sert knew not spoke, "-chosen warrior-""Why?"The voice explained its expectations to Sert and the fact that the thing spoke in Sert's Mind influenced Sert. "I go Edivid."

Sert left the mission without a second thought. Sert got back on the eight horse drawn wagon that Sert was given years back to help Sert get around more easily. The wagon took off as Sert sat down, the horses knowing that slacking off was not allowed as Sert held reins made out of metal chain.

As Sert arrived in Edivid Sert discovered it was a very tiny town. As Sert got further in the Town Sert noticed something near the 'bar.' Sert stopped the large horse drawn wagon in front of the Tavern and dismounted as he neared two 'things'. One had fallen and the other was holding "Bomb."

The one with the bomb was rather happy for some reason. And Sert didn't care if seeing Sert scared the thing Sert had to protect the fallen thing. Sert saw the happy thing place the bomb on the fallen thing. Sert reached towards the chest of the Fallen thing. "Must get."

Soon after disembarking from the market, slightly disappointed in himself for giving up so soon, he stumbled upon brewing trouble as well as a small crowd gathering around it. The scene involved robot, an unconscious woman, a small child and a bomb. "I could ignore this and continue wasting my time making no progress... or I could watch this and be entertained... the latter"

He put his hand under his poncho and put it against his side, unveiling some of the bandages on his torso, grabbing his weapon, though to the observer it merely looked as if he were just another onlooker, he was ready to pounce. "Those three look massively out of place, the living don't look like any of the locals at all and then there is... that? I didn't expect to see a robot at all, but this is interesting. New objective, observe the robot for now, I'll do the Lucius thing later. The boy grinned in excitement, his pupil constricted and his mind began to race, observing every detail of the scene. "He He He..." he laughed.

@Solaris @Gareth @TheWindel @KoL [@whoever else is or wishes to be involved in this mess]

Wandering into town, Ryuuga's attention was immediately drawn to the commotion in front of the tavern. A robot, a little girl and a glum-looking guy in a poncho were gathered around a fallen elf and some weird device. Thinking to himself "These are who I'm supposed to meet up with, aren't they? There's no way it could be someone else...Oh, Lucius, God, what did I do to you to deserve this?"

Resigning to his fate, Ryuuga approached the hooligans. So, has any one of you seen an oracle, by any chance?" his attention then drawn to the bomb, he shoved Sert out of the way to examine it. "Um, is that a bomb? Hmm... It seems like a good bomb, should be effective at what it does... So, um, who does this belong to?" Ryuuga asked, showing the bomb to the people around him. "I'm quite sure the owner of the tavern won't appreciate it if you blow up his front door, so you might want to take this somewhere else. Anyway, the oracle, you guys haven't seen her?"

Claire

The genderless elf tries to keep focus on its own duties which were nothing really...but does notice the new skeleton person that passes by and was another foreigner of sorts to the village. Deciding to follow close behind, Claire does his/her best to keep up...despite occasionally tripping on virtually nothing and making loud skittish noises whenever something came to surprise him/her. When the skeleton person entered the tavern, Claire decides to hang outside for a while longer until a strange event occurs. Apparently, bombs being placed on elven woman were occurring and people taking bombs off of them without seeming to have a clue to disarm/handle them scared the poor elf till his/her face was white with shock.

"Ahh, scary people!"

Quickly going into the tavern, Claire shuts the door behind him/her...looking for a place to hide of sorts. Claire heads over rather noisily and frantically near the skeleton warrior looking adventurer, hoping that the person wouldn't mind her/him being nearby.

"S~Sorry! The people outside were really scary...they were playing with bombs and...b~b~breasts! Thank goodness I came in here...eep sorry for the noise!"

"It seems there's some commotion right outside the tavern..." Khristina looked out the window where Loralei was facing, a group of unusual travelers were gathered at the doors of the tavern, her ears twitched curiously. "What ever they're talking about its got some of the villagers watching... Wait a second..." Khristina's eyes glowed in multiple colors as she scanned each of the travelers in the group, when she was done she had a huge grin on her face.

Khristina got up from her seat and took her book and staff. "W-wait... My lady, what are you doing?"
"Lucius didn't give me these eyes for no reason Loralei, we got ourselves the first few of our group!" Khristina bounded out of her room and was down the stairs before Loralei could even get out the door. "L-lady Khristina, Wait for me please!"

Khristina was already at the doors of the tavern, she was so excited to meet the ones chosen by Lucius, she could just tell by their looks that they were an interesting bunch, so exciting! "Hello my friends!" Khristina had bounded out the doors of the tavern and was face to face with the group, just in time to hear that there was a little bomb situation, and a person passed out on the ground for that manner. Khristina's thoughts quickly changed to the elven woman lying on the ground. "O-oh dear, is she ok?" she asked the group before kneeling down beside the elf. She didn't seem sick... Exhaustion maybe? "Could one of you help me carry her into the tavern please?"

A large armored clad figure woke up from his drunken stupor. He had vaguely remembered coming to this sleepy little inn for some reason related to a quest or vision or something. Or perhaps it was just because he got into a drinking contest with a gnome, he was obviously cheating by using a pretty crazy brew. Malkai was fairly certain he still won, however. The big brute dragged himself off the tavern floor and looked for his axe, which was deeply embedded into a stone pillar. With a swift jerk he managed to get his axe back and stumbled out of the tavern.

Malkai had hoped to take a step outside for some fresh air and a place to vomit, but instead it looked like he came upon a scene. Worried that he might have killed someone last night and didn’t clean it up, his worries were immediately gone when he noticed two familiar faces: Lotte and Flan. Otherwise known as Lolibomb and Blondie Boobs. At least that’s what he calls them. Seemed like Blondie Boobs was causing some scene and in traditional fashion Lolibomb intended to blow something up. There was a bomb that rested right between Boobie’s boobies, no doubt from little miss Samsung Note 7 blaster caster. The orc sighed and approached.

”Oi, Lolibomb an’ Blondie Boobs. Long time no see. What chu muckin about fer?” Malkai approached the scene, dwarfing everyone present. No one even reached his shoulder height. He looked down at Blondie and could tell from a gut feeling (Or maybe he was just hungry) that she hasn’t eaten in some time. No, she wouldn’t die from starvation anytime soon, but she could certainly use a snack. Fortunately Malkai had just the thing.

He reached underneath his armored kilt, and brought out a black, long, thick piece of orcish sausage. It was at least twelve inches long and stood stiff as a sword. It’s strong scent would no doubt he familiar for both Lotte and Flan, as they have tasted Malkai’s meat many times before. Sometimes by force, but usually by choice. Malkai’s choice that is. As he pushed pasted everyone Malkai lowered his body close to Boobie’s head, were he then slapped her across the face with his big black sausage. ”Oppai! Quit yer muckin’ about! If yer hungry then eat my meat stick, ya ditzy chick!” Malkai’s continued to wave the sausage right above Flan’s mouth, occasionally poking and slapping her face with it. All the while Malkai mostly ignored Lotte’s bomb, though not because he wasn’t worried about it but because he wanted to see how everyone would react when it blows up in their faces. Malkai was almost certain he’d survive at least, and Flan. She usually did anyways.

"Waha!?" Flan yelled. The elf tanger jolted up in surprised at the sudden kick in her ribcage. "Lot-Lotte and Mal-Mal? Thanks God, I'm saved. Bwahahaha~" Flan grabbed Lotte's leg, wrapping the tiny girl's boob with the elf's generous mounds, bawling. "Y-you don't imagine how hard it was. I didn' ate anything in three days because some jerk picked even the bugs from bellow the rocks. I tho-thought I was done for this time, bwa~"

However, the elf's story was disputable as the celerity with which she drew a dagger and sliced away a sizeable portion of the meat Malkai offered made it clear that Flan was a ways away from death by starvation.

Only after she was stuffing her face with the tough preserved meat, Flan looked around puzzled. "Nom, nom... Wotte, wash is going on? Why are all ghese fweople around us? Fway zhe bway, zhat is noth one oph your fwombs, is it? Ith wooks wike ishs afwout to eshblowde." The elf commented while still chewing her life saver treat, noticing the small crowd that was gathered around them, as well as the bomb lingering around between them.

Unsurprised by the elf's sudden activity, Ryuuga let out a deep sigh. He had come here to see the sights, and while these guys were certainly a sight to see, he was sure that they spelled nothing but trouble.
Turning to the fox-lady who had just stormed out of the tavern, Ryuuga was about to say something. He interrupted this course of action when his gaze wandered back to the bomb. "Heh, right. I might have to do something about this thing first..."

Readying himself, he drew the bomb backwards and then flung it into the sky as hard as he could. The bomb -clearly thrown just in time- exploded in mid-air, causing a loud noise, but no real damage.
Now we've got that out of the way... My name's Ryuuga, I'm a traveler. Who are you people, and why are you causing a commotion here. And you-" He said, pointing at the Oracle. You seem to have been expecting us, so I assume you're Lucius' oracle?"

Though the boy was at ease no longer clutching at his spear "are these people seriously the ones I'll end up travelling with? oh god..." he thought to himself, though he was a little happy and lightly smiled. His left eye twitched at the oddity that just occurred before him "this is all strange, but I'm one to talk... might as introduce myself rather than stand here" is what he said in his mind before sighing "I agree Ryuuga, you can't just pull out a bomb in public, not everybody is strong enough to resist the blast, you seem to know something about Lucius". He pointed at who he assumed to be the oracle "is that person really the oracle?" he said skeptically "oh and I almost forgot, for everyone who's listening, I'm Nemo" he said positively uttering his name with pride, looking forward to whatever lies ahead.

Kira Moajin

Kira opened his eyes slowly letting the sun wash over his eyes, momentarily blinded by the sudden rush of sunlight.

"What the heaven? I care not for the will of any God, I refuse to be any supernatural entities servant."

Kira spoke out loud but mostly to himself. He finally regained full eyesight and looked straight ahead at the village in front of him. He had not expected his day to take this turn, but he was not to be deterred. He still had much he wanted to see, and he had never been here before. There seemed to be so much life in this village, so much culture, and so many ways he could interact with people. Kira started walking forward, past the village entrance and into the hustle and bustle of this populaces everyday activities. As Kira walked forward he examined his enviroment and found himself smiling. This is what kept him going. Seeing everyone being able to live their lives, do what they want, living in harmony, under no angelic or godly orders.

As Kira moved in a forward motion though, something caught his eyes. Kira grabbed the hilt of his katana slightly, hoping to avoid detection. But to no avail.

"Hey no way! Its angel boy! Hey angel boy come over here!"

Kira had been founded by a group of three men, or coincidentally were staying in this village. Months ago while Kira had been traveling along the roadside, he used some of his Nephilim natural abilites to stop a group of bandits from robbing a nice family traveling on the roadside as well. Kira had defeated the bandits, but was unable to avoid taking damage. Kira won simply from the fact that they had grown tired and could not fight anymore. Kira was skilled, but against three he was slightly outmatched when trying to fight and protect people at the same time. The bandits were these three men. Kira decided he did not want to start something after just arriving, but the 3 men had other ideas. After ignoring them, the bandits decided to catch up to kira and confront him.

"Last time we saw each other you gave us quite the battle. Pretty much dumb luck, we were over confident. We are better now, and we are gonna kick your ass."

"Listen I do not wish -"

Kira was cut off ass the three men drew their swords and the leader struck. Kira quickly unsheathed his katana and intercepted the enemy blade with his own. The other two men attacked at the same time, in which Kira rsponded by spinning, catching the second bandit with his foot and blocking the thirds sword with his katana. The fight went on like this for a few minutes, until Kira was kicked back and flew through the doors of a tavern, landing on his feet with the bandits closing in.

Khristina let out a sigh of relief when the elven woman sprung up alive and well, she also seemed to know the bomb girl, Lotte, and the large orc, Malkai. Khristina got up and turned to Ryuugu and Nemo. "As a matter of fact, I am the Oracle of Lucius. Khristina, its a pleasure to meet all of you." She said with a kind smile. "Now I know you all have questions and I'll be happy to answer them, but we're still waiting for a few more people to show up. Don't worry, I know that their around here or will be here in a matter of seco... Whoa!" Khristina hadn't finished her sentence before a man was sent flying through the doors of the tavern by a trio of well armed men.

Inside, Loralei was just about exit the tavern when said man went hurtling through the doors. She had jumped out of the way and stood still with a shocked and confused expression on her face. "W-what's going on!?" Was all she could say before Khristina ran in between the trio of thugs and the man they were after. "Hey, why don't you leave him alone before something ugly happens!" Khristina stated pulling out her book and staff.

Nemo grinned "first test of combat during this troupe's existence" he thought as a black chain emerged from underneath the bandages on his right forearm. He rapidly whipped the chains around one of the men, coiling tightly around his arms and torso causing him to drop his sword. At this relatively short length the chains were fairly strong, even at Nemo's weakened state, on top of that, chains don't need to be that strong to restrain a normal human in this way so all was good. He pulled the man to the ground with the chain and used his walking stick donned in his left hand to render the man unconscious.

The chain disintegrated, shards of black fading in the air. "Nice!" he uttered happily "this is fairly useful in combat!. He reveled in excitement. "oh god, I'm completely open and am in no position to dodge, hopefully the other two have their hands full..." he said slightly unnerved.
