The favored way she wears her hair generally comes in the two most common forms. One being let down to her waist with two braids holding her raven curls away from her face. Life Before Red LakeAlice was born to a Irish father and French mother. They had moved to Italy in hopes of pursuing careers that in the end did not fall through. Their careers took them both to Britain. Her mother following a path as a wedding designer while her father was aspiring politician and successful lawyer. Joan and Alistair Lynche were their names. She was born shortly after they settled in England. A pleasant enough place that pleased both parents. She was doted on in her youth. The adorable daughter and heir to her parent's legacy. It was a tad bit heady and complicated. Especially when her fashion choices didn't line up with what was mainstream. When her brother was born her parents turned their hopes to their son. Something of a relief to the eleven year old girl.
Alice does not speak often of her sibling, and it's not common the person who knows of the existence of said sibling. But Aristotle- named after her grandfather, as her father was named after his grandfather- was something of a brief relief. Once he grew old enough to understand that to his parents he could do no wrong. He carefully teased his sister and taunted her making sure he was out the range of blame in their parents eyes. It drove a firm wedge between the teen and child. But when Alice went to college and later University, Aristotle attacked his sister's future. He revealed her hopes and dreams to her parents. They of course didn't approve, and Alice had been very aware of this fact. She had been hiding it, but they had found out. A blistering lecture, and a decision on how she would pursue this business line in fashion as was fitting them.
She was horrified. Her future was being shaped and used by her family for their end. Something Alice thought she had escaped with her brother being the prized child. She left University. Took her money and fled to work from an apartment she shared with a friend. There she worked on making clothes and making a name for herself online. Under the name Timeless Tailor. But her father tracked her downa few years later and cause her trouble with the apartment complex. Striving to force Alice to return home. But she fled again- with all her life savings to America. Hopeful that it would only be a stint till her father finally gave up so she can return to England. Get a nice cottage and shop and work her dream.
Life In Red Lake:A week spent receiving furniture, deliveries of fabrics and other such materials for her work, and setting plants into her gardens. Alice settled her cottage in the typical English way. Unfortunately this turned her front room into something of a reception area for the Timeless Tailor as she runs the shop from her home. Another room turned into her workroom. The rest of the house left being alone. Though she oddly enough put a bucket in the sink for washing up when she came in from the garden. In the garden there are fresh furrows and new beds of plants. Vegetables, flowers, herbs and oddly enough Alice managed to stuff in a apple tree. A busy week of making the cottage into a haven for her needing. Now settled in her house, she's been eyeing the village. Thinking to venture into the town. Though she's been very leery due to hearing about a missing girl. Something that had the tiny tailor worried.
Thoughts On Riley Walker:Did not know her
Thoughts On The Murder:Alice is horrified, and terrified. She can't leave, but she doesn't want to stay. The poor lass has moved from one trap to another. And she's not sure which one is worse.
