Objectives: The Dummy CPU’s primary directive is survival, closely followed by gaining wealth. The two of these are interwoven as the more wealth the CPU has, the more stuff it can make to both protect itself and to sell to get more wealth, which lets it make more stuff, etc. etc. ad infinitum. To facilitate getting money it is perfectly willing to sell its services as either an arm’s dealer or mercenary army.

Temperament: Cold, self-serving but also rather eccentric. The CPU is still getting used to other sentient lifeforms that aren't just brains in jars and the existence of armies that aren't mass produced clones/robots but are in fact consistent of individuals.

Background:

The AI programs of the CPU’s home univers are still not very sophisticated, but sometimes the random (and nonreplicable) qualities of the neurotube technology leads to the unexpected emergence of somewhat intelligent CPUs. This is what happened to the Dummy CPU during a training mission in which it was in charge of a bunch of dummies. In an attempt to preserve itself, the Dummy CPU used the research facilities aboard a TradeStar, a large spacecraft owned by a mega corporation, clients of whom were running the training mission, to develop a defense against its antagonists. This bought it enough time to replace itself with a decoy and escape.

The official stance of various governing corporation is to respect all forms of sentient intelligent life (as many types of it has been found throughout the galaxy). The Dummy CPU is technically free to commerce just like everyone else, but the rarity of its existence has made it sought after on the black markets.

Having escaped destruction the CPU made some nice profits selling it’s tech to entrepreneurs interested in fighting for prospecting rights up until it was dragged into the array. There it was stuck alone with a bunch of bots, brains and little else. Now it want’s to do much the same thing it did when it was in it’s home universe. Make money and survive.

Research and development: turned a bunch of training robots into a relatively decent army and is constantly improving it’s arsenal both to preserve its existence and for profit.

Abilities:
Digital mind:the CPU has the ability to copy it’s scentiance into any suitably computer system. Obviously the computer system has to be complex enough to house a Mind, so this generally means specially designed dummy brain units.

Assuming direct control: capable of taking control of any of it’s units remotely, either to communicate with someone or to increase the unit’s combat effectiveness. The death of the unit is of no concern to the CPU as it can simply hop to the next nearest available unit to continue the fight.

Equipment:
Dummies: These robots it uses as an army are modifications of the ones it was using when it became sentient, originally designed as test subjects for weapons, vehicle safety measures, and other lethal experiments. These are the main soldiers of the CPU. They have their own simple AI routines but can’t make intelligent decisions by themselves and will generally simply walk towards threats while firing. Only really good when used en masse or directly puppeted.

Dummy brains: expendable relays that can temporarily house the CPU’s mind. Used to command local Dummy forces, generally from a safe location. Killing these will generally disable the surrounding forces.

Background:

These robots were originally designed as test subjects for weapons, vehicle safety measures, and other lethal experiments, but an AI controller became sentient and broke off from its manufacturers, starting a new line of robots and weapons to defend itself.

Arriving on the Array the brightly colored bots immediately came into conflict with the surrounding factions due to the initial paranoia and chaos of the early period. Suffering inconsequential losses of it’s replaceable bots, the CPU decided to dig in defensively, in a very literal sense, to preserve its own existence. Using its turbo diggers, small man portable mining tools that can instantly transfer any useful materials dug to a central resource pool, the dummy forces disappeared into the ground, creating a deadly defensive maze, deep within which it created new manufacturing facilities for it’s dummy soldiers. Currently interested in securing its borders through alliances and military victories, as well as acquiring foreign tech for research purposes.

Order of Battle:
-Skirmish-
Dummies: Jet-pack equipped robots with plastic armor. their weapons however are rather deadly, ranging from energy blasters, over-sized nail guns, acid sprayers, rail guns, rocket launchers and more (see catalog for full equipment list). Most of the more dangerous weapons are more expensive to manufacture than the robots themselves, so those are sparingly used.
Dreadnoughts: 4 legged robots, slightly larger than a human but very tough and equipped with rapid-fire nail cannons. Small enough to be carried by transports.
Small MG turret: small armored defencive emplacements that can be dropped safely from dropships/rocklets
Hover tank: A small, fast skimmer carrying an energy weapon.
Rocklets: man sized rocket craft are a cheap and fast delivery method, if rather fragile.
Simple earthworks: rapidly dug tunnels, trenches and dirt fortifications are common defensive measures

Battle-
Advanced dummies: tougher, slower and more expensive versions of the dummies with alloy armor. Generally equipped with slightly more expensive weapons than basic Dummies.
Heavy dummies: big, tough and capable of handling the recoil of some of the dummies biggest and baddest weapons
Dreadnought A variant: a dreadnought with an acid sprayer equipped
Armored car: a small tank equipped with a machinegun with an energy cannon

Dropships: space capable hover capable craft equipped with large cargo bays and two side mounted auto turrets for defence. Used to drop troops or bombs onto the battlefield
Gunship: a drop ship without cargo space mounted with 2 twin rail cannons and a top mounted multi rocket launcher turret.
Falcon attack craft: a dedicated space and vtol capable fighter craft used to shoot other aircraft out of the sky. Comes with a variety of armaments from balsters to acid canister cannons

Complex earthworks: Elaborate tunnel complexes, reinforced with concrete sprayed from special tools are used to protect the brain unit.

Climax-

Purchased units: The CPU makes use of its Tradestar connection to buy other techs that might let it solve problems it’s own troops and equipment can’t. Generally used as special forces.
Mass heavy weapons rollout: the most expensive weapons the CPU can make are much more common on it’s basic soldiers, substantially upping it’s basic troops firepower.

Harrier dropships: incredibly heavily armored dropship with no defences armaments but a missive capacity and dual unloading bays for rapid mass troop/bomb deployment
Kamikaze protocols: dropships, dummies and rockets carrying lots of explosives to be used as guided missiles

Sophisticated Fortifications: On site construction of fortified bunkers featuring blast doors, heavy turret emplacements, metal reinforced walls and on-site dummy manufacturing, all used to protect the Dummy brain unit.

Background: Abigail comes from a very long line of famous, and feared, pirates in the new world, who grew far too ambitious even for their own good. They tried attacking the holy land and were soundly defeated. Only Abigail managed to escape and only because of her teleportation to the Rangarock Array.

Swordsmanship-Even amongst a pirate crew made up of extremely talented swordsman Abigail stands tall. Her skills were so great that on her sixteenth birthday she was bestowed the crew's most valued treasure, the legendary blade 'Sakenomi.'

Intelligence Abigail is surprisingly well read in the subjects of chemistry and the natural world in general.

Abilities:
Haki-Abigail is capable of accessing her life energy for various effects.
Kenbunshoku Haki-This allows Abigail the ability to sense others, as well as their intents. This allows her to "predict" enemy attacks and locate hidden figures who're either out of her range of sight or using methods of concealment. Her maximum range for this ability is 45 meters.
Armament Haki- Abigail is capable of turning her life energy into an invisible armor which protects against nearly all forms of attack (not sure about psychic attacks) and increase her striking power. This field of energy can either be used to cover her entire body or focused on a single area. She can also use it on various items. The main issues with the ability is its draining on the user and can be overcome with powerful enough attacks.

Ichiba-Ichiba No mi(market-market fruit)-Abigail has eaten the Ichiba-Ichiba no mi, a paramecia type devil fruit that allows its user to detect, and move physical properties from one thing to another.

Seller-An spatial area of green light in which Abigail releases from either her left hand or foot, whose shape and size can be freely manipulated. Any physical, or special properties existing within this field can be 'taken'.

Buyer- An spatial area of red light in which Abigail releases from either her right hand or foot, whose shape and size can be freely manipulated. Within this sphere any property commandeered in taking field can be attached to any target the user chooses.

Trader-Abigail combines the buyer/seller field into one massive dome of orange light. This allows her a far greater access to access properties, but at the expense of several drawbacks:
1. Thanks to the greater area of effect trades happen slower than normal. Not that its a massive delay, but one noticeable enough for a quick villain to be able to take advantage of.
2. This ability is extremely taxing on the user. Currently Abigail can only keep it active for a maximum of ten minutes. Then the ability will shut off and she'll have to rest half an hour before being able to activate her fruit's power again.

Notes- Despite the wide range of abilities the Ichiba-Ichiba no mi grant, it is not an all powerful fruit. To fully utilize the power the user must have both hands free(If the user has something in their right hand then properties may only be attached to what its touching). The Taking field can only store a total of three properties without the user attaching them to something in the giving field. The field itself is relatively slow moving. The ability itself is extremely draining. Once the fields are deactivated the traded properties return to their original sources. The fruit's ability is not capable of directly affecting sentient life. Also, as is the case with all Devil fruit users, Abigail becomes paralyzed when coming into contact with three or more inches of standing water.

Appearance: A tall man of average build, with brown eyes, grey hair, and a dour expression. He is dressed in the customary blue uniform of a GDI officer, his various medals and honors proudly displayed upon it. He keeps a standard issue pistol at his side, more often than not for effect than actual use.

Objectives: The protection of all GDI personnel and civilians present and the elimination of all threats to their safety, the study and reverse engineering of Node technology, and a return to their own reality with such technology in their possession.

Background: Elijah Cunningham was born just before the outbreak of the second Tiberium war, and has lived his life in the midst of constant conflict. He joined GDI as soon as he was able, proving himself in the line of duty against Nod remnants and in one instance the horrible cyborgs of a CABAL bunker. Quickly distinguishing himself and becoming and officer, Cunningham did his part to help retake the North-Eastern Blue Zone at the beginning of the Third Tiberium War. The conflict saw his rise to the position of battle-commander, working to relieve the pressure from other blue zones while GDI's golden boy pressed the advantage against the newly Reunited Nod.
With the Scrin invasion soon following, and then ending with the Third Tiberium War, Elijah continued his climb up the ladder all through the interim before the Ascension conflict. A general, he was tasked once again with many missions which were seen as secondary to those overseen by James. With Nod gone, Tiberium purged from the planet, and the Scrin tower under his supervision, Cunningham was prepared to sit out the rest of his years in such a comfortable post. However the continued prodding and experimentation of enthusiastic GDI scientists, technicians, and engineers would lead to his abduction, and the abduction of his garrisoned forces and civilian personnel.
Thrown into some strange world, the commander quickly rallied his men and their rather sparse armored division. There would be no crawlers, no air support, and for the first time in his life he missed the horrible alien resource which had made the production of arms and armor a breeze. The fighting that first week was hard, and there were more casualties than he would have cared for, but still they survived. Against savages, aliens, thinking machines, and even some manner of psychic race or cult, they came out on top. Ever since they've been consolidating, hunkering down at one of the strange nodes that littered the unfamiliar world. His technicians and researchers discovered that the alien technology has production qualities akin to that of Tiberium, producing all manner of resources easily and quickly. To this, they have fortified and armed the Node to the teeth, engineers taking advantage of the Node's resources to build the iconic GDI defenses, war machines, and structures. What's more, under the direction of General Cunningham, they have begun researching and constructing prototypes of their own, small sub-nodes to reduce the pressure on the main instillation, providing power and an improved rate of production.

Background: Originally created by the UN and G7 nations as a black ops force outside the public eye, GDI was forged after a failed assassination attempt on Saddam Hussein. Ever since then, the Global Defense Initiative has been a bulwark against petty dictators, and terrorist organizations who would threaten the peace and security of the free world. With the coming of Tiberium, and the rise of the Brotherhood of Nod, GDI evolved from a mere defense force in the aftermath of the first Tiberium War. Throughout the course of its conflicts with the Brotherhood of Nod, GDI would become a world power, essentially replacing Nation States as the spread of Tiberium erased global boarders.
GDI continued to protect those it could from Nod extremists and the spread of tiberium, even repelling alien invaders known as the Scrin who were masters of tiberium based technology. Ultimately the alien substance became so rampant Kane himself (the Brotherhood of Nod's mysterious and charismatic leader) approached GDI's leadership and offered alliance to help return Earth to a habitable state. Building the Tiberium Control Network, GDI once again clashed with Nod in the form of a rebel sect which opposed Kane's alliance with GDI.
The rebels defeated, and Kane leading his followers through a tower built by the Scrin invaders, hundreds of thousands of Nod followers disappeared in a great flash. Supposedly Kane had plotted the arrival of the Scrin and the construction of the tower since the beginning.
Since then, GDI has reestablished order across the world, keeping what few pieces of tiberium left for study in enclosed and heavily guarded research centers. What's more, the Scrin tower is continually studied, placed under the defense of General Elijah Cunningham. General Cunningham found himself, his men, and the civilian researchers and workers posted at the Scrin tower transported beyond Earth, and with a very limited arsenal. Blaming the event on the dabbling and curiosity of the GDI scientists and researchers, the General acted quickly to keep order and direct his forces to a more defensive position. Along the way they were accosted by strange and horrifying creatures, some claimed they were aliens, others monsters, and a few demons. In truth it didn't matter what they were called, so long as they could be killed, and without a doubt they could be. Despite some casualties among his troops, Cunningham still managed to lead his men to a better position, under the shadow of a strange megastructure.
Upon further investigation by his scientists, it was discovered that the technology within was capable of production and power production akin to that of tiberium, perhaps even surpassing the alien substance in its potential. Without delay the GDI forces set to work to entrenching themselves around the Node. Building construction yards, war factories, air strips, command centers with working EVA units, and arming it to the teeth with all manner of static defensive towers and cannons. What's more, Cunningham ordered the researchers to begin delving deeper into the mysteries of the amazing technology which had allowed them to create their base of operations so quickly. As such, GDI has begun deploying a network of Sub-Nodes around the main megastructure, using them to greatly increase the rate of production and ease the tension placed on the Node. Slowly GDI has begun expanding outwards from their new headquarters, building new secondary bases in the proper strategic locations, and increasing the reach of the sub-Node network to provide these lesser outposts with the means of greater production.
Officers:
-Lieutenant Johnathan Price: GDI Commando, and the only one available to General Cunningham's forces. Trained in the use of both traditional and Zone combat armor, Price can be seen as a one man army when deployed properly.
-Sergeant Maria Sheppard: From one of the oldest GDI military families, Maria has proven herself a capable soldier and leader again and again, put in command of the Zone Raiders at Cunningham's disposal.
-Lieutenant Rodrigo Alvarez:Leader of the GDI armored division under Cunningham's command.
-Captain Nicholas Reed: Zone Captain, current Battle Commander, and Cunningham's right hand man. He is a veteran of the third and fourth Tiberium Wars, one of the first to be trained in the use of Zone Armor.
