Sorry about this, but I literally have 8 - 9 Forum RPs on my plate (two are on another site), including this one.

So, I'll have to open some slots by leaving this RP...

I think we should allow people to join again, it is way less crowded than it used to be nowadays.

I'll try to post today, possibly have a second character made as well.

Before I commit to doing anything else, let me ask. What are we supposed to be doing on this RP, at the moment?

The segmentation of the cast in multiple 'cliques' with no relation between one another and the lack of GM instruction (to try to mitigate this issue) has thrown me completely aside. I don't feel a shred of will to post since it looks like no one acknowledges anyone in this RP.

I'll be sticking around only until @TheWindel keeps in on this. After that, I'll likely drop since I've no interest in keeping in a RP where I don't know even what I should be doing.

Exactly. You shouldn't have to be told what to do, just take what is going on and do something from that, or even just make something happen. A sandbox is literally just that. A sandbox, the only limitation is your imagination, so do what you will with it. At least, that's my take on it.

Turns out that, when I joined this, there was no place where it said that this RP would be sandbox slice-of-life without any sign of coherent plot. Things changed after the start of the RP.

If that's how it's gonna be, obviously it's ok, but I'm outta here given that I can't play a game without direction.

If we're in THAT need of a serious plot I think I could come up with one. Question is, what kind? Do we want a shounen plot or like a mastuh roosemayne? I'm sure if I inject some hidden memes into it, I could even convince Fiddle me diddle to help with it.

I'm looking at Zel's response to you, and then I'm look at Zaxter's response to his response to you, and I'm a bit confused as to how you don't consider that a good answer. Maybe you meant a favorable answer? They pretty much told you what it means to be in this RP. A sandbox is open and people must start interaction. Currently, there is no plot. I had offered to start discussing one since that might be a good way to get people involved together, but nobody seemed to care enough about it to answer... :C

Anyways, why did you and Windel think there was going to be any plot or direction? There was a fair amount of evidence suggesting this would be a slice of life, sandboxy thing. Any mention of a school setting should give that away. Also the show this is based off of is not really known for its engaging plot. Plus, I don't think there was mention of an actual plot in the front page (although I could be wrong, I did not check before writing this). But maybe it just seems obvious to me, who knows.

I am all for having a direction, a purpose in the RP. Admittedly, I joined this just to kinda throw out some memes most may not get and do nothing in particular aside from character interaction. But unless Zelly and Life suddenly have a problem with it, we could always make an actual plot of our own. Actually even if they do I think Life will be in a game-induced coma for at least a week and who even likes that Zelosse guy amirite? If you like your characters and the setting, then there's no need to throw them away.

If you guys still leave, then I wish you luck in finding an RP with a good setting and plot to follow (and wouldn't mind a PM if it has extra slots C:). You do you.

That is true, but at the same time, the summary does not hint at anything resembling a plot. To me, unless I am directly told otherwise, I always assume that means that there is no intended plot but rather this is a more character-interaction-based roleplay.

I cannot comment on discussion about a plot, as I don't really keep up with the OOC unless somebody mentions me. I usually just wait for Fiddle, Life, or Zelly to bug me on Discord when something important is happening.

Yes we had this discussion before, I have been in coma for the last week so ill try to catch up to what has happened and make a few posts IC today, I don't mind making a plot or thinking up one or whatever but one thing really bothers me and that is the way of how everyone reacts or more like how they dont react. I have had this with the past 2 rps of my own that there is no motivation at all from basically everyone except a few. I ask them what they want and don't reply with anything or like a line that gives me no advice. I struck up plots which I thought about for a few days and no reaction. I myself am thinking now that im really bad on thinking up my own plots and well that doesnt come in favor with these kind of scenarios. so what im basically asking is do you have a form of plot in mind? I have one thing in mind and that is that frequent kidnap of freshman's close from school. demis are fairly rare and they sell for quite a price on the blackmarket. one of the four demi schools are therefor a pretty hefty price pot so it cant be avoided that there would be people trying to capture them around the city or school.

furthermore ill ask what lur or basically any player in the rp what they had in mind or wants to think up something for me to set in action.

Honestly, I'm okay with what I have right now. It's literally the first day of the school after all.

Plot can come out later.
