Mark O'Donnell looked over the gathered students, even looking them over microscopically in an attempt to understand their powers better. Sure, he couldn't zoom in too much with a piece of mirrored glass in between them, but he could see if they had hair, scales, feathers or the like, which could help explain their abilities. When his gaze swept under the table, however, he realized that something was out of focus. He zoomed out a little ways and saw that it was fabric that appeared to be died to mimic the carpet in the room. Oh, no, he thought. I told you to go eat breakfast and watch TV until I got back.
Well, it was too late to deal with that now. All of the students were waiting to find out why they were there. He'd just have to see if any of them noticed her there. He opened up the door into the room, one made of a two-way mirror so they wouldn't realize it was there, and entered the room.
"Hello, students." He said. "I'm Mark O'Donnell. You can call me Mark or Professor O'Donnell, whichever you want. You've been invited here because Dr. Ashford feels that all of you have the potential to be more than just average students, maybe to even be the first group to graduate. Doing so, however, will mean a lot of hard work on your part, as you'll have to earn your spot. Because of that, you'll gain access to programs and facilities that others do not."

Camilla had snuck in when the first girl had entered and quickly hid under the table. She wanted to know what this was all about, and knew that if she hid in the room she could find out. Thankfully no one had kicked her by accident yet.
