Alright, GM, how do I get into the groove here? Let's just say my character lives alone.

I suggest setting up where you are. Paint us a picture of where the character is, what everything looks like. Where in town do you live? Is it raining? What color is your house, what are you doing? Another thing you could do is say you're working the might shift. I could lead my character there and ask you for a pair of scissors.

@Xandrya I'm actually posting today after such a long wait. Most of my post revolves around your character and what's happening to her, as well as the current issues popping up around town.

I got sick. Have tonsillitis, and my immune system has always been sub-par so I'm very fatigued after work. Sorry for the wait. It was just horrible timing.

Aliases: Karuga

Written Description: Karuga is a young child. She has short black hair with red ribbons in her hair, she wears a long white and red overcoat with pink bloomers that have red etching on them. Her expression is usually happy and she has odd emblems where her pupils should be. She's always barefoot.

Personality: Karuga usually always has a smile on her face and is as adorable as a box of kittens. She likes to play like she's just an innocent child without a adult, when in reality she's Superiorly smart and has no adult. Kagura is fun loving and enjoys the moments as much as possible.

Backstory: Nicci is a little girl that stopped aging at 11. Her parents upon realizing her daughter's new aging defect decided that she would need to be home schooled and started homeschooling her and her brother. One day she and her brother were playing in the tree in the back yard where they lived. Karuga fell from the top of the tree not being carful and when she landed instead of dying she coughed up a red gem. She looked around stunned and grabbed the gem from the ground, she went inside and rinsed it off. When she finished washing it and looked at it closely she felt the need to inhale it, as if it were her heart. When she swallowed it she felt herself revant with a sort of energy. She pointed her finger at the door handle and red energy swirled around it, opening the door. From that day forward she pushed herself in every way to try and unlock every facet of her per.

Carried Weapons/Items: Karuga always keeps a USP .45 compact strapped to her thigh. She also carries around 2-3 spare clips in her panties. She carries a laptop almost everywhere she goes as well as a set of lock picks.

Superpowers: Gem Heart - Karuga's heart gem allows her to command Red Energy. She can manipulate said energy in a number or ways. She can interact with objects telekinetically using the Red Energy, as well as anchor points in 3 dimensional space and create Rays and line segments. Anything that's touching the red energy line is burned away. The rate at which things burn away is determined by it's durability. A human chest could be burnt through in 4 seconds.

Skills: Karuga carries a very nice laptop geared toward hacking. She routinely writes her own security systems and infiltrates them for practice. She's an excellent shot despite not being able to handle the recoil of larger weapons effectively. Karuga knows she's physically weak so she practices hitting vital areas like the throat, eyes, groin, and kidneys. Her brother taught her how to tie knots and how to pick locks.

But also, if you guys are responding to @Enalais's situation with the gang fight, it's not a warehouse. It's an apartment complex.

If you're referring to the incident by @Roughdragon1 (also since he created the warehouse, he more than likely would know what its interior looks like) another incident simultaneously happening, I figured that was already solved by his character lol. So at that point, everyone is showing up to a situation to free some kids...I mean, calling the police would have easily solved what was left of that situation.

Both of the situations are situations The Saints really shouldn't have wasted their time getting involved in. If Roughdragon hadn't killed the big boss and the operation was still ongoing, then yeah. That would be one of those Batman situations where he needs to fly in and beat up some thugs and detain the bad guy until the cops come. But cops surrounding the building, taking out whatever thugs with a SWAT team, and properly handling the misplaced children seemes to be a better use of time.

The gang fight, the gangs are basically fighting each other and not endangering anyone else since it's a contained situation, that's another whatever incident. lol

It was the apartment building that got the fake 911 call. And I really must question your evaluation on what does and does not require intervention.

From what the Saints know it's probably a gang war.

With little to no police response.

How does that in any way shape or form sound like something you just let run it's course?

@Silvan HavenFirst of all, the 911 call wasn't ever written with the label of "fake." The call was actually made, which was how Mr. Infinity was able to show up to the incident in the first place.

Secondly, just because no one didn't RP the cops showing up doesn't mean they aren't going to. Enalais did say some cops wouldn't show because they were bought off, but that didn't mean a significant amount wouldn't show. This doesn't even include the state police, who could also get involved in the situation.

Third, I don't see why wouldn't they let gang members handle their own problems as long as no innocents get involved. They want to kill each other, then why not? It sounds like an isolated incident. The gang members owned the entire apartment. Letting them shoot each other up and handling it after it calmed down, sounds like a typical thing the cops would do even IRL.

I didn't get the impression that The Saints were the Justice League where they have to solve the world's problems in the best way possible. It said they were vigilantes. The Saints even kill, which disqualifies them as ever being anything like lawful good heroes. Getting involved with enemies killing enemies, why? It makes no sense. They're doing the world a favor by dusting each other off because The Saints would have dusted them any way.

Do you get your kicks trying to bulldoze RP GM's? Because this is the second time I've seen you trying to start problems with people in OC, and last time didn't go too well for you.

I'd suggest that you ease up, and that perhaps the "Advanced" section would be more your speed. This is a casual rp, which means people tend to be pretty lax regarding the realism of what occurs. If you can't handle that, please, leave quietly rather than taking it out on each and every person you try rping with.
