Nadia Felmoth

Nadia listened intently as Ivy spoke and watched as the pen glided across the map. Everything she said process in Nadia's head and her brain was working out the best ways to case the places mentioned. The bit about the stranger buying some businesses interested her, more specifically the man who bought them. She noted the fact that Ivy kept calling everything 'ours' a habit she was sure was not easy to break. Why this stuck in her mind she would never know but it was there. The switching supplier and warehouses would be the longest thing for her to case out, unless she got lucky. There was a long pause as she thought before she eventually spoke.

"The club will likely be the easiest thing for me to keep an eye on, since I will likely be able to go in at any given time and get some bit of information here or there. It seems logical to start there, as any information about the movement of Drogato will likely be circulation through there, even if the man doesn't go there himself. It will also probably be the best place for me to figure out the time schedule and location of his supplier as well, without actually trying to find it myself that is." She paused, thinking again. She would need to stay in any given form for as long as possible to be able to get any good information, which meant travel would likely be slow. "I can only stay in any given animal from for about two hours, so I want to minimize the need to travel as much as possible." She was thinking out loud, but also making sure her limitations were understood. "The man that bought the businesses is something I myself am curious about but the importance of this is really up to you." She directed this to Corvi, though the entire time she spoke she was running her ideas and thought process through him for approval or improvement. If he told her to do it another way, or to prioritize something she would follow his order to the letter.

"Is there anything you can tell me about Drogato's daily habits, it would make pinning him down a bit easier, hopefully. Also, the location of his home, or former home would be a huge help." This bit was directed toward Ivy, hoping she had any good information for her. Even old information was good, it gave her a place to start, or at the very least give her records or mail diversions to look for.

Bella Dona

Bella smirked as Corvi was reminded of her Taipan when he talked of cutting off the snake's head. She was glad that Cosa Nostra was getting targeted first, it will make her businesses easier to run.
"Don't forget I have eyes and ears not just in our nightclubs and casinos but in theirs too." Bella had her own hand in the game when it came to the business of vices. Not as much as Ulric Drogato of course, but it was a benefit that helped out the family.

As Ivy talked and marked the map for various businesses and hideouts the Nostra owned, Bella was reminded of the cautious feeling she had towards Ivy. She used to be the wife of Ulric after all, and although her loyalties lies within the East Canaglia now, it didn't shake off the feeling of suspicion Bella had towards her. But if Corvi trusted her, Bella couldn't argue with his decisions. He's one of the main reasons why she escaped the clutches of The North Scharole Highrollers in the first place, so it only seemed right to place her faith in his decisions.

Tyler DeGarrio

Silence. There was finally silence amongst all the loud music and cursing in the streets below, but now there was silence. A silence that came with a price. In the morning there would be news of death. The tenants of the street below that caused the ruckus would be found dead, stuffed in a dumpster with no signs as to who did such a criminal act. Tyler slept peacefully that night, knowing that the silence would only be temporary before cops and investigators showed up to question anyone within the vicinity of the crime, just to make sure no one within the apartment building had anything to do with it. His peace that night was all he needed, and when the morning came he awoke with a soft smile on his face. The morning rays filtered into his penthouse apartment and illuminated the bedroom. He groaned as he rolled over. Thankfully there was no one beside him. He had been on a sort of binge of men. Having a new guy every other night had become a thing as of late, but Tyler wanted peace and quiet. The Godfather had called a meeting and he needed his rest.

He would always remember his ex, the man who died for him, at least that is what he thought. Andre had given him so much and here he was being a complete whore, but he supposed it was his way of grieving. Standing from the bed, he moved to the bathroom to take his shower and complete his morning routine. It was a lot that went into what people saw when he walked out of his house. He was always well manicured though he didn't mind getting his hands dirty. Tyler looked himself over in the mirror before deciding what best to wear to the meeting. A long elegant coat beyond its time and tight fitting pants with an equally revealing shirt that showed just enough but hid what was important.

Tyler smirked looking at the mirror. His androgynous ways didn't go unnoticed in the Canaglia Gang. No one dared voice any type of displeasure, because it meant dealing with his wrath, and it was a powerful wrath indeed. There was a reason Tyler was the go to when it came to certain things within the gang, and he would not allow his reputation to slip not even an inch. A spell circle appeared before him as he stepped through it. At the same time a circle appeared in the office where the meeting was being held. Tyler walked in just as Michael was giving out orders to who would do what.

Yes, Tyler was late, but this wouldn't be the first time he was late. The spell circle dimmed and shut down behind Tyler as he took his rightful seat and listened to Michael finish giving out assignments. Fortunately he was paired with competent members of the gang. Kennison and McDowel. Those were his partners for this little mission. They had to check on things and make sure that a group of newbie loan sharks new who ran the city, the only obstacle was that Michael didn't want them to ice anyone.

"Where's the fun in that?" Tyler commented with a sly smirk as Michael finished giving orders. He stood to his feet and nodded indicating he understood his orders and looked to Kennison and McDowel. Kennison had already affirmed to The Godfather that he could count on them, and he was right, they would get the job done regardless. As they left the room, Harvey proceeded to talk causing Tyler to look over in his direction. "I suppose so," he said, "anyone need a way there? Spell circles are fun to travel through."

At that moment Kennison informed them that he had the location and that they should be on their way.

"Fabulous," Tyler responded as he clasped his hands together and spoke in the old tongue. As he separated his hand, a spell circle appeared on the palm of his right hand, and when he thrust it forward the spell circle appeared on the wall. "After you gentlemen," he stated wanting to get this mission done and over with so he could have a little fun.

Sera Angela Harrison -- The Songbird

There was an art to holding onto a man's arms while walking down a public street, one Sera had studied to mastership more than a decade ago. As a proper woman, she had to make sure not to step ahead of the man, to follow and not lead. Yet even in this scenario, where she was the guiding force, she used subtle little pulls and squeezes on his bicep to let him know the way they were supposed to go. This put her in the perfect position to feel the way his muscles grew tense, drawing her gaze down so she could see the way his fingers fisted at his side. The way his shoulders rose and fell when he forced a weighted breath. He wasn't very subtle.

She had heard a few of the stories about her newfound partner, at least the aftermath of his missions. Carnage was not exactly her type of thing, but to a certain extent it seemed to be his. She had only ever truly desired to spill blood once and after having done so she had no further urges beyond what might be assigned of her. For the right target, she could dispatch the threat with nothing but a few words, though that was not within her preference. She was here, ideally, to negotiate, to distract, to dazzle.

He had asked about her abilities? It was rather simple. "I tell people to do things, Mr. Ghirga and they listen. The weaker the mind or the more they are attracted to me, the easier it is to convince them to do the things I ask for. The situation varies drastically from one person to another, so I am never certain how effectively I can work, but I'll make do."

She studied him carefully from the corner of her eye, haughty but not challenging. "As long as you don't scare them too much or distract them."

Ivy Drogato

Ivy listened carefully to Nadia speak. Woman to woman, Ivy admired Nadia, she was smart and always ten steps ahead of the game. She wished she had known the woman earlier as she would have made a great team partner. Then again, that is just exactly what they were now. She continued bobbing her head up and down as she listened to her speak, before asking her a direct question.

Her doe eyes widened "Habits?" Ivy pondered, thoughts pouring into her skull. "Ulric was eccentric but a simple man. He has breakfast at this diner with a cup of black coffee every Sunday after church." she tapped her slender finger on a spot on the map. "He visits our son's grave afterwards and places new flowers down." Ivy continued, not mentioning to where the graveyard or the site was. She wanted to keep that a sacred thing. No one was to be allowed there. She even regretted mentioning it in the first place. "As far as daily things, he usually just makes rounds at the businesses checking in. I stayed home most of the time, so I'm not quite sure." She pointed out another mark on the point, "The home we made." she tapped on this one a few times with her finger nail before pulling her hands into her lap.

Sergio, the Black Flag

Out on business.

BANG

BANG, BANG

BANG BANG BANG

Click. Click. Click.

Smoke rose from the barrel of a shaking pistol. At the business end of the pistol, man dressed in a checkered vest and black slacks, with shining glasses sitting over top of a black bandana, was outlined by a series of holes in the door frame in which he stood, and he was leaning on a sledgehammer as though it were a cane. Beneath the glasses, his eye twitched in anger and fear, and he looked down at himself. No blood. A quick patdown showed that there was no blood coming from anywhere that he could tell, and he turned his head to look at the series of holes around him. Wood was splintered and the door's hinges were smashed to dysfunction, and yet he still stood, completely alive. Shakily, he turned his head to the man holding the gun.

"Are you fucking kidding me?", the man in the black bandana screamed. His voice would have been a smooth baritone were he not shouting, and in his anger, he slipped into an extremely heavy Spanish accent.

The other man, holding the pistol, was slowly backing into a corner in what appeared to be a small parlour. A door in the corner opened up to a hallway, and across the hallway in another room was a child, tied to a chair and gagged.

"I come here for a little fucking conversation, and you pull a gun?", he continued. "You kidnap a kid, you mail a god damn ransom note with a return address on it to his mother, and then you try to fucking shoot me when I come for some simple negotiations?"

The man in the black bandana's face was red with rage. He picked up the sledgehammer and hefted it over his shoulder, and stepped into the parlour. He took a few moments to breathe, and slid a pack of cigarettes out of his breast pocket. With a shaking hand, he put the Camel to his mouth through a small hole in his bandana and fumbled for a few moments to find his lighter. With a flip and a click, he lit up his cigarette and returned the lighter to his pocket. The red subsided over a few minutes as he smoked half of his cigarette, and he walked to the kidnapper very slowly. He kneeled down in front of the kidnapper and put out the remainder of the lit cigarette on the man's shirt, prompting a pained yelp.

"Look. I was willing to deal with you before this, and... Y'know what? Fuck it. I'll still make a deal with you. A bit less equitable, but a deal nonetheless. You fucked with someone in Canaglia territory, so I'm going to fuck with you, and then you're going to leave town within the week. If you're still here in seven days, I'm coming back to finish the job."

He stood again and brought the sledgehammer head down on top of a wooden shelf, smashing it to pieces. The kidnapper dropped the empty gun and scrambled into a corner. The man in the bandana smashed the remaining pieces a couple more times until he had a suitable piece of wood, which he broke over his knee to just a bit under shoulder height. He then ripped the tablecloth off of a short table in the parlour and wrapped it around one end of the piece of wood as a pad. "You'll need this."

He placed the makeshift crutch against the wall and brought the sledgehammer back to his shoulder, and kneeled back down in front of the kidnapper, who was shaking in utter terror. He untied the kidnapper's tie and stuffed it into the man's mouth. "This is going to hurt a lot. You'll want to bite that tie really, really hard."

He stood again and swung the sledgehammer downwards at the kidnapper's left thigh. The sound of cracking bone and muffled screams filled the parlour, and the black bandana'd man walked to free the kidnapped child, mumbling to himself as he eyed the craters in the walls. A window across the street was broken by a stray round, and he noted the address so he could return and repair the damage later.

"God damn... If that wasn't divine providence, I don't know what is. 4505 Hemingway Street... Better patch that up when I get the chance."

Sergio returned to the Canaglias' main office and knocked three times. The doorman opened the front door, and Sergio tugged the black bandana, now lightly splattered with blood. Sergio then handed the doorman his sledgehammer and walked in. "Is the Don in? Finished the job. Guy put up a fight, and we've got a bullet hole in a window at 4505 Hemingway."

The doorman mumbled a response.

"A meeting, you say...? Thanks, amigo. I'll go wait outside his office for orders."

With that, Sergio untied the bandana from his neck and stuffed it back into his pocket, and made his way up to the office door. It was closed, and so Sergio took a seat on a bench outside the door. Some minutes passed, and in his impatience, he stood and gave two short knocks at Corvi's office door. He wasn't yet the most trusted associate, but given the business he had had to attend to, the Don would likely want to know how it went. Public image was extremely important in this business, after all. And, as an added bonus, Sergio figured he might be given another job to do.

Cesar Ghirga

@KiwiBaer

“I won't do those sorts of things if you are able to do your job well, but I'm sure we won't reach a point where I have to intervene right?” Cesar responded in a sarcastic tone adding a smirk to it. Being underestimated was one of the many things that made his veins pop out. Despite his reputation he was capable of acting calm where the situation called for it, well it took a lot of effort and it mostly ended with him lashing out but the point was that he could act as a calm and patient person for a limited amount of time.

As they continued their way Cesar couldn't put to rest what Sera had said and as childish and petty as it seemed he wanted to rant about it and so he began to speak “I'm here to ensure the mission success if things get violent since I doubt you have the resolve to kill without flinching and your ability would probably be drowned out by the sounds of bullets firing in a room which would leave you as a pretty, but normal person, one full of holes I like to add."

Taking his baoding balls to call himself he continued his rant “And you are here because the situation calls for diplomacy, and me being entrusted in this mission alone would most likely end in a bloodbath that would not benefit Mr. Corvi; so let's put our differences and weak points aside and focus on pleasing Mr. Corvi.”

Cesar felt a little remorse in the back of his mind, it was the thousandth time he had vented his anger on someone. But it was still not enough remorse for him to apologise, instead he wished in the back of his mind that Sera was able to understand the main point of his rant.

Sera Angela Harrison -- The Songbird

Sera watched him through the length of his monologue, expression impassive. It could even be labeled as bored by a pessimistic eye, but that was just her default visage, nothing to do with the current scenario. She weathered all of his words and then sighed as her gaze drifted away, hardening when he brought the case back up a few moments later. She was a woman who grew defensive under scolding and for a second, she struggled with the urge to fight back. To argue her ability to protect herself, to argue his suggestion of 'weak points', to tell him she was more than he thought of her, than he could gleam.

But what would that do? It was ridiculous and silly to get puffed up in front of a man, she knew that. She lived that. So instead of fighting back, she thought of Rosemary and she offered her companion a small smile. "She will definitely like you. She adores the ones that irritate me."

Before her words could be questioned, she stopped the both of him with a small tug on his arm. They stood in front of a small bakery, hugged on both sides by dull brown buildings without any character to them. The bakery however was bright and flowery, with frills seen bordering the windows and a big sign in one that named it as 'Morris's Bakery'. In her heart, Rosemary had since renamed it as 'The Bonnie Bake', but knew she couldn't change it officially without protest from her husband's loyal costumers. Sera had successfully brought them to their destination.

A blonde woman peeked around some of the lace, peering at them as if summoned merely from the proximity of her significant other. Her hair was curled and pinned underneath a hat, her face a bit ruddy from the heat of the ovens, but she wore a bright and excited smile.

"Please, if you would, stay out here and do not encourage her. I will be back in a few moments." Sera said with a dreary tone of voice, reaching for the handle on the door. Rosie was out to meet her in a second and there was a quick whispered exchange. "Don't." Sera hissed to her, but the pixie of a woman was already standing before Cesar with a flour-dusted hand outstretched. A frustrated huff sounded from the Siren as she gave up on her protest and instead moved through the doors, now motivated to get dressed quickly.

"Hello there!" Rosemary smiled in a way that made her cheeks seem rounder and rosier and sweeter, her eyes bright with it. "You're a real gangster, aren't you, sir?" Awe was apparent in her voice from the question alone, as if she was honored just to be shaking the hand of a criminal.

Michal Kennison

"Alright, give me a second," Michael replied as he hurried off to go make a phone call. he wasn't sure how DeGarrio had gotten the idea that he already knew where they were going, but if he could find a pay phone he could probably do so without having to actually go and visit their people. He knew a couple guys who could probably give them what they were looking for, even if they might not appreciate the conversation coming in such a manner.

He would return a few minutes later, having located a payphone to make a few calls. "Alright, good to go," he told them with a grin. "We're going to Hancock Street." It was close enough to where these problems had been, at least, though it might not have been exactly perfect. But hey, once they were at the spot they could start their search. If this was a new group then how hard would it be to find them?

Looking to the spell circle on the wall, he nodded before stepping through. "My pleasure." With that he braced himself, at least figuring that it would feel a bit weird. Naturally he didn't do teleportation all that much, if ever, so he wasn't sure if he'd be just fine and dandy coming out of it. Better to be prepared. Once on the other side he would step away, allowing the others through without landing on him. Then he could assess their surroundings before they got to work. At least it wouldn't take long.

Valoran sighs. He listens in as best as he can, but he's never been the tactician. He's the one who gets sent in to "end the problem". Back when he was younger, before he met his past lover, Valoran was called the "Right Hand of the Reaper" as he was insanely violent and efficient in his dealings. He was still like that, those who were around at that time could still see the insanity and lust for blood in his eyes. Some even swore his son would be like him, as he personally trained Vance to take care of himself should Valoran fall.

He found his mind drifting to the dark memories of the past, as the others kept talking. He thought of the man he'd lost, and how much he truly missed him. He had stopped looking for love again, fearful that he wouldn't be able to protect them. And so he held his son closest to his heart, not wanting to get him put in danger.

The knock at the door jolts him from his thoughts. Excusing himself he heads over to it and opens it, letting himself out and closing it behind him. As the one in charge of most of the muscle, Valoran used this little distraction to do something rather than listen to strategy meetings. "Finished your job?" He looked the other man over, quickly, his stance firm and solid. He tried to keep down the rather intimidating aura he always seemed to exude, but it only made it worse.

In On Business

Sergio hated working with Valoran. The man always creeped him out somehow, and he shivered slightly. I'll just... Make this fast, Sergio thought to himself. A new job would get him out of the office as quickly as possible, so Sergio respectfully stood with his hands held behind his back in an almost military-esque stance.

"Yes, sir. Intel was wrong -- he was armed. Must've picked the gun up out of town. Little Charlie is back home safely and I've given that scumbag a week to leave the city. Is there anything else that needs doing today?"

Sergio had been pushing forth a lot more effort than most of the other peons. A lack of a proper family gave him more free time than most, so he was keeping himself occupied with his work as much as possible and in the process had picked up a reputation for always being around.

Nadia Felmoth

Nadia nodded to Bella when she mentioned that she had eyes and ears in the clubs. This would be helpful to her. At least while she wasn't in the vicinity of Drogato's clubs. He attention was then drawn back to Ivy as she answered her question. Again Nadia nodded. "I will not be bothering him at church or at your son's grave, both are holy and personal places. I wouldn't want anybody trying to spy on me while I was visiting my parents graves." She informed both Ivy and Corvi. That was something she would stick to no matter the consequences. "As for the location of the house thank you. It will make it easier for me to follow him around if I know where he leaves from every morning. Especially if he is still living in the same place. How was security? Tight I would be assuming." She paused, and looked toward Corvi she was waiting for a response from him, anything really. "What do you think boss?" She asked just to make it clear she wanted his response.

Her eyes went to the door when there was a knock on it and then followed Valoran as he moved to answer it. She wasn't sure how she felt about the man, he clearly cared for his son but that was all he mad obvious he cared for. He avoided all romantic interactions and always had a slightly intimidating aura about him, and it only got worse when her tried to hide it. She knew hime before his lover died and it seemed he had retreated into a well guarded fortress since then. She scanned the room, each and everyone of these people she had know for quite some time, a few since she was young. They had all changed in some way, even she had. This line of business would do that to a person. She herself had always entertained the idea of getting married and having children of her own, when her parents were alive but after they died she wanted nothing to do with it. This was the only family she needed. She didn't want to get a spouse and a child wrapped up in all this.

Nadia shook herself out of her thought and returned her attention to Corvi. He would tell her what he wanted her to focus on and she would go from there.

Valoran nods. "I see..." He pulls out a pad and writes a note down for reparations. "Well it's good you're unharmed." He looks back at the closed door and shakes his head. He'll join the tactics session later. He starts heading to his office. "Follow me. I don't have a list of jobs on me. I keep that stuff in my safe. But there is one job I need done..."

Opening the door of his office he heads to the safe, opening it and taking out a pendant. It's got a shiny metal dragon on it that looks to be made of solid platinum. "I need someone to make sure my kid's safe. Think you're up for the task?"

A new job? Sounds easy enough... Right?

Sergio nodded and followed Valoran. The creepy aura still bothered him, but at least it wasn't too harsh to stand. At the sight of the pendant, though, he almost felt as though Valoran softened somewhat, if that's the right word? The idea of protecting someone's son was reasonable enough, and he despised the sorts of scum who would take out their problems with a man on that man's family. That feeling in turn led to one of solidarity despite Sergio's general distaste for Valoran's demeanor, and a low-intensity flow of strength and energy emanated from Sergio in response. It was a good job, and the not-so-subtle undertones of love for one's family drove Sergio to accept with no strings attached and no demands.

"I'll do it. Is there anything I should know beforehand? Possible threats and such?"

Valoran nods. "There are... A few i would expect. However the beasts in the west haven't tried anything since.." He shakes his head. "There is one man, Alexi Romanovski. Damn bastard has a vendetta against me. He's responsible for the death of past lover." Valorn hands Sergio the pendant. "You must make haste. Now that we are going against the South, I need to make sure he's safe. Vance can be a bit unruly, but he'll sense the pendant before you even knock. He'll stand down." Valoran sighs.

"I just hope nothings happened since I left. Alexi is cunning, and strong. The only man I haven't beaten, since he's gone before I get there..."

"Then I'll just have to get there and keep him from running off on you if he shows up. I'll have one of the locals call the main office if something goes down."

Sergei took the pendant and placed it in his breast pocket, right beneath his tiny pistol. He turned and moves to exit the office, giving a short wave goodbye to Valoran and bringing his black bandana back to his face. If Valoran's fears were at all accurate, then this job should be more fun than the last one, and perhaps a bit more explosive, too. Sergio shook with excitement at the thought of eighty-sixing Cosa Nostra exploiters in the midst of an inferno, but he caught himself in the middle of a rather nasty thought. No, Sergio. No debo quemar nada. He decided against bringing a petrol can this time. Just before leaving the office, he stopped and looked back towards Valoran.

"Oh, and... I'm assuming it's okay to put down anyone who comes knocking with a weapon, unless you want anyone for yourself. Is there anywhere you want me to bring your son if there's a problem, or will the Family's office suffice?"

Michael Corvi

For the better part of a minute, Don Corvi found himself staring at the door -- or rather, past it. Something was distracting him and it was obvious to the party gathered in the room for the meeting. Something was wrong. While he was listening to the conversation amongst his associates regarding the Drogato situation, he was more focused on the feeling in his right arm, which he held before him in wonder and terror. It was the first time he had felt fear of this caliber in years, and no doubt the first time anybody in the room had seen fear written across his face. But the meeting had to continue.

He turned his attention to Felmoth and Ivy once more. "He... Doesn't yet know that there are any plans to harm his businesses. He may suspect it, of course... Drogato, you know him better than any of us. If he's the kind of man to waste money on paranoia, then..."

Corvi shook his head. There were stars in his eyes and he was rapidly running out of steam, and it seemed as though he had aged ten years in the space of a single minute. His train of thought had been interrupted, and he excused himself from the meeting. "I called you here because I trust your judgment. If you'll excuse me..."

The Don moved from the table to exit the room. He was limping slightly, and immediately after opening his office door, he collapsed upon the hallway floor with a solid thump.

Valoran Dryder

Valoran follows after a bit. "Vance is actually stronger than I am... Just... He's unpredictable. His power tends to... shift. Dramatically. He's also prone to rushing into things." He grabs an empty cup from next to the door to wash it and use for some whiskey. "And please do." He steps past the door, walking to the recreation room when he sees the door to Corvi's office open and sees him fall. With a flick of his wrist he's bent the space around him and by the Don's side. He checks the man for injuries, noring his heads bleeding and he's looking a bit pale. He takes a deep breath. "Damn it, old man..." He looks into the room and then back to Sergio. "Sergio, leave this to us, we'll get him to a hospital. Nadia, phone the doctor. I'll do my best to halt the bleeding for now... But I can't heal." Sitting, Valoran seems to shimmer slightly then Corvi starts to shimmer. "What are you sitting there for..." Valoran's voice seems almost... demonic, with how distorted it sounds. "GET MOVING."

A new job? Sounds easy enough... Right? (cont. p2.)

"I'll do my best to protect him, then, regardless of what happens. I'll pick up some gear on the way--"

Sergio was cut off by the sound of Don Corvi collapsing into the hallway. Any further discussion of the matter was ended in an instant. Valoran's worry over the Don, and Sergio's own feelings toward the man, set off a cascade of strength in his soul. He would do his job, and he would do it very well. If the Don passed away, then the last thing the East Canaglia Gang needed was for Valoran's son to be lost as well. So with a wave, Sergio quietly slipped past Valoran and Corvi. "Should I take one of the Gang's cars?", he asked Valoran, then he waited for an answer to nod in response and continue on his way.

On the way out, Sergio stopped by the doorman for his sledgehammer. "Get me one of the BARs, too. New job's the protection of a family member and I don't want to risk screwing it up," he said, and the doorman nodded in response before shuffling off to a back room. In a minute, the doorman returned to hand Sergio the weapon and two spare magazines, and Sergio exited the building.
