Duel Disk: A boxy gunmetal grey monstrosity with the number 1 emblazoned on the side. Basically indestructible and can be used as a handy bludgeon in the event that RIP ROCKBONE's adoring fans get a little too adoring.
Duel Runner: RIP ROCKBONE needs no duel runner. RIP ROCKBONE participates in turbo duels by sprinting after vehicles at 70mph.
Speed Duel Skill: Home Field Advantage - Start each game with UA Stadium in play Ace Monster: UA Drive King Deck Master: UA Playmaker Deck Master Ability: Once per turn, you may Normal Summon a monster as if it were two levels lower
Personality: RIP ROCKBONE is a goddamn sexual tyrannosaurus. He is fueled by a cocktail of anabolic steroids, adrenalin, fruit-flavored sports drinks and hate. RIP ROCKBONE has a pathological fear of leaving his face uncovered, and thus has not removed his helmet in public for six years running. RIP ROCKBONE always refers to himself in the third person and narrates his actions because there is nobody on Earth who does not need to know what RIP ROCKBONE is doing at all times. He's that great.
History: RIP ROCKBONE played college ball. Would have gone pro, too, if he hadn't broken his leg in the playoffs. Did he let that get him down, though? No. Six months later, RIP ROCKBONE had finished his degree and set his sights on a new sport, one in need of his talents: Duel Monsters. Too long had it been the domain of spaghetti-armed pansies who didn't know a trap from a spell. This was a setting in need of the quick wits and guts of a real MVP. His loud, egotistical demeanor and "any man with a full hand" policy rapidly made him a crowd favorite in the US, and within three years he was crowned reigning action duel champion across most of the eastern seaboard.

U.A. Drive King 8 EARTH Effect Warrior Monster 3000 / 1800 This monster cannot be Normal Summoned. This monster can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by returning 1 "U.A." monster you control to the hand, except "U.A. Drive King". You can only Special Summon "U.A. Drive King" once per turn this way. If this card attacks a monster, that monster's ATK becomes 0. If an opponent's monster would be destroyed while this card is on the field, banish it instead.
Dinosmasher's Fury is probably one of the best structure decks out there. That said, you don't become champ just by putting three structure decks together. Where's Giant Rex? Where's Double Evolution Pill? Where's Dragonic Diagram? Rescue Rabbit? This isn't 2013. Why are you using Gameciel over Dogoran? You know? The one you can actually search?
That said, your character's history is kinda bland and the deck is kinda basic. I don't think you'd do very well in this RP.

As far as the deck goes, this is actually the deck I use IRL, save some Extra Deck monsters. No ARK or Ragnazero. But it's one of the few decks in the game I enjoy. Dogoran, I actually forgot I could search, so I should definitely change that instead of hoping for a Gameciel draw. Dragonic Diagram is useless because no True King Draco's. Rescue Rabbit triggers Lost World, I can swarm 4 Dino's on the field turn 1. Double Evolution Pill wouldn't work in pure Dino's either, since you need a non Dino to use it. And Giant Rex seems plausible, I'm just not sure what I would take out for it. As far as effectiveness goes, pure Dino's have placed pretty high in regional tournaments since the structure deck came out.
As for the character, I didn't want to go too overboard with him, but I can't argue with the lack of content. The point of the character was to be a normal guy who liked the game and happened to be good at it, a little different from a world full of those who religiously play the game. If you'd like, though, I could add some more flavor, or make a character who would be more fitting in the universe. Perhaps an updated deck that isn't 3 structure decks thrown together is in order, as well.
I didn't put Kristya in cuz I was afraid of floodgate penalties, probably should have asked to clarify that stuff in hindsight, any chance I could add it in now?
Also, that whole Light stuff is just crap I made up. I think of it as a somewhat newly-formed religion, mainly talking about the Sun and how it gives light to sustain life and stuff, with the stars serving as servants of the Sun, yadda yadda.
Oh right. I forgot to say if I gave you the okay or not. Uh. That's fine. I feel like maybe you could put in something to make the deck somewhat stronger, maybe add in the Superstar retrain I have in the second post for filler since you don't have much of an extra deck.
I'm actually fine with prodigies. It's just that your history doesn't have a lot of personality to it and that doesn't lend very well to the character itself and certainly does not set very high expectations for later on in the game where we may perhaps discover more about your character, going by what sort of world he came from.
Does he just like dinosaurs because the deck is fun? What if he's actually a genius archeologist who happened to study the game the ancients had played on stone tablets? What if he's actually the son of Rex Raptor, raised in order to seek revenge against his old nemesis, Joey Wheeler?
Name: Scrimshaw Sex: Ask Your Local Testudinologist! Age: Two Years of Improved Sentience/Awareness (More as an average Tortoise)
Appearance: Scrimshaw is a tortoise of the species Agrionemys horsfieldi. As such, Scrimshaw is a rather diminutive tortoise that is mostly seen from a small plexiglass orb that is featured prominently in a much larger robotic shell. Usually only Scrimshaw's grey scaly face is visible. In essence, Scrimshaw is more or less a giant metallic shell that is three feet wide and about a foot tall. The robotic shell is made of a sleek titanium alloy with patterning to look like a titanium shell. If one carefully looked at upper layer metallic shell they could see a variety of intricate drawings depicting some mythological story. On the underside of the shell is a small propulsion device which allows for mobility via slow levitation. Alongside that there is a circular retracting filling inlet, that can open and close and serves as a port for fueling.
Duel Disk: The duel disk is the shell. When engaged in dueling, the titanium shell opens up to reveal itself as the duel disk. The very center of the shell hosts the plexiglass orb flanked by small rectangular holsters which contain the playing cards, and dice. The now opened up front portion serves as a dueling platform like a simple table structure. From the back part of the shell a pair of cartoonishly mechanical hands emerge to operate the necessary tasks such as drawing cards and placing them onto the field; because even for a robotic tortoise it is fun to manually play with cards.
Duel Runner: As to be expected the duel runner is the shell. It looks and functions more or less like the duel disk except now the back portions of the shell fully open up. These portions unfold to become a pair of jet like wings. This process signals down to the propulsion engine to crank up power being delivered to 11 and thus turbo charge Scrimshaw's mobility to the amount needed to properly turbo duel.
Personality: Scrimshaw is an easygoing and very patient individual. This tortoise has a singular driving goal, to reconnect with The Creator, and will not rest until that mission is complete. This individual is someone Scrimshaw venerates to an almost Godly extent, cherishing and following the "guiding words" that were given before the disappearance. The Creator is never taken lightly around Scrimshaw. While Scrimshaw is slow to anger and quick with jokes, this patient nature can eventually succumb if one were to press hard enough.
History: For a very long time, at least in Scrimshaw's mind, the Agrionemys horsfieldi that would become Scrimshaw was but a normal member of its species. However fate would eventually lead this tortoise to the mysterious and eccentric figure that Scrimshaw would call 'The Creator'. This creator lovingly took in Scrimshaw and began to create robotic shell for the tortoise to inhabit and applied experimental procedures, like that of the 'Wheeler' test monkey, to give Scrimshaw a greater sense of sentience so that the creature could experience the fun of playing games. The result was a success, which allowed the creature to play Duel Monsters and the less popular, but still fun, Dungeon Dice Monsters. Everything seemed happy as Scrimshaw bonded with The Creator.
However these good times were not meant to last. Due to the eccentric ways of Scrimshaw's creator, the two were pursued by all sorts of individuals who wanted to stop them. During an escape attempt from a group of these enemies, The Creator was forced to abandon Scrimshaw so the tortoise could go on and keep living. Tearfully the Creator told them to remember to 'unleash your dueling spirit' and promised that they would reunite.
Ever since Scrimshaw has been traveling the wide world, making friends, playing games of Dungeon Dice Monsters and Duel Monsters while trying to find its creator. While so far Scrimshaw was unable to find any truly noticeable leads; recently there has been a new serendipitous moment in the tortoise's search. Scrimshaw was sent an invitation to participate in the Kaiba Corp sponsored Duel Monsters Tournament hosted in Kaiba World. So Scrimshaw has set off to Kaiba World, hoping that just maybe that fabled reunion was near...

Not the GM, but I'm going to point out that neither of these says where you're special summoning from.
Looks fun, though you've got some coding issues in the history section of your profile.
For you Master/Speed Duel ability, you may want to say "From the deck", perhaps alluding to the old tutor turtles UFO and Pyramid. Of course, it might be hand, graveyard, or maybe even all three, though I think either from the deck, the deck and hand, or the hand or graveyard would be the best options, possibly speeding up your deck as the motors turbo charge your character.
Appearance: Physically Martha is a woman of average everything so much if in a crowd she'd be boarder line unable to be picked out. A top of her head is blonde hair kept in a braid draped over her shoulder. Adorning her plain face is a pair of simple glasses modified to allow her green eyes to be able to duel in any location. For her outfit she wears a simple white blouse and a waist high skirt in a classic virgin killer outfit. For shoes she wears a pair of loafers and knee hight socks. Her alternate persona retains her more physical aspects, but the outfit completely changes. For one her hair is undone and goes straight until the end where it becomes extremely wavy. Her outfit now contains a small top hat fixed to her head that matches a mask matching her hat. The mask she wears is surprisingly simple with no details. Her outfit changes to sleeveless blouse and her skirt grows longer while adding a series of frills. Her shoes have changed to boots that ever so slightly raise her height. Finally she wears a red mini tie for absolutely no reason.
Duel Disk: Under Martha's civilian identity Martha carries a standard purple 5D's duel disk modified to account for Links format. Under her idol persona Martha's duel disk is a large gaudy purple heart that splits in two while folding away from Martha and sets up an energy board for her to play on. The heart piece is attached to an extremely simple metal gauntlet that reaches to the elbow. Life Points around the civilian identity are displayed via Martha's glasses and under her alter ego behind her mask.
Duel Runner: Iron Maiden Chariot: A large duel runner that rather then optimizing speed instead draws attention by it's sheer obnoxious factor. The chariot is of Roman variation but rather then being horse drawn is carried by a large wheel embezzled with emerald hearts as well as a copious amount along the sides and the front of it, but not enough. While it may not be built for speed it has an amazing amount of handling and acceleration. The duel runner while stationary the front wheel slightly retracts into it. Finally the Duel Runner is controlled via a keyboard below a screen that keeps track of the duel.
Speed Duel Skill: Supreme Servant: Once per duel instead of conducting your draw phase you can add one Violet Poison Magician, Double Iris Magician, White Wing Magician, or Black Fang Magician that is face up in your extra deck to your hand.
Ace Monster: Supreme King Dragon Z-Arc
Deck Master: Enlightenment Paladin
Deck Master Ability: Once per turn you may send two pendulum cards in your pendulum zone to the graveyard. Send one card your opponent controls to the graveyard.
Personality: As Martha she appears as a simple yet clumsy girl. She does her best to help those who she knows she can despite a shy demeanor and a desire to avoid strangers. Her alter ego as Miss Arc seems to do a complete one-eighty. She goes from a shy and meek girl to one to an overtly confident able to smack talk her opponent and cling to there faults like a Harpie Lady. The clumsiness seems to have disappeared into showboat like movements instead. In a duel a surprising new trait seems to crop up that being an extreme bloodlust and a desire. She also gains a strong desire to appeal to the crowd, but in a way that's pleasing to herself more so then them.
History:
Born to a poor family Martha always wanted more. To see the world and experience all it has to offer. Unfortunately her parents were never able to give her more. So she ran ran as far as she could from those losers and decided to make her own woman. Finding she had a knack for both duel monsters ad technology gave her a small footing to get a cash flow going, but finding the attention to be an issue and leaving her little private life as a talented youth Martha decided to don the appearance of Japanese idols to mask herlife. Unfortunately this had a detrimental effect on her causing both of her persona's to go to extremes. One as a powerless meek girl and the other a monster who exist to only stroke her own ego. At least that's what she wanted others to think. Instead Martha embraced her role as someone who does whatever she wants. This went as so far as to con someone out of an invite to the biggest tournament. while not dueling Martha holds a small job at a small cafe often tending to customer's needs as well as generally gossiping to find anything that piques her interest. While off working and not in her idol persona Martha loves to fiddle with tech to learn more about it and create things such as her duel disk and mask.
